采用后合成修饰技术(postsynthetic modification,PSM)设计并合成手性金属-有机框架化合物(metal-organic frameworks,MOFs),将L型脯氨酸衍生物Boc-L-ProCl,后修饰到金属有机-框架化合物Cr-MIL-101-NH_2孔道中,制得手性金属有机-框架化合物Cr-MIL-101-PaB_2。经核磁(~1H NMR)结果证实,修饰产率高达64%,固体圆二色谱(CD)测试结果表明经后合成修饰后的CrMIL-101-PaB_2具有旋光性。红外光谱(IR)、氮气脱附-吸附、热重(TGA)、粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)手段对其进行表征。实验结果证实,为避免金属-有机框架化合物自组装的不确定性,采用后合成修饰技术,可按需合成手性金属有机-框架化合物。  相似文献

A series of novel C2-symmetrical chiral bis(oxazoline) and bis(thiazoline) ligands containing noncyclic crown ether type was synthesized. Their structures were determined by IR spectra, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. The copper complexes of the above ligands were used in catalytic asymmetrical Henry reactions. Enantioselectivities up to 33% were observed. Reliable methods for enantioselective cis-dihydroxylation of trisubstituted alkenes are scarce. The iron(II) complex cis-α-[FeII(2-Me2-BQPN)(OTf)2], which bears a tetradentate N4 ligand (Me2-BQPN=(R,R)-N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-bis(2-methylquinolin-8-yl)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine), was prepared and characterized. With this complex as the catalyst, a broad range of trisubstituted electron-deficient alkenes were efficiently oxidized to chiral cis-diols in yields of up to 98 % and up to 99.9 % ee when using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as oxidant under mild conditions. Experimental studies (including 18O-labeling, ESI-MS, NMR, EPR, and UV/Vis analyses) and DFT calculations were performed to gain mechanistic insight, which suggested possible involvement of a chiral cis-FeV(O)2 reaction intermediate as an active oxidant. This cis-[FeII(chiral N4 ligand)]2+/H2O2 method could be a viable green alternative/complement to the existing OsO4-based methods for asymmetric alkene dihydroxylation reactions.  相似文献

An environmentally benign method has been developed for the synthesis of novel chiral thiourea derivatives in high yields in ionic liquid [Bmim]PF6. The ionic solvent can be recovered and reused without any loss of its activity. The target compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data. According to the preliminary bioassay, some of the chiral thiourea analogues exhibited moderate in vivo antiviral activities against TMV at a concentration of 500 mg/L. Title chiral compound 3i was found to possess good in vivo protection, inactivation and curative activities of 57.0%, 96.4% and 55.0%, respectively against TMV with an inhibitory concentration at 500 mg/L. The title chiral compound 3i revealed better inactivation effect on TMV (EC50=50.8 µg/mL) than Ningnanmycin (EC50=60.2 µg/mL).  相似文献

Through photocatalysed regiospecific and stereoselective additions of cycloamines to 5‐(R)‐(l)‐menthyloxy‐2 (5H)‐furanone (3), chiral 5‐(R)‐(l)‐menthyloxy‐4‐cycloaminobutyrolactones were synthesized. In the new asymmetric photoaddition of compound 3, the N‐methyl cyclic amines (4) gave novel chiral C? C photoadducts (5) in 24–50% isolated yields with d. e. ≥ 98%. However, the secondary cyclic amines (6) afforded optically active N? C photoadducts (7) in 34–58% isolated yields with d. e. ≥ 98% under the same condition. All the synthesized optically active compounds were identified on the basis of their analytical data and spectroscopic data, such as [α]58920, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elementary analysis. The photosynthesis of chiral butyrolactones and its mechanism were discussed in detail.  相似文献

A series of chiral 1,3‐dioxolanes, 3 – 12 , with >99% ee values, have been synthesized. This is the first study of chiral ketalization reaction starting from ketones with aryl, monosubstituted aryl, and long alkyl chains (C11—AC13). Their ee values were determined by chiral high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on Chiralcel OD column, using their racemic 1,3‐dioxolanes rac‐ 3 – 12 , which were also synthesized for the first time. These chiral and racemic 1,3‐dioxolanes were characterizated by infrared, NMR (1H, 13C), mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, optical rotation, and chiral HPLC.  相似文献

Cationic triangulenes, and related helicenes, constitute a rich class of dyes and fluorophores, usually absorbing and emitting light at low energy, in the orange to red domains. Recently, to broaden the scope of applications, regioselective late-stage functionalizations on these core moieties have been developed. For instance, with the introduction of electron-donating groups (EDGs), important bathochromic shifts are observed pushing absorptions towards or in the near-infrared (NIR) spectral domain while emissive properties disappear essentially completely. Herein, to upset this drawback, acetylene derivatives of cationic diazaoxa triangulenes (DAOTA) and [4]helicenes are prepared (16 examples). Contrary to other EDG-functionalized derivatives, C≡C− functionalized products remain broadly fluorescent, with red-shifted absorptions (Δλabs up to 25 nm) and emissions (Δλem up to 73 nm, ΦPL up to 51 %). Quite interestingly, a general dynamic stereoisomerism phenomenon is evidenced for the compounds derived from achiral DAOTA cores. At low temperature in 1H NMR spectroscopy (218 K), N−CH2 protons become diastereotopic with chemical shifts differences (Δδ) as high as +1.64 ppm. The signal coalescence occurs around 273 K with a barrier of ∼12 kcal mol−1. This phenomenon is due to planar chiral conformations (Sp and Rp configurations), induced by the geometry of the alkyl (n-propyl) side-chains next to the acetylenic substituents. Ion pairing studies with Δ-TRISPHAT anion not only confirm the occurrence of the chiral conformations but evidence a moderate but definite asymmetric induction from the chiral anion onto the cations. Finally, DFT calculations offer a valuable insight on the geometries, the corresponding stereodynamics and also on the very large difference in NMR for some of the diastereotopic protons.  相似文献

Abstract

The 9-mesylates of Cinchona alkaloids reacted with HSP(S)(OEt)2 in benzene at 50°C to give the corresponding O,O-diethyl-dithiophosphates of the alkaloids with complete inversion of configuration at the 9-C stereogenic centers (3 examples, 42–45% yields). Also O-ethyl-dithiophosphoric acid derivative of 9-epi-quinine was obtained. The configuration of the stereogenic centers were established using homo- and hetero-NOE NMR techniques and comparing the experimental and calculated (GIAO/DFT) spectra. The dithiophosphates of alkaloids were tested as chiral ligands in the Pd-catalyzed allylic alkylation of dimethyl malonate with rac-1,3-diphenylprop-2-enyl acetate and in the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric Henry reaction and gave the respective product with up to 51% ee. Quinine O,O-diethyl-phosphorodithioate was also tested as a novel potential chiral solvating agent for amino acids (N-Boc-phenylglycine) in 31P and 1H NMR spectroscopy.

A new class of chiral cyclopentadienyl rhodium(I) complexes (CpRhI) bearing C2-symmetric chiral bridged-ring-fused Cp ligands was prepared. The complexes were successfully applied to the asymmetric C−H activation reaction of N-methoxybenzamides with quinones, affording a series of chiral hydrophenanthridinones in up to 82 % yield with up to 99 % ee. Interestingly, structure analysis reveals that the side wall of the optimal chiral CpRhI catalyst is vertically more extended, horizontally less extended, and closer to the metal center in comparison with the classic binaphthyl and spirobiindanyl CpRhI complexes, and may thus account for its superior catalytic performance.  相似文献

The statistical terpolymerization of epoxides, CO2 and cyclic anhydrides remains challenging, mainly because epoxide/CO2 and epoxide/anhydride copolymerizations typically proceed at considerably different rates. Herein, we report the syntheses of novel chiral terpolymers with unprecedented statistical distributions of carbonate and ester units (up to 50 % junction units) via the one-pot reaction of cyclohexene oxide, phthalic anhydride, and CO2 under mild conditions using enantiopure bimetallic aluminum-complex-based catalyst systems. Notably, all resulting terpolymers exhibited excellent enantioselectivities (≥96 % ee) that were independent of the carbonate–ester distribution. The statistical compositions of the carbonate and ester units in the resulting terpolymers were determined via 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies. Furthermore, thermal properties were tuned by altering the ester content of the chiral terpolymer without influencing the enantioselective ring-opening step involving the meso-epoxide. This asymmetric terpolymerization methodology is also compatible with a variety of meso-epoxides to afford the corresponding terpolymers with 17 %–25 % junction units and excellent enantioselectivities (94 %–99 % ee). The present study is expected to provide new guidelines for preparing a broad range of biodegradable polymers with excellent enantioselectivities and adjustable properties.  相似文献

Four new chiral α-(nonafluoro-tert-butoxy)carboxylic acids were synthesized from naturally occurring α-amino acids (alanine, valine, leucine and isoleucine, respectively), and tested in 1H- and 19F-NMR experiments as chiral NMR shift reagents. The NMR studies were carried out at room temperature, using CDCl3 and C6D6 as solvents, and (RS)-α-phenylethylamine and (RS)-α-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine as racemic model compounds. To demonstrate the applicability of the reagents, the racemic drugs ketamine and prasugrel were also tested.  相似文献

A series of novel C2‐symmetric chiral pyridine β‐amino alcohol ligands have been synthesized from 2,6‐pyridine dicarboxaldehyde, m‐phthalaldehyde and chiral β‐amino alcohols through a two‐step reaction. All their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR. Their enantioselective induction behaviors were examined under different conditions such as the structure of the ligands, reaction temperature, solvent, reaction time and catalytic amount. The results show that the corresponding chiral secondary alcohols can be obtained with high yields and moderate to good enantiomeric excess. The best result, up to 89% ee, was obtained when the ligand 3c (2S,2′R)‐2,2′‐((pyridine‐2,6‐diylbis(methylene))bisazanediyl))bis(4‐methyl‐1,1‐diphenylpentan‐1‐ol) was used in toluene at room temperature. The ligand 3g (2S,2′R)‐2,2′‐((1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene))bis(azanediyl))bis(4‐methyl‐1,1‐diphenylpentan‐1‐ol) was prepared in which the pyridine ring was replaced by the benzene ring compared to 3c in order to illustrate the unique role of the N atom in the pyridine ring in the inductive reaction. Two cis-1,2-diol-type chiral ligands (T 1 and T 2 ) and their tri-coordinated chiral dioxaborinane (T (1–2) B (1–2) ) and four-coordinated chiral dioxaborinane adducts with 4-tert-butyl pyridine sustained by N → B dative bonds (T (1–2) B (1–2) -N) were synthesized and characterized by various spectroscopic techniques such as NMR (1H, 13C, and 11B), FT-IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy, LC–MS/MS, and elemental analysis. It was suggested that both ferrocene and trifluoromethyl groups played key roles in the catalytic and biological studies because they could tune the solubility of the chiral dioxaborinane complexes and adjust the strength of intermolecular interactions. To assess the biological activities of newly synthesized chiral dioxaborinane compounds, DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging, reducing power, antibacterial, DNA binding, and DNA cleavage activities were tested. Then, all chiral dioxaborinane complexes were investigated as catalysts for the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of various ketones under suitable conditions. The results indicated that the chiral dioxaborinane catalysts performed well with high yields.  相似文献

The use of cyclic phosphorochloridites which were prepared based on PCl3 and chiral butane-2,3-diol or hydrobenzoin as possible reagents for the analysis of the enantiomeric composition of chiral alcohols by31P NMR spectroscopy is considered. Palladium and platinum complexes containing a sulfur‐functionalised N‐heterocyclic carbene (S‐NHC) chelate ligand have been synthesised. The absolute conformations of these novel organometallic S‐NHC chelates were determined by X‐ray structural analyses and solution‐phase 2D 1H–1H ROESY NMR spectroscopy. The structural studies revealed that the phenyl substituents on the stereogenic carbon atoms invariably take up the axial positions on the Pd‐C‐S coordination plane to afford a skewed five‐membered ring structure. All of the chiral complexes are structurally rigid and stereochemically locked in a chiral ring conformation that is either (Rs,S,R)‐λ or (Ss,R,R)‐δ in both the solid state and solution.  相似文献

Novel chiral PN4-type multidentate aminophosphine ligands have been successfully synthesized by Schiff-base condensation of bis(o-formylphenyl)phenylphosphane and various chiral amino-sulfonamides.Their structures were fully characterized by IR,EI-MS and NMR.The catalytic systems,prepared in situ from the multidentate ligands and iridium(I) complexes,showed high activity in asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of propiophenone in 2-propanol solution,leading to corresponding optical alcohol with up to 75%ee.  相似文献

Non-racemic, planar chiral 1, 2-disubstituted [Cr(η6-arene)(CO)3] complexes were obtained via external chiral ligand-controlled nucleophilic addition of alkyl-, vinyl-, and aryllithium reagents to monosubstituted complexes followed by an endo-hydride abstraction with trityl cation. The reactions with [Cr(CO)36-phenyloxazoline)], [Cr(CO)36-phenylmethaneimine)], and [Cr(CO)36-phenylmethanenydrazone)] took place with complete ortho-selectivity and a high degree of enantioselectivity (up to 98% ee).  相似文献
