The nanoporous graphene papers (NGPs) was prepared by the hard‐template method. The Pt−Pd modified NGPs hybrid was prepared by the self‐assembly method. Then a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with Pt−Pd bimetallic nanoparticles‐functionalized nanoporous graphene composite has been prepared for the electrochemical determination of Xanthine (XA). The Pt−Pd/NGPs hybrid was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope and X‐ray diffraction. The electrochemical behavior of XA on Pt−Pd/NGPs/GCE was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and amperometric i‐t. The Pt−Pd/NGPs modified electrode exhibited remarkably electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation reaction of XA in phosphate buffer solution (pH=5.5). Under the optimal conditions, the determination of XA was accomplished by using amperometric i‐t, the linear response range from 1.0×10−5∼1.2×10−4 M. The detection limit was 3.0×10−6 M (S/N=3). The proposed modified electrode showed good sensitivity, selectivity, and stability with applied to determine XA in human urine.  相似文献

Novel copper‐palladium nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrodes (Cu−Pd/GC) with enhanced nonenzymatic sensing for glucose were facilely prepared by one‐step electrodeposition. The structure and composition of the prepared nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and EDS, respectively. The electrode modified process was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometric experiments were used to evaluate the electrocatalytic activities of the electrodes toward glucose. The surface morphology and the electrocatalytic activities of Cu−Pd/GC was compared to Pd and Cu nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrodes (Pd/GC and Cu/GC), respectively. Thanks to homogeneous distribution of Cu−Pd nanoparticles and the synergistic effect of Cu and Pd atoms, Cu−Pd/GC exhibited the highest sensitivity (298 μA mM−1 cm−2) and the widest linear amperometric response (0.01 mM to 9.6 mM, R2=0.996) toward glucose compared to Pd/GC and Cu/GC. The detection limit of Cu−Pd/GC was 0.32 μM (S/N=3). In addition, the as‐prepared Cu−Pd/GC glucose sensor also exhibited exceptional capabilities of anti‐interference, reproducibility and long‐term stability. The as‐prepared sensor was also evaluated for determination of glucose concentration in human blood serum samples, which exhibited high reliability and accuracy, having great potential in clinical application.  相似文献

In this paper, a rapid and sensitive modified electrode for the simultaneous determination of hydroquinone (HQ) and bisphenol A (BPA) is proposed. The simultaneous determination of these two compounds is extremely important since they can coexist in the same sample and are very harmful to plants, animals and the environment in general. A carbon paste electrode (CPE) was modified with silver nanoparticles (nAg) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). The PVP was used as a reducing and stabilizing agent of nAg from silver nitrate in aqueous media. The nAg‐PVP composite obtained was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and UV‐vis spectroscopy. The electrochemical behavior of HQ and BPA at the nAg‐PVP/CPE was investigated in 0.1 mol L−1 B−R buffer (pH 6.0) using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The results indicate that the electrochemical responses are improved significantly with the use of the modified electrode. The calibration curves obtained by SWV, under the optimized conditions, showed linear ranges of 0.09–2.00 μmol L−1 for HQ (limit of detection 0.088 μmol L−1) and 0.04–1.00 μmol L−1 for BPA (limit of detection 0.025 μmol L−1). The modified electrode was successfully applied in the analysis of water samples and the results were comparable to those obtained using UV‐vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

A novel enzymatic biosensing platform toward glucose is achieved with nanocomposite of magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4−CS−CD) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The synergistic effect of chitosan, β-cyclodextrin and MWCNTs can facilitate electron transfer between enzyme and electrode based on the promoting results of the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The new biosensors exhibited direct electron transfer (DET) from enzyme to electrode after glucose oxidase (GOx) was immobilized on the modified electrode with the nanocomposite. Consequently, the enzymatic glucose biosensor displayed a considerably wide linear range (40 μM to 1.04 mM) with a high sensitivity of 23.59 μA mM−1cm−2, low detection limit of 19.30 μM, good selectivity, reproducibility and repeatability for detecting glucose. In addition, the current response still retained at 93.4 % after 25 days. Furthermore, the practical application of glucose biosensor was test in human serum samples with satisfactory accuracy, demonstrating promising and practical potential in biomedical diagnostics.  相似文献

This paper proposes the use of the boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) in flow and batch injection analysis (FIA and BIA) systems with multiple‐pulse amperometric (MPA) detection for the determination of warfarin (WA) in pharmaceutical formulations. The electrochemical behavior of WA obtained by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.1 mol L−1 phosphate buffer shows an irreversible oxidation process at +1.0 V (vs Ag/AgCl). The MPA was based on the application of two sequential potential pulses as a function of time on BDDE: (1) for WA detection at +1.2 V/100 ms and; (2) for electrode surface cleaning at −0.2 V/200 ms. Both hydrodynamic systems (FIA‐MPA and BIA‐MPA) used for WA determination achieved high precision (with relative standard deviations around 2 %, n =10), wide linear range (2.0−400.0 μmol L−1), low limits of detection (0.5 μmol L−1) and good analytical frequency (94 h−1 for FIA and 130 h−1 for BIA). The WA determination made by the proposed methods was compared to the official spectrophotometric method. The FIA‐MPA and BIA‐MPA methods are simple and fast, being an attractive option for WA routine analysis in pharmaceutical industries.  相似文献

A facile and green electrochemical method for the fabrication of three‐dimensional porous nitrogen‐doped graphene (3DNG) modified electrode was reported. This method embraces two consecutive steps: First, 3D graphene/polypyrrole (ERGO/PPy) composite was prepared by electrochemical co‐deposition of graphene and polypyrrole on a gold foil. Subsequently, the ERGO/PPy composite modified gold electrode was annealed at high temperature. Thus 3DNG modified electrode was obtained. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the electrode. The electrode exhibits excellent electroanalytical performance for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). By linear sweep voltammetric measurement, the cathodic peak current was linearly proportional to H2O2 concentration in the range from 0.6 μM to 2.1 mM with a sensitivity of 1.0 μA μM−1 cm−2. The detection limit was ascertained to be 0.3 μM. The anti‐interference ability, reproducibility and stability of the electrode were carried out and the electrode was applied to the detection of H2O2 in serum sample with recoveries from 98.4 % to 103.2 %.  相似文献

Trace amount of arsenate in the presence of arsenite was determined directly on pencil graphite electrode modified by graphene oxide and zirconium (Zr−G−PGE). The layer‐by‐layer modification of PGE was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Key point of the developed method was quick adsorption of arsenate than arsenite on the Zr−G−PGE. In optimal conditions, the Zr−G−PGE was applied for determination of arsenate using differential pulse voltammetry in a linear range 0.10–40.0 μg L−1 with a limit of determination of 0.12±0.01 μg L−1. The sensitivity of the electrode was 1.36±0.07 μA/μg L−1. The modified electrode was used to measure the concentration of arsenate in the river water. A recovery test was performed by introducing 10 μg L−1 arsenate into the rivers water in order and acceptable data of average recovery of 101.2 % was obtained. From the experimental results, the as‐prepared electrode can provide a satisfactory method for direct determination of arsenate in real samples.  相似文献

In this work, a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes/ionic liquid/graphene quantum dots (MWCNTs/IL/GQDs) nanocomposite. Then, the nanocomposite was decorated with nickel‐cobalt nanoparticles (Ni?Co NPs), and it was used as a non‐enzymatic glucose sensor. Field emission scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy, and energy dispersive spectroscopy were employed to prove the electrodeposition of the Ni?Co NPs on the surface of MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE. Also, cyclic voltammetric and amperometric methods were utilized for the investigation of the electrochemical behaviour of the Ni?Co NPs/MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE for glucose oxidation. The novel amperometric sensor displayed two linear ranges from 1.0 to 190.0 μmol L?1 and 190.0 to 4910 μmol L?1 with a low detection limit of 0.3 μmol L?1 as well as fast response time (2 s) and high stability. Also, the sensor showed good selectivity for glucose determination in the presence of ascorbic acid, citric acid, dopamine, uric acid, fructose, and sucrose, as potential interference species. Finally, the performance of the proposed sensor was investigated for the glucose determination in real samples. Ni?Co NPs/MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE showed good sensitivity and excellent selectivity.  相似文献

This work presents a simple green approach for the chemical synthesis of cobalt oxide nano hexagons (Co3O4 NHs) with an average size of 160±40 nm incorporated graphene nanosheets (GR). The techniques used to confirm the formation of GR−Co3O4 NHs are transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX), and X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). The dopamine (DA) sensor was fabricated by drop casting GR−Co3O4 NHs on the pre‐cleaned glassy carbon electrode (GCE). GR−Co3O4 modified GCE displayed a sensitive and selective electrochemical determination of DA compared to only GR and Co3O4 NHs modified GCE. Our fabricated sensor showed a wide linear range from 0.2 to 3443 μM with low limit of detection (84 nM) towards the determination of DA. The sensitivity of our fabricated sensor was calculated to be 108 μA mM−1 cm−2. As well, a significant storage stability, repeatability and reproducibility were attained by GR−Co3O4 NHs modified GCE. Human urine samples were targeted for the demonstration of practicality of our sensor.  相似文献

In the present work, an electrochemical sensor was developed for simple and sensitive determination of tryptophan (Trp) using multi‐walled carbon nanotubes modified sol‐gel electrode (MWCNTs/SGE). The electrocatalytic oxidation of tryptophan was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). It was found that the oxidation peak current of Trp at the MWCNTs/SGE was greatly improved compared with that of the bare SGE. Furthermore, at the MWCNTs/SGE, the anodic peak potential of Trp is shifted about 220 mV to more negative value indicated that modified electrode has better electrocatalytic activity for electro‐oxidation of Trp. The anodic peak currents increased linearly with the concentration of tryptophan in the range of 0.2 × 10?6 to 15 × 10?6 M with a detection limit of 0.139 × 10?6 M (at an S/N = 3).  相似文献

A 2,2′‐azinobis (3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonate) diammonium salt (ABTS)‐multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) nanocomposite/Bi film modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode was constructed for the differential pulse stripping voltammetric determination of trace Pb2+ and Cd2+. This electrode was more sensitive than ABTS‐free Bi/GC and Bi/MWCNTs/GC electrodes. Linear responses were obtained in the range from 0.5 to 35 μg L?1 for Cd2+ and 0.2 to 50 μg L?1 Pb(II), with detection limits of 0.2 μg L?1 for Cd2+ and 0.1 μg L?1 for Pb2+, respectively. This sensor was applied to the simultaneous detection of Cd2+ and Pb2+ in water samples with satisfactory recovery.  相似文献

This study investigates a new approach for the amperometric determination of sulfide using a hematoxylin multiwalled carbon nanotubes modified carbon paste electrode (HM‐MWCNTs/CPE). The experimental results show that HM‐MWCNTs/CPE significantly enhances the electrocatalytic activity towards sulfide oxidation. Cyclic voltammetric studies show that the peak potential of sulfide shifted from +400 mV at unmodified CPE to +175 mV at HM‐MWCNTs/CPE. The currents obtained from amperometric measurements at optimum conditions were linearly correlated with the concentration of sulfide. The calibration curve was obtained for sulfide concentrations in the range of 0.5–150×10?6 mol L?1. The detection limit was found to be 0.2×10?6 mol L?1 for the amperometric method. The proposed method was successfully applied to a river water sample in Pardubice, Czech Republic.  相似文献

A flow injection analysis (FIA) method for the determination of paracetamol in pharmaceutical drugs using a gold electrode modified with a self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) of 3‐mercaptopropionic acid is described. At optimized experimental conditions the dynamic concentration range was 0.15 to 15.0 mg L?1 with a detection limit of 0.2 μg mL?1 (S/N=3). The repeatability of current responses for injections of 10 μmol L?1 paracetamol was evaluated to be 3.2% (n=30) and the analytical frequency was 180 h?1. The lifetime of the modified electrode was found to be 15 days. The results obtained by using the proposed amperometric method for paracetamol determination in four different drug samples compared well with those found by spectrophotometry.  相似文献

In this article, a carbon disk electrode modified with mesoporous carbon material (CMK‐3) was used in CE with amperometric detection system for the simultaneous determination of four types of important nitroaromatic compounds, including 2,4,6‐trinitrotoluene (TNT), 1,3,5‐trinitrobenzene (TNB), 2,4‐dinitrotoluene (DNT) and 1,3‐dinitrobenzene (DNB). Compared with the bare carbon electrode, the CMK‐3 modified electrode greatly improved the sensitivity at a relatively positive detection potential due to its excellent electrocatalytic activities, high conductivity and large effective surface area. The four analytes could be well separated and detected within 480 s. A good linear response was obtained for TNB, DNB, TNT and DNT from 8.4 to 5.0×103 μg/L, with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9992. And the detection limits were established between 3.0 and 4.7 μg/L for the four investigated nitroaromatic compounds (S/N=3). The CMK‐3‐modified electrode was successfully employed to analyze coking wastewater, tap water and river samples with recoveries in the range of 94.8–109.0%, and RSDs less than 5.0%. The presented results demonstrated that the CMK‐3‐modified carbon electrode used in CE with amperometric detection was of convenient preparation, high sensitivity and good repeatability, which could be employed in the rapid determination of practical samples.  相似文献

In this study, we introduce a very sensitive and selective method for the differential pulse anodic stripping determination of Sb(III) ion on the over‐oxidized poly(phenol red) modified glassy carbon electrode (PPhRedox/GCE) in 0.1 mol L‐1 HCl medium. The formation of both poly(phenol red) and over‐oxidized poly(phenol red) film on the electrode surfaces were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy techniques. An anodic stripping peak of Sb(III) was observed at 0.015 V on the PPhRedox/GCE. Higher anodic stripping peak current of Sb(III) was obtained at PPhRedox/GCE compared with both bare GCE and poly(phenol red) film modified GCE (PPhRed/GCE). The calibration graph consisted of two linear segments of 0.044 ‐ 1.218 μg L−1 and 3.40 – 18.26 μg L−1 with a detection limit of 0.0075 μg L−1. The proposed over‐oxidized polymer film modified electrode was applied successfully for the analysis of antimony in different spiked water samples. Spiked recoveries for water samples were obtained in the range of 93.0–103.0%. The accuracy of the method was also verified through the analysis of standard reference materials (SCP SCIENCE‐EnviroMAT™ EP−L‐2).  相似文献

A novel biosensor for catechol has been constructed by immobilizing polyphenol oxidase (PPO) into acetone-extracted propolis (AEP) composite modified with gold nanoparticles (GNPs) and attached to multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs) on a gold electrode surface. The propolis for AEP was obtained from honeybee colonies. Under the optimum conditions, this method could be successfully used for the amperometric determination of catechol within a concentration range of 1 × 10−6 to 5 × 10−4 M, with a detection limit of 8 × 10−7 M (S/N = 3). The effects of pH and operating potential are also explored to optimize the measurement conditions. The best response was obtained at pH 5, while an optimum ratio of signal-to-noise (S/N) was obtained at −20 mV (versus Ag/AgCl), which was selected as the applied potential for the amperometric measurements. All subsequent experiments were performed at pH 5. Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to characterize the PPO/CNTs/GNPs/AEP/Au biosensor. The biosensor also exhibited good selectivity, stability, and reproducibility.

This work presents a simple and low‐cost method for fast and selective determination of Verapamil (VP) in tablets and human urine samples using a boron‐doped diamond working electrode (BDD) coupled to a flow injection analysis system with multiple pulse amperometric detection (FIA‐MPA). The electrochemical behaviour of VP in 0.1 mol L−1 sulfuric acid showed three merged oxidation peaks at around +1.4 V and upon reverse scan, one reduction peak at 0.0 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The MPA detection was performed applying a sequence of three potential pulses on BDD electrode: (1) at +1.6 V for VP oxidation, (2) at +0.2 V for reduction of the oxidized product and (3) at +0.1 V for cleaning of the working electrode surface. The FIA system was optimized with injection volume of 150 μL and flow rate of 3.5 mL min−1. The method showed a linear range from 0.8 to 40.0 μmol L−1 (R>0.99) with a low limit of detection of 0.16 μmol L−1, good repeatability (RSD<2.2 %; n=10) and sample throughput (45 h−1). Selective determination of VP in urine was performed at+0.2 V due to absence of interference from ascorbic and uric acids in this potential. The addition‐recovery tests in both samples were close to 100 % and the results were similar to an official method.  相似文献

A new H2O2 enzymeless sensor has been fabricated by incorporation of thionin onto multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode. First 50 μL of acetone solution containing dispersed MWCNTs was pipetted onto the surface of GC electrode, then, after solvent evaporations, the MWCNTs modified GC electrode was immersed into an aqueous solution of thionin (electroless deposition) for a short period of time <5–50 s. The adsorbed thin film of thionin was found to facilitate the reduction of hydrogen peroxide in the absence of peroxidase enzyme. Also the modified electrode shows excellent catalytic activity for oxygen reduction at reduced overpotential. The rotating modified electrode shows excellent analytical performance for amperometric determination of hydrogen peroxide, at reduced overpotentials. Typical calibration at ?0.3 V vs. reference electrode, Ag/AgCl/3 M KCl, shows a detection limit of 0.38 μM, a sensitivity of 11.5 nA/μM and a liner range from 20 μM to 3.0 mM of hydrogen peroxide. The glucose biosensor was fabricated by covering a thin film of sol–gel composite containing glucose oxides on the surface of thionin/MWCNTs modified GC electrode. The biosensor can be used successfully for selective detection of glucose based on the decreasing of cathodic peak current of oxygen. The detection limit, sensitivity and liner calibration rang were 1 μM, 18.3 μA/mM and 10 μM–6.0 mM, respectively. In addition biosensor can reach 90% of steady currents in about 3.0 s and interference effect of the electroactive existing species (ascorbic acid–uric acid and acetaminophen) is eliminated. The usefulness of biosensor for direct glucose quantification in human blood serum matrix is also discussed. This sensor can be used as an amperometric detector for monitoring oxidase based biosensors.  相似文献

Polytyramine (PT) has been electro‐deposited onto multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrodes via oxidation of tyramine in 0.1 M H3PO4 by cycling the potential over the range of −400 mV to 1300 mV (versus Ag/AgCl). The reactivity of the resulting chemically‐modified electrodes was characterized using cyclic voltammetry in the presence and absence of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). The modified electrodes displayed electrochemical activity due to the formation of quinone species and were catalytically active towards NADH oxidation by lowering the oxidation peak potential by 170 mV compared to the value of the MWCNT modified electrode with a peak potential of 180±10 mV (versus Ag/AgCl). The MWCNT/PT surface was further characterized using SEM and XPS methods, which indicated that a thin polymeric film had been formed on the electrode surface. The present work demonstrates the advantage of using PT as a platform that combines both the immobilization of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and the mediation of NADH oxidation at a low overpotential essential to the design of high performance ethanol biosensors, all within an easily electropolymerizable film. The resulting biosensor displayed an ethanol sensitivity of 4.28±0.06 μA mM−1 cm−2, a linear range between 0.1 mM and 0.5 mM and a detection limit of 10 μM.  相似文献

A novel Platinum nanoparticle (PtNPs) modified Poly(pyrrole-co-1-(2-Aminophenyl)pyrrole)/Urease film coated Au electrode was designed for amperometric detection of urea. PtNPs quantity, film density and pH were optimized and interference effect of some substances readily found in municipal wastewater and blood was investigated. The biosensor responded to urea with a measurement concentration range of 0.1 to 30 mM, a sensitivity of 31.8 μA mM−1 cm−2, a LOD of 7.58 μM, an accuracy of 104 % and a RSD% of only 0.82. It sensed the concentration of urea in the municipal sewage water with recovery of 97.6 % (n=3) and remained 78 % of its initial response at 28th day. Results confirmed that PtNPs with strong conductivity improved the electron transfer ability of the working electrode.  相似文献
