A thermodynamically less stable cis isomer of 1,2-diphosphacycle was prepared from the corresponding trans isomer. Diphosphine, in which a PhP-PPh bond bridges the 1,8-positions of naphthalene, 1,2-diphenyl-1,2-dihydronaphtho[1,8-cd][1,2]diphosphole (1), was first prepared according to a previously reported method, and the trans isomer of 1 was irradiated in tetrahydrofuran with UV-vis light to reach equilibrium with cis-1 in a trans:cis ratio of 1:2. When a similar photochemical conversion was carried out using a saturated hexane solution of trans-1, cis-1 was precipitated in a good yield of 94%. The configuration of cis-1 was confirmed by X-ray analysis. Both cis- and trans-1 diphosphine ligands were used for the preparation of binuclear gold complexes. The crystal structure of (μ-cis-1)-[AuCl]2 demonstrated that the two lone pairs of cis-1 are suitably directed for arrangement of the two gold centers in close proximity to each other. The two independent (μ-cis-1)-[AuCl]2 molecules in the crystal were found to form a dimer through the multiple intermolecular interaction among the gold centers.  相似文献

The syntheses of two chiral bis(phosphite) ligands with tartaric acid-derived backbones: 1 (from dimethyl tartrate) and 2 (from dipyrollidene tartramide), three complexes of 1: cis-Mo(CO)4(1), cis-PtCl2(1), and cis-PdCl2(1) and two complexes of 2: cis-Mo(CO)4(2) and cis-PdCl2(2) are described. Each ligand and complex has been fully characterized by 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy, and the coordination 31P NMR chemical shifts have been compared to those observed for complexes of related ligands. The X-ray crystal structures of each of the metal complexes have also been determined. The X-ray crystal structures indicate that the conformation of the seven-membered chelate ring varies depending on the substituents on the tartrate backbone. However, the conformations of the seven-membered rings do not change when the metal center is changed or when the coordination environment around the metal center is changed.  相似文献

From diethyl 3-t-butyladipate (5), via cis- and trans-4-t-butylcyclopentene-1,2-oxide (31, 32) as key compounds, the syntheses of cis-2-amino-cis-4-t-butylcyclopentanol (1), cis-2-amino-trans-4-t-butylcyclopentanol (2), trans-2-amino-cis-4-t-butylcyclopentanol (3) and trans-2-amino-trans-4-t-butylcyclopentanol (4) have been achieved. 1, 3 and 4 were also synthesized from the corresponding 2-hydroxy-4-t-butylcarboxylic acids by Curtius degradation of the hydrazides (11, 18, 19). The steric course of process leading to the above compounds is discussed.  相似文献

A convergent total synthesis of cis-solamin (1a) and its diastereomer (1b) was accomplished. A key reaction of this approach was the use of VO(acac)2-catalyzed diastereoselective epoxidation of (Z)-bis-homoallylic alcohol 3 followed by spontaneous cyclization for the cis-THF ring formation. By comparison of the optical rotation of the two possible diastereomers, it is suggested that the absolute configuration of natural cis-solamin is 1a. Inhibitory action of synthetic 1a and 1b with bovine heart mitochondrial complex I are reported.  相似文献

Three novel rhenium oxocomplexes incorporating indazole-3-carboxylate ligand: cis-[ReOCl2(Ind-3-COO)(PPh3)]·OPPh3 (1a), cis-[ReOCl2(Ind-3-COO)(PPh3)] (1b) and cis-[ReOBr2(Ind-3-COO)(PPh3)]·OPPh3 (2) have been synthesized and characterised spectroscopically and structurally (by single-crystal X-ray diffraction). The 1a and 2 are isostructural in solid state. The electronic spectrum of 1a was investigated at the TDDFT level employing B3LYP functional in combination with LANL2DZ. Additional information about binding in the complex 1a was obtained by NBO analysis.  相似文献

Palladium(II) complexes containing di-(2-pyridyl)-N-methylimine (1), di-(2-pyridyl)methanol (2) and di-(2-pyridyl)methyl-N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate (4) ligands were synthesized and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR in solution, IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystal structures of cis-dichloro[di-(2-pyridyl)-N-methylimine]palladium(II) (5), cis-dichloro[di-(2-pyridyl)methanol]palladium(II) (6) and cis-dichloro[di-(2-pyridyl)methyl-N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate]palladium(II) (7) showed a bidentate coordination mode of the di-(2-pyridyl)methane derivatives 1, 2 and 4. In these complexes is observed the formation of a five-membered chelate ring with the iminic ligand 1 and six-membered chelate rings with the pyridinic ligands 2 and 4. In all complexes the palladium atom displays a distorted square planar geometry.  相似文献

A large number of novel N-aryl modified monocyclic γ-lactam derivatives have been prepared via Pd(0) catalyzed heteroarylation in the N-aryl part of (±) cis and (±) trans γ-lactam carboxylate derivatives 3(af) and 6(af), respectively, with furan-2-boronic acid and thiophen-2-boronic acid. (±) cis Methyl 1-(2-bromoaryl)-5-oxo-3-aryl/heteroarylpyrrolidin-2-carboxylate derivatives 3(af), were prepared in good yields from 1(af) via hydrolysis, stereoselective decarboxylation, followed by esterification. Corresponding trans isomers 6(af) were prepared by the standard method already reported by us.  相似文献

An ultrasound-assisted convenient method was developed for the conversion of toxic methoxylated cis-isomer of arylalkenes into its hypolipidemic active trans-isomer. Treatment of cis-isomer or mixture of all three isomers (1a-1j) with ammonium formate and 10% Pd/C gave arylalkanes (2a-2j), which upon oxidation with DDQ in anhydrous dioxane containing a little amount of silica gel, provided (E)-arylalkenes (3a-3g) in 42-72% yield depending upon the substituents attached at the aryl ring. The same method, upon addition of a few drops of water, provided hypolipidemic active arylalkanones (3h-3j) in 59-65% yield.  相似文献

Addition of excesses of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) IEt2Me2, IiPr2Me2 or ICy (IEt2Me2 = 1,3-diethyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene; IiPr2Me2 = 1,3-diisopropyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene; ICy = 1,3-dicyclohexylimidazol-2-ylidene) to [HRh(PPh3)4] (1) affords an isomeric mixture of [HRh(NHC)(PPh3)2] (NHC = IEt2Me2 (cis-/trans-2), IiPr2Me2 (cis-/trans-3), ICy (cis-/trans-4) and [HRh(NHC)2(PPh3)] (IEt2Me2(cis-/trans-5), IiPr2Me2 (cis-/trans-6), ICy (cis-/trans-7)). Thermolysis of 1 with the aryl substituted NHC, 1,3-dimesityl-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene (IMesH2), affords the bridging hydrido phosphido dimer, [{(PPh3)2Rh}2(μ-H)(μ-PPh2)] (8), which is also the reaction product formed in the absence of carbene. When the rhodium precursor was changed from 1 to [HRh(CO)(PPh3)3] (9) and treated with either IMes (=1,3-dimesitylimidazol-2-ylidene) or ICy, the bis-NHC complexes trans-[HRh(CO)(IMes)2] (10) and trans-[HRh(CO)(ICy)2] (11) were formed. In contrast, the reaction of 9 with IiPr2Me2 gave [HRh(CO)(IiPr2Me2)2] (cis-/trans-12) and the unusual unsymmetrical dimer, [(PPh3)2Rh(μ-CO)2Rh(IiPr2Me2)2] (13). The complexes trans-3, 8, 10 and 13 have been structurally characterised.  相似文献

The five-coordinate complex [RuCl(dppe)2]OTf ([2]OTf) is obtained in high yield by the sequential reduction of RuCl3 · nH2O to RuCl2(PPh3)3, subsequent phosphine substitution to give trans-RuCl2(dppe)2 (trans-1) and finally chloride abstraction (AgOTf, CH2Cl2). The use of [2]OTf as an entry point to mono-acetylide complexes trans-RuCl(CCC6H4R-4)(dppe)2 (3) is described, and represents an alternative route to the long-standing methods based on cis-RuCl2(dppe)2 (cis-1), which is always prepared as a mixture with the more thermodynamically stable trans isomer when prepared by phosphine substitution reactions of RuCl2(dmso)4. The molecular structures of [2]OTf, trans-RuCl(CCC6H4OMe-4)(dppe)2 (3b), trans-RuCl(CCC6H4Me-4)(dppe)2 (3c) and trans-RuCl(CCC6H4CO2Me-4)(dppe)2 (3e) are described. A facile and reproducible synthesis of cis-1 is also reported.  相似文献

Asymmetric synthesis of all the four stereoisomers of cis-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugins 4 and 6 and trans-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugins 5 and 7 was achieved. The O-methoxymethyl mollugin derivatives were dihydroxylated to (−)- and (+)-cis-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin derivatives using both AD-mix-α and AD-mix-β. Deprotection of the MOM-ethers of cis-dihydroxy compounds resulted in the targeted stereoisomers (−)-(3R,4R)-cis-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin 4, (−)-(3R,4S)-trans-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin 5, (+)-(3S,4S)-cis-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin 6 and (+)-(3S,4R)-trans-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin 7. These routes were paved with difficulties, for example, incompatibility of the substrates with AD-mixes, the unexpected formation of trans-dihydroxy compounds and failures in deprotection protocols.  相似文献

Irradiation of cis-1,2-dimethyl-1,2-diphenyl-1,2-disilacyclohexane (1a) in the presence of tert-butyl alcohol in hexane with a low-pressure mercury lamp bearing a Vycor filter proceeded with high stereospecificity to give cis-2,3-benzo-1-tert-butoxy-1,4-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-disilacyclooct-2-ene (2a), in 33% isolated yield, together with a 15% yield of 1-[(tert-butoxy)methylphenylsilyl]-4-(methylphenylsilyl)butane (3). The photolysis of trans-1,2-dimethyl-1,2-diphenyl-1,2-disilacyclohexane (1b) with tert-butyl alcohol under the same conditions gave stereospecifically trans-2,3-benzo-1-tert-butoxy-1,4-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-disilacyclooct-2-ene (2b) in 41% isolated yield, along with a 12% yield of 3. Similar photolysis of 1a and 1b with tert-butyl alcohol-d1 produced 2a and 2b, respectively, in addition to 1-[(tert-butoxy)(monodeuteriomethyl)(phenyl)silyl]-4-(methylphenylsilyl)butane. When 1a and 1b were photolyzed with acetone in a hexane solution, cis- and trans-2,3-benzo-1-isopropoxy-1,4-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-disilacyclooct-2-ene (4a and 4b) were obtained in 25% and 23% isolated yield. In both photolyses, 1-(hydroxymethylphenylsilyl)-4-(methylphenylsilyl)butane (5) was also isolated in 4% and 5% yield, respectively. The photolysis of 1a with acetone-d6 under the same conditions gave 4a-d6 and 5-d1 in 18% and 4% yields.  相似文献

The 1:2 and 1:1 reactions of cis-[tBu(H)NP(μ-tBuN)]2 (1) with paraformaldehyde afforded α-aminophosphonates, cis-[tBu(H)NCH2(O)P(μ-tBuN)]2 (2) and cis-[tBu(H)NP(μ-tBuN)2P(O)CH2N(H)tBu] (3), respectively, through the insertion of a methylene moiety into the P-N bonds. The irradiation of N-(4-substituted benzoyl)-α-dehydroarylalanine alkyl esters (1) in methanol containing triethylamine (TEA) was found to quantitatively give cis- and trans-4,5-dihydrooxazole derivatives (2), which were described as being formed via electron transfer from TEA to the excited-state (E)-1 followed by kinetically-controlled cyclization of the (E)-1-derived anion radical. A product composition analysis showed that the cis-2/trans-2 composition ratio is greatly varied depending on the stereoelectronic properties of the substituents, the polarity of protic solvents and the concentration of TEA.  相似文献

Novel constrained 1-aroyl-cyclopropane-2,3-cis-dicarboxylic acid bis-[(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-amides] (17a-e) with varied torsional angles have been synthesized in high yield from unactivated esters of 1-aroyl-2,3-cis-diethoxycarbonylcyclopropanes (15a-e) on a catalytic solid support with reduced reaction times by using the monomode-microwave irradiation; 15a-e were obtained by diastereoselective ethoxycarbonylmethylene transfer from a sulfur ylide to ethyl β-aroylacrylates (10a-e). Torsional angles and interatomic distance measurements on the energy minimized structures of the obtained molecules (17a-e, DFT, B3LYP/6-31G level) have established these molecules as valuable γ-turn mimic scaffolds.  相似文献

Pentacarbonyl(η2-cis-cyclooctene)chromium(0) (1) catalyzes efficiently reactions of diazo compounds with electron-rich furans. The reaction of 2-methoxyfuran (2) with alkyl α-diazoarylacetate (3a-g) furnishes the (2E,4Z)-2-aryl-hexadienedioic acid diesters (4a-g) in excellent yields. These reactions are highly regioselective. The cyclopropanation intermediates formed from 1 and diazo compounds 3a-g always arise from a carbene addition to the less substituted CC bond of 2. The resulting cyclopropanation product undergoes a ring opening reaction to form the corresponding (2E,4Z)-2-aryl-hexadienedioic acid diesters (4a-g). The pentacarbonylchromium(0)-catalyzed reactions of 2-alkylfuran (5a-b) with ethyl α-diazophenylacetate (3a) and 9-diazo-9H-fluorene (3h) produce the 1(E),3(E)-butadienes (6a-d) in very good yields.  相似文献

A series of binuclear organoplatinum(II) complexes of general formula cis,cis-[R2Pt(μ-SMe2)(μ-dppm)Pt(o-MeC6H4)2], 3a-3d, in which R = Ph, p-MeC6H4, m-MeC6H4 or p-MeOC6H4, were prepared by the reaction of monomeric precursors [Pt(o-MeC6H4)2(dppm)] and cis-[PtR2(SMe2)2]. The binuclear dialkyl analogs, in which R = Me (3e) or R2 = {(CH2)4} (3f), were prepared by the reaction of cis-[Pt(o-MeC6H4)2 (SMe2)2] and [PtR2 (dppm)]. The complexes were fully characterized by multinuclear (1H, 13C, 31P, 195Pt) NMR spectroscopy each as a mixture of syn and anti isomers (depending on the relative orientations of Me substituents on o-tolyl ligands) and each isomer was shown to have a rigid structure. Other binuclear analogs , 3g-3j, in which R is a less steric demanding aryl groups m-MeC6H4 or p-MeOC6H4, and R′ = Me or , were prepared by the reaction of cis-[PtR2(SMe2)2] and , and shown to have fluxional structures.  相似文献

The alkyl, aryl, and acyl substituent effects on the photoinduced electron transfer-initiated cyclization reaction of the title compounds (1) were investigated in polar solvents from mechanistic and synthetic points of view. The irradiation of (Z)-1 in methanol containing triethylamine (TEA) was found to quantitatively give cis- and trans-4,5-dihydrooxazole derivatives (cis-2 and trans-2). In addition to thermodynamic considerations for electron transfer and fluorescence quenching in the presence of TEA, acyl and aryl substituent effects on the emission intensity and photoreactivity of 1 confirmed the involvement of consecutive electron transfer reactions that form (E)-arylmethylene radical anion and (E)-N-acyl radical anion intermediates. It was also confirmed that the cyclization of the latter intermediate eventually leads to 2. On the basis of the finding that the selectivity for cis-2 is greatly increased with increasing the steric bulkiness of alkyl and aryl substituents in 1, it was concluded that steric hindrance of these substituents toward hydrogen shift in the cyclized biradical intermediate, precursor of 2, is responsible for the kinetically controlled hydrogen shift in this intermediate. A product composition analysis showed that the protic polar solvent, methanol, of hydrogen-bonding solvation ability is a most suitable solvent for the photocyclization reactions examined.  相似文献
