等级孔分子筛是一类具有两种或多种以特定形式排布的孔结构的分子筛材料. 多层等级的孔结构使得分子筛孔道内的分子扩散得到显著改善, 进而提升了其在吸附和非均相催化等领域的应用性能. 等级孔分子筛的制备策略通常有两种, 即“自上而下”后处理法(如对母样分子筛进行脱铝、 脱硅产生介孔)和“自下而上”合成法(如软模板、 硬模板法). 本文主要对近20年来等级孔分子筛的合成方法进行了梳理, 并着重介绍了具有较高应用潜力的“自上而下”制备法. 鉴于合成等级孔分子筛的主要目的是提高分子的晶内扩散, 对近年来客体分子在等级孔分子筛内扩散的实验研究也进行了简要综述. 此外, 本文还综合评述了等级孔分子筛与传统分子筛在催化应用中的对比, 以展示前者在提升催化性能方面(如活性、 选择性等)的独特优势.  相似文献

The stabilization conditions of silver atoms and clusters in hydrated and dehydrated AgNa-A and AgNa-X zeolites γ-irradiated at 77 K have been studied by ESR. It was found that silver agglomeration mechanisms in hydrated A and X zeolites are very similar and are controlled by the migration of silver atoms into the -cages. In dehydrated zeolites agglomeration leads to completely different silver clusters in A and X zeolites. Small cationic clusters are stabilized in A zeolites and metallic clusters in X zeolites. Various factors affecting the agglomeration process in A and X zeolites are discussed.  相似文献

The recently proposed united atom force field by Dubbeldam et al. (Phys. Rev. Lett. 2004, 93, 088302) for the adsorption of alkanes in MFI-type zeolites was extended to other zeolites in this work. Its applicability to FER-type zeolites was evaluated in detail, for which the Henry coefficients, the isosteric heat of adsorption, the adsorption isotherms, as well as the locations of alkanes in the FER-type zeolites were computed and compared to experimental values. The results show that the new force field works well for FER zeolites. Furthermore, its applicability to MWW-, MTW-, CFI-, LTA-, and STF-type zeolites was investigated, and we found that the experimental isotherms could be accurately predicted except for STF-type zeolites. This work shows that the new united atom force field proposed by Dubbeldam et al. is applicable to most pure silica zeolites.  相似文献

以Beta分子筛为晶核,通过二步水热晶化法成功制备了形态良好的Beta/MCM-22核壳结构复合分子筛。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及N2吸附-脱附技术等对分子筛进行了表征。结果表明,复合分子筛形态规整,Beta与MCM-22分别作为核壳而共生;Beta/MCM-22复合分子筛孔结构性质介于MCM-22、Beta分子筛之间。在酸性分布上,复合分子筛的中强酸及B酸所占比例显著增加(CB/CL=13.8)。通过Ar-H2等离子体对Beta分子筛进行处理,使其表面能提高并使表面正电荷富集、硅羟基增加,这是形成良好Beta/MCM-22核壳结构的内在原因。  相似文献

具有内部介孔结构的多级孔分子筛兼具微孔分子筛和介孔材料的功能, 拥有良好的传质和催化特性. 在过去的几十年内, 介孔分子筛在催化、 吸附和分离领域发展迅速. 近年来, 新型合成方法的开发在很大程度上实现了介孔分子筛孔道结构、 组分及形貌灵活可控的调节. 本综述讨论了近期出现的多种新合成路径, 重点介绍了近期发展起来的二次合成制备低硅/铝介孔分子筛、 超分子自组装合成介孔分子筛及有机小分子原位合成介孔分子筛技术. 对这些合成技术的机理进行了讨论, 以期为介孔分子筛未来的发展提供思路. 文章的最后还讨论了不同的合成策略所面临的一些关键性挑战.  相似文献

Incorporation of heteroatoms into the framewo rk of zeolites has become a significant strategy to improve their performance in catalysis and adsorption,because the obtained heteroatom zeolites exhibit quite different properties from the conventional aluminosilicate zeolites in aspects of surface acidity,pore structures,particle size and so on.In this review,the progress on the heteroatom zeolites including their synthesis and application is highlighted.First,the recent advance on the design and synthesis of different heteroatom zeolites is summarized.Special emphasis is placed on the introduction and comparison of three typical methods,including the direct synthesis,post synthesis and improved direct synthesis,for the traditional heteroatom zeolites(such as TS-1,Sn-MFI,Sn-β) and newly-reported heteroatom zeolites(such as W-MFI,Mo-MFI).According to their intrinsic characteristics,the application of heteroatom zeolites in diverse fields,such as production of fine chemicals,air pollution control and biomass conversion is then discussed.Finally,the challenges and perspective on the future development of heteroatom zeolites in low-cost preparation and practical application are proposed.  相似文献

本文试图用环已烯和邻二甲苯两典型反应考察改性Y沸石的氢转移反应性能。发现在改性Y沸石上环已烯的氢转移, 异构化和聚合反应时发生。在反应开始时SY沸石的氢转移反应和异构化反应活性与铝含量之间的关系与沸石强酸量和铝含量的关系一致, 呈火山形曲线, 极大值在Al/(Al+Si)为0.15左右, 结焦以后反应总转化迅速下降, 且氢转移活性和异构化活性随铝含量减少而单调下降。USY沸石的氢转移活性大幅度降低。在改性Y沸石上邻二甲苯异构化和歧化反应同时进行, SY沸石的歧化反应变化规律与环乙烯氢转移反应相似。当沸石样品中有大量非质子酸位存在时, 两个反应的数据会出现予盾。  相似文献

吡啶、吡咯、苯、甲苯、乙苯作为探针分子,在Li+, Na+, K+, Cs+改性的Y型分子筛上进行吸附,用TPD及IR方法系统地研究了不同碱金属离子改性的Y型分子筛的酸碱性能和吸附性能的变化. 结果表明,按Li、Na、K、Cs的顺序, 随着碱金属离子半径的增大, 其L酸酸强度依次减弱,L碱的强度逐渐增强.由于改性Y型分子筛所含碱金属离子的不同,其对芳烃的吸附的强弱及吸附量的大小亦不同.随着骨架外的阳离子的半径逐渐增大,碱的强度逐渐增强,与芳烃的作用愈强烈,导致TPD脱附峰温增高及芳烃和侧链上的C-H伸缩振动谱带向低波数位移愈多.由于位阻的原因,对含同一种碱金属离子的分子筛来说,随着芳烃侧链C数的增加,芳烃的吸附量逐渐减小.  相似文献

研究了常压、300~400℃温度范围内在分子筛作用下乙醇和氨的脱水胺化反应,用IR和TPD技术表征其表面酸性。发现分子筛窗口和孔道减小时,二乙胺和三乙胺生成量下降,氢型和碱金属阳离子交换的ZSM-5具有明显的择形作用。乙醇转化率与分子筛表面酸量有关。分子筛上的L酸中心可能是脱水氨化反应的主要活性中心。分子筛上的B酸中心似乎对副反应更有利。  相似文献

Recent research has demonstrated a new synthesis route to useful zeolites such as beta, RUB-13, and ZSM-12 via seed-assisted, organic structure-directing agent (OSDA)-free synthesis, although it had been believed that these zeolites could be essentially synthesized with OSDAs. These zeolites are obtained by adding seeds to the gels that otherwise yield other zeolites; however, the underlying crystallization mechanism has not been fully understood yet. Without any strategy, it is unavoidable to employ a trial-and-error procedure for broadening zeolite types by using this synthesis method. In this study, the effect of zeolite seeds with different framework structures is investigated to understand the crystallization mechanism of zeolites obtained by the seed-assisted, OSDA-free synthesis method. It has been found that the key factor in the successful synthesis of zeolites in the absence of OSDA is the common composite building unit contained both in the seeds and in the zeolite obtained from the gel after heating without seeds. A new working hypothesis for broadening zeolite types by the seed-assisted synthesis without OSDA is proposed on the basis of the findings of the common composite building units in zeolites. This hypothesis enables us to design the synthesis condition of target zeolites. The validity of the hypothesis is experimentally tested and verified by synthesizing several zeolites including ECR-18 in K-aluminosilicate system.  相似文献

采用ONIOM(B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p):UFF)分层计算方法, 研究了C2-C5直链烯烃在HY 和H-ZSM-5 分 子筛上的吸附性质. 理论计算结果表明: 烯烃与分子筛的Br?nsted 酸性位相互作用形成π配位超分子复合物; 随着碳链的增长, 烯烃的吸附能增加, 增加量近似为一个常数(HY 分子筛: 约12 kJ·mol-1; H-ZSM-5 分子筛: 约 25 kJ·mol-1), 与烷烃在分子筛上的吸附具有相同的规律. 双键位置对烯烃的吸附能影响很大, 2位烯烃的吸附能 要远大于1 位烯烃的吸附能. 不同类型分子筛对烯烃的吸附性能也有很大差别, 由于局域效应的影响, 小孔径 H-ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附能大于大孔径的HY分子筛,而且碳链越长,这种差别越大.从微观结构上看,吸附的烯 烃与H-ZSM-5分子筛酸性位的距离要远大于它们与HY分子筛酸性位的距离, 这是由于不同类型分子筛的微孔 结构产生的范德华作用是不同的,这种作用随着孔径的减小而增强.前线轨道分析表明, 对于小分子烯烃,大孔径 HY分子筛对其催化活性相近,而小孔径H-ZSM-5分子筛随着烯烃碳原子数的增加催化活性有减弱的趋势.  相似文献

The synthesis of adamantane from tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene on zeolites with different framework structures was studied. The adamantane yield on HY zeolites is higher than on HM and HZSM-5 zeolites. Among various types of dealuminated HY zeolites the HEY and HUSY zeolites give higher adamantane yields than conventional HY zeolite. The changes in activity and selectivity of the main and side reactions are correlated with the acidity and the pore structure of the zeolites. To ion-exchange the HY and HUSY zeolites with Ni2+ and La3+ cations may further improve the activity and selectivity of the zeolite catalysts.  相似文献

The effect of confinement on the structural phase of Se clusters in zeolites (LTA and FAU) has been studied in the temperature range of 300 ~ 550K by Raman scattering and differential scanning calorimetry. It has been found in Raman spectra that the structural unit and phase stability of Se clusters are greatly affected by the geometrical restriction in the zeolites. No clear phase transformation was observed by DSC measurements for Se clusters in LTA zeolites, while Se clusters in FAU zeolites exhibit a distinct endothermic peak which is ascribed to a glass transition. The glass transition temperature of amorphous Se (320 K) is remarkably elevated when Se rings/chains are incorporated in FAU zeolites; the higher glass transition temperature for the smaller window diameter of zeolites. We have also found that the activation energy for the glass transition is decreased drastically in the zeolites; the smaller activation energy for the smaller window size. The observations imply that the kinetics of the structural relaxation at the glass transition of Se is significantly influenced by the absence of inter-cluster interaction and that the thermokinetic dimension becomes lower owing to the geometrical restriction in the zeolites.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to evaluate the capabilities of zeolites as selective sorbents for on-line dioxin monitoring. The adsorption isotherms of 2,3-DCDD and 1,2,3,4-TCDD from isooctane on several zeolites with different pore sizes (*BEA, EMT, FAU and MFI-type zeolites) are determined. Selective adsorption is shown for FAU and EMT-type zeolites. 2,3-DCDD is adsorbed by FAU with the highest adsorption capacity and affinity while 1,2,3,4-TCDD is not adsorbed whatever the zeolites. The adsorption of 2,3-DCDD inside the pores of FAU is qualitatively confirmed by diffuse reflectance UV spectrometry and thermogravimetry measurements.  相似文献

The confinement of metal species within hierarchical zeolites combines the acidic/basic sites of zeolites, the enhanced mass transfer of mesoporous system, and the inside active metal sites, leading to high activity, unique selectivity, and superior stability in chemicals synthesis, energy and environment catalysis. To date, review on this emerging topic is rarely reported. Herein, we classify five metals-hierarchical zeolites composite (metal@hierarchical zeolites) according to the location of metals on hierarchical structure, including metals located on micropores, intercrystalline mesopores, intracrystalline mesopores, hollow nanobox and mesoporous shells. The synthesis and catalysis applications of metal@hierarchical zeolites composite are provided, highlighting the rational design of catalyst preparation, the improved catalytic efficiency and stability of metal species. Finally, we discuss the current limitations and future opportunities for this emerging field. This Review is expected to inspire more developments and applications of metal@hierarchical zeolites.  相似文献

为了考察不同焙烧条件制备的LaY沸石在SiCl4气相超稳后性能的差异,采用离子交换和氨水沉淀相结合的方法将La离子负载到NaY沸石上,经水蒸汽焙烧或空气焙烧得到不同La负载量的LaYS和LaYB沸石,再经过SiCl4气相超稳改性得到DLaYS和DLaYB沸石.XRD数据表明水蒸汽焙烧能使沸石发生更为明显的骨架脱铝;不同La负载量的LaY沸石经SiCl4气相超稳改性都能顺利实现晶胞收缩.XRF数据表明气相超稳和洗涤过程伴随着稀土La的大量流失,DLaYB沸石中的La流失量相对较小.NH3-TPD和Py-IR数据表明La负载量相同时,DLaYS沸石的总酸量少于DLaYB沸石的总酸量.固定流化床重油催化裂化评价结果显示,与参比催化剂相比,DLaYS催化剂和DLaYB催化剂都具有汽油收率高、柴油收率低,及总轻质油收率高的特点.La负载量相同时,DLaYS催化剂的汽油收率低于DLaYB催化剂.  相似文献
