用脉冲输出功率50mW,中心波长为800nm的双异质结激光二极管列阵泵浦磷酸盐钕璃璃激光器,得到1.053μm波长激光输出.泵浦阈值功率为9mW.计算了DPL输出的尖峰功率、脉冲宽度和弛豫振荡波形,与实验结果一致.  相似文献

The purpose of the present study is to estimate the weldability of a polymeric material couple according to their thermal and optical properties. A first model based on Mie theory and Monte Carlo method describes the laser beam behavior in semi-transparent media and makes it possible to approximate the laser power distribution at the interface of the two materials. A second model based on finite element method permits the temperature field estimation into both parts to be welded. The results are validated by infrared thermography.  相似文献

In this research work, a statistical analysis of the CO2 laser beam welding of dual phase (DP600)/transformation induced plasticity (TRIP700) steel sheets was done using response surface methodology. The analysis considered the effect of laser power (2–2.2 kW), welding speed (40–50 mm/s) and focus position (?1 to 0 mm) on the heat input, the weld bead geometry, uniaxial tensile strength, formability limited dome height and welding operation cost. The experimental design was based on Box–Behnken design using linear and quadratic polynomial equations for predicting the mathematical models. The results indicate that the proposed models predict the responses adequately within the limits of welding parameters being used and the welding speed is the most significant parameter during the welding process.  相似文献

In this research, a systematic investigation on laser transmission contour welding process is carried out using finite element analysis (FEA) and design of experiments (DoE) techniques. First of all, a three-dimensional thermal model is developed to simulate the laser transmission contour welding process with a moving heat source. The commercial finite element code ANSYS® multi-physics is used to obtain the numerical results by implementing a volumetric Gaussian heat source, and combined convection–radiation boundary conditions. Design of experiments together with regression analysis is then employed to plan the experiments and to develop mathematical models based on simulation results. Four key process parameters, namely power, welding speed, beam diameter, and carbon black content in absorbing polymer, are considered as independent variables, while maximum temperature at weld interface, weld width, and weld depths in transparent and absorbing polymers are considered as dependent variables. Sensitivity analysis is performed to determine how different values of an independent variable affect a particular dependent variable.  相似文献

A close-coupled scheme has been developed to end-pump the Nd:YAG rod using diode lasers tuned to 808 nm. By using a single diode laser, an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of about 40% has been demonstrated in the multimode operation at 1064 nm.  相似文献

Common thermoplastic films used in the packaging industry have a thickness lower than 100 μm, and present low absorption to CO2 laser radiation. This characteristic renders the use of cutting parameters, predicted by models developed for thicker thermoplastics inappropriate. In addition, the usual procedures involve the use of an assisting gas, responsible for removing the melted material, which, when processing thin films, induces changes in position in the material. A new theoretical model describing the temperature distribution on thin thermoplastic material during laser cutting was later developed. The heat conduction was solved analytically by the Green function method and heating and cooling thermal stress evolution was taken into consideration. The laser beam diameter over the samples provides the possibility of obtaining two cut operations: a simple cut, on beam focus, and a cut with welding, defocusing the beam. Engineering parameters predicted by the model were applied to cutting superposed high- and low-density polyethylene and polypropylene samples, transparent and white, with thicknesses between 10 and 100 μm, and experimentally validated.Proper modeling and the introduction of a reflective substrate under the samples allowed the improvement of process efficiency and the achievement of cutting operations up to 20 m s−1, and cut with welding up to 14 m s−1; an order of magnitude of improvement on industrial speeds previously attained for this operation.  相似文献

Influences of laser in low power YAG laser-MAG hybrid welding process   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The influences of laser defocusing amount △z, laser power P, space distance DLA between laser and arc on weld penetration, arc modality and stability are investigated in low power YAG laser and metal active gas (laser-MAG) hybrid welding process. The experimental results indicate that the effects of laser-induced attraction and contraction of MAG arc are emerged in hybrid welding process, which result in the augmentation of hybrid welding energy. When DLA : -0.5 - 2 mm, △z = -2 - 2 mm and P ≥ 73 W, the synergic efficiency between laser and MAG arc is obvious, the cross section at the root of hybrid arc is contracted and the hybrid weld penetration is increased. The maximal ratio of hybrid/MAG weld penetration is 1.5 and the lowest YAG laser power that augments MAG arc is 73 W. The input of YAG laser makes the stabilities of arc ignition and combustion prominent in hybrid welding process.  相似文献

In this contribution, an optical method of controlling the state of soft biological tissues in real time exposed to laser radiation is discussed. The method is based on the assumption that the change dynamics of the amplitude of the scattered diagnostic radiation (λ = 635 nm) is compatible with the change dynamics of the tissue inner structure exposed to the Nd:YAG laser radiation (λ = 1064 nm). In this method, the measurement of the tissue temperature is omitted. Exemplary results of the laboratory research on this method and an interpretation of the results are presented.  相似文献

Pulsed Nd:YAG laser welding of pure niobium plate to titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V sheet in butt joint is studied regarding the laser/metal interaction modes. To obtain the optimized process parameters in dissimilar welding of Ti-6Al-4V/Nb, the melting ratio of laser beam energy for each weld counterpart is evaluated experimentally. Different laser welding modes of keyhole and conduction are predicted regarding the absorbed energy from the similar laser pulses on each weld counterpart. Laser keyhole and conduction welding were observed simultaneously through direct visualization of laser interaction with dissimilar metals using High Speed Imaging (HSI) system.  相似文献

CW acousto-optical mode-locked diode pumped Tm:YAlO3 laser at 1.936 μm was experimentally studied. Lasing with output power ~100 mW, pulse repetition rate 103.4 MHz and laser pulse durations in the range of 30–200 ps was realized. The problem of laser intensity stabilization is discussed.  相似文献

Compact diode end-pumped acousto-optically Q-switched Nd:YLF laser was developed. As in effective CW diode end-pumped lasers, pump beam was made sufficiently narrower than resonator Gaussian mode to increase efficiency in Q-switched operation. The dramatic changes of output radiation structure were observed at some resonator lengths. The radiation structure is close to the Gaussian mode in intervals between these lengths.  相似文献

This paper reports a study of the laser welding of polymeric joints composed by two polyethylene sheets, one pristine and the other filled by carbon nanotubes. In order to know the material modifications occurring during the laser exposure and the phenomena that seal the polymeric sheets, the physical, chemical and mechanical features of the welded area were analysed. The mechanical resistance of the welded joint and the structural changes of the polymer were checked by mechanical shear tests, absorption coefficient measurements, calorimetric analyses, mass quadrupole spectrometry and electron microscopy. The welding effectiveness was investigated as a function of the filler concentration.  相似文献

Summary Diode laser spectroscopy of ammonia ro-vibrational overtone transitions has been performed in the near IR, by using direct absorption, wavelength modulation, and two-tone frequency modulation techniques. Pressure broadening coefficients in air, hydrogen, helium and self-broadening have been measured. The high sensitivity of the apparatus permitted the detection of 70 p.p.m. of NH3 in air per meter of path at atmospheric pressure. New lines have been observed in the 719.9 nm band. The authors of this paper have agreed to not receive the proofs for correction.  相似文献

The vibration-rotation spectra of the SF radical were observed by an infrared diode laser spectrometer. The SF radical was generated directly in a cell by glow discharge in a mixture of carbonyl sulfide and carbon tetrafluoride. Zeeman modulation and discharge current modulation were employed to discriminate SF lines from many lines of the reactants and other products. Thirty two lines were assigned to the v = 1 ← 0 and 2 ← 1 bands of both 2Π12 and 2Π32 spin states. A least-squares analysis of all the assigned lines provided precise values for molecular parameters in v = 1 and 2 and the two band origins, where ground-state constants were constrained to microwave results. The harmonic frequency ωe was thus determined to be 837.6418(13) cm?1, and the equilibrium bond length re was calculated from the Be rotational constant to be 1.596 244(22) Å with the error in parentheses, which included 2.5 standard deviations and the uncertainty of Planck's constant.  相似文献

Vibration-rotation transitions of the fundamental band have been observed for both C35Cl and C37Cl in the 2Π12 and 2Π32 states by using an infrared diode laser spectrometer with Zeeman modulation. A few lines of the “hot” band (v = 2 ← 1) have also been recorded for C35Cl. From an analysis of the observed spectra improved values were obtained for the vibrational harmonic frequency and anharmonicity constant, rotational constants, and Λ-doubling parameters. It was found necessary to take into account centrifugal distortion effects on the spin-orbit coupling constant A in the analysis, which gave (dAdr)ere to be ?176 ± 38 or ?125 ± 38 cm?1, depending upon whether 2Σ? or 2Σ+ states contribute more to the Λ-type doubling. The equilibrium internuclear distance re was calculated from the derived rotational constants to be 1.64506 ± 0.00016 Å.  相似文献

In this paper, we report two crystals Tm:YLF laser pumped by a fiber coupled diode laser with total power of 180 W at 792 nm. When the incident power reached up to 117.0 and 37.3 W of the emission wave-length at 1.91 μm was achieved. Through linear fit, the corresponding slope efficiency of 38.5%, optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 31.9% and the beam quality factor of M 2 ∼ 1.1 were obtained, indicating nearly diffraction limited beam propagation. To our best knowledge, this is the best beam quality among the reported paper results under the similar experiments.  相似文献
