非平衡磁控溅射镀膜机中的磁场分布对镀膜有着重要的影响。介绍一种利用有限元法求解非平衡磁控溅射镀膜机中带电线圈所产生的磁场的方法。根据电磁场理论,推导出求解带电线圈所产生的磁场的计算模型,利用基于有限元法的ANSYS软件对非平衡磁控溅射镀膜机中线圈所产生的磁场分布进行了数值模拟。通过与实测值进行比较,验证了计算模型和计算结果的可靠性。总结了非平衡磁控溅射镀膜机中的磁场分布情况,为优化镀制薄膜设计方案和提高薄膜质量提供了参考依据。  相似文献

 利用外加纵向磁场把单台加速器驱动双阴极二极管产生的同步双电子束引出双漂移管,是双电子束实用化的关键环节。在实心束情况下,对双电子束约束磁场进行了3维PIC模拟。在粒子模拟的基础上搭建了双电子束磁场引导系统,进行了磁场引导环形双电子束传输实验研究,在二极管电压约380 kV时,环形双束流值分别为5.10 kA和4.92 kA。实验结果表明,所设计磁场系统能够对环形双电子束进行有效约束,有效约束磁场约0.5 T。  相似文献

Giant short-period oscillations during transverse electron focusing at high emitter voltages have been observed in bismuth samples with a superlattice on the surface. A model is proposed which explains the onset of the oscillations, their position on the magnetic-field scale, and their intensification and shift along the magnetic-field scale with increasing current (this shift depending on the direction of current flow) and which can also account for the absence of oscillations in fields which are multiples of the field of the first oscillation. In this model the oscillations are attributed to the appearance of resonant surface (edge) states and their contribution to the electron transport. Pis'ma Zh. éksp. Teor. The mechanism of plasma emission from the duoplasmatron (DPT) is studied in terms of a model involving a "potential hump" and following the course of an ion (along the magnetic-field lines which are obtained by computational simulation) in moving towards and through the anode nozzle. The analysis of this model indicated the necessity for the "potential hump" in the arc and this corroborated the plasma potential measurements by single probe [14]. The plasma output is determined by the rate of production of ions, which is confined into the region defined by magnetic-field line on the anode side of the "potential hump." In view of this, estimated and measured values of the total output seem to be in good agreement. Therefore post-ionization in the anode cup as proposed by some researchers [8], [16] seems not to be necessary to account for the plasma output.  相似文献

A self-consistent field model is applied to calculate the magnetic-field dispersion of both tunneling-like and cyclotron-like collective excitations in double quantum wells. Anticrossing between two dipole-active cyclotron-like modes and a softened excitation gap of the tunneling-like mode are predicted and explained as a result of the dynamic electron screening effect in double quantum wells.  相似文献

Using a simple extension of Shiba's formula for the de Haas-van Alphen-oscillations, the influence of scattering by magnetic impurities is studied. Already for a classical spin model one obtains a minimum in the dHvA amplitudes as function of the magnetic-field, which is influenced by normal scattering. The change of this behavior for the Anderson model is studied within the Non-Crossing-Approximation, and raises questions for a comparison between experiment and theory.  相似文献

The magnetic-field dependent charge recombination kinetics upon ns-laser flash photolysis of a novel triarylamine/cyclometalated platinum complex/napthalenediimide triad (DPtA) have been measured in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and polytetrahydrofuran (pTHF) to study the spinchemical effect of a large increase of the macroviscosity of the solvent by a factor of about 1000. The magnetic-field dependence of the decay kinetics of the charge separated state has been accurately reproduced by a classical kinetic model, wherein the rate constants of transitions between spin substates of different Zeeman energy are represented by a single magnetic-field dependent rate constant k±. In THF, the magnetic-field dependence of k± is given by a double Lorentzian function which, in a double log plot, shows two characteristic steps that can be consistently assigned to the magnetic field inhibition of the coherent and incoherent i.e. relaxational spin mixing mechanism. In pTHF, the magnetic field effect on k± is a single step function decreasing to its limiting value at about 5 times lower fields than in THF. As shown by a quantum theoretical simulation, in this solvent coherent and incoherent processes are contributing equally at all fields. The nanoviscosity of pTHF appears to be much smaller than its macroviscosity.  相似文献

Asymmetric giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect in amorphous ribbons is very promising due to its possible application in developing the highly sensitive linear magnetic-field sensors. In this paper, the model of the nonlinear asymmetric volt-ampere characteristics in field-biased Co-based amorphous ribbon has been established through the time derivative of the longitudinal magnetization component in the ribbon. Its harmonics are also developed by Fourier analysis. The influence of the current amplitude on the nonlinear asymmetric effect has been studied. It is found that when the current amplitude is 8.54 mA, the sensitivity of the first harmonic voltage on the external field is equal to that of the second harmonic voltage. The results obtained are useful for developing the high-sensitive magnetic-field sensors.  相似文献

The electric-field-induced acceleration of ions in current sheets in a collisionless plasma is investigated. The analysis of nonadiabatic ion dynamics provides a universal property of the ion acceleration mechanism, which is independent of the magnetic-field model and the initial particle distribution function. The width of the resonance region is estimated. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental and numerical simulation data.  相似文献

The magnetic-field dependence of the EHD luminescence in pure germanium is investigated using pulsed laser excitation. Intensity oscillations are found which vary with the delay time of the detection. A fit to a reaction-kinetic model yields a quantum efficiency of Q ≈ 25%. The main nonradiative process in the electron-hole liquid is found to be the Auger-recombination.  相似文献

A generalized vorticity is introduced whose self-linkage (the hybrid helicity) and flux are invariants of ideal incompressible magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) when the Hall term is included. A model of magnetofluid relaxation is constructed for Hall magnetohydrodynamics by assuming that the energy seeks the minimum value compatible with constrained values of magnetic helicity, hybrid helicity, axial magnetic flux, and fluid vorticity flux. As a result of the coupling of magnetic field to fluid vorticity in the generalized vorticity, it is found that the relaxed magnetic-field configuration need not be force free. The presence of a nonvanishing fluid vorticity is shown to be necessary for the existence of relaxed magnetic-field configurations that confine a finite plasma pressure. The study has potential relevance to the dynamics and morphology of space and cosmic plasmas, as well as to pressure confinement and current drive in fusion plasmas.  相似文献

The current and magnetic-field fluctuations associated with magnetic-field-line reconnection have been measured in the reversed field pinch plasma configuration. The current sheet resulting from this reconnection has been measured. The current layer is radially broad, comparable to a magnetic-island width, as may be expected from current transport along magnetic-field lines. It is much larger than that predicted by resistive MHD for linear tearing modes and larger than prediction from two-fluid linear theory.  相似文献

The effect of a magnetic field on the conductivity of band-gap graphene has been investigated. In the case of a non-quantizing field, the magnetic-field dependences of the conductivity and Hall conductivity have been found on the basis of the Boltzmann equation. The formula for the conductivity of graphene in a quantizing magnetic field at low temperatures has been derived within the Born approximation in the scattering potential. It has been shown that the magnetic-field dependence of the conductivity is oscillatory in this case.  相似文献

The nonparabolicity of exciton dispersion due to the mixing of the ground and excited states of an exciton in an external magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of its motion is considered. A model describing this effect is proposed and the nonparabolicity for an exciton in a CdTe crystal is calculated. The magnetic-field induced exciton nonparabolicity is compared with the effect caused by the nonparabolicity of the electron energy dispersion in the conduction band.  相似文献

One-electron model is chosen to analyze the second harmonic response of an organic inclusion complex - urea l-malic acid (ULMA). ULMA has broad transparent region and large nonlinear optical coefficient and damage threshold. Based on the ULMA crystal structure, the model parameters are determined using the unit cell parameters. Numerical results show that the contribution of electric-field to the first-order hyperpolarizability β is larger than that of magnetic-field but the contribution of magnetic-field is important and cannot be neglected. Modeling parameters pitch ξ and radius ρ are found to be involved in the position of peak of β. The peak position of β undergoes red-shift with increasing of ρ and blue-shift with the increasing of ξ. It suggests that the expected nonlinear optical response of a chiral molecule can be obtained through molecular modification to adjust ξ and ρ. Therefore, a chiral molecule may be a favorable host to afford organic inclusion complex with superb nonlinear optical properties.  相似文献

Account is taken of a similar change in the kinetic-energy components of a longitudinal electron motion along the magnetic field within each Landau energy level. The maximum electron energy is found as well as the kinetic energy of a transverse electron motion in the magnetic field. The electron concentrations are determined depending on the magnetic-field strength, whose intrinsic magnetic moments are directed along and opposite the field. Inelastic neutron-scattering measurements on the archetypical electron-doped material Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4 up to a high relative magnetic-field strength, H/H(c2) approximately 50%, reveal a simple linear magnetic-field effect on the superconducting magnetic gap and the absence of field-induced in-gap states. The extrapolated gap-closing field value is consistent with the upper critical field H(c2), and the high-field response resembles that of the paramagnetic normal state.  相似文献
