Three novel compounds, (η6‐p‐cymene)RuCl2(2‐fluoro‐5‐aminopyridine) (compound 1), (η6‐p‐cymene)RuCl2(5‐amino‐2‐chlorpyridine) (compound 2) and (η6‐p‐cymene)RuCl2(2‐bromo‐ 5‐aminopyridine) (compound 3), were synthesized and characterized. The compound 1 and 3 were determined by X‐ray diffraction, showing a distorted piano‐stool type of geometry with similar bond lengths and angles around the ruthenium. Compound 2 exhibited moderate in vitro activity against A549 and MCF‐7 human cancer cells, the other two lower activities. The UV–vis and fluorescent absorption titrations showed that three compounds binded with CT‐DNA in a minor groove. The intrinsic binding constants (Kb) were calculated to be 2.13(±0.03) × 105 M?1, 2.89(±0.03) × 105 M?1 and 2.45(±0.03) × 105 M?1 for compound 1, 2 and 3, respectively, by using UV–vis absorption titrations data. Among the three compound, the highest value of intrinsic binding constant of compound 2 was consistent with its highest cytoxicity against A549 and MCF‐7 human cancer cells in vitro.  相似文献

The reaction of 5‐(1‐pyrrolyl)‐4‐methyl‐2‐phenylthieno[2, 3‐d]pyrimidine carbohydrazide 5 with CS2 in the presence of pyridine afforded the 6‐(2, 3‐dihydro‐2‐mercapto‐1, 3, 4‐oxadiazol‐5‐yl)‐4‐methyl‐5‐(1‐pyrrolyl)‐2‐phenylthieno[2, 3‐d]pyrimidine 6 , which reacted with methyl iodide in the presence of sodium methoxide to yield the 6‐(2‐methylthio‐1, 3, 4‐oxadiazol‐5‐yl)‐4‐methyl‐5‐(1‐pyrrolyl)‐2‐phenyl‐thieno[2, 3‐d]pyrimidine 7. The 6‐(2‐substituted‐1, 3, 4‐oxadiazol‐5‐yl)‐2‐phenylthieno[2, 3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives 9, 11 and 13 were obtained by the condensation of 6‐(2‐methylthio‐1, 3, 4‐oxadiazol‐5‐yl)‐2‐phenylthieno[2, 3‐d]pyrimidine 7 with appropriate secondary amines. The structure of the new compounds was substantiated from their IR, UV‐vis spectroscopy, 1H NMR, mass spectra, elemental analysis and X‐ray crystal analysis.  相似文献

基于卟啉对癌细胞的特殊亲和作用和哌嗪化合物的抗肿瘤、抗病毒作用,设计并合成了具有哌嗪结构的新型卟啉化合物5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(TEPPPH2),其结构经UV-Vis, 元素分析,1H NMR等手段证明。采用UV-Vis光谱和荧光光谱研究了TEPPPH2和小牛胸腺DNA 的相互作用模式和结合机理。实验发现,TEPPPH2能嵌入到DNA的碱基对中,1个小牛胸腺DNA分子对TEPPPH2分子的最大结合数n约为88,结合常数为8.4×106mol•L-1 。TEPPPH2与DNA的结合数和结合常数大于已知的四(4-N-甲基吡啶基)卟啉和Ca/sal-his、Ni/sal–aln型席夫碱抗癌药物。  相似文献

本文合成了一系列3-烷基/对烷氧基苯基-3-羟基-联茚满烯二酮新化合物,并通过1H NMR, IR, MS 和元素分析数据进行了结构表征,其中化合物1,5,6的结构通过单晶X-Ray衍射进行了确证。分别用固体紫外光谱和电子自旋共振光谱研究了化合物的光致变色性能和光致自由基性质,结果表明:该类化合物在200W高压水银灯光源照射下产生光致变色现象,同时具有光致自由基性质。本文还根据分子结构和及分子内的作用力讨论了性质与结构之间的关系。  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand, 1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐5‐hydroxypyrazole‐4‐methylene‐8′‐quinolineimine, and its CuII, ZnII, and NiII complexes were synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of the ZnII complex was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, indicating that the metal ions and Schiff base ligand can form mononuclear six‐coordination complexes with 1:1 metal‐to‐ligand stoichiometry at the metal ions as centers. The binding mechanism and affinity of the ligand and its metal complexes to calf thymus DNA (CT DNA) were investigated by UV/Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence titration spectroscopy, EB displacement experiments, and viscosity measurements, indicating that the free ligand and its metal complexes can bind to DNA via an intercalation mode with the binding constants at the order of magnitude of 105–106 M –1, and the metal complexes can bind to DNA more strongly than the free ligand alone. In addition, antioxidant activities of the ligand and its metal complexes were investigated through scavenging effects for hydroxyl radical in vitro, indicating that the compounds show stronger antioxidant activities than some standard antioxidants, such as mannitol. The ligand and its metal complexes were subjected to cytotoxic tests, and experimental results indicated that the metal complexes show significant cytotoxic activity against lung cancer A 549 cells.  相似文献

Four new 6,13‐di(bromomethyl)‐ and di[(4‐bromomethyl)phenyl]1,4,8,11‐tetraaza[14]annulene derivatives C , D , E , F were synthesized using the condensation reaction of the correspondingly substituted vinamidinium salts with aromatic amines in acetonitrile/acetic acid. The reaction of these annulenes with thiourea leads to the corresponding thiol derivatives G and H . The UV/vis spectral behavior of compounds C , D , E , F , G , H was examined in DMSO. Elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and mass spectral data confirm the molecular structure of the newly synthesized compounds.  相似文献

Terpolymers bearing terpyridine as well as (meth)acrylates as free radical curable groups (UV‐curing) or hydroxyl groups (thermal curing with bis‐isocyanates) were synthesized and characterized using 1H NMR, IR and UV‐vis spectroscopy as well as GPC. Subsequently, the ability of covalent crosslinking via the UV‐initiated polymerization of the acrylate groups was investigated. The thermal stability of several commonly used crystalline matrix‐assisted ultraviolet laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (UV‐MALDI‐MS) matrices, 2,5‐dihydroxybenzoic acid (gentisic acid; GA), 2,4,6‐trihydroxyacetophenone (THA), α‐cyano‐4‐hydroxycinnamic acid (CHC), 3,5‐dimethoxy‐4‐hydroxycinnamic acid (sinapinic acid; SA), 9H‐pirido[3,4‐b]indole (nor‐harmane; nor‐Ho), 1‐methyl‐9H‐pirido[3,4‐b]indole (harmane; Ho), perchlorate of nor‐harmanonium ([nor‐Ho + H]+) and perchlorate of harmanonium ([Ho + H]+) was studied by heating them at their melting point and characterizing the remaining material by using different MS techniques [electron ionization mass spectrometry (EI‐MS), ultraviolet laserdesorption/ionization‐time‐of‐flight‐mass spectrometry (UV‐LDI‐TOF‐MS) and electrospray ionization‐time‐of‐flight‐mass spectrometry (ESI‐TOF‐MS)] as well as by thin layer chromatography analysis (TLC), electronic spectroscopy (UV‐absorption, fluorescence emission and excitation spectroscopy) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H‐NMR). In general, all compounds, except for CHC and SA, remained unchanged after fusion. CHC showed loss of CO2, yielding the trans‐/cis‐4‐hydroxyphenylacrilonitrile mixture. This mixture was unambiguously characterized by MS and 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, and its sublimation capability was demonstrated. These results explain the well‐known cluster formation, fading (vanishing) and further recovering of CHC when used as a matrix in UV‐MALDI‐MS. Commercial SA (SA 98%; trans‐SA/cis‐SA 5 : 1) showed mainly cis‐ to‐trans thermal isomerization and, with very poor yield, loss of CO2, yielding (3′,5′‐dimethoxy‐4′‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1‐ethene as the decarboxilated product. These thermal conversions would not drastically affect its behavior as a UV‐MALDI matrix as happens in the case of CHC. Homoleptic VOIV complexes with bidentate heterocycles, namely bipyrazole/pyrimidin‐2‐amine/triazolopyrimidine derivatives, are novel square pyramidal oxovanadium(IV) complexes. Their identities have been established using physicochemical techniques, namely elemental and spectral (ESI‐MS, IR, UV–visible) analyses. The in vitro antibacterial activities against Gram‐negative and Gram‐positive microorganisms have been studied for all compounds, exhibiting good inhibition as compared to the ligands. In addition, all compounds exhibit significant cytotoxicity towards brine shrimp with LD50 values obtained in the range 8–24 μg ml−1. Cellular level cytotoxicity has been investigated using bioassay of Schizosaccharomyces pombe , the complexes showing inevitable viability as concentration increases. Notably, UV absorption spectral titrations of the synthesized complexes with DNA reveal that the complexes bind to calf thymus DNA (CT‐DNA) through intercalation mode (K b = 104–105 M−1). Molecular docking reveals that the compounds are stacked between the base pairs of DNA. The results suggest that the complexes show promising binding affinity compared to the ligands towards CT‐DNA.  相似文献

Two‐electron oxidations of three 1,2‐di(bisphenylamino)‐benzenes afforded a class of nitrogen analogues of o‐quinodimethane. Their electronic structures in the ground state were studied by spectroscopic techniques including EPR and UV‐vis absorption spectroscopy. They have open‐shell singlet ground states with thermally accessible triplet states. One of them ( 1 2+) has been crystalized and isolated. SQUID measurements, single crystal X‐ray diffraction and theoretical calculations show 1 2+ has unexpected non‐Kekulé diradical character, sharply different from o‐quinodimethane.  相似文献

Novel ABA‐type dumbbell‐like water‐soluble copolymers [D230(EI)4, D400(EI)4, and D400(EI)8] were synthesized by introducing ethylenimine (EI) groups into both sides of polyoxypropylenediamines via a simple in situ ethylamination of polyoxypropylenediamine with 2‐chloroethylamine hydrochloride. The structures of the resultant polymers were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 1H NMR. The percentages of primary, secondary, and tertiary amine present were determined by the potentiometric titration method after treatments with the appropriate chemicals of salicylaldehyde and acetic anhydride. The surface tension and solubilizing behavior of pyrene in the presence of these polymers in aqueous medium were also investigated, and the efficiency to reduce the surface tension and solubilizing behavior of pyrene depends on the attachments of EI to polymer backbone. The chelating properties of these polymers were examined quantitatively by ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) spectroscopy in the presence of Cu2+ ions in aqueous solution, and continuous variation analysis revealed that the most stable complex is formed at the normality ratio of [N]/[Cu2+] = 3.0. UV–vis spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to evaluate the dumbbell‐like water‐soluble copolymer, D400(EI)8, as a stabilizer for preparing colloidal noble metal nanoparticles (Au and Pt) in aqueous solution. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The nucleophilic addition reactions of N1‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐2,1,3‐benzoselenadiazolium tetrafluoroborate 1 with aliphatic amines 2a–c (diethylamine 2a , dipropylamine 2b, and allylamine 2c ) have been kinetically studied by UV–vis spectroscopy in acetonitrile solution at 20°C. The kinetic data have been analyzed, using the Mayr equation, allowing the quantification of the electrophilicity parameter (E ) value of benzoselenadiazolium cation 1 (E = −14.72). The reliability of parameter E has been reasonably verified by comparison of calculated and experimental second‐order rate constants for the reactions of cation 1 with other amines 2d–f (pyrrolidine 2d , piperidine 2e, and morpholine 2f ) under the same conditions as those of the amines 2a–c . A linear Brönsted plot (R 2 = 0.9945) with a β nuc value of 0.55 has been obtained for the reactions of 1 with the secondary amines employed in the present work. Interestingly, satisfactory correlation between the log values of measured and calculated rate constants with a slope very close to unity has been obtained and discussed.  相似文献

Eighteen ionic polyferrocenyl compounds with 5‐ferrocenyl‐1H‐tetrazolate as anion and mono‐ and dinuclear ferrocenyl‐alkylammonium as cations were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Molecular structures of three compounds were further confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Their thermal stability was evaluated by TG and DSC and found that they are of high thermal stability. The cyclic voltammetry analysis suggested that each of the compounds exhibits only an irreversible redox wave of the ferrocene units in the molecule. Both migration and volatility test results showed that, on comparison with those of Catocene, all tested compounds exhibit much more excellent anti‐migration ability and most of the tested compounds have lower volatility. Their effects on the thermal disintegration of ammonium perchlorate (AP), 1,3,5‐trinitro‐1,3,5‐triazacyclohexane (RDX), and 1,2,5,7‐tetranitro‐1,3,5,7‐tetraazacyclooctane (HMX) were measured by DSC. The results revealed that most of the compounds exhibit significant catalytic effects on the thermal degradation of AP and RDX. Particularly, most of the compounds containing one ferrocene unit in their cations show higher activity than that of Catocene. These compounds can be used as alternatives to Catocene in the composite solid propellants.  相似文献

Interaction of a steroid drug, Ractopamine (RAC), and DNA was investigated by electroanalysis‐differential pulse and cyclic voltammetry (DPV and CV), and UV‐vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. DPV showed that RAC intercalated with DNA, and CV indicated that the reaction mechanism of RAC and dsDNA involved irreversible oxidation with the loss of two H+ and a transfer of two electrons. Reaction binding parameters were obtained. Pure spectra of RAC, DNA and the RAC‐DNA complex, and their concentrations were extracted by multivariate curve resolution‐alternating least squares method (MCR‐ALS). Concentration profiles indicated quantitatively the course of the reaction.  相似文献

A series of N‐containing heterocyclic compounds have been synthesized using approaches such as the well‐known Knorr synthesis, and a facile N‐alkylation method. This series of compounds includes pyrazole derivatives, tris(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine derivatives, and “pincer” ligands. Characterization methods include 1H NMR, FT‐IR, CHN analyses, UV‐vis spectroscopy, and fluorimetry, while X‐ray crystal structures are reported for most of the compounds. The crystallographic results affirm a 13C NMR method for isomer assignment of substituted pyrazoles.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of cyclic and acyclic O‐2′,3′‐ketal derivatives of the cancerostatic 5‐fluorouridine ( 2a ) is described. The novel compounds were characterized by 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and UV spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analyses. The lipophilicity values (log P, retention times in RP‐18 HPLC) of the cyclic ketals were determined and related to the ring tensions as well as the acid stability of the spiro‐linked ketal rings.  相似文献

A new quinazolinone derivative, 3‐[1‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)ethylideamino]‐2‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( LH ) was synthesized by the condensation of 2‐hydroxyacetophenone‐2‐aminobenzoylhydrazone and benzaldehyde. The cyclization to form 1,2‐dihydroquinazolinone was confirmed by IR, 1D and 2D HETCOR studies. Coordination compounds of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) of LH were synthesized and characterized using various physico‐chemical studies like stoichiometric, conductivity, magnetic moment measurements and spectral techniques such as IR, NMR, UV‐vis and EPR spectroscopy. The elemental analysis and thermal studies suggested a general stoichiometry [M(HEPDQ)Cl] for all the complexes. A four‐coordinate geometry was assigned to all the complexes. The complexes along with the parent ligand were screened for their anti‐inflammatory activity, using carrageenan‐induced rat paw edema, and for their analgesic activity by Eddy's hot plate method. The activity of the ligand was enhanced on complexation with metal ions. This enhanced activity was attributed to the increased lipophilic nature of the complexes. Notable anti‐inflammatory activity was observed for Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes. The analgesic activity of the ligand was greater than the standard at 60 min. and at a 10 mg kg−1 dose, whereas the activity of Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes at 10 mg kg−1 dose was comparable with the standard used. Various nitrile‐functionalized benzimidazol‐2‐ylidene carbene complexes of Hg(II) and Ag(I) were synthesized by the interaction of 1‐benzyl/1‐butyl‐3‐(cyano‐benzyl)‐3 H‐benzimidazol‐1‐ium mono/dihexafluorophosphate with Hg(OAc)2/Ag2O in acetonitrile. Two of the benzimidazolium salts were structurally characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction technique. Structures of reported compounds were characterized by 1 H, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, UV–visible spectroscopic techniques, and molar conductivity and elemental analyses. For bis‐benzimidazolium salt, dinuclear Hg(II)– and Ag(I)–carbene complexes were obtained. Nuclease activity and binding interactions of the synthesized benzimidazolium salts and their Ag(I)–carbene complexes with DNA were studied using agarose gel electrophoresis and, absorption spectroscopy and viscosity measurements, respectively. Ag(I)–carbene complexes showed higher DNA binding activity compared to their respective benzimidazolium salts. However, a benzimidazolium salt and two of the Ag(I) complexes showed remarkably higher nuclease activity both, in the presence and absence of an oxidizing agent. In this study, donor‐acceptor type thiophene‐perylene‐thiophene monomers were synthesized and polymerized by both oxidative polymerization using FeCl3 as catalyst and the electrochemical process. UV–vis, FTIR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis techniques were used for structural characterization. Thermal behaviors of these compounds were determined by using TGA system. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels and electrochemical and optical band gap values were calculated by using the results of cyclic voltammetry and UV–vis measurements, respectively. The number–average molecular weight (Mn), weight–average molecular weight (Mw), and polydispersity index (PDI) values of synthesized polymers were determined by size exclusion chromatography. Conductivity measurements of these polymers were carried out by electrometer by using a four‐point probe technique. A series of bioactive, triazole‐linked benzyl, aryl, sugar and aliphatic conjugates of 3‐ferrocenylidene‐oxindole have been synthesized. A facile 1,3‐dipolar‐Huisgen coupling reaction of the respective azides with the 3‐ferrocenylidene‐oxindole N‐propargyl moiety ( 3 ) gave the corresponding conjugates ( 5a–n ). All the newly synthesized compounds ( 5a–n ) were characterized by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, HRMS, Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The UV–Vis and electrochemical studies of these compounds were performed in dimethylsulfoxide solutions. The structure of compound ( 3 ) was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction study. These compounds exhibited moderate to good antimicrobial activity against Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative strains.  相似文献
