A sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) detection was fabricated based on hemin/G‐quadruplex interlaced onto Fe3O4‐AuNPs or hemin ‐amino‐reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite (H‐amino‐rGO‐Au). G‐quadruplex DNAzyme, which is composed of hemin and guanine‐rich nucleic acid, is an effective signal amplified tool for its outstanding peroxidase activity and Fe3O4‐AuNPs or (H‐amino‐rGO‐Au) nanocomposites with quasi‐enzyme activity provide appropriate support for the immobilization of hemin/G‐quadruplex. The target protein was sandwiched between the primary antibody immobilized on the GO and secondary antibody immobilized on the Fe3O4‐AuNPs or (H‐amino‐rGO‐Au) nanocomposites and glutaraldehyde was used as linking agent for the immobilization of primary antibody on the surface of GO. Both Fe3O4‐AuNPs and H‐amino‐rGO‐Au nanocomposite and also hemin/G‐quadruplex can cooperate the electrocatalytic reduction of H2O2 in the presence of methylene blue as mediator. The proposed immunosensor has a wide linear dynamic range of 0.1 pg/ml to 300 pg/ml with a detection limit of 60 fg/ml when Fe3O4‐AuNPs was used for immobilization of hemin/G‐quadruplex, while the dynamic range and DL were 0. 1–1000 pg/mL and 10 fg/mL, respectively in the presence of H‐amino‐rGO‐ Au nanocomposite as platform for immobilizing of hemin/G‐quadruplex. The proposed immunosensor was also used for analysis of HBsAg in spiked human serum samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Triclosan is broadly utilized as preservative or antiseptic in various cosmetic and personal care products. It becomes hazardous for environmental safety and human health more than a certain concentration. In this research, graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets were prepared by composing Fe3O4@Au nanostructure decorated GO together with polypyrrole (PPy) (Fe3O4@Au‐PPy/GO nanocomposite) in a facile way. The composite excellent increased the electrochemical response, presenting a high sensitive electrochemical method for triclosan detection. The synthesized Fe3O4@Au‐PPy/GO nanocomposite was characterized for its morphological, magnetically and structural properties by FESEM‐mapping, TEM, and XRD. The Fe3O4@Au‐PPy/GO nanocomposites modified glassy carbon electrodes (GCE), Fe3O4@Au‐PPy/GO GCE, showed a higher sensitivity good stability, reproducibility, lower LOD (2.5×10?9 M) and potential practical application in electrochemical detection of triclosan under optimized experimental conditions.  相似文献

The present study describes a novel and very sensitive electrochemical assay for determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) based on synergistic effects of reduced graphene oxide‐ magnetic iron oxide nanocomposite (rGO‐Fe3O4) and celestine blue (CB) for electrochemical reduction of H2O2. rGO‐Fe3O4 nanocomposite was synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Chitosan (Chit) was used for immobilization of amino‐terminated single‐stranded DNA (ss‐DNA) molecules via a glutaraldehyde (GA) to the surface of rGO‐Fe3O4. The MTT (3‐(4,5‐Dim ethylt hiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenylt etrazolium bromide) results confirmed the biocompatibility of nanocomposite. Experimental parameters affecting the ss‐DNA molecules immobilization were optimized. Finally, by accumulation of the CB on the surface of the rGO‐Fe3O4‐Chit/ssDNA, very sensitive amperometric H2O2 sensor was fabricated. The electrocatalytic activity of the rGO‐Fe3O4‐Chit/DNA‐CB electrode toward H2O2 reduction was found to be very efficient, yielding very low detection limit (DL) of 42 nM and a sensitivity of 8.51 μA/μM. Result shows that complex matrices of the human serum samples did not interfere with the fabricated sensor. The developed sensor provided significant advantages in terms of low detection limit, high stability and good reproducibility for detection of H2O2 in comparison with recently reported electrochemical H2O2 sensors.  相似文献

The amino acid arginine was used to modify the surface of graphene oxide nanosheets and then nickel‐substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticles were supported on those arginine‐grafted graphene oxide nanosheets (Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4@Arg–GO). The prepared Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4@Arg–GO was characterized using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, energy‐dispersive spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The application of Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4@Arg–GO as a catalyst was examined in a one‐pot tandem oxidative cyclization of primary alcohols with o ‐phenylenediamine to benzimidazoles under aerobic oxidation conditions. The results showed that 2‐phenylbenzimidazole derivatives were successfully achieved using Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4@Arg–GO nanocomposite catalyst via the one‐pot tandem oxidative cyclization strategy.  相似文献

We report the controlled synthesis of exchange‐coupled face‐centered tetragonal (fct) FePd/α‐Fe nanocomposite magnets with variable Fe concentration. The composite was converted from Pd/Fe3O4 core/shell nanoparticles through a high‐temperature annealing process in a reducing atmosphere. The shell thickness of core/shell Pd/Fe3O4 nanoparticles could be readily tuned, and subsequently the concentration of Fe in nanocomposite magnets was controlled. Upon annealing reduction, the hard magnetic fct‐FePd phase was formed by the interdiffusion between reduced α‐Fe and face‐centered cubic (fcc) Pd, whereas the excessive α‐Fe remained around the fct‐FePd grains, realizing exchange coupling between the soft magnetic α‐Fe and hard magnetic fct‐FePd phases. Magnetic measurements showed variation in the magnetic properties of the nanocomposite magnets with different compositions, indicating distinct exchange coupling at the interfaces. The coercivity of the exchange‐coupled nanocomposites could be tuned from 0.7 to 2.8 kOe and the saturation magnetization could be controlled from 93 to 160 emu g?1. This work provides a bottom‐up approach using exchange‐coupled nanocomposites for engineering advanced permanent magnets with controllable magnetic properties.  相似文献

First, attapulgite‐Fe3O4 magnetic filler (ATP‐Fe3O4) was prepared by using a chemical precipitation method. Subsequently, graphite oxide (GO) was prepared through Hummer method, and then reduced GO (RGO) was prepared through GO reduced by chitosan (CS). Finally, a series of WPU‐RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS composites were prepared by introduced RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS to waterborne polyurethane. The structure and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), thermogravimetric analysis TGA, conductivity test, and tensile test. The experimental results indicated that thermal stability and tensile strength of nanocomposites were improved with the increase of the content of RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS. Meanwhile, with the increase of the RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS content, the electrical and magnetic properties of WPU‐RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS composites were improved. When the content of RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS was 8 wt%, the electrical conductivity and the saturation magnetic strength of WPU‐RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS composites were 3.1 × 10?7 S·cm?1 and 1.38 emu/g, respectively. WPU‐RGO/ATP‐Fe3O4/CS composites have excellent electrical and magnetic properties.  相似文献

In this paper, an indicator-free electrochemical genosensing platform based on the self-signal changes of poly-xanthurenic acid (PXa) enhanced by Fe3O4/reduced graphene oxide (Fe3O4/RGO) was constructed. The resulting nanocomposite (PXa-Fe3O4/RGO) was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The π–π* stacking and hydrogen bonding between the conjugated Fe3O4/GO and aromatic ring of xanthurenic acid monomer promoted the electropolymerization efficiency accompanied with an increased electrochemical response of PXa. The immobilization of the specific probe DNA was successfully realized via the noncovalent method due to the π–π* interaction between the conjugated nanostructure of PXa-Fe3O4/RGO and DNA bases. The hybridization between the probe DNA and target DNA induced the resulted double-stranded (ds)DNA to be released from the conjugated nanocomposite, accompanied with the self-signal regeneration of nanocomposite (“signal-on”). The self-signal changes could serve as a powerful tool for indicator-free and freely switchable detection of different target genes, and the synergistic effect of the integrated graphene-based nanocomposite effectively improved the sensitivity for the target DNA detection via EIS.  相似文献

A highly porous metal‐organic framework, MIL‐101(Fe), was prepared by a solvothermal method in the presence of amino‐modified Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles, in order to achieve Fe3O4/MIL‐101(Fe) nanocomposite, which was characterized by XRD, FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, BET, and VSM. This hybrid magnetic nanocomposite was employed as heterogeneous catalyst for α‐amino nitriles synthesis through three‐component condensation reaction of aldehydes (ketones), amines, and trimethylsilyl cyanide in EtOH, at room temperature. The recoverability and reusability was admitted for the heterogeneous magnetic catalyst; no significant reduction of catalytic activity was observed even after five consecutive reaction cycles.  相似文献

An aptamer (Apt) functionalized magnetic material was prepared by covalently link Apt to Fe3O4/graphene oxide (Fe3O4/GO) composite by 1‐ethyl‐3‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride and N‐hydroxysuccinimide, and then characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and vibration sample magnetometry. The obtained composite of Fe3O4/GO/Apt was employed as magnetic solid‐phase extraction adsorbent for the selective preconcentration of sulfadimethoxine prior to analysis by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Under the optimal conditions (sample pH of 4.0, sorbent dosage of 20 mg, extraction time of 3 h, and methanol‐5% acetic acid solution as eluent), a good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and concentration of sulfadimethoxine in the range of 5.0 to 1500.0 µg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The limit of detection (S/N = 3) was 3.3 µg/L. The developed method was successfully applied to the analysis of sulfadimethoxine in milk with recoveries in the range of 75.9‐92.3% and relative standard deviations less than 8.1%. The adsorption mechanism of Fe3O4/GO/Apt toward sulfadimethoxine was studied through the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms, and the results show that the adsorption process fits well with the pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model and the adsorbate on Fe3O4/GO/Apt is multilayer and heterogeneous.  相似文献

Efficient and reusable nanocatalysts fabricated via a facile assembly are highly desirable for the cost‐effective hydrogenation reduction. Inspired by a fishing process with a fishnet, multifunctional nanostructured catalysts are rationally designed to combine interesting features via the self‐redox assembly of Fe3O4‐Ag composites on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) (Fe3O4‐Ag/rGO). In detail, Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) endow the ternary hybrids with superparamagnetism (21.42 emu g?1), facilitating catalysts to be separated from the reaction system. rGO could provide electron transfer pathways, enhancing catalytic activity. More interestingly, GO and Ag+ could behave as oxidants to oxidize Fe2+ for the in situ assembly of Fe3O4‐Ag/rGO without any addition of reductant/oxidant or organic solvents, and AgNPs endow the ternary hybrids with excellent catalytic behaviour. Meaningfully, the bioinspired process enables the ternary hybrids to possess more abundant micro?/nanopores, larger surface area, and more amorphization. They exhibit exceptional catalytic performance, and could be recycled with excellent activity by means of convenient magnetic separation (at least 7 times). Moreover, the ternary hybrids could degrade methylene blue under UV light due to different valence states of Fe in Fe3O4. Therefore, the proposed bioinspired assembly and structure design for hierarchical catalysts would pave a promising way to assemble other catalysts.  相似文献

Graphene oxide ‐ Fe3O4 ‐ NH3+H2PW12O40 magnetic nanocomposite (GO/Fe3O4/HPW) was prepared by linking amino ‐ functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4 ‐ NH2) on the graphene oxide (GO), and then grafting 12 ‐ tungstophosphoric acid (H3PW12O40) on the graphene oxide ‐ magnetite hybrid (GO ‐ Fe3O4 ‐ NH2). The obtained GO/Fe3O4/HPW nanocomposite was well characterized with different techniques such as FT ‐ IR, TEM, SEM, XRD, EDX, TGA ‐ DTA, AGFM, ICP and BET measurements. The used techniques showed that the graphene oxide layers were well prepared and the various stages of preparation of the GO/Fe3O4/HPW nanocomposites successfully completed. This new nanocomposite displayed excellent performance as a heterogeneous catalyst in the oxidation of alcohols with H2O2. The as ‐ prepared GO/Fe3O4/HPW catalyst was more stable and recyclable at least five times without significantly reducing its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Magnetic graphene oxide functionalized with sulfonic acid (Fe3O4‐GO‐SO3H) was used as a new recyclable nanocatalyst for one‐pot synthesis of N‐aryl‐2‐amino‐1,6‐naphthyridine derivatives under solvent free conditions. The catalyst could be easily recovered from the reaction mixture by an external magnet and reused without significant decrease in activity even after 4 runs. This nanocatalyst exhibited better activities to other commercially available sulfonic acid catalysts.  相似文献

In this study, the immobilization of sulfonic acid on silica‐layered magnetite was carried out by the reaction of ClSO3H with silica‐layered magnetite. The prepared magnetic nanoparticles of Fe3O4@SiO2‐SO3H were then characterized using scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, and transmission electron microscopy. The sulfonated nanocomposite exhibited excellent catalytic activity and reusability in the reduction of various aldoximes and ketoximes with NaBH3CN in the presence of ZrCl4. All reactions were carried out under solvent‐free conditions (r.t. or 75–80°C) within 3–70 min to afford amines in high to excellent yields.  相似文献

Zinc oxide‐decorated superparamagnetic silica attached to graphene oxide (Fe3O4/SiO2/PTS‐GO‐ZnO), as a novel nanocomposite, was designed, and its core‐shell structure was appropriately characterized by different spectroscopy or microscopy methods and thermal techniques as well as measuring of its porosity and magnetic properties. The catalytic activity of Fe3O4/SiO2/PTS‐GO‐ZnO, as a reusable heterogeneous catalyst, was investigated for efficient one‐pot multi‐component synthesis of medicinally important functionalized 2‐amino‐6‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)‐4‐arylnicotinonitrile derivatives. The significant features of the present procedure are mild reaction conditions, low loading of the catalyst, high to quantitative yields of the desired products, avoiding the use of toxic heavy metals or solvents, simple isolation and purification of the products, and stability as well as reusability of the catalyst after at least six consecutive runs.  相似文献

A new electrochemical sensor based on Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au nanocomposite was fabricated for modification of glassy carbon electrode (Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au GCE). The Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au nanocomposite was characterized by TEM, FESEM‐EDS‐Mapping, XRD, and TGA methods. The Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au GC electrode exhibited an acceptable sensitivity, fast electrochemical response, and good selectivity for determination of quercetin. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for quercetin concentrations using this sensor was 1.0×10?8 to 1.5×10?5 mol L?1, and the limit of detection was 3.8×10?9 mol L?1. The results illustrated that the offered sensor could be a possible alternative for the measurement of quercetin in food samples and biological fluids.  相似文献

A unique hierarchically nanostructured composite of iron oxide/carbon (Fe3O4/C) nanospheres‐doped three‐dimensional (3D) graphene aerogel has been fabricated by a one‐pot hydrothermal strategy. In this novel nanostructured composite aerogel, uniform Fe3O4 nanocrystals (5–10 nm) are individually embedded in carbon nanospheres (ca. 50 nm) forming a pomegranate‐like structure. The carbon matrix suppresses the aggregation of Fe3O4 nanocrystals, avoids direct exposure of the encapsulated Fe3O4 to the electrolyte, and buffers the volume expansion. Meanwhile, the interconnected 3D graphene aerogel further serves to reinforce the structure of the Fe3O4/C nanospheres and enhances the electrical conductivity of the overall electrode. Therefore, the carbon matrix and the interconnected graphene network entrap the Fe3O4 nanocrystals such that their electrochemical function is retained even after fracture. This novel hierarchical aerogel structure delivers a long‐term stability of 634 mA h g?1 over 1000 cycles at a high current density of 6 A g?1 (7 C), and an excellent rate capability of 413 mA h g?1 at 10 A g?1 (11 C), thus exhibiting great potential as an anode composite structure for durable high‐rate lithium‐ion batteries.  相似文献

Based on the characteristics of polycations of chitosan and glucoamylase, which are oppositely charged, they were successfully alternatingly deposited onto the surface of aldehyde‐modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles by using a layer‐by‐layer ion exchange method to form magnetic carriers to construct multilayer films (designated as Fe3O4@(CS/GA)n). The (CS/GA)n film systems were endowed with the pH‐dependent properties of chitosan as well as the catalytic activity of glucoamylase. The changes in weight loss and surface chemistry, morphology, and magnetic sensitivity were monitored and verified by UV/Vis spectroscopy, zeta potential, TEM, and a vibrating sample magnetometer. Subsequently, the influence of the number of bilayers, storage stability, pH, temperature, and reusability of Fe3O4@(CS/GA)5 biocatalysts on catalytic activity were investigated. The results from characterization and determination remarkably indicate that Fe3O4@(CS/GA)5 presents excellent catalytic activity, storage stability, pH stability, and reusability in comparison with free enzyme. Fe3O4@(CS/GA)5 retained >60 % of its initial activity at 65 °C over 6 h; the optimum temperature and pH also increased to the ranges of 45–65 °C and 2.5–3.5, respectively, and only 27 % activity was lost after 10 cycles. This new strategy simplifies the reaction protocol and improves encapsulation efficiency and catalytic activity for new potential applications in biotechnology.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel graphene (G) grafted silica‐coated Fe3O4 nanocomposite was fabricated by the chemical bonding of G onto the surface of silica‐coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles. Some carbamates (metolcarb, carbaryl, pirimicarb, and diethofencarb) in cucumber and pear samples were enriched by this nanocomposite prior to their determination by HPLC with UV detection. Experimental parameters that may affect the extraction efficiency were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, a linear response was achieved in the concentration range of 0.5–100.0 ng/g for metolcarb, carbaryl, and diethofencarb, and 1.0–100 ng/g for pirimicarb with the correlation coefficients (r) ranging from 0.9956 to 0.9984. The LOD (S/N = 3) of the method were found to be in the range from 0.08 to 0.2 ng/g. The RSDs were in the range from 2.4 to 5.8%. The results indicated that the G grafted silica‐coated Fe3O4 nanocomposite was stable and efficient for magnetic SPE and has a great application potential for the preconcentration of other organic pollutants from real samples.  相似文献

The electrode materials with hollow structure and/or graphene coating are expected to exhibit outstanding electrochemical performances in energy‐storage systems. 2D graphene‐wrapped hollow C/Fe3O4 microspheres are rationally designed and fabricated by a novel facile and scalable strategy. The core@double‐shell structure SPS@FeOOH@GO (SPS: sulfonated polystyrene, GO: graphene oxide) microspheres are first prepared through a simple one‐pot approach and then transformed into C/Fe3O4@G (G: graphene) after calcination at 500 °C in Ar. During calcination, the Kirkendall effect resulting from the diffusion/reaction of SPS‐derived carbon and FeOOH leads to the formation of hollow structure carbon with Fe3O4 nanoparticles embedded in it. In the rationally constructed architecture of C/Fe3O4@G, the strongly coupled C/Fe3O4 hollow microspheres are further anchored onto 2D graphene networks, achieving a strong synergetic effect between carbon, Fe3O4, and graphene. As an anode material of Li‐ion batteries (LIBs), C/Fe3O4@G manifests a high reversible capacity, excellent rate behavior, and outstanding long‐term cycling performance (1208 mAh g?1 after 200 cycles at 100 mA g?1).  相似文献

A novel sandwich‐type electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor was developed to enable the sensitive detection of HIV‐1 antibodies. This system incorporated mesoporous silica (mSiO2) complexed with quantum dots (QDs) and nano‐gold particles, which were assembled to enhance signal detection. Magnetic beads were used by immobilizing the secondary anti‐IgG antibody. This was first employed to capture HIV‐1 antibody (Ab) to form a Fe3O4/anti‐IgG/Ab complex. A high loading and signal‐enhanced nanocomposite (hereafter referred to as Au‐mSiO2‐CdTe) was used as a HIV‐1 antigen label. The Au‐mSiO2‐CdTe nanocomposite was conjugated with the Fe3O4/anti‐IgG/Ab complex to form an immunocomplex (hereafter referred to as Fe3O4/anti‐IgG/Ab/HIV‐1/CdTe‐mSiO2‐Au). This complex could be further separated by an external magnetic field to produce ECL signals. Due to the large specific surface area and pore volume of mSiO2, the loading of the CdTe QDs was markedly increased. Thus, the loaded QDs released a powerful chemiluminescent signal with a concordantly increased sensitivity of the immunosensor. The immunosensor was highly sensitive, and displayed a linear range of responses for HIV‐1 antibody across a dilution range of 1 : 1500 through 1 : 50 with the detection limit of 1 : 4500. The immunoassay can be a promising candidate in early diagnosis of HIV infection.  相似文献
