A confrgurational and conformational study of NH, N-acetyl- and N-sulfonylaziridine carboxylates is performed by1H ,13C,17O, and15N NMR spectroscopy. A new way of modifying aluminum sec-butoxide (Al(OBus)3) is proposed. This synthesis is carried out by reacting Al(OBus)3 dissolved in tetrahydrofuran with an unsaturated acid, viz. acrylic acid.The structure evolution of Al(OBus)3 with increasing acrylic acid amounts is investigated by infrared, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, and 27Al NMR spectroscopies and viscosity measurements. Information obtained suggests that the exchange reaction occurring between butoxy groups and acrylate ligands is stopped for an acid/alkoxide molar ratio within the range 1.6–1.7. This value leads us to assume that the dominant trimeric species of precursor is preserved after modification. Moreover, 27Al NMR analysis only reveals the presence of hexacoordinated Al sites in the structure of the modified Al(OBus)3.Evidence of the acrylic acid reaction with sec-butanol released during the alkoxide modification is also proved by the infrared and 13 C NMR data. However the produced ester amount can be considered as negligible.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new benzothiazolyl calix[4]arene-based multitopic molecular receptors L-1 and L-2 have been synthesised and evaluated for recognition of ionic toxicants. The receptors selectively interact with copper, silver and fluoride ion toxicants as assessed through UV-visible, NMR and colorimetric techniques. The stability of L-1:Cu+2 and L-2:Cu+2 complexes was found to be higher than that of complexes formed with Ag+ and F complexes in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid. Superiority of L-1 over L-2 for analysis of identified toxicants has been determined by measurement of binding constants.  相似文献

The degraded Eucalyptus pellita kraft lignin from the black liquor of KP-AQ pulping was precipitated directly at pH ∼2.0 without further purifying, since the lignin obtained is more representative with a whole distribution of molecular weight. The precipitated lignin was fractionated into six fractions by successive extraction with organic solvents. A comparison study of the lignin heterogeneity between the fractions was made in terms of fractional yield, content of associated polysaccharides, alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation, molecular weight distribution, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy and thermal stability. It was found that the lignin fractions contained higher associated hemicelluloses and ratios of non-condensed syringyl/guaiacyl units which were extracted by organic solvents with higher Hildebrand solubility parameters. The results from GPC and TGA showed that the polydispersity and the thermal stability of the lignin fractions increased with increasing molecular weight. In the low molecular weight fraction, small amounts of β-aryl ether bond (β-O-4) surviving the KP-AQ pulping were detected by both 1H and 13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

Complexes of beryllium chloride and nitrate with (Me2N)2P(O)F were characterized in solution by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and in some cases by IR spectroscopy and conductimetry. 31P and 19F NMR spectra were informative of changes associated with complex formation revealing resonances consistent with different species in solution and suggest an equilibrium between these species in both beryllium derivatives. These compounds show narrow lines in the solution 9Be NMR spectra, indicative of a highly symmetric environment for beryllium. The presence of the different species was more pronounced in beryllium chloride complexes. The results are compared to those reported in the literature for hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA).  相似文献

This research investigates the locus of solubilization of two significant compounds, the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) naphthalene and phenanthrene from a synthesized organic liquid phase comprised of the two PAHs and hexadecane in micelles of five polyoxyethylene non-ionic surfactants. The locus was inferred by the examination of the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. In this method, the ring current shifts on the 1H resonance of the surfactant chain protons are monitored. 1H NMR spectra were recorded for the five surfactant solutions in absence and presence of PAHs. The presence of the PAH induced the 1H to shift along the surfactant chain. The proton shift changes were obtained by comparing the NMR spectra for the pure surfactant solutions with those for surfactant solution contacted with various non-aqueous phase liquids. It was demonstrated that the distribution of PAHs between the shell and the core of the micelles changed with the concentration of PAHs in the micelles and in the NAPL phase. The 1H NMR analysis identified the presence of both PAHs in the shell region of the non-ionic micelles. This is an important observation because it is commonly assumed that in multi-component systems the solutes with relatively greater hydrophobicity are partitioned only in core of the non-ionic micelles. The results demonstrated the potential of the 1H NMR analysis for the identification of the locus of solubilization of PAHs in micelles of non-ionic surfactant.  相似文献

Solid inclusion compounds of cyclotriveratrylene (CTV) with benzene, toluene, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, acetic acid and chloroform, as well as two hydrated forms, were prepared and characterized by solid state13C NMR. The inclusion process for CTV appears to be quite selective, and in some instance depends critically on the presence or absence of water. A number of different structural types are indicated by the solid state13C NMR splitting paterns. For the guests listed above,1H NMR in solution indicated a guest to host ratio close to 0.5, except for chloroform, for which the ratio is closer to 2.  相似文献

Lithocholic acid N-(2-aminoethyl)amide (1) and deoxycholic acid N-(2-aminoethyl)amide(2) have been prepared and characterized by1H, 13C and 15N NMR. The accurate molecular masses of 1 and 2 have been determined by ESI MS. The formation of the Cd2+-complexes (1+Cd and 2+Cd) in CD3OD solution have been detected by 1H,13C, 15N and 113Cd NMR. The 13C NMR chemical shift assignments of 1 and 2 and their Cd2+-complexes are based on DEPT-135 and z-GS 1H,13C HMQC experiments as well as comparison with the assignments of the related structures. The 15N NMR chemical shiftassignments of the ligands and theirCd2+-complexes are based on z-GS1H,15N HMBC experiments. 13C NMR chemical shift differences between 1and its 1:1 Cd2+-complex based on ab initiocalculations at Hartree-Fock SCI-PCM level using3-21G(d) basis set are in agreement with theexperimental shift changes observed onCd2+-complexation.  相似文献

Theoretical calculations at the DFT (B3LYP/6-31+G**) level of the model Diels-Alder (DA) reactions of 1-methyl-3-(methoxycarbonyl)-2-phosphaindolizine with 1,3-butadiene in the presence of methylaluminium dichloride reveal that the co-ordination of organoaluminium reagent to the carbonyl oxygen increases the activation barrier compared to that for the uncomplexed 2-phosphaindolizine. On the other hand, co-ordination of the organoaluminium reagent to the σ2, λ3 P atom lowers the activation barrier by ∼6 kcal mol−1. 1-Methyl-2-phosphaindolizines having an electron-withdrawing group at the 3-position only undergo DA reaction with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene in the presence of the ethylaluminium dichloride catalyst in methylene chloride at a low temperature to afford [2+4] cycloadducts. The formation of an intermediate having the ethylaluminium reagent co-ordinated to σ2, λ3 P atom has been detected by 31P NMR. The products have been characterized by 31P and 1H NMR studies.  相似文献

Blastocystis is an opportunistic parasite commonly found in the intestines of humans and other animals. Despite its high prevalence, knowledge regarding Blastocystis biology within and outside the host is limited. Analysis of the metabolites produced by this anaerobe could provide insights that can help map its metabolism and determine its role in both health and disease. Due to its controversial pathogenicity, these metabolites could define its deterministic role in microbiome’s “health” and/or subsequently resolve Blastocystis’ potential impact in gastrointestinal health. A common method for elucidating the presence of these metabolites is through 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). However, there are currently no described benchmarked methods available to extract metabolites from Blastocystis for 1H NMR analysis. Herein, several extraction solvents, lysis methods and incubation temperatures were compared for their usefulness as an extraction protocol for this protozoan. Following extraction, the samples were freeze-dried, re-solubilized and analysed with 1H NMR. The results demonstrate that carrying out the procedure at room temperature using methanol as an extraction solvent and bead bashing as a lysis technique provides a consistent, reproducible and efficient method to extract metabolites from Blastocystis for NMR.  相似文献

New phosphorus-containing derivatives of grosshemin were synthesized in 68-70% yield by reacting this guaianolide with dialkylphosphites. Their structures were established by IR, PMR, 13C NMR, and 31P NMR spectroscopies and two-dimensional 1H-1H NMR spectroscopy (COSY). The reaction of grosshemin with dialkylphosphites was found to be highly stereoselective.  相似文献

The preparation and characterization of a series of octahedral complexes [SnF4L2] (L = (Me2N)3PO (1), L = (R2N)2P(O)F; R = Me (2); Et (3) or L = R2NP(O)F2; R = Me (4); Et (5)) are described. These new adducts have been characterised by multinuclear (19F, 31P and 119Sn) NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The NMR data particularly the 19F NMR spectra showed that the complexes exist in solution as mixtures of cis and trans isomers. The solution behaviour of the complexes studied by variable temperature NMR in the presence of excess ligand indicated that, unlike in the SnCl4 analogues, the ligand exchange at room temperature is slow for 13 and fast only for 4 and 5. The metal–ligand exchange barriers in [SnF4L2] and [SnCl4L2] systems were estimated and compared. The results indicate that in addition to the difference in the Lewis acidity between SnF4 and SnCl4 the nature of the substituents (fluorine atoms) on the phosphorus atom of the ligand can contribute considerably to the lability of the complex obtained.  相似文献

A new methacrylic monomer, 4‐nitro‐3‐methylphenyl methacrylate (NMPM) was prepared by reacting 4‐nitro‐3‐methyl phenol dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) in the presence of triethylamine as a catalyst. Copolymerization of NMPM with methyl methacrylate (MMA) has been carried out in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) by free radical solution polymerization at 70±1°C utilizing benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator. Poly (NMPM‐co‐MMA) copolymers were characterized by FT‐IR, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weights (Mw and Mn) and polydispersity indices (Mw/Mn) of the polymers were determined using a gel permeation chromatograph. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of the copolymers were determined by a differential scanning calorimeter, showing that Tg increases with MMA content in the copolymer. Thermogravimetric analysis of the polymers, performed under nitrogen, shows that the stability of the copolymer increases with an increase in NMPM content. The solubility of the polymers was tested in various polar and non‐polar solvents. Copolymer compositions were determined by 1H‐NMR spectroscopy by comparing the integral peak heights of well separated aromatic and aliphatic proton peaks. The monomer reactivity ratios were determined by the Fineman‐Ross (r1 =7.090:r2=0.854), Kelen‐Tudos (r1=7.693: r2=0.852) and extended Kelen‐Tudos methods (r1=7.550: r2= 0.856).  相似文献

The oxidation of 13C-labeled ethyl linoleate (13C-EL), a model compound for alkyd resins, was investigated by 13C NMR in the presence of Co(II)-2-ethylhexanoate (Co-EH), Mn(acac)3 (acac = acetylacetonate), and Mn(acac)3 in combination with 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), respectively. The use of 13C-EL allows us, in an unprecedented way, to reveal the individual evolution of hydroperoxides (ROOH) and peroxy (ROOR) links by 13C NMR and to quantify the oxidation intermediates during the oxidation. Mn(acac)3 appeared to be less effective in decomposing ROOH than Co-EH and the Mn(acac)3/bpy combination. Quantitative analyses were attempted for a few major 13C peaks.  相似文献

Proton NMR spectroscopy was used to study the complexation reaction of 18-crown-6 (18C6) with K+, Rb+ and Tl+ ions in a number of binary dimethyl sulfoxide-nitrobenzene mixtures. In all cases, the exchange between free and complexed crowns was fast on the NMR time scale and only a single population average 1H signal was observed. Formation constants of the resulting 1:1 complexes in different solvent mixtures were determined by computer fitting of the chemical shift-mole ratio data. There is an inverse relationship between the complex stability and the amount of dimethyl sulfoxide in the mixed solvent. It was found that, in all solvent mixtures used, Rb+ ion forms the most stable complex with 18-crown-6 in the series.  相似文献

Template guided enzymatic synthesis of conducting polyaniline (PANI) is a one-step reaction and more importantly, it is an environmentally friendly process. Understanding of the reaction and coupling mechanism at the molecular level is of paramount significance to improve its processability and conductivity. Solid-state NMR techniques are useful to investigate molecular structures of enzymatically synthesized polyaniline (PANI). The PANI sample in three different forms i.e., (a) as-synthesized, self-doped conducting form; (b) dedoped, base form and; (c) redoped, conducting form, are investigated by solid-state 13C and 15N CP/MAS NMR techniques. Solid-state NMR data analysis shows that the structural features of enzymatically synthesized PANI are similar to that of chemically synthesized PANI. The solid-state 13C CP/MAS NMR spectrum of the base form of PANI confirmed that benzenoid-quinoid repeating units are present in the backbone of the PANI polymer chain. The poly(vinylphosphonic acid) (PVP) template provides charge compensation during the chain growth of linear polyaniline. After the completion of template-guided synthesis of PANI, it is now possible that the PVP template can be completely removed from the complex by dedoping with aqueous NH4OH. The detached PANI from the PANI-PVP complex can then be redoped to conducting form without the presence of the template. The conductivity of the PANI and PANI-PVP complex are of the same order of magnitude. The solid-state 15N CP/MAS NMR chemical shifts are sensitive to charge distribution on the nitrogens in the backbone. The solid-state 15N CP/MAS NMR spectrum of the base form of the enzymatically derived PANI sample showed the clear signature for benzenoid-quinoid repeating units in the polymer backbone.

The two octahedral complexes SnCl4·2(O)PF(NR2)2 (R = Me or Et) were prepared from reaction of SnCl4 with the ligand (R2N)2P(O)F in anhydrous CHCl3. The new adducts have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and multinuclear (119Sn, 31P, 19F, and 1H) NMR spectroscopy. The NMR data show that the adducts exist in solution as a mixture of cis and trans isomers with markedly different proportions. When compared with previously described hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) and trimethylphosphate (TMPA) analogues, our results indicate that the cis isomer is the predominant species in solution. Low temperature 31P and 119Sn NMR spectra show that the compounds partially dissociate in dichloromethane.  相似文献

Complex formation of niflumic acid with β-, hydroxypropyl-β- and methyl-β-cyclodextrins in aqueous solution (pH 7.4) were studied by calorimetry of solution, 1H NMR spectroscopy and solubility method. The enhancement of niflumic acid solubility in the presence of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was detected. This effect is explained on the basis of 1H NMR data confirming the inclusion of hydrophobic trifluoromethylphenyl residue of niflumic acid molecule into the macrocyclic cavity. The thermodynamic parameters of 1:1 binding were derived from the data of␣calorimetry and solubility measurements. It was obtained, that complex formation of niflumic acid with β-cyclodextrin and both its derivatives is enthalpy driven. Substitutes surrounding the macrocyclic cavity slightly influence the thermodynamics of complex formation resulting in decrease of stability of the complexes formed.  相似文献
