酞菁氧钛/卟啉氧钒复合体系光导性能的协同增强效应   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
在酞菁氧钛(TiOPc)/卟啉氧钒(VOTPP)复合光生材料中发现了光敏性的非线性增强现象,对复合体系的电子跃迁光谱和X射线衍射图的研究结果表明,在基态下两种材料之间没有明显相互作用,光致放电研究说明,该现象来自光激发状态下复合体系中的隙间态跃迁对光导的贡献,XPS测试结果表明酞菁氧钛与卟啉氧钒分子之间存在着定向的部分电荷转移,光致激发状态下的电荷转移是协同增强效应的起因,这种协同增强效应为利用弱的电子给体与弱的受体复合体系设计新型光导材料与器件提供了新方法。  相似文献

本文以无水A lC l3作催化剂合成聚苯乙炔(PPA),用H2SO4对其进行磺化改性,采用其混法制得了PPA/碳纳米管(CNTs)及磺化PPA/CNTs复合材料,对二者的常温电导率及变温电导率进行了测试。结果表明:磺化PPA的电导率较PPA的提高了3个数量级;随着CMTs含量增加,复合材料的电导率升高;PPA/CNTs导电的阈值是3%,达极限电导率(0.04S/m)所需CNTs含量为25%,而磺化PPA/CNTs导电的阈值是2%,达极限电导率所需CNTs(0.14 s/m)含量为25%。并分析了温度变化对复合材料电阻变化的影响因素。  相似文献

Polyoxymethylene (POM)/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) nanocomposites were prepared through a simple solution‐evaporation method assisted by ultrasonic irradiation. To enhance the dispersion of MWNTs in POM, MWNTs were chemically functionalized with PEG‐substituted amine (MWNT‐g‐PEG), which exhibited strong affinity with POM due to their similar molecular structure. The thermal conductivity and the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated, which showed that the thermal conductive properties of POM were improved remarkably in the presence of MWNTs, whereas reduced by using MWNT‐g‐PEG due to the heat transport barrier of the grafted‐PEG‐substituted amine chain. A nonlinear increase of the thermal conductivity was observed with increasing MWNTs content, and the Maxwell‐Eucken model and the Agari model were used for theoretical evaluation. The relatively high effective length factor of the composite predicted with mixture equation indicated that there were few entangles of MWNTs for the samples of MWNT‐g‐PEG in the composites. The mechanical strength of the composites can be improved remarkably by using suitable content of such functionalized MWNTs, and with the increase of the aliphatic chain length of PEG‐substituted amine, the toughness of the composites can be enhanced. Transmission electron microscope result indicated that MWNT‐g‐PEG exhibited strong affinity with POM and a good dispersion of MWNTs was achieved in POM matrix. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用氧化还原法和化学共沉淀法分别制备了石墨烯(GE)和石墨烯/锌铁氧体(GE/ZnFe2O4)复合物,通过现代测试技术表征了样品的物相结构、组成和微观形貌.以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌为测试菌种,分别对样品的抗菌性能进行了研究.结果表明,样品的抗菌活性受GE/ZnFe2O4复合物中GE和ZnFe2O4质量比(mG/Z)以及菌种的影响,其中mG/Z=0.4的复合物对三种菌均有较好的抗菌效果,其最小抑菌浓度分别为25、25和12.5μg/mL;复合物对白色念珠菌的抗菌效果最好,这与菌种的结构有关.此外,对样品的抗菌机理进行了详细研究.  相似文献

C_(60)球烯是具有高度对称性的全碳原子簇,它既是电子受体,又是电子给体,表现出特有的光物理与光化学性能 ̄[1,2].近十多年来众多的研究者对具有电子给体和电子受体的共轭π电子体系化合物在光照下的行为进行了深入研究 ̄[3],认为用它作为有机光电子功能材料具有十分广阔的前景。随着人们对球烯研究的不断深入,尤其是宏观量球烯的合成与分离已日趋完善,以球烯为基础的有机光电材料必将越来越受到重视.金属酞青化合物由于拥有众多π电子的共轭体系,具有良好的光敏、半导体等性能,是较好的有机光电材料 ̄[4.5].但在可见光区,其光敏性仍不够强,本文以ZnPc掺杂C_(60)探索其光电性能,以期提高其光敏性.同类研究尚未见文献报道.  相似文献

Before polymerization, the introduction of double bonds onto the surface of the TiO2 particles was achieved by the treatment of the TiO2 particles with the silane-coupling agent. Via in-situ emulsion polymerization, the poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/titanium oxide (TiO2) composite particles were prepared by graft polymerization of MMA from the surface of the modified TiO2 particles. The structure of the obtained PMMA/TiO2 composite particles was characterized using fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and size excluding chromatography (SEC). The morphology of the obtained PMMA/TiO2 composite particles was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results of FT-IR and TGA measurements show that PMMA is successfully grafted from the surface of the TiO2 particles and that the percentage of grafting and the grafting efficiency can reach 208.3% and 96.6%, respectively. At the same time, the TGA and DSC measurements indicate an enhancement of thermal stability. TEM images demonstrate a better dispersion of the TiO2 particles in the composite latex. In addition, UV-visible absorption measurements show that the PMMA/TiO2 composite particles can absorb over 95% UV light at 210–400 nm wavelength.  相似文献

Composite polymer electrolytes based on poly(ethylene oxide)-polysiloxane/l-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide/organomontmorillonite(PEO-PDMS/1L/OMMT) were prepared and characterized.Addition of both an ionic liquid and OMMT to the polymer base of PEO-PDMS resulted in an increase in ionic conductivity.At room temperature,the ionic conductivity of sample PPB100-OMMT4 was 2.19×10~3 S/cm.The composite polymer electrolyte also exhibited high thermal and electrochemical stability and may potentially be applied in lithium batteries.  相似文献

结合固相剪切碾磨和分子复合技术制备了适合于微型注塑加工的聚乙烯醇/纳米羟基磷灰石(PVA/n-HA)复合材料,实现了n-HA含量达30%的PVA/n-HA复合材料的微型注塑加工。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)和高压毛细管流变仪研究了PVA/n-HA复合材料的热性能和流变性能,结果表明:改性PVA/n-HA复合材料的熔点降低,热分解温度升高,获得120℃以上的热塑加工窗口;PVA/n-HA复合材料呈现剪切变稀特性,在高剪切速率下具有较低的熔体粘度,适合微型注塑加工,具有良好的充模性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了PVA/n-HA微型注塑样品的结构与性能,结果表明n-HA均匀分散于PVA基体中,提高了复合材料的尺寸稳定性;受微型注塑过程中高剪切应力诱导结晶作用的影响,PVA/n-HA微型注塑样品的结晶度高于常规注塑样品的结晶度。  相似文献

为改善聚苯醚磺酸锂(SPPOLi)的导电性能,将聚酷酸乙烯酯(PVAc)与之共混,X-射线衍射分析表明,PVAc可降低SPPOLi凝聚结构的有序程度;发现共混后电导率有了较大提高,共混物的电导对温度的依赖关系不符合阿仑尼马斯方程;同时,共混物仍保持了单离子传导性.  相似文献

以改进Hummers法合成的氧化石墨烯(GO)为前驱体,通过水热法结合烧结工艺制备了四氧化三铁/还原氧化石墨烯(Fe_3O_4/RGO)复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段对复合材料的理化性能进行表征;通过充放电测试、循环伏安(CV)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等技术,综合考察了材料的储锂性能及电化学性能增强机制。结果表明,在200和600 m A/g电流密度下,Fe_3O_4/RGO复合负极循环60次后的放电比容量分别保持在709和479 mAh/g,表现出良好的倍率性能;相较于纯Fe_3O_4负极,复合负极呈现出更优异的锂电性能,其电化学性能的改善得益于RGO能增强材料的电导性和结构稳定性。  相似文献

In order to prepare a novel photo-degradable polypropylene (PP), an addition of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) microcapsule containing TiO2 to PP was performed. Adsorbed H2O in the PEO phase and the TiO2 photocatalytically reacted, and a hydroxyl radical (OH), which initiated the PEO degradation, was produced. The degraded PEO produced an acid and an aldehyde, which were able to facilitate PP degradation. The addition of the PEO/TiO2 microcapsule brought about the facilitative effect of the PP degradation. In addition, an addition of a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) had a potential to suppress the PP degradation initiated by the microcapsule. The suppression effect was rising by the simultaneous addition of a phenolic antioxidant in the early phase of the PP degradation. However, the simultaneous addition showed an antagonism after 4 h degradation. This behavior suggested that the HALS also worked as a neutralizer of the produced acid.  相似文献

Different scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analysis are used to study the thermal behavior of composites by melt-mixing low-density polyethylene (LDPE) matrix and zinc oxide whisker (ZnOw) fillers. Micrographs of the composites illustrate that needle or wedge shaped ZnOw are distributed uniformly in the LDPE matrix. Dielectric properties of the composites are measured in a frequency range of 1-10 MHZ. The results show that the addition of ZnOw does not affect the melting behavior of LDPE, but has an important effect on the heat of fusion, dynamic mechanical behavior, and dielectric behavior of the composites. The intrinsic kinetics of propylene epoxidation with H2O2 catalyzed by TS-1 in isopropanol/water system was investigated. A kinetic model was established in accordance with the proposed reaction mechanism. Based on the experimental data, parameters were estimated, indicating that the Eley-Rideal model fits precisely the experimental data. The apparent melt shear viscosity of polypropylene (PP) composites filled with aluminium hydroxide (Al(OH)3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) was measured by means of a melt flow rate instrument under experimental conditions of temperature ranging from 170 to 195 °C and load varying from 2.16 to 12.5 kg, to identify the effects of particle size and content. The results showed that the melt shear flow of the composites obeyed the power law under the experimental conditions, the dependence of the melt apparent shear viscosity (ηa) on temperature was consistent with the Arrhenius equation, and the sensitivity of the ηa for the composite melts to temperature increased with addition of flame retardant. The ηa of the composites decreased with increasing apparent shear rate. The ηa increased with an increase of the content of flame retardant, but this rate of increase decreased with a rise of temperature or load. When the particle size of flame retardant was smaller than 5 μm, the ηa of the composites increased with increase of particle size of flame retardant, and then reduced with a further increase of particle size of flame retardant.  相似文献

To prepare a novel photo-degradable polypropylene (PP) with a higher degradation rate, a PP composite containing a poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)/modified TiO2 microcapsule was prepared. The modification of the TiO2 was performed by the synthesis of octacalcium phosphate intercalated with succinic acid ion (OCPC) under various Ca/P molar ratio conditions. It was found that the synthesis conditions of the Ca/P = 3.5 and 3.6 M ratios were suitable to prepare the OCPC. However, the microscopic composition on the TiO2 surface was different between these Ca/P conditions and affected the PP photo-degradation rate in the PP/PEO/modified TiO2 composite. It was found from the Fourier Transform Infrared (IR) and the tensile testing measurements that the existence of the OCPC covering material on the TiO2 surface brought about the higher PP photo-degradation rate. The facilitation behavior of the degradation was due to the release of the acid species (succinic acid ion) from the OCPC in the degradation process. In addition, the higher coverage of the OCPC on the TiO2 surface brought about an induction period for the degradation.  相似文献

Modified graphite oxide (MGO)/Poly (propylene carbonate) (PPC) composites with excellent thermal and mechanical properties have been prepared via a facile solution intercalation method. An intercalated structure of MGO/PPC composites was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The thermal and mechanical properties of MGO/PPC composites were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetric, dynamic mechanical analysis, and electronic tensile tester. Due to the nanometer-sized dispersion of layered graphite in PPC matrix and the strong interfacial interaction between MGO and PPC, the prepared MGO/PPC composites exhibit improved thermal and mechanical properties in comparison with pure PPC. Compared with pure PPC, the MGO/PPC composites show the highest thermal stability and the Tg is 13.8 °C higher than that of pure PPC, while the tensile strength (29.51 MPa) shows about 2 times higher than that of pure PPC when only 3.0 wt.% MGO is incorporated. These results indicate that this approach is an efficient method to improve the properties of PPC.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene oxide) (MW 600,000)/poly(2vinylpyridine) (MW 200,000)/LiClO4 blends have been prepared by the solution blending process. The ionic conductivities of the blends containing lower weight fractions (15, 17.5, 20 and 22.5%) of poly (2vinylpyridine) initially increases as the salt content is increased, reaches a maximum at an ethylene oxide/Li+ mole ratio of 10 and decreases as the salt content is further increased. Blends, which have higher weight fractions of poly(2vinylpyridine) (25 and 35%) display different electric behavior, i.e., the ionic conductivity continously increased as the salt content is increased to an ethylene oxide/Li+ mole ratio of 2. Thermal, 7Li solidstate NMR and semiempirical MNDO molecular orbital studies indicate that this contrasting behavior may be explained by the structure and ratios of the solvates (mixed solvate or homosolvate) of LiClO4 present in the blends. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术制备了聚乳酸乙醇酸(PLGA)/明胶(Gt)的复合超细纤维, 考察了溶液浓度、电压及流速对纤维形貌的影响. 研究了不同明胶比例的纤维膜的微观形貌和干湿态的力学性能. 结果表明, 在溶液浓度0.12 g/mL, 电压7.5 kV, 流速0.8 mL/h条件下, 所得PLGA/Gt复合纤维直径较小, 粗细较均匀且缺陷少. 含有明胶的复合纤维直径远小于PLGA单纺纤维直径, 明胶的加入降低了膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率, 提高了膜的亲水性. 经PBS浸泡后, 复合膜的弹性得到加强. 明胶质量分数为5%和10%时, 纤维直径分布较窄, 当明胶的质量分数增加至15%时, 纤维的直径分布变宽.  相似文献
