An interdigitated microelectrode array (IDA) was applied to the determination of formaldehyde released from textiles produced in industry. The proposed method is based on formaldehyde reaction with hypobromite which is formed in weakly basic media by control current electrooxidation of bromide on the generator segment of the IDA array. The unreacted hypobromite diffuses through the gap between individually polarisable IDA segments and it is amperometrically detected on the collector segment of the IDA. The efficiency of this nonconvective transfer process in the absence of formaldehyde was substantially higher (78%) in comparison with that when using the rotating ring disc electrode. The influence of the added formaldehyde on the transfer process can be utilised to develop a simple and sensitive analytical procedure for formaldehyde detection with a detection limit of 4×10−6 mol dm−3.  相似文献

A method was developed for the precise and accurate determination of ovalbumin labelled with p-hydroxy-mercuribenzoic acid (pHMB) using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with ns-laser ablation–inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Following systematic optimisation of the ablation process in terms of detection sensitivity, two different quantification strategies were applied: external calibration using standards of the derivatized protein after 13C+ normalization and, as a proof of concept, label-specific isotope dilution analysis (IDA) using pHMB enriched in the isotope 199Hg. Due to the inhomogeneous distribution of the protein within the gel bands, it could be demonstrated that the IDA approach was superior in terms of precision and accuracy. Furthermore, it permits a reliable quantification, if more complex separation protocols are applied, as typically occurring analyte loss and degradation can be compensated for as soon as complete mixture of spike and sample is achieved. The estimated limit of detection was 160 fmol in the case of ovalbumin. In contrast to earlier studies using metals naturally present in proteins, no loss of mercury was observed during separation under denaturing conditions and other sample preparation steps. Using label-specific IDA, the measured isotope ratios in the gel corresponded to recoveries between 95% and 103%.  相似文献

A new approach for the sensitive, robust and rapid determination of idarubicin (IDA) in human plasma and urine samples based on liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (LC-FL) was developed. Satisfactory chromatographic separation of the analyte after solid-phase extraction (SPE) was performed on a Discovery HS C18 analytical column using a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid in water as the mobile phase in isocratic mode. IDA and daunorubicin hydrochloride used as an internal standard (I.S.) were monitored at the excitation and emission wavelengths of 487 and 547 nm, respectively. The method was validated according to the FDA and ICH guidelines. The linearity was confirmed in the range of 0.1–50 ng/mL and 0.25–200 ng/mL, while the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.05 and 0.125 ng/mL in plasma and urine samples, respectively. The developed LC-FL method was successfully applied for drug determinations in human plasma and urine after oral administration of IDA at a dose of 10 mg to a patient with highly advanced alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (RMA). Moreover, the potential exposure to IDA present in both fluids for healthcare workers and the caregivers of patients has been evaluated. The present LC-FL method can be a useful tool in pharmacokinetic and clinical investigations, in the monitoring of chemotherapy containing IDA, as well as for sensitive and reliable IDA quantitation in biological fluids.  相似文献

A standard GC-MS instrument with electron impact ionisation has been used to develop a fast, simple and reliable method for the simultaneous determination of monobutyltin (MBT), dibutyltin (DBT) and tributyltin (TBT) in water samples. Isotope dilution analysis (IDA) is used for the determination of species, taking advantage of a commercially available spike solution containing a mixture of MBT, DBT and TBT enriched in 119Sn. Method detection limits for 100-mL samples were between 0.18 and 0.25 ng L−1 for the three butyltin compounds with typical RSD between 2 and 4% at levels between 100 and 10 ng L−1, respectively. Recovery of tin species in spiked samples (natural water, wastewater and seawater) was quantitative. The stability of butyltin compounds in collected seawater samples was also studied. The addition of a 1% (v/v) glacial acetic acid preserved tin species in the samples for at least 5 days at room temperature. The IDA method was finally implemented in a routine testing laboratory and it was subsequently accredited by the Spanish National Accreditation Body according to the requirements of UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025.  相似文献

Voltammetric sensors based on bismuth film electrodes are an attractive alternative to other sensors for application in electroanalysis of heavy metals. Bismuth film electrodes can be formed by a similar method on the same substrates as mercury. These systems were used most frequently for simultaneous determination of heavy metals such as Pb, Cd and Zn by anodic stripping voltammetry. Our voltammetric sensor was fabricated on an alumina substrate. A photoresist film prepared by pyrolysis of positive photoresist S‐1813 SP15 on the alumina substrate was used as an electrode support for bismuth film deposition. The influence of the Nafion membrane on the measurement sensitivity of the sensor and mechanical stability of the bismuth film were investigated. The sensor was successfully applied for determination of Pb, Cd and Zn in an aqueous solution in the concentration range of 0.2 to 10 µg L?1 by square wave anodic stripping voltammetry on an in‐situ formed bismuth film electrode with Nafion‐coating. Parameters of the sensor such as sensitivity, linearity, detection limit, repeatability and life‐time were evaluated. In the best case, the detection limits were estimated as 0.07, 0.11 and 0.63 µg L?1 for Pb, Cd and Zn, respectively. Finally, the applicability of the sensor was tested in analysis of Pb, Cd and Zn in real samples of tap and river water using the method of standard additions.  相似文献

In this paper,a simple method based on ion chromatography(IC) with conductivity detection was developed for the determination of iminodiacetic acid(IDA) in the herbicide of glyphosate.Under optimized chromatographic conditions,good linear relationship,sensitivity and reproducibility were obtained.The detection limit(LOD) for IDA obtained by injecting 25 μL of sample was 31.8 μg/L(S/N = 3).Relative standard deviation(RSD) of repeated analysis for the peak areas was less than 1.53%(n = 6).A spiking study was performed with satisfactory recoveries between 92.8%and 103.6%.It was confirmed that this method could be applied in glyphosate products.  相似文献

This works reports the use of adsorptive stripping voltammetry (AdSV) for the trace determination of chromium on a rotating‐disk bismuth‐film electrode (BFE). During the reductive accumulation step, all the chromium species in the sample were reduced to Cr(III) which was complexed with cupferron and the complex was accumulated by adsorption on the surface of a preplated BFE. The stripping step was carried out by using a square‐wave (SW) potential‐time voltammetric signal. Electrochemical cleaning of the bismuth film was employed, enabling the same bismuth film to be used for a series of measurements in the presence of dissolved oxygen. The experimental variables as well as potential interferences were investigated and the figures of merit of the method were established. Using the selected conditions, the 3σ limit of detection for chromium was 100 ng L?1 (for 120 s of preconcentration) and the relative standard deviation was 3.6% at the 2 μg L?1 level (n=8). Finally, the method was applied to the determination of chromium in real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Thin films of iron(III) hexacyanoferrate(II) (Prussian Blue) were electrochemically deposited on interdigitated array (IDA) electrodes, yielding systems which can be considered as chemiresistors in sensing alkali metal ion concentrations in an adjacent electrolyte. This is due to the fact that the conductivity of the film being measured by a steady-state current on application of a voltage to the two-fingered electrodes of the IDA depends on both the redox stare of the film and the cation concentration in the electrolyte. From the dependence of the steady-state current on the electrode (bias) potential at variable cation concentrations for different alkali metal ions and for mixtures of alkali metal ions, the possibilities of analytical application were elucidated. In addition, by using the methods of staircase coulometry and scanning conductivity, the electron diffusion coefficient De was determined as a function of the redox state of Prussian Blue. It is concluded that Prussian Blue-coated IDA electrodes are, in principle, suitable as chemiresistors for the determination of alkali metal ion concentrations with increasing selectivity in the series Li < Na < K < Rb < Cs.  相似文献

A fast and direct competitive biomimetic enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (BELISA) method was developed for the determination of methimazole (MMZ) in urine sample based on a molecularly imprinted film as an artificial antibody. This is the first example to monitor methimazole with a direct competitive biomimetic enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (BELISA) method. The imprinted film was directly synthesized on the well surface of MaxiSorp polystyrene 96‐well plate and characterized. The results showed that it exhibited an antibody‐like binding ability, rapid adsorption speed, high stability, which was particularly advantageous and suitable for BELISA development. The BELISA method established in this paper had a higher selectivity for MMZ than for the structurally related compounds and the IC50 (calculated as the concentration giving 50% inhibition of color development) and the detection limit values under optimized experimental conditions were 70 ± 4 μg L‐1 and 0.9 ± 0.04 μg L‐1, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of MMZ in spiked urine sample with excellent recoveries ranging from 90% to 95%, and the imprinted film was able to be reused for 20 times without loss of sensitivity. The results obtained by BELISA correlated well with that obtained by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method.  相似文献

An automatic sensing system was developed using an optical BOD sensing film. The sensing film consists of an organically modified silicate (ORMOSIL) film embedded with an oxygen-sensitive Ru complex. A multi-microorganisms immobilization method was developed for the BOD sensing film preparation. Three different kinds of microorganisms, Bacillus licheniformis, Dietzia maris and Marinobacter marinus from seawater, were immobilized on a polyvinyl alcohol ORMOSILs. After preconditioning, the BOD biosensor could steadily perform well up to 10 months. The linear fluctuant coefficients (R2) in the range of 0.3-40 mg L−1 was 0.985 when a glucose/glutamate BOD standard was applied. The reproducible response for the BOD sensing film could be obtained within ±2.3% of the mean value in a series of 10 samples in 5.0 mg L−1 BOD standard GGA solution. The effects of temperature, pH and sodium chloride concentration on the two microbial films were studied as well. The BOD sensing system was tested and applied for the BOD determination of seawater.  相似文献

The possibility of calibrationless chronoamperometric determination is described using a pair of individually addressable and diffusion layers interacting segments of interdigitated microelectrode array (IDA). It utilizes dual voltammetric mode where the first segment is polarized with potential corresponding to the limiting current of determined species electrode reaction and the second segment is polarized with potential corresponding to the opposite electrode reaction limiting current. Time at which the current of the collector segment reaches one half of the steady state is hyperbolically dependent on the diffusion coefficient of analyte. The determination of diffusion coefficient allows direct calculation of bulk concentration avoiding calibration with a standard solution. The equipment for measuring of fast response of IDA arrays in dual mode has been developed using a bipotentiostat connected with A/D transducer. It allows less than 1 ms sampling period for ultrafast registration of chronoamperogram. The method was tested and validated with [Fe(CN)6]4−, [Ru(NH3)6]Cl3, and ferrocene model samples using various types of IDA arrays.  相似文献

研制一种基于金叉指微电极阵列(IDA)的电流型硝酸根离子(NO-3)微传感电极芯片.基于微机电系统(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems,MEMS)工艺制备金IDA微电极,通过电化学沉积技术在IDA微电极表面修饰三维枝状结构纳米银敏感膜,利用敏感膜对硝酸根离子良好的电催化还原性能,采用脉冲方波伏安(SWV)电化学测量方法,实现对硝酸根离子在25~1000μmol/L浓度范围内的快速检测,灵敏度达9.5 nA/(μmol/L),线性度为99.98%,检测下限为10μmol/L.考察水体中常见的NO-2,F-,3PO 4-,SO 42-,2CO3-,NH+4,Na+和K+等离子对该传感芯片的干扰性能,传感芯片表现出较好的抗干扰性能.制备的三维枝状结构纳米银修饰IDA微电极可实现水环境(pH 5.0~9.0)中NO-3的电化学检测,对应用于自然水环境中硝酸根离子的现场检测具有积极意义.  相似文献

Adsorptive stripping voltammetry is a very sensitive and selective method for determination of drugs and organic substances in biological fluids. We have shown that determination of testosterone by adsorptive stripping voltammetry is possible using a lead film electrode. The lead film plating process and accumulation of testosterone were performed simultaneously from an acetate buffer solution of pH = 5.2 at a potential of −1.1 V. The measurements were carried out in undeaerated solutions. The detection limit was 9 × 10−9 mol L−1 for an accumulation time of 120 s; the relative standard deviation for 1 × 10−7 mol L−1 testosterone was 3.8%. The proposed voltammetric procedure for determination of testosterone could be applied to its determination in a pharmaceutical preparation and human urine samples directly without any separation steps.  相似文献

A multiwalled carbon nanotubes–sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (MWCNTs–NaDBS) modified stannum film electrode was employed for the determination of cadmium(II) and zinc(II). The Sn/MWCNTs‐NaDBS film electrode was prepared by applying MWCNTs–NaDBS suspension to the surface of the GCE, while the Sn film was plated in situ simultaneously with the target metal ions. Under optimal conditions, linear calibration curves were obtained in a range of 5.0 ?100.0 μg L?1 with detection limits of 0.9 μg L?1 for zinc(II) and 0.8 μg L?1 for cadmium(II), respectively. This film electrode was successfully applied to the determination of Zn(II) and Cd(II) in tap water sample.  相似文献

以对甲苯磺酰氯(PTSC)为衍生剂,建立了柱前衍生高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定二乙醇胺脱氢产物中亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)和甘氨酸(Gly)含量的分析方法。IDA和Gly与衍生剂在碱性(pH 11)条件下于45℃反应15 min,进行柱前衍生,并利用高效液相色谱-质谱对衍生产物进行定性分析。衍生化产物采用VP-ODS色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,以0.03 mol/L醋酸铵溶液(pH 5.5)为流动相A、乙腈为流动相B(体积比为87∶13),进行等度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,并采用配有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定,检测波长为235 nm。该法在IDA质量浓度为900~2 100 mg/L、Gly质量浓度为20~100 mg/L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均大于0.999。IDA和Gly的检出限(LOD)分别为0.089 7 mg/L和0.026 2 mg/L,加标回收率分别为98.7%~99.3%和98.0%~99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.89%~1.23%和0.95%~1.11%(n=3)。该法具有反应条件温和、准确性高的特点,可用于工艺生产中IDA和Gly含量的测定。  相似文献

This article reports a new simple and sensitive method for the determination of folic acid by adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The method is based on the accumulation of folic acid at a bismuth film plated in situ on a glassy carbon substrate. In order to stabilize bismuth ions, sodium potassium tartrate was added to the supporting electrolyte. The bismuth film formation and folic acid accumulation conditions were optimized and measurements were carried without solution deaeration. The calibration graph was linear from 5 × 10?10 to 2 × 10?8 mole per liter with an accumulation time of 180 seconds with a limit of detection of 2 × 10?10 mole per liter. The relative standard deviation for 5 × 10?9 mole per liter of folic acid was 3.1 percent (n = 5). The method was successfully applied for determination of folic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

An adsorptive stripping voltammetric method for the determination of the pesticide dinoseb (2-sec.-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol) at the mercury film electrode is described. The deposition of the mercury film on a glassy carbon disk electrode was optimized. The temperature, at which the mercury film was deposited, was demonstrated to have a strong influence on the stripping peaks, the first one being much more intense than the second. A systematic study of the variables affecting the stripping response was carried out by differential pulse voltammetry. The results obtained have been compared with those at the HMDE; a significant improvement in the sensitivity of the method developed with the MFE was observed. Using a 300 s accumulation time, the limits of determination and detection were 3.6 × 10–10 and 1.1 × 10–10 mol L–1, respectively. The effect of the presence of several herbicides on the dinoseb response was also tested. The method has been applied to the determination of the pesticide in spiked apple juice at two concentration levels: 12.0 and 1.2 g L–1 of juice.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法在石英管上制备了纳米TiO2膜, 并采用光催化氧化法建立了一种测定地表水化学需氧量(COD)的新方法. 以Ce(IV)作为纳米TiO2光生电子的接受体, 从而减少了纳米TiO2光生电子和光生空穴的复合, 提高纳米TiO2的光催化氧化能力. 以测定Ce(IV)的紫外吸收为手段探讨了光催化氧化测定COD的机理, 考察了测定COD的最佳反应条件. 实验结果表明, 该方法条件温和, 不会造成二次污染, 能够实现地表水等低COD值水样的快速准确测定. 在该实验所选择的条件下, 可准确地测定1.0~12 mg?L-1之间的COD值, 检测限为0.4 mg?L-1.  相似文献

Lignosulfonate‐stabilized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs‐LS) were synthesized and subsequently used as a complexing agent for mercury ions. The obtained AuNPs‐LS/Hg2+ complex was characterized by means of various physicochemical techniques such as UV‐vis spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Furthermore, the resulting complex was evaluated as an electrode modifier for the development of amperometric sensors. Upon sufficient negative potential, the bound mercury ions are reduced to form an amalgam with AuNPs‐LS. Thus, the performance of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified by AuNPs‐LS/Hg film was investigated as an electrochemical sensor in the determination of Tl+ ions in a 0.05 M EDTA at pH 4.5. The presence of the mercury containing film improves the analyte accumulation due to its ability to form a fused amalgam with thallium. The presented data indicate that the GCE/AuNPs‐LS/Hg modified electrode shows better performance toward Tl+ determination in comparison to bare GCE. The stripping anodic peak current of thallium was linear over its concentration range from 1.7⋅10−7 to 5.0⋅10−6 M. The detection limit (3σ) was estimated to be 1.4⋅10−7 M. The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of thallium ions in real samples of soil derived from the area of the copper smelter near Głogów (Poland).  相似文献

An enzymatic glucose biosensor with good sensitivity, selectivity and stability employing interdigitated array microelectrode (IDA μ-electrode) was reported. IDA μ-electrode was prepared by photolithography method with its surface immobilized with a layer of glucose oxidase (GOx), entrapped in a three-dimensional network composed of chitosan and tetraethyl orthosilicate sol–gel. The surface of the as-prepared IDA μ-electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscope, electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis, and atomic force microscopy. The experimental parameters for the best glucose sensing performance were optimized according to the loading of GOx, the applied voltages, the concentration of mediator, and the pH for glucose detection. The resulted biosensor exhibited a good response to glucose with a wide linear range from 0 to 35 mM and a low detection limit of 1 mM. The glucose sensor also showed a short response time (within 5 s) that the fast response was reflected by the small Michaelis–Menten constant (KM app) with a value of 2.94 mM. The reported glucose biosensor exhibited good sensitivity (8.74 μA/mM.cm2), reproducibility, and stability.  相似文献
