Una analisi Fisico-Matematica del processo del cambiamento di fase

Summary In this paper we study the phenomenon of the change of phase from a mathematical-physics point of view. We consider a medium bounded by two parallel planes and suppose that the thermal properties (e g. the mass density) are different in the two phases and that the critical temperature is depending on the particle. This study has been done upon making use of a suitable mathematical model to which any particular case can be reduced.
