The synthesis, structure elucidation, and analysis of the self-assembly of Co(II) complexes of 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid and 3,5-dinitro-4-methylbenzoic acid with 4,4'-bipyridine have been reported. Formation of the complexes and the self-assembly in the three-dimensional structures have been found to be dependent on the solvents (such as acetone, dimethly sulfoxide, etc.) employed for the synthesis of the aggregates. 3,5-Dinitrobenzoic acid forms two coordination polymers, 1a and 1b, from methanol and a mixture of methanol and acetone solvents, respectively, with entirely different recognition patterns. Similarly, 3,5-dinitro-4-methylbenzoic acid also forms two coordination complexes, 2a and 2b, incorporating the solvent of the reaction medium into the crystal lattice. Complex 2a forms a solvated channel structure, whereas 2b gives a bilayered structure, with the layers being separated by solvent of crystallization (dimethyl sulfoxide) molecules. All the complexes have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Complexes 1b, 2a, and 2b crystallize in a monoclinic lattice, but 1a adopts a tetragonal lattice. The unit cell dimensions are, for 1a, a = 8.095(1) A, b = 8.095(1) A, c = 46.283 (6) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 90 degrees, and gamma = 90 degrees (space group P4(3)2(1)2, Z = 4), for 1b, a = 22.774(2) A, b = 11.375 (1) A, c = 22.533(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 104.15(1) degrees, and gamma = 90 degrees (space group P2(1)/c, Z = 4), for 2a, a = 17.657(6) A, b = 18.709(4) A, c = 21.044(6) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 108.68(3) degrees, and gamma = 90 degrees (space group, C2/c, Z = 8), and, for 2b, a = 11.025(5) A, b = 15.139(4) A, c = 11.443(4) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 97.48(3) degrees, and gamma = 90 degrees (space group P2/n, Z = 2). In all the complexes 1a, 1b, 2a, and 2b, the basic interaction between Co(II) and 4,4'-bipyridine remains the same with the formation of linear Co-N dative bonds, but the carboxylates display various modes of interaction with Co(II). The average Co-N and Co-O distances are 2.161 and 2.108 A, respectively.  相似文献

Sterically hindered phosphine and arsine ligands derived from ortho-carborane were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Tris(1'-methyl(1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaboran-1-yl))phosphine, 2 (crystal data, hexagonal, space group P6(3), a = b = 12.251(3) A, c = 11.514(4) A, alpha = beta = 90 degrees, gamma = 120 degrees, V = 1496.6(7) A(3), Z = 2, R(1) = 0.0568) and tris(1'-methyl(1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaboran-1-yl))arsine, 3 (crystal data, hexagonal, space group P6(3), a = b = 12.330(3) A, c = 11.474(4) A, alpha = beta = 90 degrees, gamma = 120 degrees, V = 1510.7(7) A(3), Z = 2, R(1) = 0.0930) were prepared in 82% and 68% yield, respectively. The phosphine ligand is resistant to air-oxidation but was converted to corresponding oxide when heated with hydrogen peroxide. The tertiary carboranyl phosphine reacted with (Tht)AuCl to yield chloro(tris(1'-methyl(1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaboran-1-yl))phosphine)gold(I), 4 (crystal data, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a = 19.101(4) A, b = 12.167(2) A, c = 13.846(3) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 91.13(3) degrees, V = 3217.2(11) A(3), Z = 4, R(1) = 0.0396) in 82% yield. From the X-ray structure of the gold complex, the cone angle of the phosphine was determined to be 213(2) degrees, which is among the largest values reported to date.  相似文献

A series of one-dimensional arrays of lanthanide-transition metal complexes has been prepared and characterized. These complexes, [(DMF)(10)Ln(2)[Ni(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), crystallize as linear single-strand arrays (structural type A) (Ln = Sm, 1a; Eu, 2a) or double-strand arrays (structural type B) (Ln = Sm, 1b; Eu, 2b) depending upon the conditions chosen, and they are interconvertible. The single-strand type A structure can be converted to the double-strand type B structure. When the 1b and 2b type B crystals are completely dissolved in DMF, their infrared spectra are identical to the infrared spectra of 1a and 2a type A crystals dissolved in DMF. These solutions produce type A crystals initially. It is believed that formation of the type A structure is kinetically favored while the type B structure is thermodynamically favored for lanthanide-nickel complexes 1 and 2. On the other hand the complex [(DMF)(10)Y(2)[Pd(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), 3, appears to crystallize only as the double-strand array (type B). The complexes [(DMF)(12)Ce(2)[Ni(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), 4, and [(DMF)(12)Ce(2)[Pd(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), 5, crystallize as a new type of single-strand array (structural type C). This structural type is a zigzag chain array. Copper(I) and copper(II) complexes possessing a series of related ligands with pyridyl-containing donors have been investigated. The ligands are tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (tmpa), bis[(2-pyridyl)methyl]-2-(2-pyridyl)ethylamine (pmea), bis[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]-(2-pyridyl)methylamine (pmap), and tris[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]amine (tepa). The crystal structures of the protonated ligand H(tepa)ClO(4), the copper(I) complexes [Cu(pmea)]PF(6) (1b-PF(6)), [Cu(pmap)]PF(6) (1c-PF(6)), and copper(II) complexes [Cu(pmea)Cl]ClO(4).H(2)O (2b-ClO(4).H(2)O), [Cu(pmap)Cl]ClO(4).H(2)O (2c-ClO(4).H(2)O), [Cu(pmap)Cl]ClO(4) (2c-ClO(4)), and [Cu(pmea)F](2)(PF(6))(2) (3b-PF(6)) were determined. Crystal data: H(tepa)ClO(4), formula C(21)H(25)ClN(4)O(4), triclinic space group P1, Z = 2, a = 10.386(2) A, b = 10.723(2) A, c = 11.663(2) A, alpha = 108.77(3) degrees, beta = 113.81(3) degrees, gamma = 90.39(3) degrees; 1b-PF(6), formula C(19)H(20)CuF(6)N(4)P, orthorhombic space group Pbca, Z = 8, a = 14.413(3) A, b = 16.043(3) A, c = 18.288(4) A, alpha = beta = gamma = 90 degrees; (1c-PF(6)), formula C(20)H(22)CuF(6)N(4)P, orthorhombic space group Pbca, Z = 8, a = 13.306(3) A, b = 16.936(3) A, c = 19.163(4) A, alpha = beta = gamma = 90 degrees; 2b-ClO(4).H(2)O, formula C(19)H(22)Cl(2)CuN(4)O(5), triclinic space group P1, Z = 4, a = 11.967(2) A, b = 12.445(3) A, c = 15.668(3) A, alpha = 84.65(3) degrees, beta = 68.57(3) degrees, gamma = 87.33(3) degrees; 2c-ClO(4).H(2)O, formula C(20)H(24)Cl(2)CuN(4)O(5), monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, Z = 4, a = 11.2927(5) A, b = 13.2389(4) A, c = 15.0939(8) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 97.397(2) degrees; 2c-ClO(4), formula C(20)H(22)Cl(2)CuN(4)O(4), monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, Z = 4, a = 8.7682(4) A, b = 18.4968(10) A, c = 13.2575(8) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 94.219(4) degrees; 3b-PF(6), formula [C(19)H(20)CuF(7)N(4)P](2), monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, Z = 2, a = 11.620(5) A, b = 12.752(5) A, c = 15.424(6) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 109.56(3) degrees. The oxidation of the copper(I) complexes with dioxygen was studied. [Cu(tmpa)(CH(3)CN)](+) (1a) reacts with dioxygen to form a dinuclear peroxo complex that is stable at low temperatures. In contrast, only a very labile peroxo complex was observed spectroscopically when 1b was reacted with dioxygen at low temperatures using stopped-flow kinetic techniques. No dioxygen adduct was detected spectroscopically during the oxidation of 1c, and 1d was found to be unreactive toward dioxygen. Reaction of dioxygen with 1a-PF(6), 1b-PF(6), and 1c-PF(6) at ambient temperatures leads to fluoride-bridged dinuclear copper(II) complexes as products. All copper(II) complexes were characterized by UV-vis, EPR, and electrochemical measurements. The results manifest the dramatic effects of ligand variations and particularly chelate ring size on structure and reactivity.  相似文献

The dinuclear Au(I) amidinate complex Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2 (1) is isolated in quantitative yield by the reaction of (THT)AuCl and the potassium salt of 2,6-Me2Ph-form in a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio. Various reagents such as Cl2, Br2, I2, CH3I, and benzoyl peroxide add to the dinuclear Au(I)amidinate complex Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2 to form oxidative-addition Au(II) metal-metal-bonded complexes 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. The Au(II) amidinate complexes are stable as solids at room temperature. The structures of the dinuclear Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2 and the Au(II) oxidative-addition products Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2X2, X=Cl, Br, I, are reported. Crystalline products with an equal amount of oxidized and unoxidized complexes in the same unit cell, [Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2X2][Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2], X=Cl, 2m, or Br, 3m, are isolated and their structures are presented. The structure of [Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2X2][Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2], X=Cl has a Au(II)-Au(II) distance slightly longer, 0.05A, than that observed in the fully oxidized product Au2(2,6-Me2-form)2Cl2, 2. The gold-gold distance in the dinuclear complex decreases upon oxidative addition with halogens from 2.7 to 2.5 A, similar to observations made with the Au(I) dithiolates and ylides. The oxidative addition of benzoyl peroxide leads to the isolation of the first stable dinuclear Au(II) nitrogen complex possessing Au-O bonds, Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2(PhCOO)2, 6, with the shortest Au-Au distance known for Au(II) amidinate complexes, 2.48 A. The structure consists of unidentate benzoate units linked through oxygen to the Au(II) centers. The replacement of the bromide in 3 by chloride, and the benzoate groups in 6 by chloride or bromide also occurs readily. The unit cell dimensions are, for 1, a=7.354(6) A, b=9.661(7) A, c=11.421(10) A, alpha=81.74(5) degrees, beta=71.23(5) degrees, and gamma=86.07(9) degrees (space group P, Z=1), for 2.1.5C6H12, a=11.012(2) A, b=18.464(4) A, c=19.467(4) A, alpha=90 degrees, beta=94.86(3) degrees, and gamma=90 degrees (space group P21/c, Z=4), for 2m.ClCH2CH2Cl, a=16.597(3) A, b=10.606(2) A, c=19.809(3) A, alpha=90 degrees, beta=94.155(6) degrees, and gamma=90 degrees (space group P21/n, Z=2), for 3m, a=16.967(3) A, b=10.783(2) A, c=20.060(4) A, alpha=90 degrees, beta=93.77(3) degrees, and gamma=90 degrees (space group P21/n, Z=2), for 4.THF, a=8.0611(12) A, b=10.956(16) A, c=11.352(17) A, alpha=84.815(2) degrees, beta=78.352(2) degrees, and gamma=88.577(2) degrees (space group P, Z=1), for 5, a=16.688 A, b=10.672(4) A, c=19.953(7) A, alpha=90.00 (6) degrees, beta=94.565(7) degrees, and gamma=90.00 degrees (space group P21/n, Z=4), for 6.0.5C7H8, a=11.160(3) A, b=12.112(3) A, c=12.364(3) A, alpha=115.168(4) degrees, beta=161.112(4) degrees, and gamma=106.253(5) degrees (space group P, Z=1).  相似文献

The reactions of [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)][BF(4)](2) (1) (DTolF = N,N'-di-p-tolylformamidinate) with 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) proceed with substitution of CH(3)CN molecules to give products with the N-N ligands chelating in an equatorial-equatorial (eq-eq) fashion. Compound 1 reacts with 1 equiv of bpy to yield a mixture of [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(bpy)(CH(3)CN)(3)][BF(4)](2).(CH(3))(2)CO (2a) and [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(bpy)(CH(3)CN)(4)][BF(4)](2) (2b). Compound 2a crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 13.5856(2) A, b = 18.0402(2) A, c = 21.4791(3) A; alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 101.044(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees; V = 5167.27(12) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0531, and R(w) = 0.0948. Compound 2b crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 10.9339(2) A, b = 24.4858(1) A, c = 19.4874(3) A; alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 94.329(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees; V = 5202.38(13) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0459, and R(w) = 0.1140. The reaction of compound 1 with 2 equiv of bpy affords [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(bpy)(2)(CH(3)CN)][BF(4)](2) (3) which crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a with a = 19.4534(4) A, b = 13.8298(3) A, c = 19.8218(5) A; alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 109.189(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees; V = 5036.5(2) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0589, and R(w) = 0.0860. Compound 1 reacts with 1 equiv of phen to form [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(phen)(CH(3)CN)(3)][BF(4)](2).2C(2)H(5)OC(2)H(5) (4) which crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1macro with a = 12.6346(2) A, b = 13.5872(2) A, c = 19.0597(3) A; alpha = 71.948(1) degrees, beta = 73.631(1) degrees, gamma = 71.380(1) degrees; V = 2886.70(8) A(3), Z = 2, R = 0.0445, and R(w) = 0.1207. A notable feature of the cations in 2a, 3, and 4 is the presence of only one axial (ax) CH(3)CN ligand, a fact that can be attributed to the steric effect of the formamidinate bridging ligands. Compounds 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 were fully characterized by X-ray crystallography and (1)H NMR spectroscopy, whereas [Rh(2)(DTolF)(2)(phen)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)][BF(4)](2) (5) was characterized by (1)H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Eight- and 16-membered cyanuric-sulfanuric ring systems of the type Ar2C2N4S2(O)2Ar'2 (3a, Ar = 4-BrC6H4, Ar' = Ph; 3b, Ar = 4-CF3C6H4, Ar' = Ph; 3c, Ar = 4-CF3C6H4, Ar' = 4-CH3C6H4) and Ar4C4N8S4(O)4Ar'4 (4b, Ar = 4-CF3C6H4, Ar' = Ph; 4c, Ar = 4-CH3C6H4, Ar' = Ph; 4d, Ar = 4-CF3C6H4, Ar' = 4-CH3C6H4), respectively, were prepared in good yields by the reaction of the corresponding sulfur(IV) systems with m-chloroperbenzoic acid. The X-ray structures of 3b, 3c.C7H14, 4b.CH2Cl2, 4c, and the S(IV) system Ar4C4N8S4Ar'4 (2c, Ar = 4-CH3C6H4, Ar' = Ph) were determined. Upon oxidation the two oxygen atoms in 3b and 3c.C7H14 adopt endo positions leading to a twist boat conformation for the C2N4S2 ring. The 16-membered C4N8S4 rings in 4b and 4c retain a cradle conformation upon oxidation. The S-N bond distances are ca. 0.06 A shorter in all the S(VI) systems compared to those in the corresponding S(IV) rings. The thermolysis of 3b at ca. 220 degrees C occurs primarily via loss of a sulfanuric group, NS(O)Ph, to give the six-membered ring (4-CF3C6H4)2C2N3S(O)Ph (6). The structure of 6 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. (1) Crystallizes in triclinic space group P with a = 8.3589(11) A, b = 13.478(2) A, c = 14.828(2) A, alpha = 66.895(2) degrees , beta = 77.916(3) degrees , gamma = 85.939(3) degrees , and Z = 1; (2) crystallizes in triclinic space group P with a = 8.2305(12) A, b = 9.8861(15) A, c = 13.219(2) A, alpha = 84.863(3) degrees , beta = 75.744(3) degrees , gamma = 89.818(3) degrees , and Z = 2; 3 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 6.830(2) A, b = 8.482(2) A, c = 17.306(4) A, beta = 98.144(4) degrees , and Z = 2; 4 crystallizes in triclinic space group P with a = 9.470(1) A, b = 10.034(1) A, c = 12.064(1) A, alpha = 67.325(2), beta = 75.593(2), gamma = 70.672(2), and Z = 2. The coordination sphere of Cu(I) sites in the complexes shows diverse structures: tetrahedral [CuC(4)] for (1), tetrahedral [CuC(3)N] and triangular [CuC(2)N] for (2), triangular [CuC(2)N] for (3), and triangular [CuC(3)] for 4. In particular, (1) constitutes the first example of a structurally characterized system containing a bridging tetrahedral [Cu(CN)(4)](3)(-) unit. The diverse structural nature of these complexes is governed by the capping amines and the content of water in the reaction media. The magnetic interactions are negligible in these mixed-valence complexes.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of these ligands with various Ag(I) salts has been investigated. The syntheses of the water-soluble, chelating phosphines 1,2-bis(bis(hydroxybutyl)phosphino)ethane (1, n = 3; DHBuPE) and 1,2-bis(bis(hydroxypentyl)phosphino)ethane (1, n = 4; DHPePE) are reported. The copper complexes with the commercial auxin herbicides MCPA, 2,4-D, and 2,4,5-T in the presence of a nitrogen donor heterocyclic ligand, phen or bipyam, were prepared and characterized. The available evidence supports a dimeric structure for the 2,4-D complex in the presence of bipyam while phen leads to monomeric forms. The EPR spectrum of Cu2(2,4-D)4(bipyam)2 at 4 K in the solid state exhibits an axial signal which corresponds to almost isolated S = 1/2 magnetic ions. Magnetic data for the dimer show a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the two metal ions with J = -08 cm-1. The crystal structures of tetrakis[(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetato]bis(2,2'-bipyridylamine)dicopper(II), 1, bis(1,10-phenanthroline)[(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy)acetato]copper(II) chloride, 2, and aqua(1,10-phenanthroline)bis[((2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetato]copper(II), 3, were determined and refined by least-squares methods using three-dimensional MoK alpha data. 1 crystallizes in space group P1, in a cell of dimensions a = 10813(1) A, b = 12138(1) A, c = 11909(1) A, alpha = 86448(3) degrees, beta = 80127(3) degrees, and gamma = 63982(3) degrees, and V = 13837(2) A3, with Z = 1 2 crystallizes in space group I2/a, in a cell of dimensions a = 29958(9) A, b = 11342(3) A, c = 21196(7) A, beta = 10794(1) degrees, and V = 68522(4) A3, with Z = 8 3 crystallizes in space group P1, in a cell of dimensions a = 87419(8) A, b = 12512(1) A, c = 14598(1) A, alpha = 110737(1) degrees, beta = 95742(2) degrees, gamma = 103286(2) degrees, V = 14241(2) A3, with Z = 2.  相似文献

Five new open-framework zinc phosphates, encompassing the entire hierarchy of open-framework structures, have been synthesized hydrothermally in the presence of triethylenetetramine. The structures include one-dimensional ladders, two-dimensional layers, and three-dimensional structures as well as a zinc phosphate where the amine acts as a ligand. [C6N4H22]0.5[Zn(HPO4)2] (I): monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c (no. 14), a = 5.2677(1) A, b = 13.3025(1) A, c = 14.7833(1) A, beta = 96.049 degrees, Z = 4. [C6N4H22]0.5[Zn2(HPO4)3] (II): triclinic, space group P1 (no. 2), a = 7.515(1) A, b = 8.2553(1) A, c = 12.911(1) A, alpha = 98.654(1) degrees, beta = 101.274(1) degrees, gamma = 115.791(1) degrees, Z = 2. [C6N4H22]0.5[Zn2P2O8] (III): triclinic, space group P1 (no. 2), a = 8.064(1) A, b = 8.457(1) A, c = 9.023(1) A, alpha = 111.9(1) degrees, beta = 108.0(1) degrees, gamma = 103.6(1) degrees, Z = 2. [C6N4H22]0.5[Zn3(PO4)2(HPO4)] (IV): triclinic, space group P1 (no. 2), a = 5.218(1) A, b = 8.780(1) A, c = 16.081(1) A, alpha = 89.3(1) degrees, beta = 83.5(1) degrees, gamma = 74.3(1) degrees, Z = 2. [C6N4H20]0.5[Zn4P4O16] (V): monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c (no. 14), a = 9.219(1) A, b = 15.239(1) A, c = 10.227(1) A, beta = 105.2(1), Z = 4. The structure of I is composed of ZnO4 and HPO4 tetrahedra, which are edge-shared to form four-membered rings, which, in turn, form a one-dimensional chain (ladder). In II, these ladders are fused into a layer. The structures of III and IV comprise networks of ZnO4 and PO4 tetrahedra forming three-dimensional architectures. In V, the amine molecule coordinates to the Zn and acts as a pillar supporting the zinc phosphate layers, which possess infinite Zn-O-Zn linkages. The 16-membered one-dimensional channel in IV and the ZnO3N pillar, along with infinite Zn-O-Zn linkages in V, are novel features. The structure of the open-framework zinc phosphates is found to depend sensitively on the relative concentrations of the amine and phosphoric acid, with high concentrations of the latter favoring structures with lower dimensions.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes of a novel pyrazole containing porphyrinogen and cobalt(III) and zinc(II) complexes of a pyrazole containing tripodal ligand having N-donor atoms have been investigated. 5-Methyl-3-formylpyrazole (MPA) on reaction with copper(II) nitrate or perchlorate in the presence of tris(2-aminoethyl)amine (tren) forms novel pyrazole-based porphyrinogen complexes [Cu(T(3)-porphyrinogen)(H(2)O)](NO(3))(2) (1a) and [Cu(T(3)-porphyrinogen)(H(2)O)](ClO(4))(2) (1b) where T(3)-porphyrinogen is 1,6,11,16-tetraaza-5,10,15,20-tetrahydroxy-2,7,12,17-tetramethylporphyrinogen. The same products are also obtained when tren is replaced by triethylamine. By contrast, the reaction between MPA, tren, and cobalt(II) perchlorate produces the cobalt(III) complex [Co(HMPz(3)tren)]ClO(4) (2) derived from the tripodal Schiff base tris[4-(3-(5-methyl-pyrazolyl)-3-aza-3-butenyl]amine (H(3)MPz(3)tren). The X-ray crystal structures of the copper(II) complexes (1a and 1b) and the cobalt(III) complex (2) have been determined. The structures show distorted square pyramidal coordination environments for 1a and 1b with the water molecule occupying the apical site, while for complex 2 a distorted octahedral geometry is obtained. Data for 1a follow: a = 19.476(3) A, b = 9.4116(8) A, c = 14.204(3) A; alpha = 90 degrees = gamma, beta = 107.58(2) degrees; V = 2482.0(7) A(3), Z = 4. Data for 1b follow: a = 20.967(3) A, b = 9.1563(18) A, c = 14.858(4) A; alpha = 90 degrees = gamma, beta = 108.44(3) degrees; V = 2706.0(10) A(3), Z = 4. Data for 2 follow: a = 21.293(3) A, b = 12.724(2) A, c = 19.777(4) A; alpha = 90 degrees = gamma, beta = 93.03(2) degrees; V = 5350.6(15) A(3), Z = 8. All three complexes crystallize in the monoclinic crystal system with the C2/c space group. The complexes are further characterized by UV-vis, IR, EPR, and electrochemical studies.  相似文献

The structures of all these salts consist of alternating layers of the organic donors and tris(oxalato)metalate anions. In 1 and 2 the anionic layers contain also benzoic acid molecules H-bonded to the terminal oxygen atoms of the anions. In all salts the organic layers adopt beta-type packings. Along the parallel stacks the donors form dimers in 3 and 4, trimers in 5, and tetramers in 1 and 2. All the compounds are paramagnetic semiconductors with high room-temperature conductivities and magnetic susceptibilities dominated by the Fe- or Cr-containing anions.  相似文献

Efforts to dehydrate (1,12-dicarba-closo-dodecaboran(12)-1-yl)formamide (a = 6.685(2) A, b = 12.877(4) A, c = 12.547(4) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 90.724(11) degrees, V = 1080.8(6) A(3), Z = 4) resulted in the formation of a series of unexpected products. Addition of the Burgess reagent to the formamide, for example, led to the isolation of the corresponding methyl carbamate (a = 11.529(8) A, b = 11.529(8) A, c = 11.402(12) A, alpha = beta = gamma = 90 degrees, V = 1516(2) A(3), Z = 4), while treatment with triphosgene, a well-known dehydrating agent, resulted in the formation of a highly unusual 2,3-bis(p-carboranylimino)azetidine derivative. This particular compound, in the presence of Re(I), was hydrolyzed to give the corresponding amide, which is the first example of a 2,3-bis(imino)azetidine that has been characterized crystallographically (a = 38.496(13) A, b = 11.920(4) A, c = 27.523(10) A, beta = 127.050(5) degrees, V = 10079(6) A(3), Z = 8).  相似文献

Six new coordination polymers, [Eu(1,2-BDC)(1,2-HBDC)(phen)(H(2)O)](n) (1), [Eu(2)(1,3-BDC)(3)(phen)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](n).4nH(2)O (2), [Eu(1,4-BDC)(3/2)(phen)(H(2)O)](n) (3), [Yb(2)(1,2-BDC)(3)(phen)(H(2)O)(2)](n).3.5nH(2)O (4), [Yb(2)(1,3-BDC)(3)(phen)(1/2)](n) (5), and [Yb(2)(1,4-BDC)(3)(phen)(2)(H(2)O)](n) (6), were synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide chlorides with three isomers of benzenedicarboxylic acid (H(2)BDC) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 has a 2-D herringbone architecture with a Z-shaped cavity. 2 and 5 have different 3-D networks, but both are formed by 1,3-BDC anions bridging metal centers (Eu or Yb) via carboxylate groups. 3 and 6 possess similar layer structures which are further constructed to form 3-D networks by hydrogen bonds and/or pi-pi aromatic interactions. 4 comprises 1-D chains that are further interlinked via hydrogen bonds, resulting in a 3-D network. In the three europium complexes, all the europium ions are eight-coordinated, while the coordination numbers of the ytterbium ions in other three-coordination polymers range from six to eight. Novel alkaline earth metal aryl-substituted silylamides were prepared using alkane (Mg) and salt elimination reactions (Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba). The salt elimination regime involved the treatment of the alkaline earth metal iodides with 2 equiv of the respective potassium amide KNDiip(SiMe(3)), (Diip = 2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3)). The organomagnesium source for the alkane elimination was ((n)()Bu/(s)()Bu)(2)Mg. All compounds were characterized using (1)H, (13)C NMR, and IR spectroscopy, in addition to X-ray crystallography (except Mg[NDiip(SiMe(3))](2)THF(2)). Crystal data with Mo Kalpha (lambda = 0.710 73 A) are as follows: Mg[NDiip(SiMe(3))](2), 1, a = 9.4687(6) A, b = 9.6818(6) A, c = 17.9296(1) A, alpha = 96.487(1) degrees, beta = 94.537(1) degrees, gamma = 89.222(1) degrees, V = 1608.8(2) A(3), Z = 2 (two independent molecules), triclinic, space group P(-)1, R1 (all data) = 0.0508; (n)()BuMg[NDiip(SiMe(3))]THF(2), 2, a = 9.5413(1) A, b = 16.493(2) A, c = 9.8218(1) A, beta = 108.149(2) degrees, V = 1468.7(4) A(3), Z = 2, monoclinic, space group P2(1), R1(all data) = 0.1232; Ca[NDiip(SiMe(3))](2)THF(2), 4, a = 9.7074(1) A, b = 20.9466(4) A, c = 21.6242(3) A, alpha = 73.573(1) degrees, beta = 78.632(1) degrees, gamma = 89.621(1) degrees, V = 4129.1(1) A(3), Z = 4 (two independent molecules), triclinic, space group P(-)1, R1 (all data) = 0.0902; Sr[NDiip(SiMe(3))](2)THF(2), 5, a = 20.5874(5) A, b = 9.8785(2) A, c = 20.8522(5) A, beta = 102.035(2) degrees, V = 4147.6(2) A(3), Z = 4 (two independent molecules), monoclinic, space group P2/n, R1 (all data) = 0.0756; Ba[NDiip(SiMe(3))](2)THF(2), 6, a = 20.5476(2) A, b = 10.0353(2) A, c = 20.9020(4) A, beta = 101.657(1) degrees, V = 4221.0(1) A(3), Z = 4 (two independent molecules), monoclinic, space group P2/n, R1 (all data) = 0.0573.  相似文献
