A series of hexahydroquinoline derivatives were synthesized by the three‐component reaction of 5,5‐dimethyl‐3‐aminocyclohex‐2‐enone, aromatic aldehyde, and acyl acetonitrile in ionic liquid without using any catalyst. An efficient, clean, and environmentally benign synthesis of spirooxindole derivatives by one‐pot three‐component reaction of isatins, malononitrile, and carbonyl compound in the absence of catalysis in water was described. A variety of spirooxindole derivatives were obtained with excellent yields within short reaction time. In this paper the preparation of 3,3,6,6‐tetramethyl‐9,10‐diaryl‐1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10‐decahydroacridine‐1,8‐dione derivatives from aldehydes, aromatic amines and 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione in 1‐n‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide ([bmim]Br) is described. The structures of these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra and further confirmed by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A short and facile synthesis of pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives was accomplished in good yields via the three‐component reaction of aldehydes, alkyl nitriles and aminopyrimidines in water in the presence of triethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBAC). New phosphonate ester derivatives were obtained by in situ stereo‐specific reaction between triphenyl phosphite and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of a series of halogenated anilines. Through multi‐component condensation of aldehydes, 1,3‐dione, Meldrum's acid, and ammonium acetate in an ionic liquid ([bmim][BF4]), a series of 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives were prepared in excellent yields in the absence of any additional catalysts. In addition, [bmim][BF4] can be recovered and reused effectively for at least six times without obvious decrease of its efficiency. Magnetized water (MW) is used as a green and new solvent‐promoting medium for the one‐pot, three‐component synthesis of novel 1,2,3‐triazole‐linked indoles catalyzed by copper iodide. A broad range of 2‐aryl‐1‐(prop‐2‐ynyl)‐1H‐indole‐3‐carbaldehydes were reacted with alkyl halides and sodium azide via copper‐catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition reactions in MW in the absence of any ligand. This method offers the advantages of short reaction times, green procedure, low cost, simple work‐up, quantitative reaction yields, and no need for any organic solvent.  相似文献
