针对单电子H2+和双电子H3+系统,采用对称分裂算符法求解波函数的时间演化。计算了电子的含时频谱和体系的高次谐波谱,结果表明:电子频谱和高次谐波谱呈互补规律,即电子频谱峰值出现在基波的偶数倍频率位置,高次谐波则出现在奇数位置。对高次谐波谱随软化库仑参数的变化规律进行了数值研究,发现只在软化库仑参数的一定范围内才产生高次谐波,对该现象作了解释。  相似文献

临界耦合谐振器是一种薄膜结构, 可以吸收几乎所有的入射电磁波而不产生散射. 为了有效的实现和控制临界耦合现象, 本文提出了在临界耦合结构中加入了基于石墨烯的多层薄膜结构来代替原来的吸收薄膜层. 计算表明临界耦合现象出现在近红外波段, 且可以通过调节石墨烯的费米能级来获得不同的临界耦合频率; 另外改变多层薄膜结构中介质的厚度、石墨烯的层数, 实现了临界耦合现象的可调谐性, 同时对于弛豫时间和入射角度对吸收效率的影响也做了相应讨论. 本文理论结果为基于石墨烯的临界耦合器件和光探测器件的设计提供了理论依据.  相似文献

理论研究了有ITO(indium tin oxide)透明导电膜的多层平面分层介质系统的电磁性能,给出的理论曲线和实测曲线符合很好.多层平面分层介质系统的电磁性能与ITO膜(方块电阻为8Ω)所在界面位置和平面分层介质系统层数及各层厚度等有关.优化设计了一种含有ITO透明导电膜的厚度仅7.35mm的四层平面分层介质系统,其在8—18GHz频段内电磁波反射性能很好.作为多层平面分层系统中的ITO导电膜,其方块电阻应低于30Ω,并且越小,其反射性能越好. 关键词: 多层平面介质系统 电磁性能 ITO透明导电膜  相似文献

采用三维时域有限差分法对飞秒激光脉冲照明下锥形镀膜光纤探针内的光场进行了计算,研究了飞秒脉冲在探针中传输时的时域、频谱和相位特性,并分析了不同锥角和不同长度的探针对这些特性的影响.研究结果发现飞秒脉冲在探针中传输时出现了脉冲展宽、幅值振荡以及频谱分裂等现象,并且利用频谱和相位的变化特性初步解释了脉冲的展宽和脉冲振幅随时间周期性变化等现象. 关键词: 时域有限差分法 飞秒脉冲 光纤探针  相似文献

着重研究了多孔介质BISQ模型中慢纵波的基本特性.给出了BISQ模型下慢纵波速度 和衰减的低频近似公式.与Biot理论对比,BISQ模型中慢纵波的衰减随频率降低急剧增大, 且随喷射流长度的减小而增加;相速度随喷射流长度的减小而增加,其低频极限值不是零; 孔隙流体位移与固相骨架位移之比的幅值随喷射流长度的增加而减小,其相位特点与Biot模 型预测的不同;在流体与孔隙介质的边界上可产生更大的渗流.为对比,同时也给出快纵波 的行为.依据BISQ模型可推断:非黏滞流体饱和孔隙介质中不存在喷射流机理;BISQ模型中 关键词: 多孔介质 喷射流 慢纵波 动力协调  相似文献

通过二维粒子模拟(particle-in-cell)方法研究了强激光与亚临界密度等离子体相互作用中的近前向光子加速机制.该机制利用强激光在亚临界密度气体传输过程中的电离效应产生在纵向和横向上密度分布不均匀的电子等离子体.在纵向上,入射激光电离氦气产生一个陡峭的电子密度前沿分布.在密度前沿处,入射激光与电子等离子体波作用发生近前向散射.散射光频率较激光频率增大,在频谱中产生了第一个特征峰.在横向上,密度不均匀造成电子等离子体波具有不同的相速度并与入射激光相互作用,使入射激光发生近前向散射,在频谱中产生了第2个特征峰.由于密度分布的不均匀性较电子等离子体波的密度扰动大得多,因此基于微扰理论的散射模型和色散关系,如受激拉曼散射,无法解释频谱中两个特征峰的出现.进一步研究发现:在密度不均匀的情况下,入射激光、电子等离子体波和散射光三者之间仍满足动量和能量守恒的三波耦合关系.这能够解释两个特征峰对应的频率和强度增长过程.该研究对于强激光在亚临界密度气体传输过程中的频谱演化具有重要参考意义.  相似文献

为了研究一维光子晶体中光波的全反射贯穿效应,利用传输矩阵法计算了TE波和TM波在大于全反射角入射一维光子晶体的透射率.在透射波中发现了全反射贯穿效应,得出了全反射贯穿效应随入射角的变化规律、全反射贯穿效应的波长特性以及全反射贯穿效应随介质光学厚度的变化规律.利用波的量子理论和渐逝波的理论对一维光子晶体的全反射贯穿效应作出了理论解释.  相似文献

利用预估校正-时域有限差分(PC-FDTD)法求解全波Maxwell-Bloch方程,研究介质粒子数密度(N)对飞秒Gauss型激光脉冲在Λ型三能级原子介质中传播及光谱特性的影响.结果表明:小面积2π脉冲在不同N介质中都不发生分裂,脉冲频谱基本没有新的高频成分产生,随N增大中心频率附近光谱强度明显减小.面积4π脉冲,在N较大的稀疏介质及稠密介质中都产生分裂,在稀疏介质中随N增大频谱展宽幅度及高频成分强度增大,但在稠密介质中频谱展宽变小且远小于N较大时的稀疏介质情况.大面积8π脉冲,脉冲分裂情况与4π脉冲情况相似,但随N增大频谱展宽幅度及高频成分强度单调增大,且在稠密介质中的频谱展宽幅度及高频成分强度远大于N较小的稀疏介质情况.  相似文献

Using a semianalytical solution to the problem of wave excitation in an elastically supported one-dimensional waveguide with a system of point obstacles, we analyze the relation between the observed effects of blocking-transmission and the discrete spectrum point distribution in the complex frequency plane. We check the assumption, stemming from earlier numerical analysis for two-dimensional elastic waveguides with extended obstacles, on whether the occurrence of transmission frequencies in the blocking range is related to the presence of close-to-the-real-axis points of a discrete spectrum. The number of such spectral points increases in proportion to the number of obstacles, giving in the limit continuous transmission bands described by the Bloch-Floquet theory for infinite periodic structures.  相似文献

Quantum billiards have attracted much interest in many fields. People have made a lot of researches on the two-dimensional (2D) billiard systems. Contrary to the 2D billiard, due to the complication of its classical periodic orbits, no one has studied the correspondence between the quantum spectra and the classical orbits of the three-dimensional (3D) billiards. Taking the cubic billiard as an example, using the periodic orbit theory, we find the periodic orbit of the cubic billiard and study the correspondence between the quantum spectra and the length of the classical orbits in 3D system. The Fourier transformed spectrum of this system has allowed direct comparison between peaks in such plot and the length of the periodic orbits, which verifies the correctness of the periodic orbit theory. This is another example showing that semiclassical method provides a bridge between quantum and classical mechanics.  相似文献

针对基础水平运动的弹簧摆的非线性动力学响应进行研究,利用拉格朗日方程建立了系统的动力学方程.将离散傅里叶变换、谐波平衡法以及同伦延拓方法相结合,对系统的周期响应进行求解,避免了传统方法计算中使用泰勒展开引起的小振幅的限制,与数值计算结果的对比表明该求解方法具有较高的精确度.利用Floquet理论分析了周期响应的稳定性,给出了基础运动振幅和频率对系统周期响应的影响.研究发现:对应某些基础频率和振幅,系统的周期响应可能发生Hopf分岔;利用数值计算研究了Hopf分岔后系统响应随基础频率和振幅的变化,发现系统出现了倍周期运动、拟周期运动和混沌等复杂的动力学行为.研究表明系统进入混沌的主要路径是拟周期环面破裂和阵发性.  相似文献

The band spectrum of cyclotron waves propagating in a periodic layered semiconductor-insulator structure at an angle to an external magnetic field that is applied perpendicularly to the layers is calculated for two relationships between the characteristic frequencies of the semiconductor: ωHP and ωHP. The wave field distributions across the layers and over the period of the structure are analyzed. In both spectra, transmission bands arise when the conditions for dimensional resonance across the semiconductor layer are fulfilled. The graphic solution of the dispersion relation demonstrates that the cyclotron wave spectrum can be subdivided into two spectra of normal waves according to the Bloch wavenumbers of the periodic structure. The cases where the band spectra complement each other or overlap are considered.  相似文献

The individual laminae elastic constants in multilayer laminates composed of dissimilar isotropic layers were determined using ultrasonic-resonance spectroscopy and the linear theory of elasticity. Ultrasonic resonance allows one to measure the free-vibration response spectrum of a traction-free solid under periodic vibration. These frequencies depend on pointwise density, laminate dimensions, layer thickness, and layer elastic constants. Given a material with known mass but unknown constitution, this method allows one to extract the elastic constants and density of the constituent layers. This is accomplished by measuring the frequencies and then minimizing the differences between these and those calculated using the theory of elasticity for layered media to select the constants that best replicate the frequency-response spectrum. This approach is applied to a three-layer, unsymmetric laminate of WpCu, and very good agreement is found with the elastic constants of the two constituent materials.  相似文献

The general regularities of the evolution of the spectrum of magnetostatic waves in a periodic system composed of alternating ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic layers are analyzed. The spectrum of electromagnetic waves in an infinite periodic system and the coefficient of reflection of a plane electromagnetic wave from a half-space periodically filled with ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic layers are calculated. The dispersion relation is derived and analyzed for surface magnetostatic waves at the interface between the periodic system of layers and vacuum.  相似文献

We study the transmission of Dirac electrons through the one-dimensional periodic, Fibonacci, and Thue–Morse magnetic superlattices (MS), which can be realized by two different magnetic blocks arranged in certain sequences in graphene. The numerical results show that the transmission as a function of incident energy presents regular resonance splitting effect in periodic MS due to the split energy spectrum. For the quasiperiodic MS with more layers, they exhibit rich transmission patterns. In particular, the transmission in Fibonacci MS presents scaling property and fragmented behavior with self-similarity, while the transmission in Thue–Morse MS presents more perfect resonant peaks which are related to the completely transparent states. Furthermore, these interesting properties are robust against the profile of MS, but dependent on the magnetic structure parameters and the transverse wave vector.  相似文献

A mathematical model for a nonlinear equation of motion for correlation functions is considered which describes the essential features of the self consistent current relaxation theory for a system experiencing some interaction with a static random field in addition to some quadratic self interaction. It is shown that the plane spanned by the two coupling parameters is separated into a region of ergodic motion and another region where the motion is nonergodic. At the separation line of the two phases all correlation functions can be discussed in terms of scaling laws. The critical exponents vary along the separation line continuously and they can be evaluated explicitely. The separation line consists of two pieces. Transitions across the first piece are characterized by a polarization catastrophy, by a vanishing of the transport coefficient and by a diverging low frequency spectrum ruled by one critical frequency scale. Transitions across the second piece do not exhibit a polarization divergence but show also a power law decrease to zero of the transport coefficient. The low frequency spectrum is the sum of two diverging parts. Each part is described by a scaling law, but the scaling frequencies and the scaling functions are quite different.  相似文献

By using the continuum elastic approximation model and the transfer matrix method, we investigate the effect of diffusion layers and defect layer on acoustic phonons transport through the structure consisting of different films. Our work show that most acoustic phonons can easily pass the structure, but some only have much less transmission probabilities and form corresponding dips in the transmission spectrum. With the change of the structure parameters such as the width of diffusion layers and defect layer, the number of unit cell and the density of containing Al in diffusion layers and defect layer, the magnitude of the frequencies of acoustic phonons corresponding to the dips almost remain unchanged, but the transmission coefficients corresponding to the dips change at different degree, and the transmission probabilities of some frequencies are very sensitive to the variation of the above-mentioned structure parameters. These results can provide some references in controlling the transmission coefficients of acoustic phonons, devising parts of acoustic apparatus and theoretical investigation related.  相似文献
