Alkylation of 3-thiocarbamoyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2(1H)-one with methyl iodide has given 5-methylthio-2,6-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-en-3-one and 3-methyl-thiocarbonyl-3,4-dihydropyridine-2(1H)-one. Alkylation of 3-thiocarbamoyl-3,4-dihydridine-2(1H)-one with iodoacetamide affords 3-(1-amino-1-carbamoyl-3,4-methyl-thiomethylene)-1,4-dihydropyridine-2-one, which in acidic media is converted into 3-(4-oxo-3,5-dihydro-1,3-thiazol-2-ylidene)-1,4-dihydropyridine-2-one.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 6, pp. 787–794, June, 1989.  相似文献

Oxidation of 2-hydroxy-3-nitrochalcones with thallium(III) nitrate gives (Z)-2-phenylmethylene-7-nitrobenzofuran-3(2H)-one derivatives, rather than the more usual 1,2-diaryl-3,3-dimethoxypropan-1-ones or the corresponding isoflavones.

One- and two-dimensional homo- and heteronuclear correlation proton, carbon, proton—proton, and proton—carbon NMR spectra of fifteen drimanic sesquiterpenoids: 11,12-dibromodrima-5,8-dien-7-one, drim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11,12-dihydroxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxy-11,12-epoxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxy-11,12-epoxydrim-8-en-7-one, 8,9-epoxydriman-7-one, 8,9-epoxydriman-7-ol, 11,12-diacetoxydrim-8-en-7-ol, drimane-7,8,11-triol, 7,8-isopropylidenedioxydriman-11-al, 9, 11-dihydroxydrim-7-en-6-one, drimane-7,8,9-triol, drimane-7,8,11-triol, and drim-8-ene-7,11,12-triol were studied. 9-Phenacylidene-4-azaf luorene and 9-bromo-9-(-bromophenacyl)-4-azafluorene have been used in the synthesis of spiro compounds with fragments of substituted pyrazolines. 1-Methyl-2-oxo-5 phenacylidene-indeno[2, 3-e]-1,2-dihydropyridine and hydrazine gave 1-methyl-2-oxo-3 phenylspiro[indeno(2, 3-e)-1,2-dihydropyridine-5,5-pyrazoline-2].  相似文献

Conclusions Starting with androst-5-en-3-ol-17-one, we synthesized 16,17-epoxy-17-phenylandrost-4-en-3-one. Reaction of dichlorocarbene with 3,3-dialkyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolines results in the formation of gemdichloroazirino[2,1-a]isoquinolines, which are in turn converted to 3-benzazepinones upon hydrolysis. Reaction of dichlorocarbene with the ethyl ester or amide of (3,3-dimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-1-ylidene)acetic acid is accompanied by rearrangement of the intermediate carbene adducts at the enamine C=C bond and results in the formation of a 1-azadiene, 3-(3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1-yl)-3-chloroacrylic acid ethyl ester, and a spirolactam, 3,3-dimethyl-3-chlorospiro[1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-1,2-pyrrole]-5(2H)-one, respectively.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1086–1091, August, 1990.  相似文献

3-(-Chlorobenzyl)-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-2-one reacts with anions derived from acetylacetone, benzoylacetone, dibenzoylmethane, malononitrile, ethyl acetoacetate, and ethyl cyanoacetate to give the corresponding 3-(-R,R'CH-benzyl)-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-2-ones which undergo intramolecular cyclocondensation to functionally substituted pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines on heating in boiling acetic acid. The reaction of 3-(-chloro-p-nitrobenzyl)-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-2-one with acetylacetone anion directly leads to the corresponding pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline, without heating in acetic acid.  相似文献

3-Benzoyl-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-2-one reacts with hydrazine and thiosemicarbazide to give the corresponding hydrazone and thiosemicarbazone. The reaction with arylhydrazines yields 3-(-arylazobenzylidene)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxalin-2-ones which are tautomeric to the respective arylhydrazones. On heating in boiling acetic acid, the products of both types undergo intramolecular cyclocondensation with formation of 3-phenylpyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoxalines (3-phenylflavazoles). 3-Benzoyl-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-2-one thiosemicarbazone gives rise to flavazole structure only in the presence of methyl 3-chloro-2-oxo-3-phenylpropionate as a trap of thiocarbamoyl moiety. The cyclization of 3-(-hydrazonobenzyl)-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-2-one is accompanied by formation of quinoxalyl ketone azine.  相似文献

Four triterpene glycosides were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel (Ranunculaceae). Two new glycosides, chinensiosides A (1a) and B (2), were identified as 3-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid and 3-O-{-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(14)]--L-arabinopyranosyl}-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid. The other two glycosides were identified as previously known hederasaponin C (3) from Hedera helix and glycoside III (4) from Pulsatilla cernua.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Guaiazulen wird bei Luftzutritt durch Autoxydation verändert. Die dabei auftretenden Produkte wurden chromatographisch aufgetrennt und die drei als Hauptmenge auftretenden Verbindungen charakterisiert: 3.3-Diguaiazulenyl, 1.4-Dimethyl-3-(3-guaiazulenyl)-6-isopropyl-5H-inden-5-on, 1.4-Dimethyl-3-(3-guaiazulenyl)-5-oxo-6-isopropyl-5H-inden-7-aldehyd.
Autoxidation products of guaiazulene
Guaiazulene exposed to air undergoes autoxidation. The products were separated by chromatography, and the three major products characterized: 3.3-diguaiazulenyl, 1.4-dimethyl-3-(3-guaiazulenyl)-6-isopropyl-5H-inden-5-one, and 1.4-Dimethyl-3-(3-guaiazulenyl)-5-oxo-6-isopropyl-5H-inden-7-aldehyd.

Summary. Novel spiro[1,3-benzodioxole-2,2-(2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-ones)] were obtained from 2-aminomethylene-2,3-dihydropyrrol-3(1H)-ones and tetrachloro-1,2-benzoquinone in ethanol at room temperature. However, in addition, 3,4-dichloro-7-methoxy-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5,10-dihydrophenazine-1,2-dione was formed in the reaction of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(4-methoxyphenylaminomethylene)-4,5-diphenyl-1,2-dihydropyrrol-3-one with tetrachloro-1,2-benzoquinone.  相似文献

Summary Ozonation of 7-methyl (or 7-phenyl) cholest-5-ene-3,7-diol 3-TBDMS ether afforded the corresponding 5,6-epoxy derivatives. The same product was formed byMCPBA oxidation. The reaction of 7-phenylcholest-5-ene-3,7-diol with CrO3 yielded 3,7-dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenylcholest-4-ene-5-carboxaldehyde. An analogous B-seco aldehyde was obtained from 7-methylcholest-5-ene-3,7-diol in addition to 7-methylcholesta-4,6-dien-3-one.Jones oxidation of 7-phenylcholest-5-ene-3,7-diol or B-seco-aldehyde gave 3,7-dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenylcholest-4-en-6-oic acid isolated as its methyl ester upon treatment with diazomethane.

Zusammenfassung Ozonolyse von 7-Methyl- bzw. 7-Phenyl-cholest-3-en-3,7-diol-3-TBDMS-ether ergab die entsprechenden 5,6-Epoxy-Derivate.MCPBA-Oxidation führte zum gleichen Ergebnis. Bei der Reaktion von 7-Phenyl-cholest-5-en-3,7-diol mit CrO3 wurde 3,7-Dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenyl-cholest-4-en-5-carbaldehyd gebildet. Einen analogen B-seco-Aldehyd erhält man neben 7-Methyl-cholesta-4,6-dien-3-on auch aus 7-Methyl-cholest-5-en-3,7-diol. DurchJones-Oxidation von 7-Phenyl-cholest-5-en-3,7-diol oder B-seco-Aldehyd erhält man 3,7-Dioxo-6,7-seco-7-phenylcholest-4-en-6-carbonsäure, die nach Behandlung mit Diazomethan als ihr Methylester isoliert wurde.

The kinetic equations of spin-dependent radical recombination are described. The theory takes into account all reencounters of two radicals. A number of -skatyl--substituted acetoacetic esters (ethyl, tert. -butyl, and benzyl) are prepared by treating gramine with sodium derivatives of -substituted acetoacetic esters. When ethyl -alkyl--skatylacetoacetates are heated with dilute alkali, they are split into indole and a substituted acetoacetic ester, while saponification with concentrated alcoholic alkali gives -substituted-(3-indolyl)propionic acids. 3-Skatyl-heptan-2-one can be obtained by pyrolysis of 3-skatyl-3-carbo-tert. -butoxyheptan-2-one, or by hydrogenolysis of 3-skatyl-3-carbobenzoxyheptan-2-one over a palladium catalyst. Alkylation of cycloheptanone and cyclohexanone enamines by gramine gives cyclic-(3-indolyl)ketones, viz., 2-skatylcyclopentanone and 2-skatylcyclohexanone.  相似文献

Solasodine (I) has been subjected to a number of transformations. The following compounds have been obtained from it by described procedures: 3-acetoxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one (II), 3-acetoxypregn-5-en-20-ol (III), and 3-acetoxypregn-5-en-20-ol (IV). The oxidation of (III) and (IV), the formation of an oxime, and the reduction of the oxime with sodium in ethanol, followed by Hess methylation, has led to 20-dimethylaminopregn-5-en-3-ol (IX) and to 20-dimethylaminopregn-5-en-3-ol (X). From compounds (IX) and (X), by analogy with (III) and (IV) by their oxidation and the preparation of oximes, which were then reduced and methylated, the following were obtained: 3,20-bisdimethylaminopregnane (XVII) and 3,20-bisdimethylaminopregnane (XVIII), and also quaternary salts of the latter.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. The reaction of the sodium salt of 2-mercapto-6-methyluracil with , -dibromoalkanes Br(CH2)Br (n=1,4,5,6) has given the corresponding , -bis(4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-pyrimidinylthio) alkanes. The reaction of the same salt with 1,2-dibromoethane gave 7-methyl-5-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrothiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine and 5-methyl-7-oxo-2,3,4,7-tetrahydrothiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine, and its reaction with 1,3-dibromopropane led to 8-methyl-6-oxo-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimidino[2,1-b]-1,3-thiazine.  相似文献
