condition for the problem to have a solution is established, in terms of properties of the Pick kernel to the problem. As
well, a parametrization of the set of all real rational solutions of minimal degree is given. The corresponding Nevanlinna-Pick
boundary-interior interpolation problem is also considered and a solvability condition for it is obtained. The approach to

We solve a bitangential interpolation problem for contractive multipliers
on the Arveson space with an arbitrary interpolating set in the closed
unit ball . The solvability criterion is established in terms of positive

In this paper we discuss Weyl matrix balls in the context of the matricial versions of the classical interpolation problems named after Carathéodory and Schur. Our particular focus will be on studying the monotonicity of suitably normalized semi-radii of the corresponding Weyl matrix balls. We, furthermore, devote a fair bit of attention to characterizing the case in which equality holds for particular matricial inequalities. Solving these problems will provide us with a new perspective on the role of the central functions for the classes of Carathéodory and Schur. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the solution of a certain tangential
Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation for Nevanlinna functions. We use the so-called
block Hankel vector method to establish two intrinsic connections between
the tangential Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation in the Nevanlinna class and the
truncated Hamburger matrix moment problem associated with the block Hankel
vector under consideration: one is a congruent relationship between their
information matrices, and the other is a divisor-remainder connection between
their solutions. These investigations generalize our previous work on
the Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation and power matrix moment problem. 相似文献

Spectral properties of the sum of a linear span of projections and a compact nonnegative operator are considered. In particular, we prove partial completeness results for certain parts of the system of eigenfunctions. We solve a certain differential equation and system of integral equations. As applications, we characterize holomorphic symbols of commuting Toeplitz operators on the pluriharmonic Bergman space. In addition, pluriharmonic symbols of normal Toeplitz operators are characterized. Extending known results for the unit disk, we prove that for the unit ball there exist n+2 different cases of commutative C*-algebras generated by Toeplitz operators, acting on weighted Bergman spaces. In all cases the bounded measurable symbols
of Toeplitz operators are invariant under the action of certain commutative subgroups of biholomorphisms of the unit ball.

This paper continues the study of the bitangential inverse input impedance problem for canonical integral systems that was initiated in [ArD6]. The problem is to recover the system, given an input impedance matrix valued function c() (that belongs to the Carathéodory class of p × p matrix valued functions that are holomorphic and have positive real part in the open upper half plane) and a chain of pairs
of entire inner p × p matrix valued functions (that are identified with the associated pairs of the second kind of the matrizant of the system). Formulas for recovering the underlying canonical integral systems are derived by reproducing kernel Hilbert space methods. A number of examples are presented. We continue the study of algebras generated by the Cauchy singular integral operator and integral operators with fixed singularities on the unit interval, started in R.Duduchava, E.Shargorodsky, 1990. Such algebras emerge when one considers singular integral operators with complex conjugation on curves with cusps. As one of possible applications of the obtained results we find an explicit formula for the local norms of the Cauchy singular integral operator on the Lebesgue spaceL

(, ), where is a curve with cusps of arbitrary order and is a power weight. For curves with angles and cusps of order 1 the formula was already known (see R.Avedanio, N.Krupnik, 1988 and R.Duduchava, N.Krupnik, 1995).
