Sixteen different P(III) and P(V) heterocycles derived from 2‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole ( 1 ) are reported. In these heterocycles the phosphorus atom is part of a six‐membered unsaturated ring. They were mainly studied by multinuclear NMR. The X‐ray diffraction of 3,4‐ benzimidazole‐5,6‐benzo‐2‐dimethylamino‐2‐seleno‐ 1,3,2‐oxazaphosphorinane is reported. Phosphoranes derived from 1 and 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol, and bearing Cl, NMe2, or phenyl as substituent at phosphorus are presented. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Highly selective all solid state electrochemical sensor based on a synthesized compound i.e. 2‐(1‐(2‐((3‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrozol‐1‐yl)methyl)benzyl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl)phenol (I) as an ionophore has been prepared and investigated for the selective quantification of chromium(III) ions. The effect of various plasticizers, viz. dibutyl phosphonate (DBP), dibutyl(butyl) phosphonate (DBBP), nitrophenyl octyl ether (NPOE), tris‐(2‐ethylhexyl)phosphonate (TEP), tri‐butyl phosphonate (TBP), dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dioctyl sebacate (DOS), benzyl acetate (BA) and acetophenone (AP) along with anion excluders NaTPB (sodium tetraphenyl borate) and KClTPB (potassium(tetrakis‐4‐chlorophenyl)borate was also studied. The optimum composition of the best performing membrane contained (I):KClTPB:NPOE:PVC in the ratio 15 : 3 : 40 : 42 w/w. The sensor exhibited near Nernstian slope of 20.1±0.2 mV/decade of activity in the working concentration range of 1.2×10?7–1.0×10?1 M, and in a pH range of 3.8–4.5. The sensor exhibited a fast response time of 10 s and could be used for about 5 months without any considerable divergence in potentials. The proposed sensor showed very good selectivity over most of the common cations including Na+, Li+, K+, Cu2+, Sr2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Ba2+, Hg2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Cs+, Mg2+, Cd2+, Al3+, Fe3+and La3+. The activity of Cr(III) ions was successfully determined in the industrial waste samples by using this sensor.  相似文献

Diels‐Alder reaction of 2‐(E‐2‐nitroethenyl)‐1H‐pyrrole ( 2a ) with 1,4‐benzoquinone gave the desired benzo[e]indole‐6, 9(3H)‐dione ( 4a ) in 10% yield versus a 26% yield (lit. 86% [5]) of the known N‐methyl compound ( 4b ) from the N‐(or 1)‐methyl compound ( 2b ). Protection of the nitrogen of 2a with a phenylsul‐fonyl group ( 2c ) gave a 9% yield of the corresponding N‐(or 3)‐phenylsulfonyl compound ( 4c ). The reaction of 2b with 1,4‐naphthoquinone gave in 6% yield (lit. 64% [5]) the known 3‐methylnaphtho[2,3‐e]‐indole‐6, 9(3H)‐dione ( 6 ). The reaction of 2‐(E‐2‐nitroethenyl)furan ( 8a ) gave a small yield of the desired naphtho[2,1‐b]furan‐6, 9‐dione ( 9a ), recognized by comparing its NMR spectrum with that of 4b. The corresponding reaction of 2‐(E‐2‐nitroethenyl)thiophene ( 8b ) gave a 4% yield of naphtho[2,1‐ b ]thiophene‐6,9‐dione ( 9b ), previously prepared in 24% yield [12] in a three‐step procedure involving 2‐ethenylthiophene. Introducing an electron‐releasing 2‐methyl substituent into 8a and 8b gave 12a and 12b , which, upon reaction with 1,4‐benzoquinone, gave 2‐methylnaphtho[2,1‐b]furan‐6, 9‐dione ( 13a ) and its sulfur analog ( 13b ) in yields of 4 and 8%, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H13N5, a tetrazole analogue of betaines, exists as a zwitterion, with the H atom of the tetrazole ring being transferred to the piperidine ring N atom. The tetrazole ring symmetry is close to C2v, which suggests strong charge delocalization in the N—C—N fragment of the ring. There are classical hydrogen bonds in the structure which are responsible for the formation of two‐membered aggregates.  相似文献

We prepared the benzoxazole derivatives bearing the (thio) phosphoryl moiety by addition reactions of 2‐hydrazionbenzoxazole with isothiocyanato (thio) phosphates and characterized their structures by elementary analysis and 1H NMR and IR spectral data. From the results of biological activity screening, we found that these compounds possess some herbicidal, and plant growth regulator activities, and especially good fungicidal activity against Puccinia recondita. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A novel route was developed for synthesis of high potential 1H‐tetrazoles by using conventional method. Tetrazole scaffold is a promising pharmacophore fragment, frequently used in the development of various novel drugs. Here, the novel (Z)‐3‐(N‐alkyl‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(1H‐tetrazole‐5‐yl)acrylates 5 ( a – i ) have been synthesized from (Z)‐ethyl‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)2‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)acrylates 4 ( a – c ) by using various alkylating agents such as Dimethyl Sulphate (DMS), Diethyl Sulphate (DES), and benzyl chloride; 4 ( a – c ) were synthesized from sodium azide in the presence of copper sulfate in dimethylformamide; 3 ( a – c ) have been prepared by Knoevenagel condensation of indole‐3‐carbaldehyde 1 ( a – c ) and ethylcyanoacetate 2 in the presence of L‐Proline as a catalyst at room temperature in ethanol for an hour. This is an efficient and clean click chemistry method that has various advantages such as easy workup, higher yields, shorter reaction times, and more economical.  相似文献

The reaction of methyl salicylate with ethane‐1,2‐diamine has been used to prepare 2‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1H‐imidazoline. This compound was alkylated with alkyl halides to give five new 2‐(2‐alkoxyphenyl)‐1H‐imidazolines (alkyl = propyl, isopropyl, isobutyl, sec‐butyl, benzyl). Seven types of transformation reactions of imidazolines into the respective imidazoles were tested. Out of them successful were the dehydrogenation on palladium in toluene (several‐day refluxing), oxidation with activated manganese dioxide in toluene (several‐hour heating at 60 °C), and the oxidation with potassium nitrosodisulfonate (Fremy's salt) at room temperature. Seven new 2‐(2‐alkoxyphenyl)‐1H‐imidazoles were synthesized (alkyl = ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, sec‐butyl, benzyl) via mentioned methods. Comparison of individual oxidative aromatization reactions is discussed from the point of view of experimental arrangement, reaction time and conditions, purity of the products obtained, and yields.  相似文献

A series of 2‐(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐5‐(alkoxy)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐4‐aryloxypyrimidine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the title compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elementary analysis. These compounds were screened for herbicidal activity against rape and barnyard grass. Compound B13 exhibited moderate herbicidal activity.  相似文献

A four‐step synthesis of 1‐substituted 5‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐1H‐pyrazoles 5 as a novel type of histamine analogs and versatile building blocks for further transformations was developed. The synthesis starts from commercially available 2‐nitroacetophenone ( 12 ), which is converted into the enamino ketone 13 as the key intermediate. Cyclization of the key intermediate 13 with monosubstituted hydrazines 14a – 14l afforded the 5‐(2‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐pyrazoles 17a – 17l . Finally, catalytic hydrogenation of the nitro compounds 17a, 17c – 17e , and 17g – 17j furnished the title compounds 5a, 5c – 5e , and 5g – 5j , respectively, in good yields. As demonstrated by some further transformations, additional functionalization of compounds 17 and 5 is feasible, either by electrophilic substitution at C(4) of the pyrazole ring, or at the NH2 group.  相似文献

We found that 1‐(2‐adamantyl)‐3‐tert‐butylaziridin‐2‐one ( 5a ) is unstable. It slowly decomposes at room temperature, although detectable by IR spectroscopy (1840 cm?1 band in CCl4). On the other hand, a closely related analogue, 1‐(2‐adamantyl)‐3‐(1‐adamantyl)aziridin‐2‐one ( 5b ), is very stable, in concurrence with an earlier report [1]. We fully characterized aziridinone 5b , identified its thermal decomposition products ( 7 and 8 ) and reacted it with two aprotic ionic (tBuO? and HO?) and one protic non‐ionic nucleophile (benzylamine). All three products ( 9b , 10 , and 11 ) result from exclusive cleavage of the lactam (1‐2) bond.  相似文献

Stille coupling under standard conditions proceeds in low yield when using hindered organostannanes (1) or (2) and aryl bromide partners. The inclusion of aryl iodide instead of aryl bromide with the same organostannanes, significantly improves the efficiency of the coupling, providing a variety of desired products in good to excellent yield. The yields of Stille coupling are compared to the different reactivity of aryl halides. This study of Stille coupling with different aryl halides are documented and rationalized.  相似文献

In the title compound, C18H16N2O3, the indole ring is planar and the two adjacent carbonyl groups are mutually trans oriented with a torsion angle of 144.8 (3)°. The single C—C bond linking the two carbonyl functionalities is 1.539 (4) Å. Mol­ecules are linked into a two‐dimensional network by inter­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

5‐(1‐(2‐Methoxynaphthalen‐1‐yl)naph‐ thalen‐2‐yloxy)‐1H‐tetrazole as the first aryloxy tetrazole with axial chirality was synthesized. Partial resolution was achieved using (S)‐proline and methylbenzylamine as the resolving agents. Best results were obtained using methylbenzylamine with 75–85% ee. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of substituted N‐(4‐substituted‐benzoyl)‐N‐[3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)propyl]amines ( 13 ) and N‐arylsulfonyl‐N‐[3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)propyl]amines ( 14 ) were prepared from the reaction of 3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)propan‐1‐amine ( 7 ) with substituted benzoyl chloride or substituted‐benzene sulfonyl chloride respectively. The title compound, C17H10F5N5O2, is described and compared with its 4‐nitrophenyl isomer [Bustos, Sánchez, Schott, Alvarez‐Thon & Fuentealba (2007). Acta Cryst. E 63 , o1138–o1139]. The title molecule presents its nitro group split into two rotationally disordered components, which in conjunction with the rotation of the `unclamped' rings constitute the main molecular differences. Packing is directed by a head‐to‐tail type `I' C—F...F—C interaction, generating double‐chain strips running along [100]. These substructures are interlinked by a variety of weak F...F, O...F, F...π and O...π interactions.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C nmr spectra of the rotational isomers 3a and 3b of 6‐N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomefhyl)‐thioquinanthrene were completely assigned with a combination of 1D and 2D nmr techniques. The key‐parts of this methodology were long‐range proton‐carbon correlations and NOE experiments with N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl substituent. The X‐ray study of 4‐methyl‐2‐N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl)quinoline 4a as well as 1H and 13C nmr spectra show that N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl substituent in 4a and 4b has a different steric arrangement than the same substituent in 3a and 3b .  相似文献

The four new sesquiterpenoids 1 – 4 , and the new 2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one (=2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one) derivative 5 , together with the two known sesquiterpenoids 6 and 7 , the five known chromenones 8 – 12 , and 1‐hydroxy‐1,5‐diphenylpentan‐3‐one ( 13 ), were isolated from a 70% MeOH extract of Aquilaria malaccensis agarwood chips. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive spectral analyses and comparison with literature data.  相似文献

The only specific inter­actions that influence the crystal packing of the title compound, C15H17ClN4O2, are weak C—H⋯N and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, even though there is a possibility of, for example, π–π stacking or halogen bonding. The dihedral angle between the mean planes of the imidazole and benzene rings is 59.82 (5)°. The length of the C—N bond connecting the imidazole and piperidine fragments is correlated with the degree of pyramidalization of the piperidine N atom.  相似文献
