An efficient method for the synthesis of N‐alkylated 2‐(4‐substituted‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐1H‐indole‐3‐carbaldehyde has been developed starting from oxindole and indole using Huisgen's 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction of organic azides to alkynes. The effect of catalysts and solvent on these reactions has been investigated. Among all these conditions, while using CuSO4·5H2O, DMF was found to be the best system for this reaction. It could also be prepared in a one‐pot three‐component manner by treating equimolar quantities of halides, azides, and alkynes. The Huisgen's 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction was performed using CuSO4·5H2O in DMF with easy work‐up procedure.  相似文献

A series of novel 2‐aryl‐3‐(9‐alkylcarbazol‐3‐yl)thiazolidin‐4‐ones were synthesized by one‐pot three‐component reactions of 3‐amino‐9‐alkylcarbazoles, aromatic aldehydes, and 2‐mercaptoacetic acid by using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) as a cyclizing agent in dry diethyl ether at room temperature. This protocol has advantages of mild condition, short reaction time, high yield, and simple work‐up procedure.  相似文献

A facile, convenient, and adequate method has been developed for the synthesis of novel 5‐amino‐3‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)‐7‐aryl‐7H‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine‐6,8‐dicarbonitriles ( 6 ) by employing 2‐(4‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)thiazol‐2‐yl)acetonitrile ( 3 ) as an important precursor. Initially, we have synthesized the target compounds in a stepwise manner and then approached a tandem method to examine the feasibility of one‐pot method. Subsequently, one‐pot three‐component protocol has been established for the synthesis of title compounds by the reaction of 3 with benzaldehyde and malononitrile in refluxing ethanol engender a new six‐membered thiazolo[3,2‐a] pyridine as a hybrid scaffold. Reaction conditions were optimized for this reaction and a broad substrate scope with various aryl and heteroaryl aldehydes make this protocol very practical, attractive, and worthy. Mechanistic aspects for the formation of these compounds were outlined comprehensively. Characterization of these newly synthesized compounds was achieved by means of IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS.  相似文献

A metal‐organic framework (MOF ) formulated as [Cd23‐L)2(DMF )4]•H2O ( CdL ) [H2L =9‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐ 9H ‐carbazole‐3,6‐dicarboxylic acid, DMF =N ,N ‐dimethylformamide] was synthesized under solvothermal condition. Crystal structural analysis reveals that CdL features the layered 2D framework with L2 ligands as 3‐connected nodes. The compound CdL emits blue‐violet light with the narrow emission peak and the emission maximum at 414 nm upon excitation at the maximum excitation wavelength of 340 nm. The compound CdL has a similar emission spectrum curve to the free H2L ligand that indicates the emission of compound CdL should be originated from the coordinated L2 ligands.  相似文献

The treatment of α‐bromoalkyl aryl ketones and 2‐(propan‐2‐ylidene)hydrazine carbothioamide afforded 4‐aryl‐2‐(2‐(propan‐2‐ylidene)hydrazinyl)thiazoles via a Hantzsch‐thiazole synthesis, which reacted with 4‐aryl‐2,4‐diketoesters via a sequential Knorr‐pyrazole reaction to deliver a variety of aryl‐substituted ethyl 1‐(thiazol‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates in a one‐pot fashion with moderate to high yields. The key intermediates 4‐aryl‐2,4‐diketoesters, existing as its enolic lithium salt, were synthesized in situ by a high‐yield tert‐BuOLi‐mediated Claisen condensation of alkylphenones and diethyl oxalate. This class of elegant molecule comprises aryl groups on the two different heterocyclic cores, and the configurations of two representative molecules were determined by single crystal X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

A remarkably efficient three‐component reaction to synthesize 2‐amino‐4H‐chromenes derivatives from malononitrile, various aromatic aldehydes, and orcinol was described at room temperature in CH2Cl2 in the presence of catalytic amount of triethylamine. In a facile one‐pot procedure, excellent yields of products were achieved in less than 1 h. Some of the synthesized 2‐amino‐4H‐chromenes derivatives demonstrated potent antibacterial activities against Gram‐positive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus anthracis, indicated by disk method, minimum inhibitory concentration, and minimum bactericidal concentration approaches. However, none of the tested compounds expressed any antibacterial activities against Enterococcus faecalis and Gram‐negative bacteria.  相似文献

A series of new 5‐(1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazoles 4a‐l were synthesized via [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction from 1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbonitriles 3a‐l , sodium azide and ammonium chloride, using dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent, in good yields: 64–85%. The structures of these newly synthesized compounds were determined from the IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopic data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

We report a practical and one‐pot synthesis of novel series of ω‐(oxathiolan‐2‐thione‐5‐yl)‐α‐ oxazolidin‐2‐ones ( 3a‐h ). The obtained compounds have been designed, synthesized via reaction of oligoethylene glycols diglycidyl ethers, isocyanate and carbon disulfide in the presence of catalytic amount of lithium bromide. A variety of important oxazolidinone derivatives can be obtained from simple starting materials in good yields and the biological activity of these new products will be investigated in complementary study.  相似文献

An efficiently synthesis of chromones via cyclodehydration of corresponding 1‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐3‐(pyridine‐3‐yl)propane‐1,3‐dione is described under ultrasound irradiation. A series of novel 2‐(pyridine‐3‐yl)‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one derivatives was confirmed on the basis of 1H‐NMR, mass, IR spectral data, and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. Most of the compounds were found to be comparable potent than the reference standard drugs. Utilization of ultrasound irradiation, simple reaction conditions, isolation, and purification makes this manipulation very interesting from an economic and environmental perspective.  相似文献

The hitherto unreported, highly functionalized 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates 3 have been synthesized in good yields via a one‐pot three‐component domino reaction of phenylhydrazines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and ninhydrin under mild conditions for the first time. No co‐catalyst or activator is required for this multicomponent reaction, and the reaction is, from an experimental point of view, simple to perform (Scheme 1). The structures of compounds 3 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization/addition reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

Herein, we present an innovative, novel, and highly convenient protocol for the synthesis of 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐sec‐aminobiphenyl‐4‐carbonitriles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ) and 9,10‐dihydro‐3‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1‐sec‐aminophenanthrene‐2‐carbonitriles ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e ), which have been delineated from the reaction of 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐6‐aryl‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g ) and 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles ( 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e ) with 2‐acetylpyridine ( 5 ) through the ring transformation reaction by using KOH/DMF system at RT. The salient feature of this procedure is to provide a transition metal‐free route for the synthesis of asymmetrical 1,3‐teraryls like 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐sec‐aminobiphenyl‐4‐carbonitriles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ) and 9,10‐dihydro‐3‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1‐sec‐aminophenanthrene‐2‐carbonitriles ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e ). The novelty of the reaction lies in the creation of an aromatic ring from 2H‐pyran‐2‐ones and 2H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles via two‐carbon insertion from 2‐acetylpyridine ( 5 ) used as a source of carbanion.  相似文献

A series of 2‐(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐5‐(alkoxy)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐4‐aryloxypyrimidine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the title compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elementary analysis. These compounds were screened for herbicidal activity against rape and barnyard grass. Compound B13 exhibited moderate herbicidal activity.  相似文献

A simple and straightforward methodology toward the synthesis of novel 1‐(4,5‐diphenylpyrimidin‐2‐yl)thiourea has been developed by a one‐step reaction of isoflavones with amidinothiourea. A series of 16 new compounds was synthesized. All compounds were characterized by FT‐IR, NMR, and elemental analysis. The structure of a typical compound was established by X‐ray diffraction. A variety of substrates can participate in the process with good yields and high purities, making this methodology suitable for library synthesis in drug discovery.  相似文献

An efficient and environmentally benign procedure for the reactions of three components condensation of salicylaldehyde and two different CH acids to give 2‐amino‐4H‐chromenes catalyzed by a series of basic‐functionalized ionic liquids was reported. The most possible reaction pathway was proposed for the first time by performing density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Both cation and anion of [Bmim]OH have a cooperative effect on the reaction. [Bmim]+ increases the electrophilicity of salicylaldehyde via intermolecular hydrogen bonds, while OH? deprives proton of two CH acids to strengthen their nucleophilic ability.  相似文献

A series of novel 3‐(coumarin‐4‐yl)tetrahydroisoxazoles 5a,b, 7, 9 and 3‐(coumarin‐4‐yl)dihydropyra‐zoles 13a‐d, 14,15a,b were synthesized from coumarin‐4‐carboxaldehyde 1 via the intermediate N‐methyl nitrone 3 and N‐phenyl or N‐methyl hydrazones 11a,b . These coumarin derivatives were isolated, characterized and evaluated in vitro for their ability to inhibit trypsin, β‐glucuronidase, soybean lipoxygenase and to interact with the stable radical 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl. The compounds were tested in vivo as anti‐inflammatory agents in the rat carrageenin paw edema assay. Compound 15a seems to be a lead molecule to be modified in order to improve the lipoxygenase inhibition. The results are discussed in terms of structural characteristics.  相似文献

The title compound, 2C5H7N2+·2C23H13O2·H2O, formed as a by‐product in the attempted synthesis of a nonlinear optical candidate molecule, contains two independent 4‐aminopyridinium cations and 2‐(anthracen‐9‐yl)‐3‐oxo‐3H‐inden‐1‐olate anions with one solvent water molecule. This is the first reported structure containing these anions. The two anions are not planar, having different interplanar angles between the anthracenyl and inden‐1‐olate moieties of 59.07 (5) and 83.92 (5)°. The crystal packing, which involves strong classical hydrogen bonds and one C—H...π interaction, appears to account for both the nonplanarity and this difference.  相似文献

1,2,3‐Triazole has become one of the most important heterocycles in contemporary medicinal chemistry. The development of the copper‐catalyzed Huisgen cycloaddition has allowed the efficient synthesis of 1‐substituted 1,2,3‐triazoles. However, only a few methods are available for the selective preparation of 2‐substituted 1,2,3‐triazole isomers. In this context, we decided to develop an efficient flow synthesis for the preparation of various 2‐aryl‐1,2,3‐triazoles. Our strategy involves a three‐step synthesis under continuous‐flow conditions that starts from the diazotization of anilines and subsequent reaction with malononitrile, followed by nucleophilic addition of amines, and finally employs a catalytic copper(II) cyclization. Potential safety hazards associated with the formation of reactive diazonium species have been addressed by inline quenching. The use of flow equipment allows reliable scale up processes with precise control of the reaction conditions. Synthesis of 2‐substituted 1,2,3‐triazoles has been achieved in good yields with excellent selectivities, thus providing a wide range of 1,2,3‐triazoles.  相似文献

The title 4,4′‐disubstituted diphen­yl‐1,3‐triazines, C14H15N3, (I), C12H9ClFN3, (II), and C13H12FN3, (III), each contain a triazene group (–N=N—NH–) having an extended conformation. The dihedral angles between the two benzene rings in (I), (II) and (III) are 4.3, 3.4 and 6.5°, respectively. The mol­ecules are almost entirely planar, with maximum deviations from the mean planes of 0.1087 (2), −0.1072 (7) and 0.1401 (3) Å, respectively. In each compound, the molecules are linked by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds to form chains and pack similarly in the crystal structures.  相似文献

A simple and easy synthesis of 2‐(3‐nitro‐phenyl)‐quinazoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 3 ) has been successfully developed through a one‐pot three‐component condensation reaction of (2‐amino‐phenyl)‐oxo‐acetic acid sodium salt ( 1 ) obtained from the hydrolysis of isatin with ammonium acetate and 3‐nitrobenzaldehyde. Some novel quinazoline‐ester derivatives 4‐7 were then obtained by the reaction between the new compound 3 and various alcohols. Then, quinazoline‐amide derivatives 10‐14 were synthesized from the reaction of various amines and 2‐(3‐nitro‐phenyl)‐quinazoline‐4‐carbonyl chloride ( 8 ), obtained by the reaction of compound 3 with SOCl2. Finally, some novel quinazoline‐azo derivatives 17‐19 were synthesized by the coupling reaction between β‐dicarbonyl compounds and the novel amino‐quinazoline derivative compound 15 , obtained by reduction of nitro‐quinazoline derivative compound 11 . Thus, a new series of quinazoline‐4‐carboxylic acid, ester, amide, and azo derivatives was synthesized and fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry analysis.  相似文献
