The coordination polymer [Zn(HCOO)2(H2O)2]∞ has been synthesized using hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy and TG-DTG analyses. The coordination polymer crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/c space group with crystal parameters of α=0.8688(1) nm, b= 0.7143(6) nm, c=0.9305(2) nm, β=97.61(5)°, V=0.5724(2) nm^3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=42.50 cm^-1. The polymer features with two kinds of zinc centers: one is hexa-coordinated by four water ligands, two oxygen atoms of two formates and the other is coordinated by six oxygen atoms of six formates. By the formates as space linkers, three-dimensional frameworks were formed. Based on thermal analyses, thermal decomposition mechanisms were predicted that at the first step the polymer lost two coordination water molecules and at the second step lost two formates companied by the formation of some kinds of materials.  相似文献

用水热法合成了2个新的配位聚合物[Zn(3-aba)2]n·nH2O (1)和[Cd(3-aba)2]n (2)(3-aba=间氨基苯甲酸阴离子),对它们进行 了元素分析、热分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射等表征。配位聚合物1晶体属正交晶系,Pca21空间群,晶体学数据为:a=0.926 26(8) nm,b=1.600 73(15) nm,c=1.885 22(17) nm,β=90°,V=2.795 2(4) nm3,Z=4,μ=1.783 mm-1,Dc=1.690 g·cm-3,R1=0.027 9,wR2=0.064 8;配位聚合物2晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶体学数据为:a=0.900 68(7) nm,b=0.452 03(4) nm,c=1.568 02(12) nm,β=106.075 0(10)°,V=0.613 43(9) nm3,Z=1,μ=1.799 mm-1,Dc=2.082 g·cm-3,R1=0.019 8,wR2=0.055 8。在配合物1中,配体分子以双齿配位模式与锌离子配位,而在配合物2中,它以三齿配位模式与镉离子配位。2个配合物均具有二维网状结构。  相似文献

A coordination complex of [Cu(bpb)0.5(CH3COO)2]n (bpb=1,4-bis(pyridine-3-aminomethyl)benzene) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic with space group P1, a=0.771 98(15) nm, b=0.827 62(17) nm, c=1.116 0(2) nm, α=96.71(3)°, β=90.03(3)°, γ=105.39(3)°, and V=0.682 4(3) nm3, Z=2, R=0.042 4, wR=0.091 1. The title complex is composed of dicopper tetracarboxylate units. Copper(Ⅱ) atom asumes a square-pyramidal coordination geometry formed with one pyridyl N atom from bpb and four O atoms from four bridging acetate anions. Two adjacent dicopper tetracarboxylate units are linked into a 1D chain by the bpb ligands, which were further connected by inter-chain hydrogen bonds to form a 2D network structure. A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(pht)(pzH)2]n (where pht2-=dianion of o-phthalic acid, pzH=pyrazole) has been synthesized and the structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a=0.821 39(10) nm, b=1.662 2(2) nm, c=1.156 42(14) nm, β=100.349(2)°, V=1.5532(3) nm3, Z=4. Both carboxylate groups of the phthalate dianion coordinated in a monodentate mode bridged two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms forming the structure of 1-D chain. The pyrazole ligands play two different roles: one only coordinates the metal atom and the other joins the coordination polymer into a 2-D sheet via N-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonds besides the coordination property. A blue photoluminescence peak at 435 nm was observed in solid state at room temperature. CCDC: 227946.  相似文献

采用水热法合成了3个新的3,5-吡啶二羧酸镍配位聚合物[Ni(3,5-Pydc)(H2O)4·H2O]n(1), [Ni2(3,5-Pydc)2(H2O)8·(H2O)2]n(2)和[Ni(3,5-Pydc)(H2O)2]n(3), 并通过X射线单晶衍射、FTIR及热重分析对其结构和组成进行了表征. 单晶衍射结果表明, 化合物1和2是一维折线型链状结构, 而化合物3是二维层状结构. 化合物1是由3,5-Pydc配体将中心镍离子连接起来形成的折线型一维链. 在化合物2中存在着两条各自独立的折线型一维链, 但它们的配位方式却完全相同, 每一条链都是由3,5-Pydc配体将镍离子连接而成. 而化合物3则是由3个镍离子和3个3,5-Pydc配体形成的二十元环构成的二维网格. 3个化合物分别通过链间或层间氢键作用(O-H…O)形成三维超分子结构, 化合物1和2中的客体水分子被氢键限域在超分子结构之中.  相似文献

A Coordination polymer [NaMn(pic)3]n (1) (picH=picolinic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis and structurally characterized by single crystal structure determination. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, a=1.251 9(4) nm, b=1.715 8(8) nm, c=1.754 7(7) nm, V=3.769(6) nm3, Mr=444.24, Dc=1.566, F(000)=1 800, R1=0.024 8 and wR2=0.075 1 for I>2σ(I). According to the crystal structure, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion of 1 is six-coordinated with three oxygen and three nitrogen atoms from three pic anions to form a distorted dodecahedron. Each Na+ ion of 1 is penta-coordinated with two oxygen atoms from a pic anion and three oxygen atoms from three pic anions of diffrent unit to form a distorted tetragnal pyramid. 以CdCl2和1,3-二(N-咪唑基甲基)苯(mbix)为原料,用挥发法合成了新型二维镉配位聚合物——[Cd(mbix)2Cl2]n(1),其结构经IR,XRD和元素分析表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=7.878 4(18),b=8.856(2),c=11.088(3),α=106.662(3)°,β=91.046(3)°,γ=107.393(3)°,V=702.7(3)3,Z=1,Dc=1.559 g.cm-3,μ=1.001 mm-1,F(000)=334,R1=0.023 9,ωR2=0.052 5。1中Cd(Ⅱ)与四个mbix配体的四个氮原子及两个氯原子配位,形成一个畸变八面体构型。Cd(Ⅱ)与两个mbix配体桥联形成一维链,链与链之间又通过π-π相互作用形成二维层状结构。  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Ca(μ-p-HPO)2(NO3)2]n, (p-HPO=p-pyridone) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with unit cell parameters: a=1.992 1(4) nm, b=0.374 96(7) nm, c=1.930 3(4) nm, β=109.21(3)°. V=1.361 6(5) nm3, Z=4, R=0.034 9, wR=0.084 4. The Ca atom is eight-coordinated by four O atoms from different p-pyridone ligands and four O atoms from two chelating nitrate anions, and displays a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. Each p-pyridone ligand bridges two adjacent Ca atoms, forming a infinite chain along the b direction. The Ca…Ca distance is 0.374 96(7) nm. A layer structure is further constructed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 185 ℃. CCDC: 241576.  相似文献

The first two‐dimensional lanthanum(III) coordination polymer, [La(1,5‐NDS)1.5(H2O)5]n (1) (1,5‐NDS2? = 1,5‐naphthalenedisulfonate), was synthesized and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The disulfonate ligands act in the η112 and η1113 binding modes to link the LaO9 tricapped trigonal prisms into a lamellar structure. It exhibits strong purple emission in the solid state.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional(1D) coordination polymer [Zn(MMTA)2]n(MMTA=5-mercapto-l-methyl-tetrazole) was synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with cell parameters: a=1.4938(7) nm, b=1.3599(5) nm, c=1.2180(4) nm, fl=120.84(3)^*, V=2.1243(2) nm^3, and Z=8. The deprotonated HMMTA molecule as a/a2-1igand links the zinc center, forming ID chains, which are luther linked by weak C--H...N hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional supramolecular framework. The compound exhibits intense photoluminescence at room temperature. On the basis of the results of TG/DTA analyses, the structure is thermally stable up to -280 ℃.  相似文献

A new copper coordination polymer [Cu3(CN)(dmtz)2] ( 1 ) (Hdmtz = 3,5‐dimethyl‐1,2,4‐triazole) was solvothermally synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, X‐ray power diffraction, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The single‐crystal diffraction analysis shows that compound 1 belongs to the orthorhombic space group Pmmn, and exhibits a 2D planar framework constructed by the ligand dmtz and cyanide anions, in which the cyanide anion was generated from in situ decomposition of acetonitrile. The photoluminescent study indicates that 1 emits strong blue‐green luminescence with long emission lifetimes in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A coordination polymer [Mn(IDA)2(H2o)47, (H2IDA=N-iminodiacetic acid) was synthesized and char-acterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the tetragonal system, the space group is P-421C with the crystal cell parameters a=0.81120(8) nm, b=0.81120(8)nm, c=0.96196(4)nm, V=0.6330(1)nm^3, Mr=355.17, R=0.0224, ωR=0.061. The four carboxylic oxygen atoms of the differentN-iminodiacetic acid ligands and two water molecules coordinate to the manganese atom. The manganeseatom is in an approximates octahedral coordination sphere. Each carboxylic acid ligand bridges two man-ganese atoms, forming two zig-zag supramolecular chains. The twisted chains construct a two-dimension lay-er structure with regularly arranged X-shaped window cavity. The three-dimension supramolecular networkis formed by coordination bonds and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐Amino‐6‐methyl‐1, 2, 4‐triazine‐3(2H)‐thione‐5‐one (HAMTTO) with n‐butyl lithium in dimethoxyethane (DME) gives the complex [Li(DME)(AMTTO)] ( 1 ). 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, IR‐ and mass‐spectrometry and an X‐ray structure analysis [space group P21/n, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at —80 °C: a = 867.6(1), b = 1721.5(2), c = 931.8(1) pm, β = 112.81(1)°, R1 = 0.0315. The complex is a coordination polymer along [001] with a zig‐zag arrangement.  相似文献

The zinc(II) compound, [Zn3(HL)6]n ( 1 ) (H2L = 3‐hydroxypyridine‐2‐carboxylic acid) was synthesized by a solvothermal reaction of Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O and 3‐hydroxypyridine‐2‐carboxylic acid as raw materials. The structure of complex 1 was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, as well as powder X‐ray diffraction. X‐ray structure analysis demonstrates that the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n. There are three zinc ions in the asymmetric unit, which are either five‐coordinate or six‐coordinate. The asymmetric units are further bridged by the carboxylate of the organic ligands, featuring a 2D framework. The solid state diffuse‐reflectance UV/Vis spectra reveals that complex 1 has semiconducting nature with the energy bandgap (Eg) estimated to be 3.11 eV. The photocatalytic properties of complex 1 in degradation of organic dyes were further investigated. Results showed that the complex could degrade 54 % of the dye methylene blue solution within 120 min under UV irradiation light and reused for five times without the decline of the photocatalytic activity.  相似文献
