A new compound, Cochinchin (1), together with 7,4‘-dihydroxyflavone (2), 7-hydroxy-4‘-methoxyflavane (3),7-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)chroman (4), 4‘-hydroxy-2,4-dirnethoxydihydrochalcone (5) and 4‘-hydroxy-2,4,6-trimethoxydihydrochalcone (6) was isolated from the resin (trivial name, “dragon‘s blood“) of Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chert. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data as (2,3-trans)-6-allyl-2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzo[1,4]dioxin which is a natural product possessing a new framework. 相似文献

Six ent-kaurene type diterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Rabdosia nerwsa. Among them.ganer-vosin A and B are new compounds, the structures of which were elucidated as 1 and 2 respectively by spectral and chemical methods. The other four were identified as odonicin (3), novelrabdosin (4), nodosin (5) and shikokianal acetate (8). Compounds (1), (2), (5) and (8) have not been found in this herb previously. 相似文献

Further investigation on the leaves of Isodon sculponeatus afforded two new ent-kaurane diterpenoids,sculponeatins J and K .Their sturctures were elucidated on the basis of their spectral properties,as well as X-ray crystallographic analysis ,The cytotoxicities of these two new compounds against human tumor cells K562 and T24 were also tested ,and sculponeation J showed significant inhibitory effects with IC50 values less than 1.0 μg/mL。 相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the bulbs of Fritillaria hupehensis resulted in the isolation and structural elucidation of a new highly conjugated alkaloid of veratramine type identified as 3β,23β-dihydroxy-7,12(14)-dien-5α- veratramin-6-one (1), together with two known alkaloids, ebeinine (2) and zhebeinine (3), which were isolated for the first time from F. hupehensis.
