Cyanide detection in pure water is important for many applications. We present a novel type of chemodosimeter azo dye developed on the basis of the benzophenone as the electrophilic receptor of the cyanide anion and a saccharidic moiety to render the dye water soluble. This chemodosimeter is found to be highly selective and tunable toward only cyanide in pure water.  相似文献

Novel acid mono azo and mordent acid mono azo dyes were synthesized by the coupling of diazonium salt solution of different aromatic amines with 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone-5-sulfonic acid. The resulting dyes were characterized by spectral techniques like elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and UV visible spectroscopy. The dyeing performance of all the dyes was evaluated on wool and silk fabrics. The dyeing of chrome pre-treated wool and silk fabrics showed better hues on mordented fabrics. Dyeing of wool and silk fabrics resulted in pinkish blue to red shades with very good depth and levelness. The dyed fabrics showed excellent to very good light, washing, perspiration, sublimation and rubbing fastness.  相似文献

3-Bromo-1,1,1-trifluoropropan-2-one ( 2 ) reacted with thiourea and N-monosubstituted thioureas to give the corresponding 4-trifluoromethylthiazoles, respectively. In the reactions with N,N'-diphenylthiourea and thioamides, the considerably stable intermediates, 4-hydroxy-4-trifluoromethylthiazoline derivatives 7 and 8 , were isolated. The reaction of ethyl 2-bromo-4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate ( 4 ) with thiourea was carried out under the gentle conditions to give both thiazole-5-carboxylate 10 and 4-hydroxythiazoline 11 . The thiazole 10 was applied to the azo dye synthesis and the absorption maxima of thus obtained azo dyes were discussed.  相似文献

In the liquid crystal BDH-E7, they showed order parameters in the range of 0.52 to 0.76. The two dyes with the longest molecular lengths were particularly interesting due to their very broad absorption spectra in the visible region. Each of these two compounds behave as single component black dye guest/host systems, which generally require a mixture of two or three dyes in the liquid crystal host. The synthesis of some novel monoazo disperse dyes derived from 5-acetyl-2-amino-4-methylthiazole using various N-alkyl derivatives of aniline and their dyeing performance as disperse dyes have been assessed on cellulose triacetate fabric. The spectral properties of these dyes were also measured. The dyed fabric show good light fastness, very good rubbing, perspiration, washing fastness and excellent sublimation fastness. These dyes have been found to give bright yellow to maroon color shade with very good depth and levelness on fabric. The dyebath exhaustion and fixation on fabric has been found to be very good.  相似文献

A new route was proposed to synthesize polyethylene glycol-tethered polymethacrylic acid (viz., PEG-tethered PMAA or PEG-t-PMAA) hydrogels based on a macromolecular azo initiator (MAI), PEG-attached azo initiator. The preparation of the MAI was accomplished by coupling PEG with 2,2-azobis[2-methyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)propionamide] (AMHP) using 1,1-methylene bis-(4-isocyanato-cyclohexane) (H12MDI) as bridging molecules. The structure and morphologies of the resulting hydrogels were characterized by FTIR and SEM. The pH and ionic strength responses were investigated by swelling measurements, depending on molecular weight (MW) of PEG, molar ratios of isocyanate-terminated PEG to AMHP and mass percentage of the as-prepared MAIs. The PEG-t-PMAA hydrogels synthesized by 100 wt% PEG1000-attached azo initiators and a molar ratio 2 of -NCO-terminated PEG to AMHP exhibit more remarkable pH and ionic strength response than any other hydrogels. The driving force of swelling is believed to be mainly due to the porosity and dissociation balance of PMAA gels as well as gel compositions, while the deswelling behavior may be correlated with the decrease in osmotic pressure caused by the so-called “charge screening effect“ of the cations. The PEG-t-PMAA hydrogels are expected to find specific applications in oral drug delivery and tissue engineering.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization by LC–MS and NMR of novel pyranoluteolinidin derivatives are reported. The compounds result from the reactions between luteolinidin and three different carboxylic acids in wine model-like solutions. The three pigments possess different substituents attached to the D ring (methyl, catechol and dimethylaminophenyl groups) and the same catechol group in the B ring, yielding a wide spectrum of colors from yellow to pink-purple.  相似文献

A string of novel heterocyclic mono azo dyes were synthesized and their utilization in dyeing different fabrics as wool and nylon were discussed. Thienopyridine azo dyes 4 and 6 were prepared by reaction of chloro acetamidederivative 2 with diamino compounds to yield 3 and 5 , followed by reaction with NaNO2/HCl and coupling with nucleophilic reagent. One-pot reaction of chloro acetamide 2 with ammonium thiocyanat in solvent ethanol gave the unexpected thienopyrimidine derivative 7 , which contain two active sites, the former is primary amine that was able to form diazonium salt that coupled with N,N-dimethylaniline, resorcinol, and/or self-coupling to afford the azo dyes 8-10 , and the latter is active methylene group that underwent coupling with different diazonium salts to give the azo thienopyrimidine derivative dye 11-15 . The dyeing performance of these azo dyes had been investigated in terms of their dyeing behavior and fastness properties on different fabrics. Results showed that the color strength (K/S) values, as well as, washing, rubbing, and resistance to acid, alkali and light showed high efficiency of these heterocyclic mono azo dyes to dye wool rather than nylon fibers.  相似文献

A series of azo-metal chelate dyes have been synthesized by coupling substituted o-nitroaniline and p-t-/s-butylphenol. The spectral characterization of the azo dyes containing o-hydroxy group and azo-metal(II) chelate [metal(II): Cu, Ni, Co] dyes by IR spectra, UV–VIS spectra, NMR spectra, elemental analysis and magnetic susceptibility techniques are reported. A novel push-pull oligomeric semiconductor, ENBT based on naphthodithiophene-benzothiodiazole was successfully designed and synthesized. ENBT was fully characterized by 1H NMR, MS, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV–vis spectra, and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Furthermore, ENBT-based OFETs were fabricated by solution-processed dip-coating technique and its charge transporting property was investigated. The film of ENBT exhibited a hole mobility as high as 1.4?×?10?2?cm2/(Vs) with a current on/off ratio of 106–107 after annealed at 160?°C. In order to give an insight to the transporting property of ENBT films, thin film morphologies after annealing at different temperatures were also studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM).  相似文献

A series of azocalix[4]arene dyes (1–7) were prepared by linking 2,4-di-chloroaniline, 2,4,5-tri-chloroaniline, 2,4-di-nitroaniline, 2-nitro p-toluidin, 4-nitro o-toluidin, 5-nitro o-toluidin and sulfanilic acid, to calix[4]arene through a diazo-coupling reaction. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MALDI-TOF, UV–Vis., DSC, and DTA. The absorption properties of the synthesized dyes were studied and the application of the water soluble dye on cotton and wool was discussed. Solvent based inks were investigated and the fastness properties of formulated inks were also discussed.  相似文献

In this study, the synthesis and characterization of two new upper rim functionalized azocalix[4]arene dyes have been obtained by coupling calix[4]arene with different diazo compounds of 3,5-dicarboxyaniline and 4-aminobenzene sulphon amide. The characterization of these dyes has been carried out by elemental analysis, FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra. The effect of varying dielectric constants of solvents on the absorption spectra of azocalix[4]arenes (1, 2, 3, 4) and commercial Isolan Gelb SGL (T) have been examined by UV–Vis spectrophotometer. These azocalix[4]arene dyes have also been used for dyeing textile fibers like cotton, wool, acetate, polyester and polyamide fibers. We report an easiest synthesis strategy of a new class of synthetic dyes by coupling of functionalized pyrazolidine-3,5-dione derivatives via diazotization reaction with aromatic diamine for the azoic dyes or via dimerization reaction to synthesize the H chromophore dyes. Electron delocalization between the two coupled components has been studied using UV-vis spectroscopy, infrared, and NMR spectroscopy. Two novel enantiopure BODIPY linked azacrown ether chemosensors were prepared by reacting 3-chloro-5-methoxyBODIPY with new enantiopure monoaza-18-crown-6 ether ligands bearing two methyl and isobutyl groups on their chiral centres, respectively. The latter compounds were synthesized starting from optically active tetraethylene glycols in six steps. The operation of chemosensors is based on the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) process. They exhibit pronounced off-on type fluorescent responses to some metal ions and chiral primary aralkyl ammonium ions, in particular to Ca2+ and Pb2+. Even in the case of 1:1 ratio of Ca2+ and Pb2+ ions to the ionophores, the fluorescence intensities and quantum yield values increased more than 10-fold, as well as both the absorption and emission bands were blue-shifted by about 20-30 nm (hipsochromic effect) in acetonitrile. The formation of relatively stable complexes allowed the determination of log Ks values by the mole-ratio method.  相似文献

Summary A series of trivalent lanthanide chelates of the type [Ln(PHNSA) (H2O) n ] (2 Cl) (whereLn 3+=Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Er, Yb or Lu;PHNSA=2-(X)-phenylazo-2-hydroxynaphthalene-6-sulphonic acid;X=H, Cl, OCH3, CH3 and SO3H) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental and thermal analysis, molar conductance, IR,1H NMR (for diamagnetic complexes), electronic spectra and magnetic susceptibility measurements. IR data along with those of the1H NMR unequivocally proved that the coordination of the ligands to the metal ions took place in a bidentate fashion through the oxygen of the hydroxyl group and the nitrogen of the azo group. The magnetic moment values showed little deviation from Van Vleck values.

Zusammenfassung Es wurde eine Reihe von dreiwertigen Lanthanidenchelaten des Types [Ln(PHNSA) (H2O) n ] (2 Cl) (mitLn 3+=Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Er, Yb oder Lu undPHNSA=2-(X)-Phenylazo-2-hydroxynaphthalin-6-sulphonsäure,X=H, Cl, OCH3, CH3 und SO3H) synthetisiert und mittels Elementar- und thermischer Analyse, molarer Leitfähgigkeit, IR,1H-NMR (für diamagnetische Komplexe), Elektronenspektren und Messungen der magnetischen Suszeptibilität charakterisiert. Die IR-Daten zusammen mit1H-NMR-Befunden zeigten eindeutig, daß die Koordinierung der Liganden zum Metallion zweizähnig durch den Sauerstoff der Hydroxylgruppe und den Stickstoff der Azo-Gruppe erfolgt. Die magnetischen Momente zeigten nur eine geringe Abweichung von den Van Vleck-Werten.

3‐Amino‐2‐cyano‐4,6‐disubstituted‐thieno{2,3‐b}pyridines and 3‐aminopyridine were diazotized and coupled with 2‐phenylindole, 2‐methylindole, and 1‐methyl‐2‐phenylindole, respectively. These dyes were characterized by UV‐Visible, FT‐IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectroscopic techniques. Solvent effects on the visible absorption spectra of the dyes were evaluated. The color of the dyes is discussed with respect to the nature of the heterocyclic ring and substituent present therein. A novel BOPIM (boron 2-(2-pyridyl)imidazole complex) dye 1 was facilely synthesized by treatment of previously reported 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole with BF3·Et2O under basic condition. The bromination of BOPIM dye 1 by NBS gives an unexpected product 2-(2′-pyridyl)-4,5-dibromoimidazole (L2) with no BF2 group. The desired brominated boron complex 2 was obtained by treating L2 with BF3·Et2O. The photophysical properties of these two compounds are thoroughly studied in various solvents. Compound 1 formed aggregates in non-polar solvents, inducing abnormal emission in long-wavelength region. Both 1 and 2 show moderate fluorescent intensity and comparatively large Stokes shift, especially for compound 2 (fluorescent quantum yield is more than 0.30, and Stokes shift is over 70 nm in all adopted solvents) due to its p, π-conjugated effect, which makes BOPIM a valuable building block for synthesis of multi-functional materials.  相似文献
