提出空间声场分离技术,突破了近场声全息(NAH)的应用局限.它们的局限在于全息面一侧的声场必须是自由声场,即要求所有的声源必须位于另一侧.利用波数域内的波场外推理论及声压的标量叠加原理,建立起声场分离技术的双全息面实现方法,利用波数域内的Euler公式及粒子振速的矢量叠加原理,建立起该技术的单全息面实现方法.该技术的一个突出优点是在具有背景噪声的全息测量情况下, 可以消除背景噪声对全息变换结果的影响.理论的推导表明该技术方法的正确性,而仿真算例和实验则显示该技术的可行性和有效性.

Time-resolved fluorescence determinations on biochemical samples are often complicated by contributions from background. In the time-correlated single-photon counting method, background subtraction is a routine procedure. A limitation of frequency domain fluorometry, however, arises from the difficulty of performing this operation. This limitation has become increasingly significant as frequency domain methods are being applied to evermore complex biological systems using the higher-frequency capabilities of modern instrumentation. We have devised a method for such a correction in the frequency domain, regardless of the complexity of the background decay, based on measurement of the background phasor and subsequent subtraction from the sample phasor. This method is applicable to both lifetime and dynamic polarization measurements, and it can be readily implemented on commercially available frequency domain fluorometers. Decay curves may be accurately recovered from samples containing background contributions ranging from less than 5% to greater than 90% of the total signal intensity. 相似文献

分析了浅海甚低频声场中的垂直双水听器的互谱特性,尤其关注了声场中只存在两阶简正波时声压互谱的有功分量.数值计算表明:当两个水听器的深度布放合理时,声压互谱有功分量的正负号分布与水平距离无关,选择合适的水听器深度布放组合,可以用于水面目标、水下目标的双择判决;声速分布对该方法的使用影响不大,海底存在吸收将影响算法的作用距离,但在有效作用距离内,该算法仍有较好的稳健性.运用Pekeris波导有效深度的概念建立了声压互谱有功分量正负号分布特性的近似理论分析并可预报双水听器合理的布放深度.理论分析揭示了双水听器布放深度之和应等于波导有效深度,并且在有效深度限制的波导范围内,整个声场的声压互谱有功分量的正负号分布被分为三个水平区域.理论分析加深了对浅海低频声场特性的理解,对该算法的实际使用有指导意义.

In this work we show the properties of the electromagnetic field in the vicinity of a monolayer nanoparticle array on SiO2 substrate. The nanoparticle array is produced by a simple experimental procedure, where thin gold and silver films are deposited on a substrate by pulsed laser deposition technique and they are annealed by nanosecond laser pulses. At certain conditions the laser annealing leads to a homogeneous decomposition of the film into nanoparticles with diameters in the range of few tens of nanometers. Using FDTD simulations the near field distribution in array structures taken from SEM images are obtained. The distribution shows presence on “hot spots” where the near field intensity is enhanced more than two orders of magnitude compared to the incident one. The existence of enhanced field intensity is assumed to be the main reason on enhancement of the Raman scattering signal obtained experimentally using the produced structures as active substrates. 相似文献

目前由于部分电站锅炉所用到的燃煤大多为配煤,在有些情况下,其复杂的物理化学特性导致难以获得高精确度的常规近红外定量分析模型,这给电煤发热量的在线检测带来了一定困难。针对该问题,深入研究了电煤近红外光谱时域和频域特征,提出一种能够通过全局优化策略自动在频域内建立最优近红外定量分析模型的新方法—频域自适应分析法。该方法首先将时域近红外光谱通过快速傅里叶变换转换为频域近红外信号;然后采用有效光谱能量率得到合适的频域信息范围;接着根据近红外光谱频域下的相关系数谱图、方差谱图以及谐波在频域中的坐标合理构建了频域信息量评价参数,利用该参数对模型输入变量的种群位置进行初始化;最后采用频域分区搜索和综合性能评价函数得到最佳建模方案。与此同时,结合电煤煤粉近红外图谱的特性,并以其发热量为待测目标对该方法进行了验证,取得相对较好实验效果,与传统方法主成分回归、偏最小二乘回归、反向传播神经网络以及基于遗传算法的偏最小二乘回归和支持向量机回归相比,该方法预测精度更高,并且有效避免了频域随机搜索潜在的过拟合和虚假有效模型的弊端,具有良好的应用前景。此外,该方法也可推广用于其他类型的光谱定量分析。 相似文献

Early detection and treatment of colon cancer has been associated with better disease prognosis. Conventional and reported optical techniques have limitations in detecting early stages of colon cancer growth. In this paper, a homodyne signal processing assisted frequency domain (FD) fluorescence imaging methodology is proposed for the early diagnosis of colon cancer. Simulated phantom tissues representing the biopsy samples at different stages of colon cancer growth are prepared and used for the imaging study. Selective imaging of healthy and diseased sites simulated in the samples was achieved even for fluorescence emissions having close lifetimes and wavelength values. Possible extension of the methodology for in vivo investigations is also discussed. 相似文献

本文采用二维波数积分,对空气中高速运动声源激发的水下声场进行建模。针对二维波数积分计算声场时域解计算量大的问题,提出一种快速计算方法。用本文提出的方法,对深海和浅海情况下,空气中高速运动单频点声源激发的水下声场进行了计算和仿真。计算结果表明:在深海,水下接收信号的幅度和瞬时频率随时间发生变化;接收器深度、接收器与声源运动轨迹的最小距离对接收信号的变化快慢有较大影响,而声源高度的影响较小;在浅海中,接收信号呈现快速的幅度起伏,明显的多普勒频移和大的频率展宽效应。与简正波方法相比,本文方法主要适用于近场计算,而简正波方法适用于远场。另外,当声源频率较高时,二维波数积分方法的计算量将迅速增大。 相似文献

针对圆柱腔低频声场的球谐函数分解,提出了基于移动式球形传声器阵列(简称球阵)测量的空间域直接求解法。利用空间域测量数据,在压缩感知(Compressive Sensing,CS)理论框架下通过一次线性方程组求解,获得整体坐标系下的声场展开系数。首先讨论了感知矩阵的列相关性,比较不同球阵形式及球面采样点数目,不同球谐函数截断阶数以及空间测量位置等的影响。随后在飞机舱室模型内利用文中提出的方法求解声场展开系数,再现腔内水平面的声压分布,并与传统球坐标变换方法做比较。实验结果表明,利用空间域直接求解法,通过球面随机挑选10个采样点的刚性球阵在声腔3个位置进行声场测量,不仅能够有效求解声场展开系数,而且声场再现精度更高,同时计算效率也显著提高。 相似文献

设计并研制了柱面结构的1-3型复合材料凹面线聚焦换能器,在提高换能器带宽的同时,可以实现声场的线聚焦。将换能器内部PZT柱作为独立声源,应用瑞利积分和叠加原理,推导出了柱形凹面换能器总声场的理论表达式。通过仿真计算分析了换能器在聚焦线上的声场特点以及相关参数对聚焦性能的影响。对换能器参数做出合理设计,使换能器在实现线聚焦的同时,声场在聚焦线上的起伏较小,从而设计并制作出聚焦性能良好的线聚焦凹面换能器探头。实验测试结果表明采用本文方法计算得到的换能器声场与实测的声场分布基本符合,柱形凹面换能器在其几何焦点附近范围内均可实现聚焦,并在侧向上形成清晰的聚焦线,其聚焦线长度为换能器的侧向结构长度,在聚焦线上声场分布起伏较小。 相似文献
