Three new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, giraldines A (1), B (3) and C (4), were isolated from the roots of Delphinium giraldii Diels, together with three known C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, dihydrogadesine (5), tatsiensine (6) and siwanine A (7), as well as their structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral analyses, including IR, MS, 1D NMR and 2D NMR.  相似文献

Two new C20‐diterpenoid alkaloids, named aconicarchamines A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), were isolated from Aconitum carmichaelii. By UV, IR, MS, and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses, their structures were elucidated as 14,17‐dihydro‐14,17‐dihydroxyajabicine and 15‐O‐acetyllassiocarpine. Compound 1 is the third C20‐diterpenoid alkaloid with the lycoctine skeleton bearing an exocyclic C‐atom at C(14).  相似文献

Three new C19‐diterpenoid alkaloids, named aconitramines A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), were isolated from Aconitum transsectum. By UV, IR, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and MS analyses, their structures were elucidated as 18‐methoxyvilmoraconitine, 18‐demethoxydolichotine A, and 18‐demethoxydolichotine B. Compound 1 is the second known C19‐diterpenoid alkaloid with a three‐membered ring formed by C(8), C(9), and C(10).  相似文献

Aconitum species have been used as a traditional chinese medicine having analgesic activity. Several groups 1-3 have studied the components of the roots of Aconitum nagarum var. lasiandrum W.T. Wang. Further chemical investigation of this plant led to isolate two new diterpenoid alkaloids, nagadine 1 and 14-benzoylsachaconitine 2. Four new C19‐nor‐diterpenoid alkaloids, named brachyaconitines A–D ( 1 – 4 ), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum brachypodum Diels. Their structures were elucidated as 3‐O‐acetyl‐20‐deethyl‐20‐formylaconitine ( 1 ), 3‐O‐acetyl‐19,20‐didehydro‐20‐deethylaconitine ( 2 ), 3‐O‐acetyl‐8‐de(acetyloxy)‐7,8,17,20‐tetradehydro‐20‐deethyl‐7,17‐secoaconitine ( 3 ), and 1‐O‐methylflavaconitine ( 4 ) by means of MS, IR, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses. Two new indole alkaloid derivatives ( 1 , 2 ), together with six known indole alkaloids ( 3  –  8 ) were isolated from the 70% EtOH/H2O extract of the stem of Nauclea officinalis. Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive analyses of spectroscopic data (IR, MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR). All the isolates were evaluated for their anti‐inflammatory activities on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7, and all the compounds showed significant inhibitory activities with the IC50 values of 0.82, 6.45, 9.75, 1.34, 3.40, 2.69, 1.58, and 1.96 μm , compared to the positive drug control group aminoguanidine with an IC50 value of 1.80 μm , especially compound 1 had the most significant activity.  相似文献

Two new C20‐diterpenoid alkaloids named naviculine A ( 1 ) and naviculine B ( 2 ), were isolated from Aconitum naviculare Stapf . Their structures were established by spectral methods, especially 2D‐NMR spectra (1H,1H‐COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and DFT methods (at the B3LYP/6‐311++G(2d,p)//B3LYP/6‐31G(d) level), respectively. Hemsleyaconitines F and G ( 1 and 2 , resp.) were isolated from the EtOH extract of Aconitum hemsleyanum. Their structures were elucidated by extensive analyses of the IR, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and MS data. The two C19‐diterpenoid alkaloids 1 and 2 possess a novel skeleton, featuring a five‐membered D‐ring between C(9), C(13), C(14), C(15), and C(16), which is quite different from the previously isolated six‐membered D‐ring analogs.  相似文献

C19‐diterpenoid alkaloids are the main components of Aconitum duclouxii Levl. The process of separation and purification of these compounds in previous studies was tedious and time consuming, requiring multiple chromatographic steps, thus resulted in low recovery and high cost. In the present work, five C19‐diterpenoid alkaloids, namely, benzoylaconine ( 1 ), N‐deethylaconitine ( 2 ), aconitine ( 3 ), deoxyaconitine ( 4 ), and ducloudine A ( 5 ), were efficiently prepared from A. duclouxii Levl (Aconitum L.) by ethyl acetate extraction followed with counter‐current chromatography. In the process of separation, the critical conditions of counter‐current chromatography were optimized. The two‐phase solvent system composed of n‐hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water/NH3·H2O (25%) (1:1:1:1:0.1, v/v) was selected and 148.2 mg of 1 , 24.1 mg of 2 , 250.6 mg of 3 , 73.9 mg of 4, and 31.4 mg of 5 were obtained from 1 g total Aconitum alkaloids extract, respectively, in a single run within 4 h. Their purities were found to be 98.4, 97.2, 98.2, 96.8, and 96.6%, respectively, by ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography analysis. The presented separation and purification method was simple, fast, and efficient, and the obtained highly pure alkaloids are suitable for biochemical and toxicological investigation.  相似文献

A new diterpenoid, guan fu diterpenoid A ( 1 ), and a new diterpenoid alkaloid, guan fu base S ( 2 ), were isolated from the Chinese medicinal herb Aconitum coreanum (Lèvl. ) Rapaics , together with five known diterpenoid alkaloids guan fu base P, guan fu base R, guan fu base G, guan fu base F, and guan fu base Z. The structures of the two new compounds were elucidated as ent‐kaurane‐16,20‐diol ( 1 ) and (11β,13S)‐2,3,15,16‐tetradehydro‐16,17‐dihydrohetisan‐11,13,14‐triol 11,13‐diacetate ( 2 ) on the basis of HR‐MS and 2D‐NMR analyses. Two new diterpenoid alkaloids, racemulosines A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum racemulosum Franch . The structures of the new alkaloids were elucidated by analysis of physical and spectroscopic data, and the structure of 1 was further confirmed by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Stapf var. trichocarpum Hand.‐Mazz . led to the isolation of one heteratisine‐hetidine‐type bis‐diterpenoid alkaloid, trichocarpidine ( 1 ), three hetidine‐hetisine type bis‐diterpenoid alkaloids, trichocarpinine A–C ( 2 – 4 , resp.), together with nine known compounds.
