Summary Reaction of furan with 3,4-di-O-acetyl-L-rhamnal (1) afforded a mixture of epimeric 3-C-(2-furyl) glycals3 and4 and 1-C-(2-furyl)-hex-2-enopyranoses5 and6. A convenient synthesis of 2- and 3-(chloroacetylamino)-3-(2-furyl)propanoic acids (6a, 7a) and their fluoro analogs were developed. Both 6a and 7a showed 51-55% root growth-inhibitory activity towards rape seedlings at the concentration of 1.0x10(-4) M.  相似文献

The enzymatic kinetic resolution of the racemic alcohols 1-(3′-furyl)-3-buten-1-ol (±)-1 and 2-(2′-furyl)propan-1-ol (±)-2 was investigated by screening a range of lipases and esterases for enantioselective transacylation, as well as for enantioselective hydrolysis. For both alcohols, lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis of the derived racemic acetate gave the best results for accessing the desired (S)-enantiomers. In the case of the secondary alcohol (±)-1, ASL turned out to be the optimum enzyme, whereas PPL was found to be superior in the case of the primary alcohol (±)-2. Additionally, an alternative access to (S)-2 via Oppolzer's camphor sultam methodology is described.  相似文献

The electrophilic reactions (nitration, bromination, hydroxymethylation, formylation, acylation) and radical substitution reactions (nitration, arylation) of 2-(2-furyl)benzothiazole have been studied. It was found that all of the reactions occur at position 5 of the furan ring. Only nitration in PPA gave the 5',6-dinitro derivative. Quantum-chemical calculation data for the electron density distribution in the neutral and protonated 2-(2-furyl)benzothiazole molecules are given. Wittig reactions of 2-furaldehyde (20) [and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde (21)] with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (19) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon give (E)-1-(2-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (22E) and (E)-1-(2-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (23E) in 53 and 36% yields. Similarly, Wittig reactions of 3-furaldehyde (29) [and thiophene-3-carbaldehyde (30)] with 19 under the same reaction conditions as for 20 and 21 afford (E)-1-(3-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (31E) and (E)-1-(3-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (32E) in 32 and 46% yields. Molecular structures and characteristic properties as well as preparation of the title E (i.e., one of the geometrical isomers) forms, with a view to comparative study, are reported. Moreover, reactions of those conjugated π-electron systems with TCNE (=tetracyanoethylene) in benzene [and in DMF (=N,N-dimethylformamide)] at 25 °C for 24 h under argon yield unique products, possessing interesting molecular structures, respectively, whose characteristic properties and crystal structures are documented, also.  相似文献

5-Aryl(heteryl)-1-hydroxyethyl-4-(furyl-2-carbonyl)-3-hydroxy-3-pyrroline-2-ones were synthesized via reactions of methyl ester of furyl-2-carbonylpyruvic acid with a mixture of aromatic or heterocyclic aldehyde and ethanolamine in dioxane.
