Trost氮杂半冠醚手性配体在不对称催化反应中的应用

双功能手性金属络合物催化的不对称反应是目前有机化学研究的热点之一。本文综述了氮杂半冠醚手性配体与金属有机试剂络合的双金属催化剂,在催化不对称aldol反应、不对称Henry反应、不对称Michael反应、不对称Mannich反应、不对称Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应、不对称炔基化反应、不对称硅氰化反应、共聚反应、去对称化反应以及不对称Nozaki-Hiyama烯丙基化反应体系中的应用进展,重点介绍了不同催化体系对催化剂和反应底物之间立体效应和电子效应的影响,总结了控制反应立体选择性的规律以及有关催化反应的机理。     

查尔酮参与的不对称Michael加成反应研究进展

综述了近十年来,金鸡纳碱、硫脲、手性离子液体、季铵盐、脯氨酸和葡萄糖类衍生物等有机小分子在催化查尔酮的不对称Michael加成反应中的应用.有机小分子催化的机理大部分都是通过氢键、离子键等与底物相互作用而使其有较好的对映选择性.     

手性氮杂卡宾金属络合物的合成及其在不对称催化反应中的应用

手性氮杂卡宾金属络合物在多种催化反应中得到了广泛的应用, 并取得了很好的研究成果. 综述了手性氮杂卡宾金属络合物的合成以及它们在催化不对称反应中的应用研究进展, 如催化α,β-不饱和酮的1,4-加成反应、酮的氢硅烷化反应、烯烃的氢化反应和烯烃的复分解反应等.     

含松香骨架的新型手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及其在不对称环氧化反应中的应用

以天然松香为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐类相转移催化剂, 并用于催化不对称查尔酮环氧化反应, 发现这类手性相转移催化剂可以有效地催化查尔酮的不对称环氧化, 环氧化产物ee最高达20%.     

奎宁衍生的新型手性胍催化剂的合成及其在不对称Michael加成反应中的应用研究

以生物碱奎宁和不同胺为原料,通过4步反应合成了5种新型手性胍催化剂,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, IR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。探索了一系列奎宁衍生的手性胍催化剂催化硝基乙烯类化合物和硫代丙二酸酯的不对称Michael加成反应。通过优化反应条件,确定最佳条件为：5 mol% 5e为催化剂,乙醚为溶剂,于20 ℃反应5 h。在此条件下进行了底物拓展,获得一系列2-(1-芳基-2硝基乙基)丙二酸二苯二硫酯,最高收率为92%,最高对映选择性为93%。     

由(+)-2-氨基丁醇合成氮杂手性冠醚

手性冠醚由于具有手性识别和不对称催化有机反应的性质而受到人们的重视,有关它们的合成及性质,已很多论述。氮杂冠醚则是合成穴醚、双冠醚、套索冠醚(LariatEther)等的重要中间体,也可与高分子材料(高分子载体或高分子基质)连接,用于有机化合物的色谱分离。氮杂手性冠醚兼备手性和氮杂冠醚两种特性,而可能具有广泛的用途。

本文综述了手性亚砜的合成。由于亚砜结构上的特征以及与金属离子的络合能力,使手性亚砜在不对称合成中具有强烈的诱导作用,使它成为进行不对称合成的一个手段。本文列举了它在不对称合成中的应用情况。     

希土离子不对称双氮杂冠醚配合物的合成、表征及CD谱

在乙醇中合成出三个希土硝酸盐与冠醚(+)-12,17-二乙基-1,4,7,10-四氧杂-13,16-二氮杂环十八烷(L)的配合物。经元素分析确定其组成为［Ln(NO₃)₂·L(+)］NO₃(Ln=La, Pr, Nd)。通过UV-VIS和FI-IR、电导测定等方法研究了配合物的配位结构和性质。测定并讨论了手性配合物［Pr(NO₃)₂·L(+)］NO₃的CD谱。     

Synthesis, Extraction Ability and Application in an Asymmetric Synthesis of Azacrown Ethers Derived from D-Mannitol

New chiral monoaza-15-crown-5 ethers have been synthesised from 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-D-mannitol. The substituent at the nitrogen atom has a major influence on the cation extraction ability of the azacrown. These sugar-based crown ethers show asymmetric induction as chiral phase transfer catalysts in the Michael addition of 2-nitropropane to chalcone (67% ee).     

Synthesis and Adsorption Property of Dihydroxyl Azacrown Ether—Grafted Chitosan

A novel dihydroxyl azacrown ether chitosan was synthesized by reacting dihydroxyl azacrown ether with epoxy activated chitosan. The adsorption property of the azacrown ether chitosan for Pb^2 , Cr^3 , and Ag^ , were determined. The experimental results showed that the dihydroxyl azacrown ether grafted chitosan has high adsorption capacity and high selectivity for some metal ions.     

不对称催化反应在手性农药不对称合成中的一些应用

近十多年来，不对称催化反应在单一手性农药研发中的应用渐渐引起人们的关 注，结合自己的研究对这一领域的不对称催化反应及手性催化剂的发展进行了归纳 总结。     

基于天然氨基酸的双环手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及催化性能研究

以L－脯氨酸及L－羟基脯氨酸为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐磁相转移催化 剂，并用于催化不对称查耳酮环氧化反应，高产率得到相应环氧化合物，ee最高达 9％。     

Synthesis of Methyl 4,6-Di-O-ethyl-α-d-glucopyranoside-Based Azacrown Ethers and Their Effects in Asymmetric Reactions

Carbohydrate-based crown ethers have been reported to be able to generate asymmetric induction in certain reactions. Previously, it was proved that the monosaccharide unit, the anomeric substituent, and the sidearm could influence the catalytic activity of the monoaza-15-crown-5 macrocycles derived from sugars. In order to gain information about the effect of the flexibility, 4,6-di-O-ethyl-glucoside-based crown compounds were synthesized, and their efficiency was compared to the 4,6-O-benzylidene analogues. It was found that the absence of the two-ring annulation has a negative effect on the enantioselectivity in liquid-liquid two-phase reactions: in the Darzens condensation of 2-chloroacetophenone and in the epoxidation of chalcone. The same trend was observed in the solid-liquid phase Michael addition of diethyl acetamidomalonate. Surprisingly, in the solid-liquid phase cyclopropanation of benzylidenemalononitrile, one of the new catalysts was highly enantioselective (99% ee).     

Synthesis of D-Glucose-based Azacrown Ethers with Phosphinoxidoalkyl Side Chains and Their Application to an Enantioselective Reaction

Five chiral -D-glucose-based monoaza-15-crown-5 ethers with phosphinoxidoalkyl side chains of one to five carbon atoms (5a–e)have been synthesised. The cation binding ability of the new lariat ethers was evaluated bythe picrate extraction method. The substituents at the nitrogen atom were not a major influenceon the cation extraction ability of the azacrown ether; the compounds showed, however, a significant asymmetric induction as phase transfer catalysts in the Michael addition of2-nitropropane to chalcone (95% ee).

新型双功能手性硫脲小分子催化剂的合成及其在Michael加成反应中的应用

奎宁和手性氨基醇通过硫脲片段组合,合成了4个新型的具有多氢键供体的双功能手性硫脲类小分子催化剂(5a～5d),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和HR-MS表征。以查尔酮为底物,硝基甲烷为亲核试剂,考察了5a～5d在Michael加成反应中的催化活性和对映选择性。结果表明,以Na2CO3为碱,三氯甲烷为溶剂,5c为催化剂,于室温反应24 h,加成产物4-硝基-1,3-二苯基丁烷-1-酮的收率69%,对映选择性86%。     

手性4-取代丁内酯类化合物的合成及其结构研究

脂肪族伯胺和伯醇作为亲核试剂5与5-L-孟氧基丁烯内醋（4）手性合成子通过 不对称Michael加成，得到代-丁内酯类化合物6（44％-57％，ee≥98％）．通过元 素分析，[α]_D~(20)，IR，1~H NMR，了它们的化学结构、立体构型、绝对构型． 可以为某些具有生物活性的化合物及复杂分子的合成提供新的途径．
