The asymmetric unit of the racemic form of the title compound, C12H15NOS, contains four crystallographically independent molecules. The olefinic bond connecting the 2‐thienyl and 1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ol moieties has Z geometry. Strong hydrogen bonding occurs in a directed co‐operative O—H...O—H...O—H...O—H R44(8) pattern that influences the conformation of the molecules. Co‐operative C—H...π interactions between thienyl rings are also present. The average dihedral angle between adjacent thienyl rings is 87.09 (4)°.  相似文献

The three title isomers, 4‐, (I), 3‐, (II), and 2‐fluoro‐N′‐(4‐pyridyl)benzamide, (III), all C12H9FN2O, crystallize in the P21/c space group (No. 14) with similar unit‐cell parameters and are isomorphous and isostructural at the primary hydrogen‐bonding level. An intramolecular C—H...O=C interaction is present in all three isomers [C...O = 2.8681 (17)–2.884 (2) Å and C—H...O117–118°], with an additional N—H...F [N...F = 2.7544 (15) Å] interaction in (III). Intermolecular amide–pyridine N—H...N hydrogen bonds link molecules into one‐dimensional zigzag chains [graph set C(6)] along the [010] direction as the primary hydrogen bond [N...N = 3.022 (2), 3.049 (2) and 3.0213 (17) Å]. These are augmented in (I) by C—H...π(arene) and cyclic C—F...π(arene) contacts about inversion centres, in (II) by C—F...F—C interactions [C...F = 3.037 (2) Å] and weaker C—H...π(arene)/C—H...F contacts, and in (III) by C—H...π(arene) and C=O...O=C interactions, linking the alternating chains into two‐dimensional sheets. Typical amide N—H...O=C hydrogen bonds [as C(4) chains] are not present [N...O = 3.438 (2) Å in (I), 3.562 (2) Å in (II) and 3.7854 (16) Å in (III)]; the C=O group is effectively shielded and only participates in weaker interactions/contacts. This series is unusual as the three isomers are isomorphous (having similar unit‐cell parameters, packing and alignment), but they differ in their interactions and contacts at the secondary level.  相似文献

The structures of two salts of flunarizine, namely 1‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine, C26H26F2N2, are reported. In flunarizinium nicotinate {systematic name: 4‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐1‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazin‐1‐ium pyridine‐3‐carboxylate}, C26H27F2N2+·C6H4NO2, (I), the two ionic components are linked by a short charge‐assisted N—H...O hydrogen bond. The ion pairs are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. In flunarizinediium bis(4‐toluenesulfonate) dihydrate {systematic name: 1‐[bis(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine‐1,4‐diium bis(4‐methylbenzenesulfonate) dihydrate}, C26H28F2N22+·2C7H7O3S·2H2O, (II), one of the anions is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.832 (6) and 0.168 (6). The five independent components are linked into ribbons by two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and four independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and these ribbons are linked to form a three‐dimensional framework by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, but C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions are absent from the structure of (II). Comparisons are made with some related structures.  相似文献

The reaction of N1,N1′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis(propane‐1,3‐diamine) (bapen), K2[Ni(CN)4]·H2O and dimethylformamide in the presence of Gd(NO3)3·6H2O under solvothermal conditions yielded yellow crystals of dicyanido(2,3,4,6,7,9,10,11‐octahydropyrimido[2′,1′:3,4]pyrazino[1,2‐a]pyrimidine)nickel(II) hemihydrate, [Ni(CN)2(C10H16N4)]·0.5H2O, (I), the crystal structure of which is composed of [Ni(CN)2(pdpm)] molecules (pdpm is 2,3,4,6,7,9,10,11‐octahydropyrimido[2′,1′:3,4]pyrazino[1,2‐a]pyrimidine) on general positions linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds to water molecules located on twofold axes. This structural unit is further linked by nonclassical C—H...N interactions to form a warped two‐dimensional net perpendicular to the unit‐cell b axis. The nets are stacked, with C—H...O contacts joining successive units. The NiII cation is coordinated with square‐planar geometry by a chelating pdpm ligand and two cyanide ligands in mutually cis positions. Complex (I) is stable up to 360 K, at which point dehydration takes place; the ligands start to decompose at 558 K.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 2‐(quinolin‐8‐yloxy)acetonitrile and Cd(ClO4)2 yielded the noncentrosymmetric coordination complex tetrakis[μ‐2‐(quinolin‐8‐yloxy)acetato]tetrakis[μ‐2‐(quinolin‐8‐yloxy)acetonitrile]tetracadmium tetrakis(perchlorate) dihydrate, [Cd4(C11H8NO3)4(C11H8N2O)4](ClO4)4·2H2O. The local coordination environment around the CdII cation can be best described as a capped octahedron defined by two N atoms and five O atoms from three ligands. The CdII cations are linked by the ligands with Cd—O—Cd and Cd—O—C—C—O—Cd bridges, forming tetranuclear units, there being two independent tertranuclear units in the structure. The fourfold rotoinversion centre sits at the centre of each Cd4 core. The two perchlorate anions in the asymmetric unit are linked by the water molecule through O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title racemic heterometallic dinuclear compound, [MnSn(C2H2O2S)3(H2O)5], (I), contains one main group SnIV metal centre and one transition metal MnII centre, and, by design, links the MnII centre to the building unit of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− complex anion (L is the 2‐sulfidoacetate dianion). In this cluster, the SnIV centre of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− unit is coordinated by three O atoms and three S atoms from three L ligands to form an [SnO3S3] octahedral coordination environment. The MnII centre is in an [MnO6] octahedral coordination environment, with five O atoms from five water molecules and the sixth from the μ2L ligand of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− unit. Between adjacent dinuclear molecules, there are many hydrogen‐bond interactions of O—H...O, O—H...S, C—H...O and C—H...S types. Of these, eight pairs of O—H...O hydrogen bonds fuse all the dinuclear molecules into two‐dimensional supramolecular sheets along the bc plane. Adjacent supramolecular sheets are further connected through O—H...S hydrogen bonds to give a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C19H24N2O4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, the asymmetric unit consists of one half of the bis{μ‐6,6′‐dimethoxy‐2,2′‐[propane‐1,2‐diylbis(iminomethylene)]diphenolato}bis[aquacopper(II)] complex and two water molecules. Two CuII centres are bridged through a pair of phenolate groups, resulting in a complex with a centrosymmetric structure, with the centre of inversion at the middle of the Cu2O2 plane. The Cu atoms are in a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment (τ = 0.07). The average equatorial Cu—O bond length and the axial Cu—O bond length are 1.928 (3) and 2.486 (3) Å, respectively. The Cu—O(water) bond length is 2.865 (4) Å, so the compound could be described as having a weakly coordinating water molecule at each CuII ion and two solvent water molecules per dimetallic unit. The Cu...Cu distance and Cu—O—Cu angle are 3.0901 (10) Å and 87.56 (10)°, respectively. The molecules are linked into a sheet by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds parallel to the [001] plane.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two solid phases of the title compound, C4H5N2+·C6HCl2O4·H2O, have been determined at 225 and 120 K. In the high‐temperature phase, stable above 198 K, the transition temperature of which has been determined by 35Cl nuclear quadrupole resonance and differential thermal analysis measurements, the three components are held together by O—H...O, N...H...O, C—H...O and C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, forming a centrosymmetric 2+2+2 aggregate. In the N...H...O hydrogen bond formed between the pyrimidin‐1‐ium cation and the water molecule, the H atom is disordered over two positions, resulting in two states, viz. pyrimidin‐1‐ium–water and pyrimidine–oxonium. In the low‐temperature phase, the title compound crystallizes in the same monoclinic space group and has a similar molecular packing, but the 2+2+2 aggregate loses the centrosymmetry, resulting in a doubling of the unit cell and two crystallographically independent molecules for each component in the asymmetric unit. The H atom in one N...H...O hydrogen bond between the pyrimidin‐1‐ium cation and the water molecule is disordered, while the H atom in the other hydrogen bond is found to be ordered at the N‐atom site with a long N—H distance [1.10 (3) Å].  相似文献

In the benzene and phenol solvates of (S)‐4‐{3‐[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]‐1H‐indol‐5‐ylmethyl}oxazolidin‐2‐one, viz. C16H21N3O2·C6H6, (I), and C16H21N3O2·C6H5OH, (II), the host molecule has three linked residues, namely a planar indole ring system, an ethylamine side chain and an oxazolidinone system. It has comparable features to that of sumatriptan, although the side‐chain orientations of (I) and (II) differ from those of sumatriptan. Both (I) and (II) have host–guest‐type structures. The host molecule in (I) and (II) has an L‐shaped form, with the oxazolidinone ring occupying the base and the remainder of the molecule forming the upright section. In (I), each benzene guest molecule is surrounded by four host molecules, and these molecules are linked by a combination of N—H...N, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R44(33) rings. In (II), two independent molecules are present in the asymmetric unit, with similar conformations. The heterocyclic components are connected through N—H...N, N—H...O and C—H...O interactions to form chains of edge‐fused R64(38) rings, from which the phenol guest molecules are pendent, linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The structures are further stabilized by extensive C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The title compounds, dimethylammonium 2‐{4‐[1‐(4‐carboxymethoxyphenyl)‐1‐methylethyl]phenoxy}acetate, C2H8N+·C19H19O6, (I), and 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid–4,4′‐bipyridine (1/1), C19H20O6·C10H8N2, (II), are 1:1 adducts of 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid (H2L) with dimethylammonium or 4,4′‐bipyridine. The component ions in (I) are linked by N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into continuous two‐dimensional layers parallel to the (001) plane. Adjacent layers are stacked via C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network with an –ABAB– alternation of the two‐dimensional layers. In (II), two H2L molecules, one bipy molecule and two half bipy molecules are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds into one‐dimensional chains and rectanglar‐shaped rings. They are assembled viaπ–π stacking interactions and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into an intriguing zero‐dimensional plus one‐dimensional poly(pseudo)rotaxane motif.  相似文献

The synthesis of pharmaceutical cocrystals is a strategy to enhance the performance of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) without affecting their therapeutic efficiency. The 1:1 pharmaceutical cocrystal of the antituberculosis drug pyrazinamide (PZA) and the cocrystal former p‐aminobenzoic acid (p‐ABA), C7H7NO2·C5H5N3O, (1), was synthesized successfully and characterized by relevant solid‐state characterization methods. The cocrystal crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n containing one molecule of each component. Both molecules associate via intermolecular O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O = 2.6102 (15) Å and O—H...O = 168.3 (19)°; N...O = 2.9259 (18) Å and N—H...O = 167.7 (16)°] to generate a dimeric acid–amide synthon. Neighbouring dimers are linked centrosymmetrically through N—H...O interactions [N...O = 3.1201 (18) Å and N—H...O = 136.9 (14)°] to form a tetrameric assembly supplemented by C—H...N interactions [C...N = 3.5277 (19) Å and C—H...N = 147°]. Linking of these tetrameric assemblies through N—H...O [N...O = 3.3026 (19) Å and N—H...O = 143.1 (17)°], N—H...N [N...N = 3.221 (2) Å and N—H...N = 177.9 (17)°] and C—H...O [C...O = 3.5354 (18) Å and C—H...O = 152°] interactions creates the two‐dimensional packing. Recrystallization of the cocrystals from the molten state revealed the formation of 4‐(pyrazine‐2‐carboxamido)benzoic acid, C12H9N3O3, (2), through a transamidation reaction between PZA and p‐ABA. Carboxamide (2) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. Molecules of (2) form a centrosymmetric dimeric homosynthon through an acid–acid O—H...O hydrogen bond [O...O = 2.666 (3) Å and O—H...O = 178 (4)°]. Neighbouring assemblies are connected centrosymmetrically via a C—H...N interaction [C...N = 3.365 (3) Å and C—H...N = 142°] engaging the pyrazine groups to generate a linear chain. Adjacent chains are connected loosely via C—H...O interactions [C...O = 3.212 (3) Å and C—H...O = 149°] to generate a two‐dimensional sheet structure. Closely associated two‐dimensional sheets in both compounds are stacked via aromatic π‐stacking interactions engaging the pyrazine and benzene rings to create a three‐dimensional multi‐stack structure.  相似文献

The title compounds with terminal N‐heterocyclic carbenes, namely octacarbonyl(imidazolidinylidene‐κC2)di‐μ3‐sulfido‐triiron(II)(2 FeFe), [Fe3(C3H6N2)(μ3‐S)2(CO)8], (I), and octacarbonyl(1‐methylimidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐3‐ylidene‐κC3)di‐μ3‐sulfido‐triiron(II)(2 FeFe), [Fe3(C8H8N2)(μ3‐S)2(CO)8], (II), have been synthesized. Each compound contains two Fe—Fe bonds and two S atoms above and below a triiron triangle. One of the eight carbonyl ligands deviates significantly from linearity. In (I), dimers generated by an N—H...S hydrogen bond are linked into [001] double chains by a second N—H...S hydrogen bond. These chains are packed by a C—H...O hydrogen bond to yield [101] sheets. In (II), dimers generated by an N—H...S hydrogen bond are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form [111] double chains.  相似文献

The target complexes, bis{(E,E)‐3,5‐bis[4‐(diethylamino)benzylidene]‐4‐oxopiperidinium} butanedioate, 2C27H36N3O+·C4H4O42−, (II), and bis{(E,E)‐3,5‐bis[4‐(diethylamino)benzylidene]‐4‐oxopiperidinium} decanedioate, 2C27H36N3O+·C10H16O42−, (III), were obtained by solvent‐mediated crystallization of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) (E,E)‐3,5‐bis[4‐(diethylamino)benzylidene]‐4‐piperidone and pharmaceutically acceptable dicarboxylic (succinic and sebacic) acids from ethanol solution. They have been characterized by melting point, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. For the sake of comparison, the structure of the starting API, (E,E)‐3,5‐bis[4‐(diethylamino)benzylidene]‐4‐piperidone methanol monosolvate, C27H35N3O·CH4O, (I), has also been studied. Compounds (II) and (III) represent salts containing H‐shaped centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded synthons, which are built from two parallel piperidinium cations and a bridging dicarboxylate dianion. In both (II) and (III), the dicarboxylate dianion resides on an inversion centre. The two cations and dianion within the H‐shaped synthon are linked by two strong intermolecular N+—H...OOC hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure of (II) includes two crystallographically independent formula units, A and B. The cation geometries of units A and B are different. The main N—C6H4—C=C—C(=O)—C=C—C6H4—N backbone of cation A has a C‐shaped conformation, while that of cation B adopts an S‐shaped conformation. The same main backbone of the cation in (III) is practically planar. In the crystal structures of both (II) and (III), intermolecular N+—H...O=C hydrogen bonds between different H‐shaped synthons further consolidate the crystal packing, forming columns in the [100] and [10] directions, respectively. Salts (II) and (III) possess increased aqueous solubility compared with the original API and thus enhance the bioavailability of the API.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title salt [systematic name: bis(4‐(2,3‐dichlorophenyl)‐1‐{4‐[(2‐oxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinolin‐7‐yl)oxy]butyl}piperazin‐1‐ium) oxalate–oxalic acid (1/1)], 2C23H28Cl2N3O2+·C2O42−·C2H2O4, consists of one protonated aripiprazole unit (HArip+), half an oxalate dianion and half an oxalic acid molecule, the latter two lying on inversion centres. The conformation of the HArip+ cation differs from that in other reported salts and resembles more the conformation of neutral Arip units in reported polymorphs and solvates. The intermolecular interaction linking HArip+ cations is also similar to those in reported Arip compounds crystallizing in the space group P, with head‐to‐head N—H...O hydrogen bonds generating centrosymmetric dimers, which are further organized into planar ribbons parallel to (01). The oxalate anions and oxalic acid molecules form hydrogen‐bonded chains running along [010], which `pierce' the planar ribbons, interacting with them through a number of stronger N—H...O and weaker C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title two‐dimensional metal–organic polymeric complex, [Cd2Cl4(C8H14N2O4)(H2O)2]n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically independent CdII cation, two chloride ligands, an aqua ligand and half a 2,2′‐(piperazine‐1,4‐diium‐1,4‐diyl)diacetate (H2PDA) ligand, the piperazine ring centroid of which is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated in an octahedral environment by an O atom from an H2PDA ligand and an O atom from an aqua ligand in a trans disposition, and by four chloride ligands arranged in the plane perpendicular to the O—Cd—O axis. The complex forms a two‐dimensional layer polymer containing [CdCl2]n chains, which are interconnected into an extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network by C—H...O, C—H...Cl and O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In 2,4,6,8‐tetrakis(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,4,6,8‐tetraazabicyclo[3.3.0]octane, C28H22Cl4N4, the imidazolidine rings adopt envelope conformations, which are favoured by two equal endo anomeric effects. The molecule lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional framework via two C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds. In 2,4,6,8‐tetrakis(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐2,4,6,8‐tetraazabicyclo[3.3.0]octane, C32H34N4O4, one of the methyl groups is disordered over two sets of sites and the same methyl group participates in an intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond, which in turn causes a considerable deviation from the preferred conformation. There are two unequal inter‐ring anomeric effects in the N—C—N groups. Molecules are linked into corrugated sheets by one C—H...π hydrogen bond and two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds involving methoxy groups.  相似文献

(2R,4S)‐2‐(3‐Methylthiophen‐2‐yl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,4‐epoxynaphtho[1,2‐b]azepine, C19H17NOS, (I), crystallizes with a single enantiomer in each crystal, whereas its geometrical isomer (2RS,4SR)‐2‐(5‐methylthiophen‐2‐yl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,4‐epoxy‐naphtho[1,2‐b]azepine, (II), and (2RS,4SR)‐2‐(5‐bromothiophen‐2‐yl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,4‐epoxynaphtho[1,2‐b]azepine, C18H14BrNOS, (III), both crystallize as racemic mixtures. A combination of one C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds links the molecules of (I) into a three‐dimensional framework; the molecules of (II) are linked into a C(4)C(4)[R22(7)] chain of rings by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds; and in (III), where Z′ = 2, a combination of four C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and two C—H...π(thienyl) hydrogen bonds links the molecules into complex sheets. Comparisons are made with the assembly patterns in some aryl‐substituted 1,4‐epoxynaphtho[1,2‐b]azepines.  相似文献

The new high‐spin iron(II) complex, [Fe(C12H10N6)2(H2O)2](C8H3N4S)2 or [Fe(abpt)2(H2O)2](tcnsme)2 [where abpt is 4‐amino‐3,5‐di‐2‐pyridyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and tcnsme is the 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐methylthiopropenide anion], consists of discrete [Fe(abpt)2(H2O)2]2+ dications, where the FeII ion is coordinated by two N,N′‐bidentate chelating abpt ligands in the equatorial plane and two water molecules in trans positions, generating a distorted octahedral [FeN4O2] environment. The cationic unit is neutralized by two polynitrile tcnsme anions, in which the C—N, C—C and C—S bond lengths indicate extensive electronic delocalization. In the crystal structure, the dications and anions are linked through O—H...N and N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the water H atoms and those of the NH2 groups and the N atoms of the CN groups, leading to the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The isomers 2,3‐, (I), 2,4‐, (II), and 2,5‐difluoro‐N‐(4‐pyridyl)benzamide, (III), all with formula C12H8F2N2O, all exhibit intramolecular C—H...O=C and N—H...F contacts [both with S(6) motifs]. In (I), intermolecular N—H...O=C interactions form one‐dimensional chains along [010] [N...O = 3.0181 (16) Å], with weaker C—H...N interactions linking the chains into sheets parallel to the [001] plane, further linked into pairs via C—H...F contacts about inversion centres; a three‐dimensional herring‐bone network forms via C—H...π(py) (py is pyridyl) interactions. In (II), weak aromatic C—H...N(py) interactions form one‐dimensional zigzag chains along [001]; no other interactions with H...N/O/F < 2.50 Å are present, apart from long N/C—H...O=C and C—H...F contacts. In (III), N—H...N(py) interactions form one‐dimensional zigzag chains [as C(6) chains] along [010] augmented by a myriad of weak C—H...π(arene) and O=C...O=C interactions and C—H...O/N/F contacts. Compound (III) is isomorphous with the parent N‐(4‐pyridyl)benzamide [Noveron, Lah, Del Sesto, Arif, Miller & Stang (2002). J. Am. Chem. Soc. 124 , 6613–6625] and the three 2/3/4‐fluoro‐N‐(4‐pyridyl)benzamides [Donnelly, Gallagher & Lough (2008). Acta Cryst. C 64 , o335–o340]. The study expands our series of fluoro(pyridyl)benzamides and augments our understanding of the competition between strong hydrogen‐bond formation and weaker influences on crystal packing.  相似文献

Single crystals of the anhydrous form of the title compound {systematic name: 1‐[3‐(dimethylcarbamoyl)‐3,3‐diphenylpropyl]‐4‐hydroxy‐4‐(4‐chlorophenyl)piperidin‐1‐ium chloride}, C29H34ClN2O2+·Cl, were obtained by diffusion of acetone into a solution in 2‐propanol. In the structure, N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds connect neighbouring molecules and chloride anions to form chains along the c‐axis direction. Neighbouring chains along the b‐axis direction are connected by intermolecular C—H...Cl contacts, defining layers parallel to the (100) planes. The layers are connected by weak intermolecular C—H...Cl interactions only, which may account for the plate‐like shape of the crystals.  相似文献
