The reaction of ethyl propiolate with triphenylphosphine (Ph3P) in the presence of N-alkylisatins led to ethyl 2,2,2-triphenyl-2,5-dihydro-1,2-λ5-oxaphosphole-4-carboxylate-spiro-1-alkyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-ones in good yield. The reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with Ph3P in the presence of N-alkylisatins led to dialkyl 2,2,2-triphenyl-2,5-dihydro-1,2-λ5-oxaphosphole-3,4-dicarboxylate-spiro-1-alkyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-ones and alkyl 4-(alkoxy)-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-3-furancarboxylate-spiro-1-alkyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-ones.  相似文献

1-Chlorobenzyl isocyanates react with N-arylfumarates with the formation of dialkyl 2-oxo-3,6-diaryl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidine-4,5-dicarboxylates that on alkaline hydrolysis are converted into 6-alkoxycarbonyl-1,4-diaryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-5-carboxylic acids. The condensation of 1-chloro-1-phenyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl isocyanate with N-arylfumarates results in dialkyl 6-oxo-2,3-diaryl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidine-4,5-dicarboxylates.  相似文献

The regioselective hydrolysis of ketenimines derived from NH-acids, such as 2,2,2-trichloro-N-phenylacetamide or ethyl-2-anilino-2-oxoacetates and acetylenic esters in the presence of tert-butyl isocyanide in a THF/H2O system (1/1) without any catalysis leads to a diastereomeric mixture of dialkyl 2-[(tert-butylamino)carbonyl]-3-[(2,2,2-trichloroacetyl)anilino]succinates and dialkyl 2-[(tert-butylamino)carbonyl]-3-[2-ethoxy-2-oxoacetyl)anilino]-succinates in good yields. Dynamic NMR effects were observed in the 13C NMR spectra of diethyl 2-[(tert-butylamino)carbonyl]-3-[(2,2,2-trichloroacetyl)anilino]succinate as a result of restricted rotation around the N-aryl single bond. The free energy of activation (ΔG #) for this process is 37.9 kJ mol−1 which leads to an observable atropisomerism.  相似文献

Perfluoro(2,3-epoxy-2-methylpentane) reacted with o-phenylenediamine and ethylenediamine via cleavage of the C-C bond to produce 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)-phenyl]propanamide and 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)ethyl]-propanamide, respectively. Presumably, these compounds are formed as a result of rearrangement of intermediate ketone generated by intramolecular haloform-type reaction. According to the NMR and X-ray diffraction data, 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)phenyl]propanamide in crystal exists as Z conformer with respect to the amide C-N bond.  相似文献

Hydrolytic transformations of 4-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(arylsulfonylamino)-and-(ethoxycarbonylamino)ethyl]phenyloxy(or sulfanyl)acetic acids under microwave irradiation in alkaline medium involve both trichloromethyl group and ester fragment to give N-arylsulfonyl-2-[4-carboxymethyloxy(or sulfanyl)phenyl]-2-aminoacetic acids in good yields. Hydrolysis of methyl 4-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(arylsulfonylamino)ethyl]phenyloxy(or sulfanyl)acetates without microwave activation occurs only at the ester group with quantitative formation of 4-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(arylsulfonylamino)ethyl]phenyloxy(or sulfanyl) acetic acids. N-[2,2,2-Trichloro-1-(1-naphthyl, 2-furyl, and 1-methylindol-3-yl)ethyl]-4-chlorobenzenesulfonamides in alkaline medium under microwave irradiation were converted in 10–15 min into the corresponding N-(4-chlorophenylsulfonyl)-2-aryl-2-aminoacetic acids in preparative yields.  相似文献

The reaction of N,N-dichloro-2-methylbenzenesulfonamide with trichloroethylene gave a new representative of highly electrophilic N-sulfonyl polyhaloaldehyde imines, 2-methyl-N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene) benzenesulfonamide. High reactivity of the product was demonstrated in the addition of water and 2-methylbenzenesulfonamide and reactions with benzene, toluene, anisole, thiophene, and 2-chlorothiophene. N,N-Dichlorobenzenesulfonamides and N,N-dichlorotrifluoromethanesulfonamide failed to react with 1,1,3,3,4,4-hexachlorobut-1-ene and 1,1,2,3,4-pentachlorobuta-1,3-diene under the conditions ensuring formation of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides from N,N-dichloroarenesulfonamides and trichloroethylene.  相似文献

2-Amino-4-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-1,3-thiazole reacted with highly electrophilic N-(2,2-dichloro-2-phenylethylidene)- and N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides through the exocyclic amino group to give products of nucleophilic addition to the azomethine bond, N-[2,2-di(or 2,2,2-tri)chloro-1-(1,3-thiazol-2-ylamino)ethyl]arenesulfonamides in good yields. N,N′-bis-(4-carboxyphenyl)bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic diimide was prepared by reaction of bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetra carboxylic dianhydride with p-aminobenzoic acid in a mixture of acetic acid and pyridine (3: 2). Polycondensation of N,N′-bis-(4-carboxyphenyl)bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic diimide with six different aromatic diamines produced a series of new poly(amide-imide)s (PAIs) in high yields with inherent viscosities between 0.49–0.95 dl/g. All PAIs were characterized by means of elemental analysis, viscosity measurement, solubility test, FTIR spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Dynamic TGA of PAIs shows 10% weight loss temperatures from 410 to 435°C under nitrogen.  相似文献

Reactions of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with (N-isocyanimino)triphenylphosphorane in the presence of 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione proceed smoothly at room temperature to afford dialkyl (Z)-2-(5,7-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazepin-2-yl)-2-butenedioates in high yields. Synthetically challenging isoxazoline indolizine amide compounds were designed and prepared for potential application to tropical diseases. Indolizine core structures were synthesized strategically as common intermediates for efficient derivatization. The chemistry for the syntheses of 8-(5-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-3-yl)-N-(2-oxo-2-((2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino)ethyl)indolizine-5-carboxamide (3) and 5-(5-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-3-yl)-N-(2-oxo-2-((2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino)ethyl)-indolizine-8-carboxamide (4) is described in this Letter.  相似文献

N-(2,2,2-Trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides react with 1H-pyrrole and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole to give the corresponding N-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]arenesulfonamides. The reaction of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide with pyrrole leads to a mixture of 2-mono-and 2,5-disubstituted pyrroles, whereas in the reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole only the 2-substituted compound is formed. N-(2,2-Dichloro-2-phenylethylidene)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide reacts with 1H-pyrrole to form N-[2,2-dichloro-2-phenyl-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide, and its reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole gives a mixture of 2-and 3-monosubstituted derivatives. The results of quantum-chemical calculations of the initial reactants and products indicate that the process is orbital-controlled. A good agreement is observed between the experimental data and theoretical conclusions concerning the dependence of the reaction regioselectivity on the nature of substituents in the electrophile molecule.  相似文献

The interaction of N-(1-aryl-2,2,2-trichloroethyl)amides of arenesulfonic acids with secondary amines or their salts in the presence of inorganic bases involves the formation of chloroaziridine intermediates. Depending upon the solvent and reagent ratio, the reaction results in N-[1-dialkylamino-2-chloro-2-arylethylidene]-, N-[2-dialkylamino-1-chloro-2-arylethylidene]-, N-[1,2-bis(dialkylamino)-2-arylethylidene]-, and N-(1,2-dioxo-2-arylethene)amides of arenesulfonic acids.  相似文献
