We report parallel two-photon photopolymerization of microgear patterns by exposing a photoresist to holographically generated optical vortices. The optical vortices are created by imparting a helical pitch onto the incident light using a programmable lithographic phase mask realized with a computer addressable phase-only spatial light modulator. By varying the phase levels of the spatial light modulator, the truncated helical phase of an optical vortex results in output intensity patterns that typifies that of microgears instead of perfect doughnut beams. Our experiments and simulations are in good agreement implying a more efficient and highly parallel two-photon photopolymerization scheme that can be subsequently used for non-scanning fabrication of microgears.  相似文献

When light travels in biological tissues,it undergoes multiple scattering and forms speckles,which seriousl.y restricts the penetration depth of optical imaging in biological tissues.With wavefront shaping method,by modulating the wavefront of incident light to compensate for the wavefront aberration,light focusing and scanning imaging through scattering media can be achieved.However,wavefront shaping must be accomplished within the speckle decorrelation time.Considering the short speckle decorrelation time of living tissues,the speed of wavefront shaping is rather essential We propose a new iterative optimization wavefront shaping method to improve the speed of wavefront shaping in which the existing parallel optimization wavefront shaping method is improved and is combined with the superpixel method.Compared with the traditional multi-frequency parallel optimization method,the modulation rate of our method is doubled.Moreover,we combine the high frame rate amplitude modulator,i.e.,the digital micromirror device(DMD),with the superpixel method to replace the traditional phase modulator(i.e.,spatial light modulator),which further increases the optimization speed.In our experiment,when the number of the optical modes is 400,light focusing is achieved with only 1000 DMD superpixel masks and the enhancement factor reaches 223.Our approach provides a new path for fast light focusing through wavefront shaping.  相似文献

An optical microwave filter architecture which can be continuously tuned is proposed and demonstrated. The architecture is based on a nematic liquid crystal spatial light modulator in parallel configuration and has the potential to control a large number of taps. We experimentally investigate the spatial and temporal properties of a nonlinear optical system composed of an optically addressed spatial light modulator and a two-dimensional optical feedback. The system property is examined using fringes with only one spatial wave vector. The fringes are spontaneously generated using a spatial frequency filter in the optical feedback. We also experimentally investigate the properties of the spatial light modulator in the system using ordinary interference fringes in order to compare with the system property. We demonstrate that the spatial frequency response of the nonlinear optical system is identical to that of the spatial light modulator. We also demonstrate the distinctive temporal behavior of diffraction lights from the fringes generated in the system.  相似文献

A digital phase-shifting interferometer with a liquid-crystal-display coupled, parallel aligned, nematic liquid-crystal spatial light modulator is developed. The optical phase shift in the Michelson-type polarization interferometer is achieved by a digital phase shift of a grating displayed on the spatial light modulator. Accurate experimental results of using the heterodyne system for pi/2 phase steps were demonstrated. A phase-shifting interferometer with no moving parts and no requirement for calibration of the value of the phase shift was achieved.  相似文献

Amplitude-transmitting filters for apodizing and hyperresolving applications can be easily implemented by use of a two-dimensional programmable liquid-crystal spatial light modulator operating in a transmission-only mode. Experimental results are in excellent agreement with theoretical predictions. This approach can permit the analysis of various filter designs and can allow the filters to be changed rapidly to modify the response of an optical system.  相似文献

为实现一束激光在90°锥形范围内的扫描,利用液晶空间光调制器在光束偏转控制时精度高、无机械惯性等优点,研究并建立了基于液晶空间光调制器的光束偏转和角放大光路系统。提出了空间光调制器的可编程相位调制算法和角放大光路结构,推导了空间光调制器光束偏转角度与相位灰度驱动图的关系,设计了角度放大倍率高于22倍的角放大光路系统。在此基础上,建立了光束扫描控制实验系统,对该装置角度出射范围进行了测量,将实际的角放大倍率与设计值进行对比。实验结果表明:研制系统的出射视场角可达91.22°,并可通过畸变校正实现出射视场角范围内的规则形状扫描。该研究在光束敏捷控制、无线激光通信、目标搜索与追踪等领域具有重要的研究价值和应用前景。  相似文献

We use a parallel frequency-domain optical coherence tomography (FDOCT) system to generate a scatter-mode image of the hamster cheek pouch epithelium. To our knowledge, this is the first optical coherence tomography (OCT) image of a biological sample obtained using a thermal light source in the frequency domain. The system employs an imaging spectrometer to acquire depth-resolved profiles from adjacent spatial points without the need for any scanning. To enable this imaging modality, we have considered that signals originating from multiple depths combine in a different manner in FDOCT compared to time-domain optical coherence tomography (TDOCT). Because a multicomponent FDOCT signal is a coherent sum, it is necessary to limit the number of modes that contribute to the detected signal. Conversely, multicomponent TDOCT signals can be represented as incoherent sums, where increasing the number of modes improves the signal.  相似文献

The possibility of compensating small-scale wavefront distortions in an optical feedback scheme by using a spatial light modulator optically addressed by the output beam of a Zernike cell is theoretically considered. The optimal parameters of the system for compensating sinusoidal distortions and distortions characteristic of phasing of subapertures, the requirements for the elements of the system, the range of compensated distortions, and the quality of compensation are determined. It is shown that the use of this method makes it possible to compensate small-scale phase distortions with a peak-to-peak amplitude of up to 3λ; in this case, the gain in the Strehl number can be as high as 80.  相似文献

The system is based on a liquid crystal television which acts as a binary phase-only spatial light modulator. 3D-TV systems by holography technique have been studied in the world. In this paper, we report a color holographic reconstruction system by time division multiplexing method with reference lights of laser. The method can reconstruct a color holographic image by switching reference lights of red, green and blue colors at certain intervals. We can observe a color holographic image using red and green lasers as the reference lights, a high minute liquid crystal display (LCD) panel as a spatial light modulator (SLM) and electro-shutters as the shuttering device of the laser lights in the optical system. This approach has some advantages. Namely, the structure of the optical system can be simple and the number of LCD panels in the optical system can be decreased.  相似文献

实验中4f光学系统的输入函数载体与滤波函数载体往往存在着一定的角位移,而这个角位移的存在影响了4f光学系统的精确滤波。将空间光调制器(SLM)作为4f光学系统的输入和滤波函数的载体,利用光栅衍射理论和傅里叶变换理论,提出了一种测量该角位移的方法。滤波函数旋转角位移值的大小可以补偿输入和滤波函数载体间存在的角位移。滤波实验证明了方法的有效性和必要性。  相似文献

A novel, parallel aligned optically addressed liquid crystal spatial light modulator has been used to implement an optically writable image memory. The memory uses a two-beam interferometer with optical feedback which exhibits thresholding, hysteresis, and bistability. 提出了产生三光学势阱的新方案, 在该方案中用液晶空间光调制器制作相位型闪耀光栅, 单色相干光照明, 产生按等边三角形分布的三个光学势阱, 三个光阱光强大小分布相同, 调节空间光调制器的相位分布, 可以改变光阱的相对位置, 实现三光阱到单个光阱、两光阱合并为一个光阱等演变及其反向演变, 调节过程简单、方便. 根据现有空间光调制器性能和尺寸, 模拟设计光栅, 计算三光阱的光强分布和调控过程中光强的变化, 结果表明: 用一般功率的激光照明, 能够得到具有较大峰值光强和较高光强梯度的可调三光阱, 在原子和分子光学实验研究中有多种重要的应用. 关键词: 原子和分子光学 可调三光学势阱 空间光调制器  相似文献

Based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometer, we introduce a novel construction of the optical correlator for color pattern recognition. This system could remove the zero order term, which decreases the discrimination ability of the system, in only one step. Since each color can be separated into 3 channels, we propose the multi-level quantized reference functions (MQRF) for each color channel, and utilize them in spatial domain. Consequently, a total of 3 MQRFs and 3 color channels of the test image could be implemented at the input plane of liquid crystal spatial light modulator (LCSLM) of Mach-Zehnder joint transform correlator. Each LCSLM is modulated along the real-valued axis.  相似文献

研制了一种在衍射光变图像器件上进行信息存储的新型数字化激光光刻系统。采用空间光调制器作图形自动输入,双远心投影成像系统在光刻记录面上缩微图形。通过光栅干涉光学头对记录面上的微图形进行干涉调制,使微图形上产生干涉条纹,条纹空间频率范围为500-1200lp/mm。在光刻胶干版上的存储实验表明,在衍射光变图像上的单角度存储信息密度大于3.7Mbit/cm^2。改变干涉条纹取向、条纹间隔和需要存储的图形,光刻系统可实现信息的旋转复用存储。上述光刻系统将会在防伪和衍射光变图像器件制造领域有良好应用。  相似文献
