Two new vic-dioxime ligands, (E,E)-N-{4-[(1,4-dioxaspiro[4.4]non-2-ylmethyl)amino]butyl}-N-hydroxy-2-(hydroxyimino)ethanimidamide (L1H2) and (E,E)-N-{4-[(1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-2-ylmethyl)amino]butyl}-N-hydroxy-2-(hydroxyimino)ethanimidamide (L2H2) containing two different heteroatoms (N,O) have been prepared from anti-chloroglyoxime, N-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4.4]non-2-ylmethyl)butane-1,4-diamine (3) and N-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-2-ylmethyl)butane-1,4-diamine (4). CoII, NiII and CuII complexes of the ligands have a metal:ligand ratio of 1:2 and the ligands coordinate through the two N atoms, as do most of the vic-dioximes. However, ZnII complexes of the ligands have a metal:ligand ratio of 1:1 and the ligands are coordinated only by the N, O atoms of the vic-dioximes. In the CoII complexes two water molecules, and in the ZnII complexes a chloride ion and a water molecule, are also coordinated to the metal ion. The structures of the compounds were determined by a combination of elemental analysis, magnetic moments, molar conductances, thermogravimetric analysis (t.g.a.) and spectroscopic (u.v.–vis., i.r., 1H- and 13C-n.m.r.) data.  相似文献

Three new vic-dioximes, [L1H2], N-(4-ethylphenyl)amino-1-acetyl-1-cyclohexenylglyoxime, [L2H2], N-(4-butylphenyl)amino-1-acetyl-1-cyclohexenylglyoxime, and [L3H2], N-(4-methoxyphenyl)amino-1-acetyl-1-cyclohexenylglyoxime were synthesized from 1-acetyl-1-cyclohexeneglyoxime and the corresponding substituted aromatic amines. Metal complexes of these ligands were also synthesized with Ni(II), Cu(II), and Co(II) salts. These new compounds (ligands and complexes) were characterized with FT–IR, magnetic susceptibility measurement, molar conductivity measurements, mass spectrometry measurements, thermal methods (e.g. thermal gravimetric analysis), 1H NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) and 13C NMR spectral data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Three new vic-dioxime ligands, [N-(ethyl-4-amino-1-piperidine carboxylate)-phenylglyoxime (L1H2), N-(ethyl-4-amino-1-piperidine carboxylate)-glyoxime (L2H2), and N,N′-bis(ethyl-4-amino-1-piperidine carboxylate)-glyoxime (L3H2)], and their Co(II) with Cu(II) metal complexes, were synthesized for the first time. Mononuclear complexes of these ligands with a 1:2 metal-ligand ratio were prepared with Co(II) and Cu(II) salts. The BF2+-capped Co(II) and mononuclear complexes of the vic-dioxime were prepared for [Co(L1·BF2)2] and [Co(L2·BF2)2]. The ligands act in a polydentate fashion bonding through nitrogen atoms in the presence of a base, as do most vic-dioximes. The cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes are non-electrolytes as shown by their molar conductivities (ΛM) in DMF. The structures of the ligands and complexes were determined by elemental analyses, FT-i.r., u.v.–vis., 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, and molar conductivity. The comparative electrochemical studies show that the stabilities of the reduced or oxidized species and the electrode potentials of the complexes are affected by the substituents attached on the oxime moieties of the complexes.  相似文献

A new calix[4]pyrrole functionalized vic-dioxime, 3-(4-methyl-9,9,14,14,19,19-hexaethylcalix[4]pyrrole)benzoaminoglyoxime (LH2) was synthesized from anti-chloroglyoxime and 3-aminophenyl-calix[4]pyrrole at room temperature. The mononuclear complexes {nickel(II), copper(II) and cobalt(II)} of this vic-dioxime ligand were prepared and their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and UV–Vis spectrophotometry, magnetic susceptibility; the MS, 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the LH2 ligand and its Ni(II) complex were also recorded. The experimental results indicated that the ligand:metal ratio was 2:1 in the cases of Ni(II), Cu(II) and Co(II) complexes as is with most vic-dioximes. Electrochemical properties of the ligand, and its complexes were investigated in DMSO solution by cyclic voltammetry at 200?mV?s?1 scan rate.  相似文献

In this study, four different new vic-dioximates, [L1H2] N-(4-ethylphenyl)amino-biphenylglyoxime, [L2H2] N-(4-butylphenyl)aminobiphenylglyoxime, [L3H2] N-(4-aminoacetanilide)aminobiphenylglyoxime, and [L4H2] N-(thiazol-2-yl-aminobiphenylglyoxime are synthesized from anti-4′-biphenylchloroglyoxime and the corresponding substituted aromatic amines. The Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes of these ligands are prepared. The structures of these new ligands and their complexes are proposed based upon IR, 1H, and 13C NMR spectral data, mass spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility measurement, and elemental analyses. Two vic-dioxime ligands (LxH2) containing morpholine group have been synthesized from 4-[2-(dimethylaminoethyl)] morpholine with anti-phenylchloroglyoxime or anti-monochloroglyoxime in absolute THF at -15 ℃. Reaction of two vic-dioxime ligands with MCl2·nH2O (M: Ni, Cu or Co and n=2 or 6) salts in 1 : 2 molar ratio afforded metal complexes of type [M(LxH)2] or [M(LxH)2·2H2O]. All of metal complexes are non-electrolytes as shown by their molar conductivities (Am) in DMF (dimethyl formamide) at 10^-3 mol·L^-1. Structures of the ligands and metal complexes have been solved by elemental analyses, FT-IR, UV-Vis, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity measurements. Furthermore, redox properties of the metal complexes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

In this study, two new vic-dioxime ligands and their complexes with Co2+, Ni2+, and Cu2+ ions were synthesized. Secondary amines (morpholine and piperidine) reacted with anti-chloroglyoxime to give morpholineglyoxime (H2L1) and piperidineglyoxime (H2L2) ligands. All the complexes have a metal to ligand ratio of 1 : 2. The structure of the ligands and their complexes was proposed from elemental analyses, IR, UV-VIS, 1H and 13C NMR spectra, conductivity, magnetic susceptibility measurements, and thermogravimetric analyses.__________From Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 31, No. 7, 2005, pp. 535–539.Original English Text Copyright © 2005 by Ozkan, Canpolat, Kaya. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

Three novel vic-dioxime ligands containing the 1,8-diamino-3,6-dioxaoctane group, N,N′-(1,8-diamino-3,6-dioxaoctane)-p-tolylglyoxime (L1SL1H4), N,N′-(1,8-diamino-3,6-dioxaoctane)-phenylglyoxime (L2SL2H4), and N,N′-(1,8-diamino-3,6-dioxaoctane)-glyoxime (L3SL3H4) have been prepared from 1,8-diamino-3,6-dioxaoctane with anti-p-tolylchloroglyoxime, anti-phenylchloroglyoxime or anti-monochloroglyoxime. Polynuclear complexes [M(L x SL x )] n or [M(L x SL x )(H2O)] n (x = 1, 2 and 3), where M = CuII, CoII, and NiII, have been obtained with 1:1 metal/ligand ratio. The CuII and NiII poly-metal complexes of these ligands are proposed to be square planar, while also the prepared CoII complexes are proposed to be octahedral with two water molecules as axial ligands. The detection of H-bonding in the [Ni(L1SL1)] n , [Ni(L2SL2)] n and [M(L3SL3)(H2O)] n metal complexes by FT i.r. spectra revealed the square planar or octahedral [MN4·H2O)] n coordination of poly-nuclear metal complexes. [MN4] n coordination of the [Ni(L1SL1)] n and [Ni(L2SL2)] n complexes were also determined by 1H-n.m.r. spectroscopy. The ligands and poly-metal complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-i.r., u.v.-vis., 1H and 13C-n.m.r. spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity, cyclic voltammetry, and differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) techniques.  相似文献

A new vicinal dioxime ligand containing azo and thione chromophores, namely 1,3-bis[4-(phenyldiazenyl)phenyl]-2-thiooxaimidazoline-4,5-dione dioxime (bppH2), was synthesized by the reaction of cyanogen di-N-oxide with N,N′-bis(4-phenylazophenyl) thiourea in dichloromethane solution at −10 °C. Mononuclear complexes of bppH2 with nickel(II), cobalt(II), and copper(II) were synthesized. The complexes, [Ni(bppH)2], [Cu(bppH)2], and [Co(bppH)2] were characterized by several techniques using elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, FT-IR, and electronic spectral studies. The data suggest that the ligand coordinates through the N,N atoms, as do most vic-dioximes. The molar conductivities in DMF solution indicate nonelectrolytic nature for the complexes. Antimicrobial activities of the ligand and its metal complexes were estimated for five bacteria, namely Klebsiella pneumoniae, Micrococcus luteus, Mycobacterium smegmatis, Enterobacter cloaca and Bacillus megaterium and three fungi, namely Candida albicans, Kluyveromyces marxianus, and Rhodotorula rubra.  相似文献

N'-[4'-benzo(15-crown-5)]-4-tolylaminoglyoxime (H2L1),the sodium chloride salt of H2L1 (H2L1...NaCl),N'-[4'-benzo(15-crown-5)]-4-chlorophenylaminoglyoxime(H2L2) and the sodium chloride salt of H2L2 (H2L2...NaCl)have been prepared from p-chlorophenylchloroglyoxime,p-tolylchloroglyoxime, 4'-aminobenzo[15-crown-5] and sodiumbicarbonate or sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride. Nickel (II),cobalt (II) and copper (II) complexes of H2L and H2L...NaClhave a metal-ligand ratio of 1 : 2 and the ligand coordinatesthrough the two N atoms, as do most of the vic-dioximes. Their IR spectra and elemental analyses are given, together with1H NMR spectra of the ligands.  相似文献

The new α-dioxime, 1,3-diphenyl-2-thioxo-4,5-bis-(hydroxyimino)-imidazoline, DTIH2, has been synthesized. Anti- and amphi-forms of DTIH2 could be separated. The anti- and amphi-forms of CuII, NiII, CoII, and CoIII complexes have been isolated and their structures identified by using IR, UV-Visible and elemental analyses. The interconversion of anti- and amphi-NiII complexes has been studied.  相似文献

Complexes of N-phthaloylglycinate (N-phthgly) and CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII containing imidazole (imi), N-methylimidazole (mimi), 2,2-bipyridyl (bipy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and tridentate amines such as 2,2,2-terpyridine (terpy) and 2,4,6-(2-pyridyl)s-triazine (tptz), were prepared and characterized by conventional methods, i.r. spectra and by thermogravimetric analysis. For imi and mimi ternary complexes, the general formula [M(imi/mimi)2(N-phthgly)2nH2O, where M = CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII applies. For CdII ternary complexes with imi, [Cd(imi)3(N-phthgly)2]·2H2O applies. For the bi and tridentate ligands, ternary complexes of the formula [M(L)(N-phthgly)2nH2O were obtained, where M = CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII; L = bipy, phen, tptz and terpy. In all complexes, N-phthgly acts as a monodentate ligand, coordinating metal ions through the carboxylate oxygen, except for the ternary complexes of CoII, NiII and CuII with mimi and CuII and ZnII with imi, where the N-phthgly acts as a bidentate ligand, coordinating the metal ions through both carboxylate oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Three new reduced amino-acid Schiff-base complexes, [Zn(HL)2] · H2O (1), [Ni(HL)2] · H2O (2), and [Cd(HL)2] · H2O (3), where H2L is a reduced Schiff base derived from condensation of N-(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) and L-histidine, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis absorption spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 13 are isostructural. All metal centers are six-coordinate with O2N4 donor sets in slightly distorted octahedra. Unlike its Schiff-base counterpart, the deprotonated monoanionic ligand HL? has a more flexible backbone and two HL? are tridentate to one metal. Moreover, the binding interactions of these complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) have been investigated by UV-Vis spectra and fluorescence quenching, which show that the complexes bind in an intercalative mode.  相似文献

A novel vic-dioxime ligand containing the thiourea group, (4E,5E)-1,3-bis{4-[(4-methylphenylamino)methyl] phenyl}- 2-thiooxaimidazoline-4,5-dione dioxime, (4) mmdH2 has been prepared from N,N′-bis{4-[(4-methylphenylamino)methyl]phenyl}thiourea, (3) mft and cyanogen di-N-oxide. Mononuclear [M(mmdH)2], where M = NiII, CoII and CuII complexes of the (4) mmdH2 bidentate ligand have been obtained with a 1:2 metal:ligand ratio, as do most the vic-dioximes. The complexes are formed by coordination of N, N atoms of the ligand. The vic-dioxime ligand and its some transition metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance data, magnetic susceptibility, i.r., 1H-n.m.r and u.v.–vis. spectroscopy. Conductivity measurements have shown that mononuclear complexes are non-electrolytes. In addition, the ligands and metal complexes were screened for antibacterial and antifungal activities by agar well diffusion techniques using DMF as solvent.  相似文献

Summary Vanillin thiosemicarbazone (VTSC) has been used to isolate the complexes of the types [M(VTSC)2(H2O)2]X2 (M=MnII, FeII, CoII, or NiII and X=Cl) and [M(VTSC)X2]H2O (M=CuII, ZnII, CdII or HgII and X=Cl). Probable structures of these complexes are suggested on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment and electronic and i.r. spectral data. The fungicidal activity of VTSC and the isolated complexes has been evaluated on pathogenic fungi,Alternaria (Sp.),Paecilomyces (Sp.) andPestalotia (Sp.).On leave from the University of Myosore.  相似文献

Summary The reaction of warm alcoholic solutions of acetates of CoII, MnII, ZnII and NiII with 2, 6-diacetylpyridine andS-methylisothiosemicarbazide hydrogen iodide yielded the complexes: [Co(H2L)I2]·H2O, [Mn(H2L)(MeOH)2]I2, [Zn(H2L)(MeOH)I]I and [Ni(HL)]I, (H2L=the pentadentate pentaaza-ligand 2, 6-diacetylpyridine bis(S-methylisothiosemicarbazone)). The reaction of methanolic solutions of [Ni(HL)]I and NH4NCS or LiOAc.2H2O, give [Ni(HL)]NCS and NiL, respectively. For the complexes of CoII, MnII and ZnII, a pentagonal bipyramidal configuration is proposed, with H2L in the equatorial plane and two unidentate ligands (I and/or MeOH) in the axial positions. The complexes [Ni(HL)]X (X=I or NCS) and NiL probably have monomeric five- and dimeric six-coordinate structures, respectively, in which only the chelate ligand is involved in coordination.  相似文献

Summary Acetylacetone bis-benzoylhydrazone (PhCONHN=CMe)2 CH2(LH2) and acetylacetone bis-isonicotinoylhydrazone (NC5H4CONHN=CMe)2CH2(LH2) complexes of the types [ML] and [ML] (M = CoII, NiII, CuII or ZnII) have been prepared and characterized. All the complexes are non-electrolytes and the cobalt(II) complexes are lowspin, the nickel(II) complexes are diamagnetic and the copper(II) complexes are paramagnetic. The ligands chelate via two C=N groups and two deprotonated enolate groups. The e.s.r. spectra of the copper(II) complexes indicate a tetragonally distorted dimeric structure. The X-ray diffraction parameters for [CoL] and [NiL] correspond to a tetragonal crystal lattice.  相似文献

A new series of hexacoordinate cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes of 5-(2-carboxyphenylazo)-2-thiohydantoin HL having formulae [LM(OAc)(H2O)2] · nH2O (M = CoII, CuII and NiII), [LMCl(H2O)2] · nH2O (M = CoII and NiII), [LCuCl(H2O)]2 · 2H2O, [LCu(H2O)3](ClO4) and [LCu(HSO4)(H2O)2] were isolated and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductivities and magnetic susceptibilities, and by i.r., electronic and e.s.r. spectral measurements, as well as by thermal (t.g. and d.t.g.) analyses. The i.r. spectra indicate that the ligand HL behaves as a monobasic tridentate towards the three divalent metal ions via an azo-N, carboxylate-O and thiohydantoin-O atom. The magnetic moments and electronic spectral data suggest an octahedral geometry for CoII complexes, distorted octahedral geometry for both NiII and CuII complexes with a dimeric structure for [LCuCl(H2O)]2 · 2H2O through bridged chloro ligands. The X-band e.s.r. spectra reveal an axial symmetry for the copper(II) complexes with unsymmetrical Ms = ± 1 signal and G-parameter less than four for the dimeric [LCuCl(H2O)]2 · 2H2O. The thermogravimetry (t.g. and d.t.g.) of some complexes were studied; the order and kinetic parameters of their thermal degradation were determined by applying Coats–Redfern method and discussed.  相似文献
