在近10年内按季度收集了同一个人的头发样品33份和指甲样品41份,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人发和指甲中的锰和镍含量.并分别绘制了锰和镍随时间(年)变化曲线.获得锰含量波动范围:人发中0.2100-1.500μg/g、指甲中0.8300-2.391μg/g;镍含量波动范围:人发中0.4900-1.750μg/g、指甲中1.179-4.184μg/g.含量变化曲线均具有非线性特征.  相似文献

采用HNO3-HClO4(体积比为4∶1)消化体系,在常压微沸消解条件下,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了天水市市售6种鲜肉(猪、鸡、牛、羊、鲤鱼、牛蛙)中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn的含量.结果表明,Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn在6种鲜肉中的含量均差异极显著(P<o.01);将6种鲜肉按动物类别分为3类:即单胃动物(猪、鸡)鲜肉、反刍动物(牛、羊)鲜肉和水产动物(鲤鱼、牛蛙)鲜肉,结果显示:不同动物类别鲜肉中Zn含量差异极显著(P<0.01),Cu、Fe含量差异显著(P<0.05);相关性分析表明,6种鲜肉中Zn和Cu含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01); Zn与Mn含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);Cu与Mn含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);Fe和Mn含量呈极著正相关(P<0.01).  相似文献

采用HNO3∶HClO4(体积比为4∶1)消解体系,在低温微沸条件下消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了天水湖草鱼7个组织器官(肌肉、鱼鳃、鱼鳞、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、精巢)中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的含量.结果表明:草鱼体中4种微量元素含量高低为Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn;4种微量元素在草鱼各组织器官中的含量均差异极显著(P<0.01).相关性分析表明:草鱼体内各组织器官中Fe和Zn含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.708;Fe和Cu的含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.869;Fe和Mn的含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),相关系数为0.474;Cu和Zn含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.834.  相似文献

研究了痕量锰形态分析的水解分离-原子吸收光谱法。依据不同价态锰水解酸度的不同,使以各种形态存在的锰彼此分离以对其进行AAS测定。用NaOH溶液调试样的pH到10,此时以MnO-4形式存在的高价锰不产生水解沉淀,而低价Mn(Ⅱ)和中价Mn(Ⅳ)产生水解沉淀,对清液中的Mn(Ⅶ)进行AAS测定;然后用pH为5的硫酸溶液溶解沉淀,此条件下Mn(Ⅱ)的沉淀溶解, 从而使Mn(Ⅱ)和Mn(Ⅳ)彼此分离,对清液中的Mn(Ⅱ)进行AAS测定;最后,用pH为1的硫酸溶液溶解Mn(Ⅳ),并沉淀进行AAS测定。从上述测定,可分别求得Mn(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅳ)和Mn(Ⅶ)含量。该方法的加标回收率分别在93.3%~99.5%,96.7%~103%和98.2%~104%之间,相对标准偏差分别为2.7%,3.2%和3.1%,检出限为0.10 mg·L-1,该法简单,快速,准确。  相似文献

用原子吸收分光光度法测定脑梗塞患者 4 5例及健康对照者 2 0例头发中微量元素Zn ,Cu ,Mg ,Mn的含量。结果表明 ,脑梗塞组头发中Zn ,Cu ,Mg元素含量均显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,Mn元素的含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,揭示体内Zn ,Cu ,Mg ,Mn元素含量与脑梗塞发病存在一定关系。  相似文献

建立了一种用硝酸酸化样品,直接进样火焰原子吸收光谱法测定果汁饮料中铜和锰的分析方法.移取5.00mL的果汁饮料样品于10.0mL容量瓶中同时称取该样品的质量,加入400μL浓硝酸,摇匀,酸化15min,以去离子水定容至刻度,采用直接进样火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其铜、锰含量.样品铜、锰的加标回收率分别为96.6%-101.2%、97.5%-101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为0.88%、0.92%,检出限(3S/N)为0.007、0.009μg ·mL-1.方法简便、快捷、准确、实用,克服了以前各类消解法繁琐耗时污染环境等缺点,且该法的检出限、精密度和准确度均令人满意.本方法完全满足国家食品卫生标准中对饮料中铜和锰元素的分析检测要求.  相似文献

Results of radionuclide activity concentration measurements in deposition and ground-level air conducted at the station of the Institute of Physics situated 3.5 km from the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (Ignalina NPP) in 2005 are analyzed. Atmospheric depositional fluxes of 7Be, 60Co and 137Cs are estimated. Radionuclide particle deposition rates are calculated. The Hybrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory (HYSPLIT) model of the global dispersion and deposition is used to explain variations in the 137Cs activity concentration in the ground-level air in the Ignalina NPP region in 2005. An increase in the 137Cs activity concentration of up to 17.4 μBq m−3 on 30 October-5 November is studied. Modelling results show that the Chernobyl NPP Unit 4 Sarcophagus and the radiocaesium resuspension from the Chernobyl NPP accident polluted regions are sources of 137Cs to the environment of the Ignalina NPP. Results on solubility in water of aerosols — carriers of 137Cs — are discussed.  相似文献

The solutions of a renormalized BCS equation are studied in three space dimensions in s, p and d waves for finite-range separable potentials in the weak to medium coupling region. In the weak-coupling limit, the present BCS model yields a small coherence length and a large critical temperature, , appropriate for some high- materials. The BCS gap, , and specific heat as a function of zero-temperature condensation energy are found to exhibit potential-independent universal scalings. The entropy, specific heat, spin susceptibility and penetration depth as a function of temperature exhibit universal scaling below in p and d waves. The thermal instability of a layer of Rivlin-Ericksen elastico-viscous fluid in porous medium acted on by a uniform magnetic field is considered. For stationary convection, Rivlin-Ericksen elastico-viscous fluid behaves like a Newtonian fluid. The magnetic field is found to have stabilizing effect whereas medium permeability has destabilizing effect. The magnetic field introduces oscillatory modes in the system, A sufficient condition for the non-existence of overstability is also obtained.  相似文献

It is shown that bulk semiconductors exhibit strongly asymmetric Fano-type resonance profiles in magnetoabsorption processes involving the formation of hot electron-hole pairs (EHPs) and accompanied by the scattering of the EHPs by defects. This result is valid for transitions to electronic states with large Landau quantum numbers, when the Coulomb interaction plays a small role. The physical reason for such a sharp change in the magnetoabsorption coefficient as compared with the expected result for the ordinary density of states in a quantizing magnetic field is that the electronic excitations are quasi-one-dimensional. The concepts of uncertainty in prediction and inference are introduced and illustrated using the diffraction of light as an example. The close relationship between the concepts of uncertainty in inference and resolving power is noted. A general quantitative measure of uncertainty in inference can be obtained by means of the so-called statistical distance between probability distributions. When applied to quantum mechanics, this distance leads to a measure of the distinguishability of quantum states, which essentially is the absolute value of the matrix element between the states. The importance of this result to the quantum mechanical uncertainty principle is noted. The second part of the paper provides a derivation of the statistical distance on the basis of the so-called method of support.  相似文献
