利用被动锁模技术实现超短脉冲激光输出实验

基于被动锁模技术,设计了结构紧凑的Z型谐振腔,采用半导体可饱和吸收镜作为被动锁模元件,利用激光二极管泵浦增益线宽较宽的Nd∶YVO4晶体,最终实现了连续锁模的脉冲输出.在输入功率为8.20W时,获得了输出功率为1.72W的1 064nm连续锁模脉冲激光输出,光-光转换效率达21%,锁模脉冲重复频率为110MHz.     

全光纤高功率被动锁模掺铥光纤激光器

利用非线性光环形镜(NOLM)的可饱和吸收特性实现了可自启动的2μm全光纤高能量被动锁模掺铥光纤激光器。当泵浦功率大于3W时,激光器工作在连续或不稳定脉冲运转状态;泵浦功率达到4.69W后,输出为自启动锁模脉冲,重复频率4.26MHz,中心波长2 061.5nm,光谱半极大宽度18.1nm,平均输出功率8.8mW;继续增加泵浦功率到最大值7.56W,可以得到中心波长2 062.2nm、光谱半极大宽度17.1nm、斜率效率为6.2%、脉冲宽度和能量分别为424fs和65.6nJ的稳定锁模脉冲。这是目前已报道的在未经放大情况下脉冲能量最高的2μm锁模脉冲光纤激光器。     

被动谐波锁模Er3+/Yb3+共掺双包层光纤环形腔激光器

 为了实现高重复频率和高功率的光脉冲,实验采用Er³⁺/Yb³⁺共掺双包层光纤作为增益介质,稳定的中心波长为976 nm的高功率半导体激光器作为泵浦源,利用非线性偏振旋转锁模技术,得到稳定的自起振锁模光脉冲。当泵浦功率为2.4 W时,激光器输出重复频率为8.829 MHz的连续锁模光脉冲,平均输出功率为52.5 mW,自起振锁模泵浦阈值功率为0.6 W,并观测到了稳定的高阶谐波锁模、调Q和调Q-锁模光脉冲输出。     

用半导体可饱和吸收镜进行LD泵浦Yb∶YAG激光器被动锁模研究

采用不同的半导体可饱和吸收镜,实现了940nm半导体直接泵浦Yb∶YAG激光器被动锁模,得到了输出中心波长分别在1030nm和1050nm,光谱半宽(FWHM)分别为1nm和2nm的稳定锁模脉冲序列,其重复频率分别为190. 24MHz和178. 6MHz 泵浦光为4W时,两种波长的平均输出功率分别为80mW和60mW。     

皮秒激光泵浦的亚10fs钛宝石激光器

研制了高稳定Nd∶YVO_4皮秒激光振荡器,并在15 W、808nm激光泵浦下得到6 W的连续锁模皮秒激光输出,光-光效率为40%.对该皮秒激光进行单通放大后得到14 W的基频光输出,倍频后可以得到7 W的532nm皮秒激光,用作钛宝石振荡器的泵浦源.在4.5 W的皮秒532nm激光泵浦下,结合腔外压缩,得到了脉宽为9.4fs、平均功率为150mW的脉冲序列输出.调节钛宝石振荡器的腔长使其与皮秒振荡器的腔长一致时,可实现自触发克尔透镜锁模.实验结果表明皮秒激光泵浦可以有效地触发钛宝石激光器的自动锁模,输出飞秒脉冲序列.     

基于石墨烯的1 064 nm连续锁模超短脉冲激光器

介绍了利用沉积在增透镜上的石墨烯薄膜作为可饱和吸收体、808 nm激光二极管端面泵浦Nd∶YVO4晶体的1 064 nm连续锁模激光输出特性。采用W型折叠谐振腔结构,在808 nm泵浦功率为8.0 W时,有稳定的连续锁模脉冲输出,平均输出功率达到185 mW;当抽运功率增加到16.0 W时,获得了中心波长1 063.4 nm、脉冲宽度为518 fs、重复频率为66.7 MHz、最大平均输出功率为323 mW的百飞秒量级超短脉冲激光输出。实验结果表明:石墨烯具有优良的可饱和吸收性,在1 064 nm波段能够实现高功率、百飞秒量级连续锁模脉冲激光输出。     

用半导体可饱和吸收镜进行LD泵浦Yb∶YAG 激光器被动锁模研究

采用不同的半导体可饱和吸收镜, 实现了940 nm半导体直接泵浦Yb∶YAG激光器被动锁模, 得到了输出中心波长分别在1030 nm和1050 nm, 光谱半宽（FWHM）分别为1 nm和2 nm的稳定锁模脉冲序列, 其重复频率分别为190.24 MHz和178.6 MHz. 泵浦光为4W时, 两种波长的平均输出功率分别为80 mW和60 mW.     

采用飞秒光纤激光同步泵浦的自启动锁模钛宝石激光研究

针对常规连续激光泵浦钛宝石激光振荡器不能自启动锁模的缺点,采用倍频飞秒光纤激光同步泵浦,通过调节振荡器腔长与泵浦腔长匹配,实现了飞秒钛宝石激光的自启动锁模。实验中采用3.4 W的倍频掺镱光纤激光同步泵浦钛宝石激光振荡器,获得了平均功率大于130 mW、重复频率75 MHz、光谱宽度大于47 nm、脉冲宽度17 fs的锁模脉冲输出,不仅能够稳定可靠地实现自启动锁模,解决了常规钛宝石激光振荡器锁模启动的困难,而且还具有同步输出1040,800,520 nm三束飞秒激光的特点,为进一步开展飞秒激光相干合成以及光参量放大等研究提供了优势基础。     

基于石墨烯的1064nm连续锁模超短脉冲激光器

介绍了利用沉积在增透镜上的石墨烯薄膜作为可饱和吸收体、808 nm激光二极管端面泵浦Nd∶YVO4晶体的1 064 nm连续锁模激光输出特性。采用W型折叠谐振腔结构,在808 nm泵浦功率为80 W时,有稳定的连续锁模脉冲输出,平均输出功率达到185 mW;当抽运功率增加到160 W时,获得了中心波长1 0634 nm、脉冲宽度为518 fs、重复频率为667 MHz、最大平均输出功率为323 mW的百飞秒量级超短脉冲激光输出。实验结果表明：石墨烯具有优良的可饱和吸收性,在1 064 nm波段能够实现高功率、百飞秒量级连续锁模脉冲激光输出。     

2089 nm调Q锁模Tm,Ho∶CaYAlO4激光器

首次采用氧化石墨烯可饱和吸收体作为锁模启动元件在Tm,Ho∶CaYAlO4激光器中实现了稳定的被动调Q锁模运转。在3%输出耦合镜下,Tm,Ho∶CaYAlO4固体激光器获得了最低为293 mW的连续光出光阈值。在腔内引入氧化石墨烯可饱和吸收体后,当吸收抽运功率增大到1859 mW时,Tm,Ho∶CaYAlO4激光器进入稳定的调Q锁模运转状态。当抽运功率达到3 W时,获得中心波长为2089 nm、斜效率为10.1%、对应最大输出功率为213 mW的被动调Q锁模脉冲,重复频率为100 MHz,调Q包络中锁模脉冲的调制深度接近100%。

Baikal neutrino telescope: Status, results, and prospects of development

The main physical results obtained with the Baikal neutrino telescope NT200 during the period 1998–2003 are reviewed: the limits for the diffuse flux of high-energy neutrinos, high-energy muons, and magnetic monopoles and the results of search for neutrinos from the center of the Earth due to annihilation of weakly interacting massive particles and from local neutrino sources. In April, 2005, the neutrino telescope NT200 was extended by introduction of three new strings, located at a distance of 100 m from the NT200 center. The new deep-water complex NT200+ has an effective volume for detecting cascades from high-energy neutrinos larger than that of NT200 by a factor of 4. At a cascade energy of 10 PeV, the effective volume of the new complex is 10⁷ m³. We discuss the physics potential and the experimental challenges of an upgraded LHC running at an instantaneous luminosity of 10³⁵ cm^-2s^-1. The detector R&D needed to operate ATLAS and CMS in a very high radiation environment and the expected detector performance are discussed. A few examples of the increased physics potential are given, ranging from precise measurements within the Standard Model (in particular in the Higgs sector) to the discovery reach for several New Physics processes. Studying of hypernuclei with nuclotron beams

A spectrometer is created to study relativistic hypernuclei produced with beams of accelerated nuclei from the Nuclotron facility (Dubna, JINR). Test runs have been carried out and the conclusion is drawn that the properties of the facility meet the requirements of the task of searching for unknown and studying poorly known neutron-rich hypernuclei.
