Target irradiation uniformity is very important in laser-produced plasmas experiments. The wavelength dependence of the irradiation uniformity is investigated in the joint scheme using a lens array (LA) and the technique of smoothing by spectral dispersion (SSD). It is proved that, for the long wavelength laser, lateral thermal conduction smoothing within the target is quite effective, while for the ultraviolet laser, SSD is the main smoothing mechanism. So SSD and other temporal smoothing methods are very necessary in producing uniform irradiation with laser beam of short wavelength. 相似文献

太阳模拟器中最重要的技术指标之一是辐照均匀度,文中论述了太阳模拟器的工作原理,并对太阳模拟器辐照面辐照均匀性进行了深入研究。根据太阳模拟器的工作原理,分析了光学积分器的像差、投影镜离焦量及边缘补偿对太阳模拟器辐照面辐照均匀性的影响,并采用ZEMAX软件仿真分析了准直物镜对辐照面均匀性的影响。结果表明,准直物镜对辐照均匀性影响较小,而影响系统辐照均匀性的主要因素是光学积分器。通过理论分析,计算得出了所设计的太阳模拟器系统辐照不均匀度为27%,结果满足设计要求。 相似文献

The design of a directly driven capsule is carried out by 1D numerical simulation. Two configurations with 32 and 48 laser beams characterized by a super-Gaussian intensity profile have been considered and an ad-hoc 2D ray-tracing package has been developed to evaluate the uniformity of the time-integrated laser deposition energy. The time-evolution of the root-mean-square deviations of the deposited energy have been calculated. A robustness study as a function of the power imbalance has been performed showing that half of the shots performed with these two configurations provide the same irradiation uniformity. 极向驱动是在间接驱动构型的激光装置中,通过重瞄各束激光的位置,实现较均匀的靶丸表面激光辐照,以研究直接驱动惯性约束聚变的关键物理问题.介绍了神光III主机装置的激光排布和焦斑特点,以及激光束重瞄方法和靶丸表面激光辐照均匀性优化原则.给出了三阶和五阶超高斯近似下的激光焦斑强度分布,Φ540 μm靶丸在能量沉积满足cos2γ和cos γ假设时靶丸表面最均匀辐照的移束参数,以及二维辐射流体程序模拟最优移束时的内爆对称性结果.二维模拟结果表明,按cosγ假设移束的热斑更对称.分析了激光的束间功率不平衡、激光束重瞄精度和靶丸定位精度对靶丸表面辐照均匀性的影响.模拟结果表明,为了不显著降低靶丸表面辐照均匀性,需要将束间功率不平衡控制在5%以内,激光束重瞄精度和靶丸定位精度控制在7 μm以内. 相似文献

A smooth pattern with flat-top and sharp-edge profiles can be obtained with the irradiation nonuniformity decreasing significantly. Assessing how uniform the light distribution is throughout an illuminated target is important in many applications, but traditional methods do not quantify the variability of illuminance as the human visual system (HVS) does. Considering that most light patterns are intended for humans, I propose a simple metric that assesses the uniformity in a similar way as humans do. This uniformity indicator is based on the fact that the HVS is highly sensitive to spatial frequencies and then uses the Fourier transform and the contrast sensitivity function of the HVS in a practical way. 相似文献
