自组装单层或单分子膜(Self-assembled monolayers)的研究十分活跃,尤其是硫-金体系的单层研究更是得到科学家们的青睐。3-巯基丙酸由于可以在金基底形成稳定有序的二维自组装单分子膜,从而显示出独特的结构和表面性质。该文着重从膜的制备、膜内分子的结构、单层膜的性质以及应用等方面综述金基底上3-巯基丙酸自组装单分子膜的研究进展,并对其前景进行了展望。 相似文献

提出了一种简便通用的合成巯基化合物的途径,以分子中的羧基CO2H为起始基团,与2-流基乙胺的氨基选择性缩合;合成了一系列具有RC(O)NHCH2CH2SH(R分别为偶氯苯衍生物,双炔衍生物及直链烷基)结构的化合物,并用接触角测量,电化学和掠角反射红外光谱(GIR-IR)等手段对这些化合物在金表面形成的自组装单分子膜进行了表征。发现4-(N-(2‘-巯基已基))酰胺偶氮苯的自组装膜表现出良好的电活性,电化学测定表面浓度为4.21×10(-10)mol·cm(-2).当R为烷基链时,随烷基链的增长,膜的致密度与有序度增加GIR-IR证明在自组装腹中CH3(CH2)6C(O)NHCH2CH2SH的C=O和N-H键与Au表面平行,分子轴线与Au表面近似垂直. 相似文献

Abstract 5-[4-(3-Mercaptopropyloxy)phenyl]-10,15,20-tris (2-chlorphenyl) porphyrin was utilized for fabricating a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on a gold electrode. Then cobalt(II) was inserted into the the monolayer by refluxing the cobalt(II) solution in which the pre-assembled porphyrin-modified electrode was immersed. The monolayers were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Oxidation and catalytic mechanisms of dopamine on the modified electrode were also investigated and elucited respectively. Catalytic currents increased linearly with dopamine (DA) concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10?9 to 2.0 × 10?3 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9989. The modified electrode can be help develop a simple, quick, sensitive, and accurate method for the determination of the biomolecules such as dopamine. 相似文献

Self-assembled monolayer of 8-mercaptoquinoline (MQ) on the surface of gold from MQ dilute ethanolic solutions is investigated by electrochemical methods. Some aqueous redox probes, such as ferrocene carboxylic acid and Fe(CN)6
4–/3– can sufficiently diffuse into the monolayer because significant diffusion-limited current peaks are observed when the redox reactions take place, showing that the monolayer is very loosely packed or dominated by defects. However, the study on the electron transfer of other aqueous probes, such as Cu2+ and Ru(NH3)6
3+/2+, confirm that the monolayer can block the electron transfer on the gold electrode surface rather effectively for its low ratio of pinhole defects. These studies show that the MQ monolayer on the electrode can provide an excellent barrier for penetration of some probes but cannot resist the penetration of other probes effectively. The unusual properties of the self-assembled monolayers are attributed to the entity of the very large heterocyclic moiety. 相似文献

We describe a new method for 3 dimensional nanostructuring on silicon surfaces using self-assembled monolayers. Partial multilayers
were formed by repeated deposition of trichlorosilylheptadecanoic acid methyl ester (TSHEME) and subsequent reduction to yield
a hydroxylic surface. These structures were afterwards oxidised using UV/ozone, yielding silicon oxide features. In this way
both organic multilayered structures as well as ones comprised of silicon oxide have been produced with precise control of
the height and invariant lateral shape of these structures. We have tried to apply samples prepared in this fashion to the
calibration of AFM-scanners in vertical direction. Due to height artefacts caused by the tip-sample interaction a general
calibration is not possible on the molecular scale.
However, the structures produced can be used as model systems for the investigation of various sources of height artefacts
and also for calibration purposes as long as samples with similar chemical and mechanical properties are to be investigated. 相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of terpyridine-based transition metal (ruthenium and osmium) complexes, anchored to gold substrate via tripodal anchoring groups, have been investigated as possible redox switching elements for molecular electronics. An electrochemical study was complemented by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) methods. STM was used for determination of the SAM conductance values, and computation of the attenuation factor β from tunneling current–distance curves. We have shown that SAMs of Os-tripod molecules contain larger adlayer structures compared with SAMs of Ru-tripod molecules, which are characterized by a large number of almost evenly distributed small islands. Furthermore, upon cyclic voltammetric experimentation, Os-tripod films rearrange to form a smaller number of even larger islands, reminiscent of the Ostwald ripening process. Os-tripod SAMs displayed a higher surface concentration of molecules and lower conductance compared with Ru-tripod SAMs. The attenuation factor of Os-tripod films changed dramatically, upon electrochemical cycling, to a higher value. These observations are in accordance with previously reported electron transfer kinetics studies. 相似文献

The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a penicillamine (PCA) self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode were investigated. The self-assembled electrode shows obvious electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of epinephrine (EP). In phosphate buffer (pH 7.73), a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 0.190V with the PCA modified Au electrode. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of EP in the range of 2.0×10–56.0×10–4molL–1 and 5.0×10–6 2.0×10–4molL–1 for cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with the detection limits of 1.8×10–7 and 1.3×10–7molL–1, respectively. The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed. The PCA self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode is highly stable and can be applied to the determination of EP in practical injection samples. Application is simple, rapid and produces accurate results. 相似文献
