The crystal structures of the four title compounds have been analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods at room temperature. Three with a general formula Cd[NH2(CH2)6NH2]Ni(CN)4·G (G=m-toluidine,Im;p-toluidine,Ip; and 2,4-xylidine,Ix) are the inclusion compounds of the respective aromatic molecules in the three-dimensional metal complex host (1,6-diaminohexane)cadmium(II) tetracyanonickelate(II). The remaining one is a coordination complex ofp-toluidine, bis(p-toluidine) (1,6-diaminohexane)cadmium(II) tetracyanonick-elate(II),II, Im, Ix, andII crystallize under similar experimental conditions;Ip is obtained using thep-toluidinemesitylene mixture at higher dilution than that used forII. Im crystallizes in the tri linic space group \(P\bar 1\) , witha=9.725(2),b=7.598(1),c=7.177(1) Å, α=90.44(1), β=98.80(1), γ=95.70(1)o, andZ=1 (the final conventionalR=0.037 for 3526 reflections);Ip: monoclinic,P2/m,a=9.540(2),b=7.611(1),c=7.120(1) Å, β=100.95(1)o, andZ=1 (R=0.027 for 1700 reflections);Ix: monoclinic,P2/m,a=9.628(2),b=7.613(1),c=7.122(1) Å, β=100.01(1)o, andZ=1 (R=0.049 for 2704 reflections);II: monoclinic,P21/n,a=12.107(3),b=10.117(2),c=12.471(3) Å, β=113.67(2)o, andZ=2 (R=0.037 for 2616 reflections). The structures ofIm, Ip andIx are similar to that of theo-toluidine inclusion compound of the same metal complex host. InII atrans pair of thep-toluidine molecules to the cadmium atom in the two-dimensional network formed by thecatena-μ-linkages of ?Cd?NH2(CH2)6NH2?Cd? and ?NC?Ni?CN?Cd?NC?Ni?CN?intersecting at each Cd atom; two cyanide groups of the tetracyanonickelate(II) moiety have free N-ends.  相似文献

The Schiff base 5-methoxy-2-[(3-methylaminopropylimino)methyl]phenol (MMP) derived from 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde and N-methylpropane-1,3-diamine and its nickel(II) and zinc(II) complexes [Ni(MMP)2(NCS)2] (I) and [ZnCl2(MMP)] (II), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, and single crystal X-ray crystallographic determination. The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 9.0488(8), b = 12.7768(12), c = 12.9232(11) Å, β = 101.927(5)°, V = 1461.9(2) Å3, Z = 2. The crystal of II is orthorhombic: space group Pbca, a = 11.6991(7), b = 13.2839(8), c = 20.4451(12) Å, V = 3177.4(3) Å3, Z = 8. The Schiff base coordinates to the metal atoms through the phenolate O and imine N atoms. The effect of these complexes on the antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans were studied.  相似文献

A novel bridging ligand, (3,5-dichloropyridin-4-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanol (I), and its cobalt(II) complex, [Co(I)2(NCS)2]n (II), were prepared. The structures of ligand I and complex II were determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. Magnetic susceptibility measurements were performed for cobalt (II) complex II. Compound I crystallised in orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 7.6585(14) Å, b = 12.209(2) Å, c = 23.207(4) Å, V= 2170.0(7) Å3 and Z=8. Complex II crystallised in monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.223(8) Å, b = 16.959(10) Å, c = 13.948(8) Å, β = 115.395(10)°, V= 2826(3) Å3 and Z = 4. Each cobalt(II) ion is surrounded by two NCS? anions and four pyridyl moieties from two bridging ligands. Each bridging ligand connects two neighbouring Co(II) ions to form a 2-dimensional structure. Temperature dependence of the molar magnetic susceptibilities in the temperature range of 2–300 K revealed that magnetic interactions between the cobalt ions are weak.  相似文献

The diiron ynamine complexes [Fe2(CO)7{μ-C(R)C(NEt2)}] (1) (R=Me, Ph, C3H5, SiMe3) react with theN-sulfinylaniline, PhNSO, in refluxing hexane to yield the complexes [Fe2(CO)6{μ-N(Ph)C(Me)S}] (2), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-N(Ph)C(NEt2)C(Ph)S}] · 0.5C6H12 (3), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-C(C3H5)C(NEt2)N(Ph)SO}] · 0.5CH2Cl2 (4), and [Fe2(CO)6{μ-C(SiMe3)C(NEt2)S)}] (5). Compound 5 was found to be identical to the previously reported product obtained from the reaction of 1 with sulfur. Compounds 2, 3, and 4 were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Crystal data: for 2: space group = P21/n,a=9.533(1) Å,b=18.830(4) Å,c=12.705(4) Å, β=107.01(2)°,Z=4, 2687 reflections,R=0.027; for 3: space group=P21/n,a=13.660(2) Å,b=19.096(8) Å,c=10.972(2) Å, β=90.62(1)°,Z=4, 2821 reflections,R=0.036; for 4: space group=P21/a,a=18.098(5) Å,b=16.564(4) Å,c=18.548(2) Å, β=115.44(2)°,Z=4, 3569 reflections,R=0.041. Complexes 2 and 3 result from fragmentation of theN-sulfinylaniline ligand and insertion of the nitrene grouping into the Fe=C(aminocarbene) bond, whereas the sulfur atom inserts into one Fe-C bond of the bridging carbene. Compound 4 is formed by insertion of the entireN-sulfinyl aniline ligand into the Fe=C(aminocarbene) bond. All three complexes have basket-like arachno structure isolobal to the benzvalene one.  相似文献

Reactions of [NH4]2[MS4](M = Mo,W), CuX(X = Br, I) and PPh3 in the solid state produced four mixed-metal sulfur containing clusters {Cu3MS3X}(PPh3)3S(M = Mo, W; X = Br, I), two of which (1: M = Mo, X = I; 2: M = W, X = Br) were structurally determined. Crystals of 1 and 2 are triclinic, space group P1 (1: a = 11.895(3), b = 13.107(1), c = 20.473(2)Å, α = 74.95(6), β = 84.87(8), γ = 64.27(7)°, Z=2, V=2776.1 Å3, Rw = 0.064 for 6443 observed reflections. 2: a = 11.876 (1), b = 13.065 (2), c = 20.325(2)Å, α = 74.95(1), β= 85.39(1), γ = 64.09(1)°, Z = 2, V = 2737.3Å3, Rw = 0.055 for ·5303 observed reflections). The results of the structure determination showed that the central units of the two cubane-like cluster compounds are composed of four metal atoms and four non-metal atoms situated at alternate corners. The differences of cubane-like cluster compounds obtained from solid state reactions and from solution reactions are discussed.  相似文献

Complex ( 1 ), the magnetic data was fitted by the Bleaney‐Bowers equation (1). A very good fit was derived with J = 23.96, Θ = ?1.5 (g = 1.97). Complex ( 1 ) shows the ferromagnetism. Complexes ( 2 ), ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) of have the it is the typical paramagnetic behavior of unpaired electrons. Under a low temperature around 25 K, complexes ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) show weak ferromagnetic behavior. They are the cause of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The preparation of several new gold(I) complexes by chloride metathesis of [AuCl(HL)] [HL=Ph2PNHP(O)Ph2] with either HL or K[Ph2P(E)NP(E)Ph2] (E=S or Se) is described. All compounds were characterised by a combination of 31P{1H}, 1H and IR spectroscopy, microanalysis and X-ray crystallography. X-ray structural studies reveal that [Au(HL)2]Cl [monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=9.0726(3) Å, b=21.0847(6) Å, c=12.0131(3) Å, β=105.1090(10)°, V=2219 Å3, Z=2, final R=3.97] forms a one dimensional polymeric structure in which alternating [Au(HL)2]+ and Cl ions are linked through intermolecular N–H⋯Cl hydrogen-bonding. In contrast the three-co-ordinate compound [Au{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}(HL)] [monoclinic, space group P21/a, a=21.6752(5) Å, b=9.1200(10) Å, c=24.0742(7) Å, β=106.080(2)°, V=4573 Å3, Z=4, final R=8.94] forms hydrogen-bonded dimer pairs analogous to that previously observed in non-complexed HL. The X-ray crystal structure of the gold(I) precursor [AuCl(HL)] has also been determined: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=10.217(8) Å, b=23.256(5) Å, c=20.086(5) Å, β=101.15(4)°, V=4683 Å3, Z=8, final R=5.2. The X-ray crystal structure reveals intermolecular N–H⋯OP hydrogen-bonding between adjacent [AuCl(HL)] molecules forming infinite chains.  相似文献

A series of copper(II) complexes, [Cu(L1)(NCS)] (I), [CuBr(L2)] (II), and [CuCl(L3)] (III), where L1, L2, and L3 are 2,4-dibromo-6-[(pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)methyl]phenolate, 4-chloro-2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)methyl]phenolate, and 1-[(pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)methyl]-naphthalen-2-ol, respectively, were prepared. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single crystal X-ray determination. The crystals of the three complexes crystalize in the monoclinic space group P21/n. Partial substitution of P by As, leading to the solid solution CsH2(PO4)1−x(AsO4)x, with x=0.28 (abbreviated as CDAP) has been shown. The structural characteristics of the crystals were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction, which revealed that the new title compound is nearly isomorphous with the monoclinic phase of CsH2PO4 (CDP). The structure was solved from 796 independent reflections with R1=0.0292 and Rw2=0.0702, refined with 59 parameters. The following results have been obtained: space group P21, a=4.9250(4) Å, b=6.4370(3) Å, c=7.9280(6) Å, β=107.316(3)°, V=239.94(3) Å3, Z=2 and ρcal=3.349 g cm−3. The hydrogen bonds are clearly distinguished in the electron density maps which display distributions corresponding to order of protons. The shorter bond (2.452(4) Å), links the phosphate–arsenate groups into chains running along the b-axis and the longer bond (2.531(3) Å), crosslinks the chains to form (001) layers. The Raman and infrared spectra of CDAP recorded at room temperature in the frequency ranges 15–1200 cm−1 and 400–4000 cm−1, respectively, confirm the presence of PO3−4 and AsO3−4 groups in the crystal. Differential scanning calorimetry traces show three phase transitions at 333, 449 and 490 K in this material, which are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction at high temperature.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of MoO3, CuO, and pyrazine‐2‐carboxylic acid (Hpzca) resulted in two polymeric complexes, {[Cu5(pzca)6(H2O)4][Mo8O26]}n ( 1 ; pzca=pyrazine‐2‐carboxylate) and [Mo3Cu2O10(pz)]n ( 2 ; pz=pyrazine). The former crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a=10.805(3) Å, b=13.061(5) Å, c=13.337(10) Å, β=90.20(4)°, V=2729(2) Å3, and Z=2. The later crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a=12.385(2) Å, b=7.6044(9) Å, c=12.7880(14) Å, V=1204.4(2) Å3, and Z=4. X‐Ray diffraction analysis revealed that 1 possesses a two‐dimensional wave‐like structure, formed from a zigzag one‐dimensional chain, and 2 is a three‐dimensional network structure formed from a one‐dimensional chain and a pz bridging ligand. The temperature‐dependent magnetic behavior of 1 was studied.  相似文献

Ta2Cl6(SMe2)3 reacts with one equivalent of C4H9CO2Li to give a complex with a bridging carboxylate ligand, Ta2Cl5(O2CC4H9)(SMe2)(THF)2. The product was isolated in two crystalline forms, 1 and 2, from a THF/hexane and benzene/hexane solvent mixture, respectively. The following are the unit cell parameters, for 1: monoclinic (P21/n), a = 10.537(5) Å, b = 22.015(4) Å, c = 11.663(4) Å, β = 107.80(3)°, V = 2576(3) Å3, and Z = 4; for 2: monoclinic (P21/c), a = 15.584(4) Å, b = 15.647(4) Å, c = 11.275(3) Å, β = 106.04(5)°, V = 2642(3) Å3 and Z = 4. The complex is a dimer with a distorted octahedra-sharing-an-edge geometry. The TaTa distances in 1 and 2 were 2.766(1) Å and 2.779(1) Å, respectively, which is somewhat longer than in previously reported Nb(III) and Ta(III) dinuclear compounds. Diamagnetism of the complex is shown by NMR. Fenske—Hall calculations, which correctly predict an electronic transition at about 16,000 cm?1, indicate a double TaTa bond. The observed elongation of the metalmetal bond is attributed mainly to steric crowding. The complex is the first proven low-valent Ta species with a coordinated carboxylate ion.  相似文献

Anhydrous and partially hydrated acid trinuclear trifluoroacetates of divalent transition metals of the composition [M3(CF3COO)6(CF3COOH)6)](CF3COOH) and [M3(CF3COO)6(CF3COOH)2(H2O)4)](CF3COOH)2, respectively, where M = Co (I, III) Ni (II, IV), were synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. Complexes I and II were obtained by crystallization from solutions of M(CF3COO)2 · 4H2O in trifluoroacetic anhydride; complexes III and IV were synthesized under the same conditions with the use of 99% trifluoroacetic acid as a solvent. Crystals I are triclinic: space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 13.199(6) Å, b = 14.649(6) Å, c = 15.818(6) Å, α = 90.04(4)°, β = 114.32(4)°, γ = 108.55(4)°, V = 2611.3(19) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0480. Crystals II are trigonal: space group $R\bar 3$ , a = 13.307(2) Å, c = 53.13(1) Å, V = 8148(2) Å3, Z = 6, R = 0.1112. Crystals III are triclinic: space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 9.001(8) Å, b = 10.379(9) Å, c = 12.119(9) Å, α = 83.67(5)°, β = 72.33(5)°, γ = 83.44(5)°, V = 1068.3(15) Å3, Z = 1 Å, R = 0.1031. Crystals IV are triclinic: space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 9.121(18) Å, b = 10.379(2) Å, c = 12.109(2) Å, α = 84.59(3)°, β = 72.20(3)°, γ = 82.80(3)°, V = 1080.94(40) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0334.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new cadmium(II) complexes with phenylthiourea (PTU), namely Cd(PTU)4Cl2 (1) and [Cd2(NCS)22-SCN)2(PTU)22-PTU)2] n (2), have been prepared and characterized structurally by X-ray diffaction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 27.057(13), b = 8.108(3), c = 16.751(8) Å, β = 114.46°, V = 3345(3) Å3, Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 9.336(3), b = 14.686(5), c = 16.911(5) Å, α = 71.36(2), β = 84.31(2), γ = 72.470(10)°, V = 2095.0(12) Å3 Z = 4. The structural analysis shows that each metal atom in both the mononuclear complex 1 and polynuclear complex 2 is octahedrally coordinated by four sulfur atoms and two chloro ligands or two nitrogen atoms from the thiocyanate groups, respectively. The PTU ligand can serve as either a monodentate ligand or a μ2-bridging ligand upon coordination to a metal atom.  相似文献
