Let n be a positive integer. In this paper, using the results on the existence of primitive divisors of Lucas numbers and some properties of quadratic and exponential diophantine equations, we prove that if n ≡ 3 (mod 6), then the equation x 2 + (3n 2 + 1) y = (4n 2 + 1) z has only the positive integer solutions (x, y, z) = (n, 1, 1) and (8n 3 + 3n, 1, 3).  相似文献

We consider a nonlinear parametric Dirichlet problem driven by the anisotropic p-Laplacian with the combined effects of “concave” and “convex” terms. The “superlinear” nonlinearity need not satisfy the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition. Using variational methods based on the critical point theory and the Ekeland variational principle, we show that for small values of the parameter, the problem has at least two nontrivial smooth positive solutions.  相似文献

We study a system of the reaction–diffusion type, where diffusion coefficients depend in an arbitrary way on spatial variables and concentrations, while reactions are expressed as homogeneous functions whose coefficients depend in a special way on spatial variables. We prove that the system has a family of exact solutions that are expressed through solutions to a system of ordinary differential equations (ODE) with homogeneous functions in right-hand sides. For a special case of theODE systemwe construct a general solution represented by Jacobi higher transcendental functions. We also prove that these periodic solutions are analytic functions that can be expressed near each point on the period by convergent power series.  相似文献

We study the convergence of weak solutions of the Navier–Stokes equations with vanishing measurable viscous coefficients in domains with nonflat boundaries. Sufficient anisotropic conditions on the vanishing rates of the viscous coefficients are found to prove the convergence of Leray–Hopf weak solutions of the Navier–Stokes equations to solutions of the corresponding Euler equations. As the domains are not flat, we apply a change of variables to flatten the domains. We then construct explicit boundary layers for the system of Navier–Stokes equations in the upper-half space with measurable viscous coefficients. The result is new even when the viscous coefficients are constant, and it recovers the classical results when domains are flat and with constant viscous coefficients.  相似文献

In the present paper, we study the initial boundary value problem of the sublinear parabolic equation. We prove the existence of solutions and investigate the stability and instability of stationary solutions. We show that a unique positive and a unique negative stationary solutions are exponentially stable and give the exact exponent. We prove that small stationary solutions are unstable. For one space dimensional autonomous equations, we elucidate the structure of stationary solutions and study the stability of all stationary solutions.  相似文献

We propose a novel algorithm,based on physics-informed neural networks (PINNs) to efficiently approximate solutions of nonlinear dispersive PDEs such as the KdV-Kawahara,Camassa-Holm and Benjamin-Ono equations.The stability of solutions of these dispersive PDEs is leveraged to prove rigorous bounds on the resulting error.We present several numerical experiments to demonstrate that PINNs can approximate solutions of these dispersive PDEs very accurately.  相似文献

We study some classes of functions satisfying the assumptions similar to but weaker than those for the classical B2 function classes used in the research of quasi-linear parabolic equations as well as the ones used in the research of degenerate parabolic equations including porous medium equations. Consequently, we prove that a function in such a class is continuous. As an application, we obtain the estimate for the continuous modulus of the solutions of a few degenerate parabolic equations in divergence form, including the anisotropic porous equations.  相似文献
