合成并测定了十钒酸盐Na_6V_(10)O_(28)·12H_2O的单晶结构。晶体属单斜晶系,P2_1/n群空间,a=12.019(2),b=17.154(2),c=18.178(6),β=106.29(2)°,V=3579(1),M_r=1287.5,F(000)=2560,μ=25,44cm ̄(-1),Z=4,D_c=2.38g·cm(-3)。结构由重原子法解出,全矩阵最小二乘法修正至R=0.064,R_w=0.083。V_(10)簇阴离子可以看成由10个VO_6变形八面体形成,其中氧原子有4种类型:端氧、二桥氧、三桥氧和六桥氧。结果表明,阳离子相同但结晶水的数目不同时,十钒酸盐的晶系和空间群不同。  相似文献

[VMo3O4(O2CEt)8]2Na2(1),三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=12.977(7),b=14.070(6),c=12.338(8),α=109.81(4),β=117.20(4),γ=90.51(5)°,V=1848.83,Mr=2020.6,Dc=1.81g/cm3,Z=1,F(000),μ=12.9cm1(MoKα)对3742个可观测反射点(I>3σ(I))最终一致性因子为R=0.018,Rω=0.054。单晶结构分析表明,簇阴离子中两个[Mo3O4]4+单元通过两个"桥"金属V原子连接成一个奇特的环状结构,Mo-Mo平均键长为2.519(1),Mo…V间平均距离为3.654。簇阴离子通过Na+连成一个一维长链,Na原子与氧原子形成一个少见的五配位三角双锥结构,Na-O距离仅为2.312,Na-O间较强的相互作用以及无限长链的晶体结构很好地解释了簇合物(1)的稳定性和不溶性。  相似文献

簇合物〔WOS3Cu3(γ-pic)6〕Br(C36H42BrON6S3Cu3W, Mr= 1125.34) 属于三方晶系,空间群为P3,晶胞参数为:a= 12.264(5), c= 15.905(8) , γ= 120.00°, V=2071(2)3, μ(MoKα)= 5.490m m - 1, Z= 2, Dc= 1.804g/cm 3, F(000)= 1104 , R= 0.052 , w R= 0.053. 可观察衍射点1901 (I≥2σ(I))。该簇合物的分子由游离的阴离子Br- 和簇阳离子〔WOS3Cu3(γ-pic)6〕+ 构成。阳离子中的W 原子、S原子和Cu原子构成1 个巢状骨架结构,且该结构中存在一个通过W 和O原子的C3 轴。  相似文献

报道2,4-Br2C6H3OCH(CN3)CO2Sn(C6H11)2CU3(1)和2-OCH3-4-CH3CH=CHC6H3OCH2CO2Sn(C6H11)2CH3(H2O)(Ⅱ)的晶体结构和分子结构。(Ⅰ)单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=13.067(3),b=10.594(3),c=18.157(4),β=106.99(2)°,Z=4,Dc=1.672g/cm3,V=2403.73,μ=43.731cm-1,Mr=622.99,F(000)=1232;(Ⅱ)单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=10.409(1),b= 12.570(2),c=20.664(2),β=83.51(1)°,Z=4,Dc=1.281g/cm3,V=2686.4A3,μ=9.761cm-1,Mr=539.28,F(000)=1120.最后的偏离因子,化合物(Ⅰ)R=0.046,Rω=0.046;化合物(Ⅱ)R=0.049,Rω=0.047。晶体结构解析表明,化合物(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)中的锡均被配体的3个碳和2个氧原子配位,配位原子呈畸变三角双锥构型;化合物中的环己基均为椅式构象;化合物(Ⅱ)中,配位水分子和另一分子的羰基氧与芳环上的甲基氧?  相似文献

合成并测定三价铁乙二酸配合物Na_3Fe(C_2O_4)_3.5H_2O的单晶结构。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数a=17.380(1),b=12.693(5),c=15.196(6),β=100.47(6)°,V=3297(3),Z=8,D_c=1.74g/cm ̄(-3).M_r=478.98,μ=10.51cm ̄(-1)。结构的偏离因子R=0.036,R_w=0.056。此外,还测定了化合物的红外、拉曼、紫外一可见吸收光谱、穆斯堡尔谱及磁化率等。并通这有关信息讨论了该化合物的结构。  相似文献

聚乙烯醇存在下,铈或钪钼杂多酸与罗丹明B(RB)形成离子缔合物,最大吸收均位于570nm,摩尔吸光系数分别为1.16×10^6和5.62×10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1,cm^-1,0-1.2μg/25mLCe和0-2.0μg/mLSc服从比耳定律,检测限1.5ng/mLCe(n=10)和1.1ng/mLSc(n=9)。缔合物的摩尔比为Ce:mO:RB=1:6:3和 Sc:Mo:RB=1:1  相似文献

The final R = 0. 041 for 1694 observed unique reflections. The tin atom is surrounded by an irregular (5 + 1) coordination geometry with five normal bonds and one weak bond [Sn....C1]. The molecules join each other through the weak bonds to form infinite polymeric chains parallel to the a axis. In addition, the possible reaction mechanism in coordination is discussed.  相似文献

本文报道对氯苯基硫脲(Ⅰ)和2,4,6-三溴苯基硫脲(Ⅱ)的晶体结构和分子结构,(Ⅰ)属单斜晶系,空间群P2_1/a,a=10.671(1),b=8.912(1),c=9.128(1),β=106.85(1)°,Z=4,D_c=1.492g/cm~(-3),最后的偏离因子R=0.029,R_w=0.031;(Ⅱ)属正交晶系,空间群Pcab,a=9.997(2),b=7.876(4),c=27.920(3),Z=8,D_c=2.35g/cm~(-3),最后的偏离因子R=0.047,R_w=0.047。晶体结构测定结果表明,硫脲部分的四个原子组成平面三角形,苯环平面与硫脲平面的夹角分别为70.1°和80.3°。  相似文献
