Twofold Buchwald–Hartwig aminations selectively furnish three regioisomers of bis[1]benzothieno[1,4]thiazines; X-ray structure analyses and DFT calculations were corroborated for correlation of their electronic properties. All regioisomers outscore the parent compound phenothiazine with respect to a low-lying oxidation potential and reversible redox activity. The anti-anti bis[1]benzothieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-e][1,4]thiazines possess the lowest oxidation potentials in this series and displayed pronounced green luminescence in solution (ΦF≈20 %) and in the solid state. Syn-anti regioisomers were only weakly luminescent in solution, but showed aggregation-induced emission enhancement and solid-state luminescence. Most interestingly, X-ray structure analyses revealed that anti-anti derivatives have an amazingly coplanar structure of the pentacyclic anellated 1,4-thiazine system, emphasizing a structural similarity to heteroacenes. The calculated theoretical nucleus-independent chemical shifts additionally suggested that these 8π-electron core systems can be considered as the first electronically unbiased anellated 1,4-thiazines with antiaromatic character.  相似文献

The Dicyanation of 1,4-Diaminoanthraquinones and the Reactivity of 1,4-Diamino-9,10-dioxo-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2,3-dicarbonitriles towards Nucleophilic Reagents The reaction of 1-amino-9, 10-dioxo-4-phenylamino-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2-sulfonic acid ( 1 , R?C6H5) with cyanide in water yields a mixture of 1-amino-9,10-dioxo-4-phenylamino-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2-carbonitrile ( 3 , R ? C6H5) and 1-amino-4-(phenylamino)anthraquinone ( 4 , R ? C6H5) under the usual reaction conditions (Scheme 1). In dimethylsulfoxide, however, a second cyano group is introduced, and 1-amino-9,10-dioxo-4-phenylamino-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2,3-dicarbonitrile (7) is formed (Scheme 2). The cyano groups are very reactive towards nucleophiles. The cyano group in 2-position can be substituted by hydroxide and aliphatic amines (Schemes 5 and 6). The cyano group in 3-position can be eliminated by aliphatic amines and hydrazine (Scheme 7). Nucleophilic attack at the cyano C-atom of the 2-cyano group by suitable reagents leads to ring formation, yielding e.g. 2-(Δ2-1, 3-oxazolin-2-yl)-, 2-(benz[d]imidazol-2-yl)- and 2-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)anthraquinones (Schemes 8 and 10).  相似文献

For H bonds stabilized by π-conjugation in carbonylated 1,4-dihydropyridines, an analysis of the structural data of the Cambridge Structural Databank showed that the hydrogen bond was an essential condition for π-conjugation. It was found that π-delocalization possibly correlated with the bioactivity of drugs that were calcium antagonists. In the presence of two carbonyl groups, hydrogen bonds in crystal are predominantly formed by the carbonyl group that is anti-periplanar to the 1,4-dihydropyridine ring.  相似文献

On irradiation in the solid state the 4-aryl-1,4-dihydroypridines 1 undergo [2+2] cycloadditon to centrosymmetric head-to-tail dimers 3 and 4a . The almost exclusive formation of the cage dimers 3 via the C2-symmetric syn-dimers 2 takes place in nearly quantitative yields, in contrast with the cycloaddition reaction of the anti-dimer 4a , which is accompanied by photooxidation to pyridine 5a .  相似文献

The structure of trans-1,4-dibromo-1,4-dicarboxymethylcyclohexane (I) has been determined by single crystal x-ray diffraction. The molecules, located on symmetry centers, are in the rigid chair conformation with the Br and COOCH3 axial and equatorial, respectively. The molecular geometry observed in the crystal is similar to that calculated for the isolated molecule using ab initio calculations performed at the HF/6-31(d) level. A peculiar arrangement of the carboxymethyl substituents, along with short contacts involving the Br atoms, seem to play a role in the stabilization of the crystalline structure.  相似文献

1,4-dimethyl-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-6H-imidazo[4,5-e][1,4]-diazepine-5,8-dithione was synthesized by boiling 1,4-dimethyl-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-6H-imidazo[4,5-e][1,4]-diazepine-5,8-dione (a cyclic homolog of theobromine) with P2S5. Its molecular and crystal structures were determined by X-ray structure analysis, PMR spectroscopy and the calculations using the MM2 program. The crystals are monoclinic, sp. gr. P2 1 /n with a=9.305(4), b=9.464(3), c=11.628(3) Å, -90.49(3)o, Z=4 for C8H10N4S2. M.p. 268–269 °C. The 7-membered heterocycle has a boat conformation in the crystal, while in solution at room temperature it undergoes interconversion. The geometrical parameters of the molecule obtained by X-ray structure analysis, by PMR spectroscopy below the coalescence temperature (290 K), and by MM2 calculations are in good agreement.A. V. Seven 1,4‐phenylenebisphosphonates of monovalent ions, A(HO3PC6H4PO3H2) (A = Li, K, Rb, Cs, Tl, Ag and NH4), were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, spectroscopic and thermal methods. These compounds and the reported sodium analogue have four structure types. The sodium compound, one‐dimensional lithium compound and pillared‐layered cesium compounds have different structure types, whereas the potassium, rubidium, thallium, ammonium and silver compounds have a pillared ladder‐like structure. They undergo initial thermal decomposition in the range of 120–270 °C. Moreover, the single crystal X‐ray structure of 1,4‐phenylenebisphosphonic acid was determined.  相似文献

A coordination polymer [Ba(pcmb)(H2O)2.5] ( 1 ) was obtained by self‐assembly of the corresponding metal carbonate with a flexible ligand, p‐(carboxyl‐methyloxy)‐benzenecarboxylic acid (H2pcmb), and its structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. The result revealed that complex 1 has a three‐dimensional structure, in which the barium(II) atom takes a distorted eight‐coordinate bicapped anti‐prism arrangement. The pcmb2– anion acts as a μ4‐bridge ligand, in which carboxylate groups adopt monodentate and μ3η2:η1‐bridging two different coordination models to generate a three‐dimensional network structure. The luminescence property and thermal stability of 1 were investigated.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 1,4-benzenedithiol (BDT) was determined by the Rietveld method based on the calculation of the atomic coordinates of the BDT molecule using the Molecular Mechanics Program (MMP2). The refined crystal structure of BDT was monoclinic P21/c with dimensions, a = 7.795, b = 7.290, c = 5.955 Å, β = 92.16°, z = 2. The R factor of the refined structure was 0.038. Using above results, the mechanism of solid-state addition polymerization of BDT to 1,4-diethynylbenzene (DEB) was studied. Sublimed BDT piles up onto glass plate substrate and forms the layer structure along with the a axis. An inclination angle of the piled BDT column was 60° toward the substrate surface. DEB crystal structure was also monoclinic P21/c with a = 4.007, b = 6.018; c = 15.340 Å, β = 91.42°, z = 2. Sublimation of equimolar mixture of BDT and DEB gave a crystal having 1 : 1 composition, in which DEB column is situated between the columns of BDT. Relative arrangement of both monomers was suitable for the addition of  SH and  CCH groups, since the distance between the two groups is 3.3 Å by CERIUS II calculation. Therefore, the addition polymerization of BDT to DEB easily proceeded by UV irradiation and the resulting polymer had a highly layer structure along with the a axis of BDT crystal. A new scandium naphthalenedicarboxylate with the framework composition [Sc2(1,4-NDC)3] (H2-1,4-NDC = 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid) was obtained under hydrothermal synthesis conditions. A structure model could be developed by a combination of 3D electron diffraction measurements and computationally assisted structure determination, which was further validated by a good agreement with the experimental powder X-ray diffraction pattern. The structure consists of isolated ScO6 octahedra interconnected by the carboxylate groups of linker molecules to form chains. These chains are connected by the naphthalene-moieties to form a three-dimensional framework with square-shaped pores and the organic group pointing into the pores. Although very similar synthesis conditions were chosen, [Sc2(1,4-NDC)3] is not isostructural to aluminum naphthalenedicarboxylate [Al(OH)(1,4-NDC)], which crystallizes in a MIL-53 type structure. This can be traced back to the different inorganic building units that are observed. The compound was thoroughly characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, sorption measurements, thermogravimetric analysis and luminescence measurements. [Sc2(1,4-NDC)3] exhibits a high thermal stability and a ligand-based blue luminescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C13H10N4O5)(H2O)], is an asymmetric and pentacoordinated square-pyramidal copper(II) complex, with a water mol­ecule occupying an apical position. It consists of syn and anti isomers of the apical water mol­ecule with respect to the metal-free carboxyl group on the equatorial ligand. The crystal structure of this complex is a rare example of conformational isomerization, in which the two isomers cocrystallize in a 1:3 ratio of syn to anti mol­ecules in the same lattice.  相似文献

Abstract

2,3‐Dicyano‐5,7‐dimethyl‐6H‐1,4‐diazepine (1) is polymerized to a conjugated structure in solution by both alkaline sugar reagents and butoxide in n‐butanol and in the solid state by thermal annealing. From both infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, all polymers have a similar chain repeat structure involving polymerization at one of the two cyano groups in the molecular structure of 1. Electronic spectra, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and thermal analysis further characterize the polymers. The methyl protons of 1 are acidic, and solution polymerization is likely initiated by a delocalized anion derived from 1. This delocalized anion also provides a rationalization for polymerization at only one of the cyano groups of 1 instead of cyclopolymerization. The solid state polymerization leads to an amorphous product in a heterogeneous process. The crystal structure of 1 does not allow formation of an infinite chain. A tautomeric form of 1 likely initiates the solid state polymerization. The tautomerization creates a defect site in the crystal of 1, and the initial addition reaction is likely topochemical.  相似文献

(±)-[32](1,4)Barrelenophane was completely resolved into its enantiomers by HPLC separation using a chiral stationary phase (Chiralcel OD) with hexane/propan-2-ol (1:9). The specific rotations and circular dichroism spectra of (+)- and (−)-[32](1,4)barrelenophanes indicated the enantiomeric relationships. The longest absorption band at 360 nm (ε 541, CH2Cl2) is identified mainly as AN intramolecular charge transfer band between the benzene ring and the double bond conjugated with cyano groups. A new coordination compound [Co(Pht)(2-MeIm)2] (I), where Pht2–is the deprotonated radical of o-phthalic acid (H2Pht) and 2-MeIm is 2-methylimidazole, was synthesized. Its structure was established using X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic: space group Pca21, a= 15.350(3), b= 7.957(2), c= 13.997(3) Å, (calcd.) = 1.505 g/cm3, and Z= 4. The tetrahedral coordination of the Co(II) atom includes two N atoms of two 2-methylimidazole molecules and two oxygen atoms of two carboxyl groups from different acid radicals. The Co–N distances are equal to 2.022(2) and 2.031(2) Å, while the Co–O distances are 1.972(2) and 2.000(2) Å. The carboxyl groups of the Pht2–radical and the aromatic nucleus form angles of 47.2° and 35.9°, whereas the angle formed by the carboxyl groups themselves is 50.3°. Compound Iis a polymer, which is confirmed by the 1,6-bridging function of the o-phthalic acid radical. The Co···Co distance in a chain is equal to 7.367 Å. Separate chains are united in the crystal into a framework via N–H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Summary The dependence of the logarithm of the area under the tin-119 Mössbauer resonance (A at different temperatures are normalized toA 77) vs. temperature is measured for tetrachloro[1,4-di(p-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dimethyl-1,4-diazabutadiene] tin(IV). The slope of the plot of lnA vs.T is –2.46·10–2K–1, suggesting a monomeric structure. In the vibrational spectra the significant stretching vibrations agree with acis octahedral configuration of C2v symmetry.

Dual photoredox- and nickel-catalyzed hydroalkylation of terminal alkynes with 4-alkyl-1,4-dihydropyridines under visible light irradiation to afford Markovnikov- or anti-Markovnikov-type alkylated alkenes in good-to-high yields has been achieved, in which the regioselectivity of the products was effectively controlled by coordination ligands for nickel species. Using [NiCl2(dtbbpy)] as a catalyst led to the formation of Markovnikov-type products, whereas using NiCl2 ⋅ 6 H2O led to the formation of anti-Markovnikov-type products.  相似文献

The dicarboxylic acids 3 and 4, i.e., di(3-carboxy-2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)methane and di(3-carboxyphenyl)methane, are created by a methylene tethering of mesitoic acid and benzoic acid, respectively. These diacids may explore two low energy conformations, viz., syn and anti. Whereas the syn-diacid 3 is found to undergo self-assembly in the solid state via a very rare tetrameric motif, the anti-diacid 3 is found to exhibit pseudopolymorphism with guest molecules such as DMSO and PhOH–H2O. The unusual patterns of assembly and the occurrence of pseudopolymorphism for the syn and anti conformers, respectively, appear to emanate from an unique structural feature that emerges as a consequence of tethering. It appears that the molecules that contain strongly interacting functional groups in non-coplanar aryl rings will suffer from packing problems, which manifests itself in a new mode of packing and the phenomenon of pseudopolymorphism.  相似文献

Difluorothiophosphoryl isocyanate, F2P(S)NCO was characterized with UV/vis, NMR, IR (gas and Ar-matrix), and Raman (liquid) spectroscopy. Its molecular structure was also established by means of gas electron diffraction (GED) and single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) in the gas phase and solid state, respectively. The analysis of the spectroscopic data and molecular structures is complemented by extensive quantum-chemical calculations. Theoretically, the Cs symmetric syn-conformer is predicted to be the most stable conformation. Rotation about the P−N bond requires about 9 kJ mol−1 and the predicted existence of an anti-conformer is dependent on the quantum-chemical method used. This syn-orientation of the isocyanate group is the only one found in the gas phase and contained likewise in the crystal. The overall molecular structure is very similar in gas and solid, despite in the solid state the molecules arrange through intramolecular O⋅⋅⋅F contacts into layers, which are further interconnected by S⋅⋅⋅N, S⋅⋅⋅C and C⋅⋅⋅F contacts. Additionally, the photodecomposition of F2P(S)NCO to form CO, F2P(S)N, and F2PNCO is observed in the solid Ar-matrix.  相似文献

Addition Compounds between Antimony(III)-Halides and 1,4-Dithiacycloheptane SbCl3, SbBr3, and SbI3 do form the addition compounds SbCl3 · 1,4-Dithiacycloheptane, SbBr3 · 1,4-Dithiaheptane and 2 SbI3 · 1,4-Dithiacycloheptane from benzene solutions. The new compounds are only stable in the solid form. FIR spectra of the SbCl3 and SbBr3 complexes are recorded as well as the X-ray structure of the SbCl3 compound.  相似文献
