Three crystal modifications of poly(3,3-dimethyloxacyclobutane) [? CH2C(CH3)2CH2O? ]n were found and their structures were analyzed by x-ray diffraction. Modification I is obtained only under tension and disappears on relaxing the tension. From the fiber period of 4.83 Å, the molecular structure seems to be planar zigzag. In modification II, two chains in T3GT3? conformation pass through a monoclinic cell with parameters a = 8.93 Å, b = 7.48 Å, c (fiber axis) = 8.35 Å, β = 97.9°, and the space group P21/c-C. In modification III, two (T2G2)2 chains pass through an orthorhombic cell with parameters a = 15.60 Å, b = 5.74 Å, c (fiber axis) = 6.51 Å, and the space group, C2221D. Molecular conformations of the three crystal modifications correspond to those of polyoxacyclobutane.  相似文献

Redetermination of the crystal structure of poly(p-benzamide) was made by using newly collected intensity data. The molecular conformation is TCTC, where the internal rotation angles about the N? C bond of the amide group and about the virtual bond of N-phenyl-C are T (trans) and C (cis) conformations, respectively. Two molecular chains pass through a rectangular unit cell with dimension, a = 7.75 Å, b = 5.30 Å, c (fiber axis) = 12.87 Å, and the space group, P212121-D. The reflection observed at the spacing of 010 may be attributed to the reflection due to another crystal polymorph or the diffuse scattering due to disorder. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The NH4NCS complex of the macrotetrolide antibiotic nonactin crystallizes in the space group P1 , a = 12.565, b = 13.115, c = 14.999 Å, α= 91.22, β= 90.10, γ= 104.97°. The X-ray crystal structure analysis shows that the NH ion is coordinated by hydrogen bonds to the four ether oxygen atoms (NH … O, 2.86 Å). These four atoms and the four carbonyl oxygen atoms (N … O, 3.08 Å) enclose the NH ion in a somewhat distorted cube.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers {[Cd(phen)](C6H8O4)3/3} ( 1 ) and {[Cd(phen)](C7H10O4)3/3} · 2H2O ( 2 ) were structurally characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction methods. In 1 (C2/c (no. 15), a = 16.169(2)Å, b = 15.485(2)Å, c = 14.044(2)Å, β = 112.701(8)°, U = 3243.9(7)Å3, Z = 8), the Cd atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and five O atoms of three adipato ligands to form mono‐capped trigonal prisms with d(Cd‐O) = 2.271‐2.583Å and d(Cd‐N) = 2.309, 2.390Å. The [Cd(phen)] moieties are bridged by adipato ligands to generate {[Cd(phen)](C6H8O4)3/3} chains, which, via interchain π—π stacking interactions, are assembled into layers. Complex 2 (P1¯(no. 2), a = 9.986(1)Å, b = 10.230(3)Å, c = 11.243(1)Å, α = 66.06(1)°, β = 87.20(1)°, γ = 66.71(1)°, U = 955.7(2)Å3, Z = 2) consists of {[Cd(phen)](C7H10O4)3/3} chains and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cd atoms are pentagonal bipyramidally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and five O atoms of three pimelato ligands with d(Cd‐O) = 2.213—2.721Å and d(Cd‐N) = 2.329, 2.372Å. Through interchain π—π stacking interactions, the {[Cd(phen)](C7H10O4)3/3} chains resulting from [Cd(phen)] moieties bridged by pimelato ligands are assembled in to layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the hexagonal Ag3Co(CN)6 (a = 7.03 Å, c = 7.13 Å, Z = 1) has been determined by X-ray powder methods. The structure factor calculations based on the space group D lead to a reliability index R of 0.062, the R̃-value from F2-sums of systematically coinciding reflections being 0.064. The cobalt atoms are located in the position 1 a (0,0,0), the silver atoms in 3g (1/2,0,1/2;0,1/2,1/2;1/2,1/2,1/2). The carbon and nitrogen atoms occupy the position 6k. The interatomic distance are: Co-C = 1.89 Å, C-N = 1.14 Å, Ag-N = 2.06 Å. The angle C-N-Ag is 157.3º.  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structure of trans-(Ph4As)2[OsCl2(NCS) (SCN) ], Vibrational Spectra and Normal Coordinate Analysis By treatment of trans-[OsCl2I4]2? with (SCN)2 in dichloromethane a mixture of different linkage isomers is formed, from which trans-[OsCl2(NCS)(SCN)]2? has been isolated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The X-Ray structure determination on a single crystal of trans-(Ph4As)2[OsCl2(NCS)(SCN)] (triclinic, space group P 1 , a = 12.505(5), b = 12.056(5), c = 19.833(5) Å, α = 108.047(5)°, β = 91.964(5)°, γ = 117.048(5)°, Z = 2) reveals that two cis-positioned Thiocyanate(N) groups are coordinated with Os? N? C angles of 172.1° and 173.0° and two cis-positioned Thiocyanate(S) groups are coordinated with Os? S? C angles of 106.9° and 108.7°. Using the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determination the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectra of the (n-Bu4N) salt of the linkage isomer are assigned by a normal coordinate analysis based on a modified valence force field. The valence force constants are fd(OsN) = 1.63 and fd(OsS) = 1.30 mdyn/Å. Taking into account the trans influence a good agreement between observed and calculated frequencies is achieved.  相似文献

Octahedro-hexatungsten octadecachloride, W6Cl18, is soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). Brownish black crystals of W6Cl18(DMSO)4 are formed from the brown solution by evaporation of DMSO under dynamic vacuum. The compound crystallizes monoclinically in the space group P21/n (no. 14) with a = 10.420 Å, b = 9.271 Å, c = 20.828 Å, β = 91.10° and Z = 2. The crystal structure is formed by isolated cluster molecules [W6Cl]Cl of the hexameric tungsten trichloride and DMSO molecules. It is the first hierarchical variant of the tetragonal BaAl4 type of structure where all atoms of the intermetallic phase are substituted by neutral molecules. The mean bond lengths are d(W–W) = 2.878 Å, d(W–Cli) = 2.391 Å and d(W–Cla) = 2.447 Å. They will be discussed in relation to analogous clusters. The two crystallographically independent DMSO molecules (d(S–O) = 1.53–1.55 Å, d(S–C) = 1.65–1.78 Å) form a 3 D net of condensed < 4864 > dodecahedra which envelopes the clusters.  相似文献

Na2Mn(NH2)4: A New Type of Layered Structure The structure of Na2Mn(NH2)4 was solved by X-ray single crystal data including H-positions: P21/c, Z = 4, a = 6.331(1) Å, b = 14.542(3) Å, c = 7.212(1) Å, β = 116.29(1)°, Z(F ≥ 3σ = (F)) = 1343, Z(parameters) = 96, R/RW = 0.023/0.029. The compound crystallizes in a new type of structure. Within layered blocks the amide ions are arranged with the motif of a hexagonal closest packing of spheres. Within these blocks alternating layers contain sodium in all octahedral sites and manganese in an ordered way in a quarter of tetrahedral sites.  相似文献

The crystal structure of polyisobutylene was determined by x-ray analysis. The orthorhombic cell, with a = 6.88 Å, b = 11.91 Å, c (fiber axis) = 18.60 Å (space group: P212121 ? D), contains two molecular chains each consisting of eight monomeric units in the fiber identity period. The chain conformation is essentially an (8/3) helix, but deviates appreciably from the exact (8/3) helix symmetry. The symmetry of the molecular chain is only a twofold screw axis in exact sense, and a crystallographic asymmetric unit consists of four monomeric units. The torsional angles are where M denotes the methyl group. The averaged skeletal C? CH2? C and C? CM2? C bond angles are 128° and 110°, respectively. The large C? CH2? C bond angles may be due to steric respulsion between the adjacent methyl groups, giving intramolecular distances larger than 3.09 Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of an iodo-derivative of cyclosporin A has been determined in order to elucidate the constitution of this cyclic undecapeptide. Crystals of iodocyclosporin A are monoclinic, a = 10.475(5), b = 19.60(1), c = 21.04(1) Å, β 99.35(2)°, space group P21 (C, No. 4). The structure was solved by the heavy atom method and refined by block-diagonal least-squares analysis to a final R-factor of 0.135 with hydrogen atoms in calculated positions. The cyclic peptide has a conformation which is partly β-pleated sheet and partly open loop. The structure analysis demonstrates for the first time the reality of a new type of dipeptide hydrogen-bonding, predicted by Pullman from MO calculations and leading to a conformation described by him as C.  相似文献

Crystal Structures and Hydrogen Bonding for β-Be(OH)2 and ϵ-Zn(OH)2 Crystals of β-Be(OH)2 sufficient for x-ray structure determination were grown from a saturated hot solution of freshly prepared Be(OH)2 in NaOH by slowly cooling down and in the case of ϵ-Zn(OH)2 by electrochemical oxidation of zinc in a NaOH/NH3 solution. The structures of the isotypic compounds were determined including the H-positions: β-Be(OH)2: P212121, Z = 4, a = 4.530(2) Å, b = 4.621(2) Å, c = 7.048(2) Å N(F > 3σ F) = 432, N(parameters) = 36, R/Rw = 0.044/0.052 ϵ-Zn(OH)2: P212121, Z = 4, a = 4.905(3) Å, b = 5.143(4) Å, c = 8.473(2) Å N(F > 3σ F) = 1107, N(parameters) = 36, R/Rw = 0.025/0.027For neutron diffraction experiments microcrystalline β-Be(OD)2 was prepared. With time-of-flight data the D positions were determined giving d(O–D) = 0.954(4) Å. The structures are closely related to that of β-cristobalite: As in SiO2 a quarter of tetrahedral interstices in a distorted cubic close packed arrangement of O is regularily occupied by the metal atoms. The filled O tetrahedra are twisted against one another in such a way, that O–H…O–H hydrogen bonds are favoured which are surprisingly stronger in the zinc than in the beryllium compound.  相似文献

Cs5[Na{W4N10}] was prepared from a mixture of NaNH2, CsNH2 and tungsten powder (molar ration 1 : 10 : 4) at 700°C in autoclaves. After the reaction is finished the nitride is embedded in an alkali metal matrix. Dark red crystals were isolated by washing out the alkali metal with liquid ammonia at room temperature. The structure of Cs5[Na{W4N10}] was solved by X-ray single crystal data: I41 (No. 80), Z = 4, a = 13.926(3) Å, c = 8.723(3) Å, Z(F) ≥ 3σ(F) = 1535, Z(Variables) = 63, R/Rw = 0.040/0.052. The compound is highly sensitive against moisture giving oxotungstates and ammonia. It contains a framework of tetrahedra [WNN3/21.5?]. Sodium shares four terminal nitrogen ligands. Including sodium a distorted, β-cristobalite type arrangement [Na{W4N10}5?] results. It contains caesium in all interstices formed by twelve nitrogen ligands in so-called Friauf polyhedra.  相似文献
