A novel route was developed for synthesis of high potential 1H‐tetrazoles by using conventional method. Tetrazole scaffold is a promising pharmacophore fragment, frequently used in the development of various novel drugs. Here, the novel (Z)‐3‐(N‐alkyl‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(1H‐tetrazole‐5‐yl)acrylates 5 ( a – i ) have been synthesized from (Z)‐ethyl‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)2‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)acrylates 4 ( a – c ) by using various alkylating agents such as Dimethyl Sulphate (DMS), Diethyl Sulphate (DES), and benzyl chloride; 4 ( a – c ) were synthesized from sodium azide in the presence of copper sulfate in dimethylformamide; 3 ( a – c ) have been prepared by Knoevenagel condensation of indole‐3‐carbaldehyde 1 ( a – c ) and ethylcyanoacetate 2 in the presence of L‐Proline as a catalyst at room temperature in ethanol for an hour. This is an efficient and clean click chemistry method that has various advantages such as easy workup, higher yields, shorter reaction times, and more economical.  相似文献

Seven 1,2,4‐triazole compounds containing the N,N‐dialkyldithiocarbamate group were designed and synthesized. Their structures were identified using infrared spectroscopy, element analysis, 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and in two cases by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The result of the biological test showed that the seven compounds all have fungicidal and plant growth‐regulating activities.  相似文献

Stereoselective hydroboration of (?)‐isopulegol and subsequent fractional crystallization furnishes the title compound, C10H20O2. The relative configuration of the stereogenic centres has been assigned by means of X‐ray diffraction analysis since the monoterpenediol is employed as a versatile chiral building block in stereospecific natural product synthesis.  相似文献

A series of 2‐(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐5‐(alkoxy)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐4‐aryloxypyrimidine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the title compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elementary analysis. These compounds were screened for herbicidal activity against rape and barnyard grass. Compound B13 exhibited moderate herbicidal activity.  相似文献

The racemic title compound, C17H23N3O3, isolated from the reaction of l ‐(−)‐tyrosine hydrazide with triethyl orthopropionate in the presence of a catalytic quantity of p‐toluenesulfonic acid (p‐TsOH), crystallizes with Z′ = 1 in a centrosymmetric monoclinic unit cell. The molecule contains two planar fragments, viz. the benzene and imidazole rings, linked by two C—C single bonds. The dihedral angle between the two planes is 59.54 (5)° and the molecule adopts a synclinal conformation. The HOMA (harmonic oscillator model of aromaticity) index, calculated for the benzene ring, demonstrates no substantial interaction between the two π‐electron delocalization regions in the molecule. In the crystal structure, there is an O—H...N hydrogen bond that links the molecules along the c axis.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C32H45N2O+·Br?·0.5H2O, has the outer two six‐membered rings in chair conformations, while the central ring is in an 8β,9α‐half‐chair conformation. The five‐mem­bered ring of the steroid nucleus adopts a slightly deformed 14α‐envelope conformation. The pyridyl­methyl­ene moiety has an E configuration with respect to the hydroxyl group at position 17. The structure is stabilized by a network of O—H?Br‐type intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by reaction of N, N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate sodium with l‐bromo‐l‐(4‐methoxyphenylcarbonyl)‐2‐(1, 2, 4‐triazole‐l‐yl) ethane. Its crystal structure has been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group Pī, a = 0.7339(2) nm, b = 1.1032(2) nm, c = 1.1203(2) nm, a = 90.27(3)°, β = 102.03(3)°, γ = 104.91(3)°, Z=2, V = 0.8556(3) nm3, Dc = 1.360 g/cm3, μ =0.325 mm?1, F(000)=368, final R1 =0.0475. The planes of 4‐methoxybenzyl group and triazole ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The dihedral angle is 83.97°. There is an obvious π‐π stacking interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities.  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe(C5H5)(C21H21O3)], was obtained from successive Stobbe condensations between ketones and di­methyl succinate. The succinic anhydride five‐membered ring is distorted significantly from planarity, with the buta­diene moiety being twisted by 49.3 (2)° from planarity and the C atoms at the succinic anhydride end of the alkene bonds showing significant pyramidalization. The cyclo­penta­diene rings of the ferrocenyl moiety adopt an almost eclipsed conformation.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the unsymmetric hafnium dialkyl [1‐(η5‐9‐fluorenyl)‐2‐(η5‐1‐indenyl)ethane]HfCl2 ( 2 ) and corresponding dimethyl complex [1‐(η5‐9‐fluorenyl)‐2‐(η5‐1‐indenyl)ethane]Hf(CH3)2 ( 3 ) is described. The dialkyl hafnocene ( 3 ) crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c (No. 14) with a = 9.458(8), b = 8.541(8), c = 23.733(11) Å, β = 93.16(5) deg., V = 1914(3) Å3, Z = 4. Further on, complex 3 was activated with methylaluminiumoxane (MAO) and utilized as a catalyst in ethene polymerization.  相似文献

1H‐1, 3‐Benzazaphospholes react with M(CO)5(THF) (M = Cr, Mo, W) to give thermally and relatively air stable η1‐(1H‐1, 3‐Benzazaphosphole‐P)M(CO)5 complexes. The 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR‐data are in accordance with the preservation of the phosphaaromatic π‐system of the ligand. The strong upfield 31P coordination shift, particularly of the Mo and W complexes, forms a contrast to the downfield‐shifts of phosphine‐M(CO)5 complexes and classifies benzazaphospholes as weak donor but efficient acceptor ligands. Nickelocene reacts as organometallic species with metalation of the NH‐function. The resulting ambident 1, 3‐benzazaphospholide anions prefer a μ2‐coordination of the η5‐CpNi‐fragment at phosphorus to coordination at nitrogen or a η3‐heteroallyl‐η5‐CpNi‐semisandwich structure. This is shown by characteristic NMR data and the crystal structure analysis of a η5‐CpNi‐benzazaphospholide. The latter is a P‐bridging dimer with a planar Ni2P2 ring and trans‐configuration of the two planar heterocyclic phosphido ligands arranged perpendicular to the four‐membered ring.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H20FNO6 and C20H19Cl2NO6, respectively, may exhibit bioactivity. In these compounds, the pyrrolidine ring adopts a conformation intermediate between envelope and half‐chair. Only one of the two ethoxy­carbonyl side chains is nearly planar. Centrosymmetric pairs are formed, and the crystal structure is stabilized by weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

We found that 1‐(2‐adamantyl)‐3‐tert‐butylaziridin‐2‐one ( 5a ) is unstable. It slowly decomposes at room temperature, although detectable by IR spectroscopy (1840 cm?1 band in CCl4). On the other hand, a closely related analogue, 1‐(2‐adamantyl)‐3‐(1‐adamantyl)aziridin‐2‐one ( 5b ), is very stable, in concurrence with an earlier report [1]. We fully characterized aziridinone 5b , identified its thermal decomposition products ( 7 and 8 ) and reacted it with two aprotic ionic (tBuO? and HO?) and one protic non‐ionic nucleophile (benzylamine). All three products ( 9b , 10 , and 11 ) result from exclusive cleavage of the lactam (1‐2) bond.  相似文献

3‐(2‐Hydroxy‐2‐phenylethyl)‐ and 3‐(2‐hydroxy‐1‐phenylethyl)adenine, DNA adducts derived from styrene, along with their 9‐substituted analogues were prepared by alkylation of 8‐bromoadenine with corresponding allyl‐protected bromohydrins followed by a new deallylation procedure using tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium catalyzed reductive cleavage by poly(methylhydrosiloxane) in the presence of p‐toluenesulphonic acid. This novel procedure proved to be useful for purine derivatives, which were resistant to other deallylation protocols. Structure of positional isomers was assigned using 2D NMR experiments HMBC and HMQC.  相似文献

A series of novel 3‐((4‐(t‐butyl)‐2‐(2‐benzylidenehydrazinyl)thiazol‐5‐yl)methyl)quinolin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 7a – 7z ) were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their ability of inhibiting neuraminidase (NA) of in?uenza H1N1 virus. Some compounds displayed moderate influenza NA inhibitory activity. Compound 7l with the scaffold of 2‐(2‐(2‐methoxybenzylidene)hydrazinyl)thiazole was the best one, exhibiting moderate NA inhibitory activity with IC50 of 44.66 µmol/L. Structure‐activity relationship showed that compounds with methoxy or hydroxy groups at the ortho position, fluorine and nitro groups at the meta position and chlorine and bromine groups at the para position of phenyl ring were more active. Docking study indicated that compound 7l has important interactions with some key residues (including Asp151, Glu119, Arg292, Tyr406, and Asn347) and binds to 430‐cavity adjacent to NA active site.  相似文献

1‐Acetyl‐ and 1‐propionyl‐2‐pyrazolines 11‐27 have been synthesized by the reaction of (3‐coumarinyl)chalcones 1‐10 with hydrazine in hot acetic acid or propionic acid. While 5‐aryl‐3‐(3‐coumarinyl)‐1‐phenyl‐2‐pyrazolines 28‐35 have been prepared by the reaction of (3‐coumarinyl)chalcones 1,3,5‐10 with phenylhydrazine in hot pyridine. Structures of all new compounds have been elucidated by microanalyses, 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopies.  相似文献
