用熔融淬冷法制备了掺Er3+的80GeS2-10In2S3-10CsI(mol%)硫卤玻璃样品,测试了样品的热学稳定性、喇曼光谱、吸收光谱以及上转换光谱,分析了Er3+离子在该玻璃中的上转换发光机理.应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算分析了Er3+离子在该样品中的强度参量Ωt(t=2,4,6)、自发辐射跃迁几率A、荧光分支比β以及辐射寿命τrad等光谱参量.在980nmLD泵浦激发下,首次在该种玻璃中观察到强烈的绿光(526nm、549nm),分别对应于2H11/2→4I15/2和4S3/2→4I15/2的跃迁,其中549nm处绿光较强.549nm处上转换荧光寿命为0.34ms,量子效率为69%.同时研究了绿光(526nm、549nm)上转换发光强度随泵浦激发功率的变化,其发光曲线拟合斜率分别为1.71和2.03,表明绿光是双光子吸收过程.研究结果表明:掺Er3+的80GeS2-10In2S3-10CsI硫卤玻璃是一种上转换绿光激光器的潜在基质材料. 相似文献

This paper reports optical, photo-acoustic and electrical switching investigations of GeS2 amorphous thin films of different thicknesses, deposited on glass substrates in vacuum. The Tauc parameter (B 1/2) and Urbach energy (E U) have been determined from the transmittance spectra, to understand the changes in structural disorder; it is found that B 1/2 increases whereas E U decreases as the thickness of the films increases. Based on the results, it is suggested that bond re-arrangement, i.e. transformation from homopolar bonds to heteropolar bonds, takes place with increase in thickness. The thermal diffusivity values of GeS2 thin films also show the presence of a chemically ordered network in the GeS2 thin films. Further, it is found that these films exhibit memory-type electrical switching. The observed variation in the switching voltages has been understood on the basis of increase in chemical order. 相似文献

在摩尔分数组成x(BaO),r(Ga2O),r(GeO2)为0.20,0.15,0.65的玻璃中,分别以摩尔分数0.05,0.10.0.15和0.20的BaF2替代BaO,研究了氟化物对玻璃折射率和光吸收性质的影响。结果表明,在玻璃中加入氟化物.玻璃折射率和色散降低,玻璃的紫外吸收边向短波侧迁移,而红外吸收边无明显变化。不含氟化物的氧化物玻璃中含有大量的OH基.这些OH基在2.24μm、2.97μm和4.23μm附近引起光吸收.在含氟化物的玻璃中,2.24μm的吸收峰消失,而2.97μm和4.23μm附近的吸收大大减弱。讨论了各OH基吸收峰的起源,利用计算机技术对2.97μm附近的OH基吸收峰进行了高斯峰分离。玻璃在2.24μm的弱吸收可能来自H2O分子的一个伸缩模和两个振动模的结合(p 2ρ).4.23μm吸收带是由与非桥O形成强氢键的OH基(T-OH…O^--T)伸缩振动引起,而中心位于2.7~3.2μm的OH吸收带为受不同程度氢键影响的OH基伸缩振动吸收.这些吸收带叠加导致OH吸收带出现非对称性加宽,吸收中心随玻璃中OH含量不同发生移动。 相似文献

采用熔融-急冷法制备了(100-x)Ge20Ga5Sb10S65-xAgCl(x=0,5,10,15,20mol%)系列硫卤玻璃,测试了样品的密度、从可见到中远红外的透过性能以及折射率参量,根据Z-扫描测试原理用钛宝石飞秒激光器测试了样品的三阶非线性特性随波长变化的特性.结果表明:非线性折射率n2和非线性吸收系数β随着波长的增加而增加,AgCl含量为20mol%的样品在800nm处的非线性折射率n2=1.581×10-10esu,非线性吸收系数β=4.707cm/GW.与传统硫系玻璃相比,三阶非线性性能明显提高. 相似文献

Optical properties of Eu3? ions in oxyfluoride glasses and glass ceramics doped with low concentration (0.1 mol%) have been analysed and compared with previous results for high concentrated samples (2.5 mol%). The Eu3? ions in the low dopant concentration glass ceramics are diluted into like crystalline environments with higher symmetry and lower coupled phonons energy than in the precursor glasses. Fluorescence line narrowing measurements indicate the presence of two main fluoride site distributions for the Eu3? ions in these low concentrated glass ceramics. 相似文献

The transmission and fluorescence spectra of Yb3+ doped Bi2O3-3B2O3 glass were measured. The emission cross section have been evaluated using the measured absorption apectra and principle of reciprocity. The measured long lifetime τm(1.0 ms) and large emission cross section σem(1.423 pm2) indicate that Yb3+ doped Bi2O3-3B2O3 glass is a promisiong laser material. 相似文献

研究了取代基对卟啉三阶光学非线性和激发态弛豫过程的影响,发现在同一取代位置,推电子基团取代使得卟啉三阶光学非线性极化纱数X值相对影响,而吸电子基团取代使得卟啉X值相对减少,对同一取代基在不同取代装置,发现推电子基团在邻位取代的X值大于其在对位取代卟啉的X值,而吸电子基团在邻位取代的X值小于其在对位取代卟啉的X值,另外,还发现推电子基团取代的卟啉弛豫过程比吸电子基团取代的卟啉弛豫过程快7倍。 相似文献
