Regioselective synthesis of 1,2,3-triazolyl derivatives of calix[4]arenes based on the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of substituted benzyl azides to tetra(propargyloxy)calix[4]arenes in the presence of copper iodide was carried out. The presence of the p-methoxybenzyl substituent in the triazole ring leads to a dramatic (more than tenfold) increase in the fluorescence of the corresponding macrocycle in a region of 290–310 nm. 相似文献

We report here a one-step synthesis of the 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H- 1,2,4,-triazolo[4,3-d][1,4]diazepine, 4-6, and 1,2,4-oxadiazolo[4,5-d][1,4]-diazepine, 7-10, by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile imines and nitrile oxides with 2,3-dihydro-H-1,4-diazepine, 1. In all cases these cycloaddition are peri- and regioselectives (the C ? N bond is sole affected) and occures with high yields. Synthesis of a series of chromene[4,3-b]pyrroles has been accomplished through an intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of an azomethine ylide with the dipolarophile derived from Baylis-Hillman adducts. Reaction of an arylacetylene with an azide in hot water gave 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles in high yields, while similar reaction between a terminal aliphatic alkyne and an azide (except m-nitroazidobenzene) afforded a mixture of regioisomers with the ratio of 1,4- to 1,5-isomers ranging from 3:1 to 28.6:1. Reactions of m-nitroazidobenzene with either arylalkynes or aliphatic alkynes formed only 1,4-disubstituted derivatives in excellent yields. 相似文献

A one-pot, five-component strategy toward the synthesis of new indole substituted pyrrolidine and pyrrolizidine heterocycles through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions using ninhydrin, 1,2-phenylenediamine, amino acids, 3-cyanoacetyl indoles and aryl aldehydes is described. Acetonitrile solutions of lithium perchlorate or lithium triflate are found to accelerate considerably the intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of nitrones derived in situ from hydroxylamines and the O-prenyl derivatives of salicylaldehydes to afford enhanced rates and improved yields of tetrahydrochromano[4,3-c]isoxazole derivatives with high diastereoselectivity. Several new pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine, pyrazolo[3,4-e][1,4]diazepine, pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazine and pyrolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives were prepared by the reaction of the corresponding 5-amino-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile derivative with different organic reagents under different reaction conditions. A method was developed for the synthesis of 1H-1-arylnaphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-dione 2-oxides based on 2-arylamino-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinones. O-Methyl-4-coumarincarbaldehyde oxime reacted as an azadiene with electron-deficient and electron-rich dienophiles to give, via one-step hetero-Diels-Alder cycloaddition reactions, the corresponding 5H-coumarin[4,3-c]pyridin-5-ones. When excess of the dienophile was used, fused azatetracyclo derivatives were also formed via a tandem Diels-Alder and 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of the dienophile to an azomethine ylide formed by the intermediate 2,3-dihydro-5H-coumarin[4,3-c]pyridine-5-one. The regio- and stereoselectivities of the new compounds correspond well with spectroscopic (2D NMR) and theoretical data. A possible mechanistic scheme is provided. 相似文献

These Mannich bases is also possible to prepare by reaction of 7(5)-hydroxymethyl-3-methyl-4,7(5)dihydro-3H-imidazo[4,5-d][l,2,3]triazin-4-one

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of diazomethane to 6-chloro substituted azolopyridazines 1-4 produces isomeric pairs of 7-methyl-7H- 9-12 and 8-methyl-8H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]azolopyridazines 13-16 . The nucleophilic substitution of chlorine at position 6 affords the corresponding 6-amino 17, 20, 23, 26, 29,32,35 and 38 , 6-methoxy 18, 21, 24, 27, 30,33, 36 , and 39 and 6-hydrazino derivatives 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37 , and 40 of these tricyclic systems. 相似文献
