Quantum algorithms can enhance machine learning in different aspects. Here, we study quantum-enhanced least-square support vector machine (LS-SVM). Firstly, a novel quantum algorithm that uses continuous variable to assist matrix inversion is introduced to simplify the algorithm for quantum LS-SVM, while retaining exponential speed-up. Secondly, we propose a hybrid quantum-classical version for sparse solutions of LS-SVM. By encoding a large dataset into a quantum state, a much smaller transformed dataset can be extracted using quantum matrix toolbox, which is further processed in classical SVM. We also incorporate kernel methods into the above quantum algorithms, which uses both exponential growth Hilbert space of qubits and infinite dimensionality of continuous variable for quantum feature maps. The quantum LS-SVM exploits quantum properties to explore important themes for SVM such as sparsity and kernel methods, and stresses its quantum advantages ranging from speed-up to the potential capacity to solve classically difficult machine learning tasks.  相似文献

利用量子失协方法研究在非马尔科夫环境中具有时变磁场的两比特各向异性海森堡XYZ模型量子失协的动力学演化。海森堡XYZ系统的初始态为最大纠缠态 $\left|\psi_{A B}\right\rangle=(1 / \sqrt{2})(|11\rangle+|00\rangle)$ , 利用非马尔科夫量子态扩散方法解析求解非马尔科夫主方程, 得出系统的约化密度矩阵; 然后代入量子失协公式得出系统量子失协的演化动力学。讨论自旋耦合强度、环境关联系数γ和余弦磁场强度B对量子失协动力学的影响。研究发现: 当环境关联系数γ较小时, 系统的量子失协明显呈现上升趋势, 因此可以表明非马尔科夫环境具有增加系统量子失协的作用。同时较大的自旋耦合系数JJZ以及余弦磁场强度B也具有增加系统量子失协的作用。  相似文献

Green emission ZnO quantum dots were synthesized by an ultrasonic sol–gel method. The ZnO quantum dots were synthesized in various ultrasonic temperature and time. Photoluminescence properties of these ZnO quantum dots were measured. Time-resolved photoluminescence decay spectra were also taken to discover the change of defects amount during the reaction. Both ultrasonic temperature and time could affect the type and amount of defects in ZnO quantum dots. Total defects of ZnO quantum dots decreased with the increasing of ultrasonic temperature and time. The dangling bonds defects disappeared faster than the optical defects. Types of optical defects first changed from oxygen interstitial defects to oxygen vacancy and zinc interstitial defects. Then transformed back to oxygen interstitial defects again. The sizes of ZnO quantum dots would be controlled by both ultrasonic temperature and time as well. That is, with the increasing of ultrasonic temperature and time, the sizes of ZnO quantum dots first decreased then increased. Moreover, concentrated raw materials solution brought larger sizes and more optical defects of ZnO quantum dots.  相似文献

Using quantum hydrodynamic approaches, we study the quantum pressure correction to the collective excitation spectrum of the interacting trapped superfluid Fermi gases in the BEC-BCS crossover. Based on a phenomenological equation of state, we derive hydrodynamic equations of the system in the whole BEC-BCS crossover regime. Beyond the Thomas--Fermi approximation, expressions of the frequency corrections of collective modes for both spherical and axial symmetric traps excited in the BEC-BCS crossover are given explicitly. The corrections of the eigenfrequencies due to the quantum pressure and their dependence on the inverse interaction strength, anisotropic parameter and particle numbers of the condensate are discussed in detail.  相似文献

应用转移矩阵方法求解三种不同量子阱体系中基于单带有效质量模型和包络函数近似下的一维定态薛定谔方程.首先,通过比较Ⅰ型单量子阱GaAlAs/GaAs/GaAlAs体系的解析解和数值解,该方法的精确性得到了验证.其次,与Ⅱ型断代量子阱AlSb/InAs/GaSb/AlSb系统的光致发光谱实验结果比较证实了该方法的适用性.最后,利用该方法推广计算了基于GaAs/GaAlAs材料的Ⅰ型耦合多量子阱体系的子带能级和波函数,说明了方法的通用性和实用性. 关键词: 量子阱 转移矩阵方法 光致发光  相似文献

In the classical lattice theory, solitons and localized modes can exist in many one-dimensional nonlinear lattice chains, however, in the quantum lattice theory, whether quantum solitons and localized modes can exist or not in the one-dimensional lattice chains is an interesting problem. By using the number state method and the Hartree approximation combined with the method of multiple scales, we investigate quantum solitons and localized modes in a one-dimensional lattice chain with the nonlinear substrate potential. It is shown that quantum solitons do exist in this nonlinear lattice chain, and at the boundary of the phonon Brillouin zone, quantum solitons become quantum localized modes, phonons are pinned to the lattice of the vicinity at the central position j=j0.  相似文献

<正>The equilibrium composition in strained quantum dot is the result of both elastic relaxation and chemical mixing effects,which have a direct relationship to the optical and electronic properties of the quantum-dot-based device.Using the method of moving asymptotes and finite element tools,an efficient technique has been developed to compute the composition profile by minimising the Gibbs free energy in self-assembled alloy quantum dot.In this paper,the composition of dome-shaped Ge_xSi_(1-x)/Si quantum dot is optimized,and the contribution of the different energy to equilibrium composition is discussed.The effect of composition on the critical size for shape transition of pyramid-shaped GeSi quantum dot is also studied.  相似文献

Starting from the governing equations for a quantum magnetoplasma including the electron spin -1/2 effects and quantum Bohm potential, we derive Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation of the system of quantum magnetohydrodynamics (QMHD). The amplitude and width of magnetosonic soliton with different parameters in the system are studied. It is found that the normalized Zeeman energy E plays a crucial role, for E≥1 the amplitude r and the width wξ of solitary wave all decrease as E increases. That is, the introduction of spin quantum force modifies the shape of solitary magnetosonic waves and makes them more narrower and shallower.  相似文献

Using the pseudomode method, we theoretically analyze the creation of quantum correlations between two two-level dipole-dipole interacting atoms coupled with a common structured reservoir with different coupling strengths. Considering certain classes of initial separable-mixed states, we demonstrate that the sudden birth of atomic entanglement as well as the generation of stationary quantum correlations occur. Our results also suggest a possible way to control the occurrence time of entanglement sudden birth and the stationary value of quantum correlations by modifying the initial conditions of states, the dipole-dipole interaction, and the relative coupling strength. These results are helpful for the experimental engineering of entanglement and quantum correlations.  相似文献

Based on the variational method of Pekar type, we study the energies and the wave-functions of the ground and the first-excited states of magneto-bipolaron, which is strongly coupled to the LO phonon in a parabolic potential quantum dot under an applied magnetic field, thus built up a quantum dot magneto-bipolaron qubit. The results show that the oscillation period of the probability density of the two electrons in the qubit decreases with increasing electron–phonon coupling strength α, resonant frequency of the magnetic field ω_c, confinement strength of the quantum dot ω_0, and dielectric constant ratio of the medium η; the probability density of the two electrons in the qubit oscillates periodically with increasing time t, angular coordinate φ_2, and dielectric constant ratio of the medium η; the probability of electron appearing near the center of the quantum dot is larger, and the probability of electron appearing away from the center of the quantum dot is much smaller.  相似文献

采用有效质量近似下的变分法,考虑到电子同时与表面光学声子和体纵光学声子相互作用,研究了无限深量子阱中极化子的表面光学声子平均数,体纵光学声子平均数和光学声子平均数。讨论了电子与体纵光学声子耦合强度α,阱宽L和势垒材料AlxGa1-xAs中Al的含量x对上述光学声子平均数的影响。以GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs量子阱为例进行了数值计算。结果表明:量子阱中表面光学声子平均数随耦合强度α,阱宽L和Al含量x增大而增大。量子阱中体纵光学声子平均数随耦合强度α,阱宽L的增大而增大。光学声子平均数随耦合强度α,阱宽L和Al含量x的增大而增大。  相似文献

In this work, the effects of quantum confinement on the ground state energy of a correlated electron--hole pair in a spherical and in a disc-like quantum dot have been investigated as a function of quantum dot size. Under parabolic confinement potential and within effective mass approximation Ritz's variational method is applied to Hylleraas-like trial wavefunction. An efficient method for reducing the main effort of the calculation of terms like $r^k_{\rm eh}\exp(-\lambda r_{\rm eh})$is introduced. The main contribution of the present work is the introduction of integral transforms which provide the calculation of expectation value of energy and the related matrix elements to be done analytically over single-particle coordinates instead of Hylleraas coordinates.  相似文献

Using the linear approximation method, we calculated the steady-state mean normalized intensity fluctu-ation for a loss-noise model of a single-mode laser driven by a pump noise and a quantum noise, whose real part andimaginary part are cross-correlated. We analyzed the valid range for thelinear approximation method by studying theinfluences on the steady-state mean normalized intensity fluctuation by the cross-correlation coefficient, the intensities ofthe quantum and pump noise, the net gain, and the amplitude and frequency of the input signal, and we found that thevalid range becomes wider when the cross-correlation between the real and imaginary part of quantum noise is weaker,the noise intensities of quantum and pump are weaker, the laser system is far from the threshold and the signal hassmaller amplitude and higher frequency.  相似文献
