Reactions of various diketo compounds with (trifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane (Me3SiCF3) in the presence of catalytic amounts of cesium fluoride have been studied. gamma-Ketoesters, CH3COCH2CH2CO2R (R = Et, Bu), were reacted with 2 equiv of Me3SiCF3 at room temperature to give CH3C(OH)(CF3)CH2CH2COCF3 in good yield after hydrolysis. alpha-Diketones, R1COCOR2 (R1 = R2 = Ph; R1 = Ph, R2 = Me; R1 = R2 = Me; R1 = Me, R2 = Et), when reacted with Me3SiCF3, formed 1:1 or 1:2 addition products depending on the reaction conditions and stoichiometry used. Reactions of diones CH3COXCOCH3 (X = -CH2CH2-, -C6H4C6H4-, -CH2-) with Me3SiCF3 also led to the formation of the mono- or diaddition products depending on reaction conditions. With various kinds of substituted arylglyoxals, 2 equiv of Me3SiCF3 produced monoaddition products in 70-75% yield and diaddition products in 5-10% yield. One of the monoalcohols and two of the diols have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis, and the presence of inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonding has been confirmed. 相似文献

Group 5 metal complexes [M(eta5-C5H5)[eta5-C5H4SiMe2(CH2-eta]2-CH=CH2)]X] (M = Nb, X = Me, CH2Ph, CH2SiMe3; M = Ta, X = Me, CH2Ph) and [Ta(eta5-C5Me5)[eta5-C5H4SiMe2(CH2-eta2-CH=CH2)]X] (X = Cl, Me, CH2Ph, CH2SiMe3) containing a chelating alkene ligand tethered to a cyclopentadienyl ring have been synthesized in high yields by reduction with Na/Hg (X = Cl) and alkylation with reductive elimination (X = alkyl) of the corresponding metal(iv) dichlorides [M(eta5-Cp)[eta5-C5H4SiMe2(CH2CH=CH2)]Cl2] (Cp = C5H5, M = Nb, Ta, Cp = C5Me5, M = Ta). These chloro- and alkyl-alkene coordinated complexes react with CO and isocyanides [CNtBu, CN(2,6-Me2C6H3)] to give the ligand-substituted metal(III) compounds [M(eta5-Cp)[eta5-C5H4SiMe2(CH2CH=CH2)]XL] (X = Cl, Me, CH2Ph, CH2SiMe3). Reaction of the chloro-alkene tantalum complex with LiNHtBu results in formation of the imido hydride derivative [Ta(eta5-C5Me5)[eta5-C5H4SiMe2(CH2CH=CH2)]H(NtBu)]. NMR studies for all of the new compounds and DFT calculations for the alkene-coordinated metal complexes are compared with those known for related group 4 metal cations. 相似文献

Various glyoxal hydrates have been reacted with Deoxofluor [(CH(3)OCH(2)CH(2))(2)NSF(3)]. In concentrated solutions of dichloromethane, Deoxofluor (1) efficiently fluorinates a variety of glyoxal hydrates, RCOCHO.H(2)O (R = 4-methoxyphenyl, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl, 4-methylphenyl, 4-fluorophenyl, phenyl, 2-thienyl, methyl) (6a-g) to form polyfluoroethers 7a-g and 8a-g as meso and racemic mixtures (approximately 1:1) in good yields. The meso and racemic compounds were separated by flash chromatography and characterized. When the reactant comprised two different glyoxal hydrates, mixed polyfluoroethers (9h-j) were observed as the major products. The yields of the mixed polyfluoroethers depend on the ratio of the two different glyoxal hydrates used. Reactions of some other hydrates, such as hydrindantin dihydrate (10) and 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,2,4,4-pentanetetrol (11), were also studied with Deoxofluor to give a cyclic polyfluoroether (12) and beta-ketoamine (13), respectively. When the reactions of 6a-d were carried out under very dilute conditions, difluoro aldehydes (14a-d) or tetrafluoroalkanes (15a-d) were formed rather than polyfluoroethers. Reactions of concentrated solutions of nonhydrated glyoxals (16k-m) in methylene chloride with Deoxofluor produced the tetrafluoroalkanes (18k-m) in good yields with only trace amounts of difluoroaldehydes (17k-m) being found. The structures of 7a (meso), 8b (racemic), and 12 have been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analysis. 相似文献

The tridentate bis-phosphinimine ligands O(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)1, HN(1,2-C(2)H(4)N=PR(3))(2) (R = Ph 2, iPr 3), MeN(1,2-C(2)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)4 and HN(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)5 were prepared. Employing these ligands, monometallic Pd and Ni complexes O(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)PdCl(2)6, RN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PPh(3))(2)PdCl][Cl] (R = H 7, Me 8), [HN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PiPr(3))(2)PdCl][Cl] 9, [MeN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PPh(3))(2)PdCl][PF(6)] 10, [HN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PPh(3))(2)NiCl(2)] 11, [HN(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PR(3))(2)NiCl][X] (X = Cl, R = iPr 12, X = PF(6), R = Ph 13, iPr 14), and [HN(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)Ni(MeCN)(2)][BF(4)]Cl 15 were prepared and characterized. While the ether-bis-phosphinimine ligand 1 acts in a bidentate fashion to Pd, the amine-bis-phosphinimine ligands 2-5 act in a tridentate fashion, yielding monometallic complexes of varying geometries. In contrast, initial reaction of the amine-bis-phosphinimine ligands with base followed by treatment with NiCl(2)(DME), afforded the amide-bridged bimetallic complexes N(1,2-CH(2)CH(2)N=PR(3))(2)Ni(2)Cl(3) (R = Ph 16, iPr 17) and N(1,2-C(6)H(4)N=PPh(3))(2)Ni(2)Cl(3)18. The precise nature of a number of these complexes were crystallographically characterized. 相似文献

The nitrile ligands in trans-[PtX2(PhCN)2] (X = Cl, Br, I) undergo sequential 1,3 dipolar cycloadditions with nitrones R1R2C=N+(Me)-O(-) (R1 = H, R2 = Ph; R1 = CO2Et, R2 = CH2CO2Et) to selectively form the Delta4-1,2,4-oxadiazoline complexes trans-[PtX2(PhCN) (N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)] or trans-[PtX2(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)2] in high yields. The reactivity of the mixed ligand complexes trans-[PtX2(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)] towards oxidation and ligand substitution was studied in more detail. Oxidation with Cl2 or Br2 provides the Pt(IV) species trans-[PtX2Y2(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))] (X, Y = Cl, Br). The mixed halide complex (X = Cl, Y = Br) undergoes halide scrambling in solution to form trans-[PtX(4-n)Yn(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))] as a statistical mixture. Ligand substitution in trans-[PtCl2(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)] allows for selective replacement of the coordinated nitrile by nitrogen heterocycles such as pyridine, DMAP or 1-benzyl-2-methylimidazole to produce mixed ligand Pt(II) complexes of the type trans- [PtX2(heterocycle)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)]. All compounds were characterised by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, IR and 1H, 13C and 195Pt NMR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis of (R,S)-trans-[PtBr2(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))2] and trans-[PtCl2(C5H5N)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))] confirms the molecular structure and the trans configuration of the heterocycles relative to each other. 相似文献

Novel asymmetrically substituted azadithiolate compounds [Fe2(CO)4(kappa2-dppe){micro-SCH2N(R)CH2S}] (R=iPr, 1a; CH2CH2OCH3, 1b; CH2C6H5, 1c) have been synthesized by treatment of [Fe2(CO)6(micro-adt)] [adt=SCH2N(R)CH2S, with R=iPr, CH2CH2OCH3, CH2C6H5] with dppe (dppe=Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) in refluxing toluene in the presence of Me3NO. 1a-c have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The electrochemical investigation of 1a-c and of [Fe2(CO)4(kappa2-dppe)(micro-pdt)] (1d) [pdt=S(CH2)3S] in MeCN- and THF-[NBu4][PF6] has demonstrated that the electrochemical reduction of 1a-d gives rise to an Electron-transfer-catalyzed (ETC) isomerization to the symmetrical isomers 2a-d where the dppe ligand bridges the iron centers. Compounds 2a-d were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and X-ray crystallography for 2a. 相似文献

Addition of primary amines to N-[2-(diphenylphosphanyl)benzoyloxy]succinimide affords 2-diphenylphosphanylbenzamides, Ph2PC6H4C(O)NHR (R = C(CH3)3, 3; R = H, 4; R = CH2CH2CH3, 5; R = CH(CH3)2, 6). Addition of NiCl(eta3-CH2C6H5)(PMe3) to the deprotonated potassium salts of the amides and subsequent treatment of two equivalents of B(C6F5)3 to the resulting products furnishes eta3-benzyl zwitterionic nickel(II) complexes, [Ph2PC6H4C(O)NR-kappa2N,P]Ni(eta3-CH2C6H5) (R = C6H5, 9; R = C(CH3)3, 10; R = H, 11; R = CH2CH2CH3, 12; R = CH(CH3)2, 13). Solid structures of 9, 11, 13 and the intermediate eta1-benzyl nickel(II) complexes, [Ph2PC6H4C(O)NR-kappa2N,P]Ni(eta1-CH2C6H5)(PMe3) (R = C6H5, 7; R = C(CH3)3, 8) were determined by X-ray crystallography. When ethylene is added to the eta3-benzyl zwitterionic nickel(II) complexes, butene is obtained by the complexes 9-12 but complex 13 provides very high molecular-weight branched polyethylene (Mw, approximately 1300000) with excellent activity (up to 5200 kg mol-1 h-1 at 100 psi gauge). 相似文献

New alpha,alpha-difluoroamides (4a-d, 6a-d) and alpha-ketoamides (5a-d, 7a-d) result from one-pot reactions of alpha-ketoacids, RCOCO(2)H (R = C(6)H(5), CH(3), CH(3)CH(2), thienyl) (1a-d) with bis(2-methoxyethyl)aminosulfur trifluoride [(CH(3)OCH(2)CH(2))(2)NSF(3)] (2) (Deoxofluor) or diethylaminosulfur trifluoride [(CH(3)CH(2))(2)NSF(3))] (3) (DAST). Product yields depend on reaction times and the ratio of reagents used. Longer reaction times ( approximately 36 h) with a 1:2 ratio of alpha-ketoacids and 2 or 3 gave major yields of the alpha,alpha-difluoroamides, and shorter reaction times ( approximately l h) produced alpha-ketoamides as the major products. Reactants in a 1:1 ratio resulted in alpha-ketoamides only. 相似文献

Reduction of Cp*WCl4 afforded the metalated complex (eta6-C5Me4CH2)(dmpe)W(H)Cl (1) (Cp* = C5Me5, dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane). Reactions with CO and H(2) suggested that 1 is in equilibrium with the 16-electron species [Cp(dmpe)WCl], and 1 was also shown to react with silanes R2SiH2 (R2 = Ph2 and PhMe) to give the tungsten(IV) silyl complexes Cp*(dmpe)(H)(Cl)W(SiHR2) (6a, R2 = Ph2; 6b, R2 = PhMe). Abstraction of the chloride ligand in 1 with LiB(C6F5)4 gave a reactive species that features a doubly metalated Cp ligand, [(eta7-C5Me3(CH2)2)(dmpe)W(H)2][B(C6F5)4] (4). In its reaction with dinitrogen, 4 behaves as a synthon for the 14-electron fragment [Cp*(dmpe)W]+, to give the dinuclear dinitrogen complex ([Cp*(dmpe)W]2(micro-N2)) [B(C6F5)4]2 (5). Hydrosilanes R2SiH2 (R2 = Ph2, PhMe, Me2, Dipp(H); Dipp = 2,6-diisopropylphenyl) were shown to react with 4 in double Si-H bond activation reactions to give the silylene complexes [Cp*(dmpe)H2W = SiR2][B(C6F5)4] (8a-d). Compounds 8a,b (R2 = Ph2 and PhMe, respectively) were also synthesized by abstraction of the chloride ligands from silyl complexes 6a,b. Dimethylsilylene complex 8c was found to react with chloroalkanes RCl (R = Me, Et) to liberate trialkylchlorosilanes RMe2SiCl. This reaction is discussed in the context of its relevance to the mechanism of the direct synthesis for the industrial production of alkylchlorosilanes. 相似文献

N-substituted dppa ligands Ph2P-NR-PPh2 [R = -CH2CH2SCH2C6H5 (1), -CH2CH2S(CH2)5CH3 (2), -(CH2)9CH3 (3), -C6H5 (4)] were used for the synthesis of cis-[PtCl2{Ph2PN(R)PPh2}] complexes [R = -CH2CH2SCH2C6H5 (5), -CH2CH2S(CH2)5CH3 (6), -(CH2)9CH3 (7), -C6H5 (8)] and heterotrinuclear clusters of formula [PtCo2(CO)7{Ph2PN(R)PPh2}] [R = -CH2CH2SCH2C6H5 (9), -CH2CH2S(CH2)5CH3 (10), -(CH2)9CH3 (11), -C6H5 (12)]. The presence of relatively bulky substituents on N resulted in a higher chelating power of the ligands. The thermodynamic study of the equilibrium between the chelate and the bridged forms of clusters 9-11 showed that the bridged form is favoured by enthalpic factors whereas entropic factors favour chelation. The structures of 5 and 9 were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 相似文献

Reduction of CpMoCl(4) with 3.1 equiv of Na/Hg amalgam (1.0% w/w) in the presence of 1 equiv of dmpe and 1 equiv of trimethylphosphine afforded the molybdenum(II) chloride complex Cp(dmpe)(PMe(3))MoCl (1) (Cp = 1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane). Alkylation of 1 with PhCH(2)MgCl proceeded in high yield to liberate PMe(3) and give the 18-electron pi-benzyl complex Cp(dmpe)Mo(eta(3)-CH(2)Ph) (2). Variable temperature NMR experiments provided evidence that 2 is in equilibrium with its 16-electron eta(1)-benzyl isomer [Cp(dmpe)Mo(eta(1)-CH(2)Ph)]. This was further supported by reaction of 2 with CO to yield the carbonyl benzyl complex Cp(dmpe)(CO)Mo(eta(1)-CH(2)Ph) (3). Complex 2 was found to react with disubstituted silanes H(2)SiRR' (RR' = Me(2), Et(2), MePh, and Ph(2)) to form toluene and the silylene complexes Cp(dmpe)Mo(H)(SiRR') (4a: RR' = Me(2); 4b: RR' = Et(2); 4c: RR' = MePh; 4d: RR' = Ph(2)). Reactions of 2 with monosubstituted silanes H(3)SiR (R = Ph, Mes, Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) produced rare examples of hydrosilylene complexes Cp(dmpe)Mo(H)Si(H)R (5a: R = Ph; 5b: R = Mes; 5c: R = CH(2)Ph). Reactivity of complexes 4a-c and 5a-d is dominated by 1,2-hydride migration from metal to silicon, and these complexes possess H.Si bonding interactions, as supported by spectroscopic and structural data. For example, the J(HSi) coupling constants in these species range in value from 30 to 48 Hz and are larger than would be expected in the absence of H.Si bonding. A neutron diffraction study on a single crystal of diethylsilylene complex 4b unequivocally determined the hydride ligand to be in a bridging position across the molybdenum-silicon bond (Mo-H 1.85(1) A, Si-H 1.68(1) A). The synthesis and reactivity properties of these complexes are described in detail. 相似文献

Reactions of trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2PtCl (1; m' = a, 6; b, 7; c, 8; d, 9; e, 10) and H(CC)2H (HNEt2, cat. CuI) give trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)2H (3a-e, 80-95%). Oxidative homocouplings of 3a-d under Hay conditions (O2, cat. CuCl/TMEDA, acetone) yield trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)4Pt(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2(C6F5) (4a-d, 64-84%). Treatment of 3c-e with excess HCCSiEt3 under Hay conditions gives trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)3SiEt3 (56-73%). Homocouplings (n-Bu4N+ F-, Me3SiCl, Hay conditions) afford trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)6Pt(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2(C6F5) (13c-e, 59-64%). Reactions of 4a-d and 13c-e with Grubbs' catalyst, followed by hydrogenation, give mixtures of trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)Pt(CC)nPt(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)(C6F5) with termini-spanning diphosphines and trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)Pt(CC)nPt(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)(C6F5) with trans-spanning diphosphines (m = 2m' + 2; n = 4, 6). The latter (n = 4) are independently synthesized by similar metatheses/hydrogenations of 1a-d to give trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)PtCl (49-59%), followed by analogous introductions of (CC)4 chains (66-77%). Crystal structures of complexes with termini-spanning diphosphines show sp3 chains with both double-helical (m/n = 20/4) and nonhelical (m/n = 20/6) conformations, and highly shielded sp chains. The sp3 chains of complexes with trans-spanning diphosphines exhibit double half-clamshell conformations. The dynamic properties of both classes of molecules are analyzed in detail. 相似文献

Uranium(IV) and thorium(IV) bis(alkyl) complexes of the type (C5Me5)2AnR2 (An = U, Th; R = CH3, CH2Ph) activate the sp2 and sp3 hybridized C-H bonds in pyridine N-oxide and lutidine N-oxide to produce the corresponding cyclometalated complexes, (C5Me5)2An(R)[eta2-(O,C)-ONC5H4] and (C5Me5)2An(R)[eta2-(O,C)-ON-2-CH2-5-CH3-C5H3]. These provide rare examples of C-H activation chemistry mediated by actinide metal centers. This chemistry is in contrast to the known oxygen atom transfer reactivity patterns of pyridine N-oxides with oxophilic metal complexes and constitutes a new mode of reactivity for pyridine N-oxides. 相似文献

Alternatively, 3 can be prepared by reacting the corresponding arenethiol HSC(6)H(4)((R)-CH(Me)NMe(2))-2 (2) with (n)BuLi. X-ray crystal structures of lithium arenethiolates 3 and 4, reported in abbreviated form, show them to have hexanuclear prismatic and hexanuclear planar structures, respectively, that are unprecedented in lithium thiolate chemistry. The lithium arenethiolate [Li{SC(6)H(4)(CH(2)N(Me)CH(2)CH(2)OMe)-2}](2) (5) is dimeric in the solid state and in solution, and crystals of 5 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, with a = 17.7963(9) ?, b = 8.1281(7) ?, c = 17.1340(10) ?, beta = 108.288(5) degrees, Z = 4, and final R = 0.047 for 4051 reflections with F > 4sigma(F). Hexameric 4 reacts with 1 equiv of lithium iodide and 2 equiv of tetrahydrofuran to form the dinuclear adduct [Li(2)(SAr)(I)(THF)(2)] (6). Treatment of the complex [W(CO)5[PPh2(CS2Me)]] (2) with [Pd(PPh3)4] (1) affords binuclear complexes such as anti-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]W(CO)5] (3), syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]W(CO)5] (4), and trans-[W(CO)4(PPh3)2] (5). In 3 and 4, respectively, the W and Pd atoms are in anti and syn configurations with respect to the P-CS2 bond of the diphenyl(dithiomethoxycarbonyl)phosphine ligand, PPh2(CS2Me). Complex 3 undergoes extensive rearrangement in CHCl3 at room temperature by transfer of a PPh3 ligand from Pd to W, eliminating [W(CO)5(PPh3)] (7), while the PPh2CS2Me ligand transfers from W to Pd to give [[(Ph3P)Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]]2] (6). In complex 6, the [Pd(PPh3)] fragments are held together by two bridging PPh2(CS2Me) ligands. Each PPh2(CS2Me) ligand is pi-bonded to one Pd atom through the C=S linkage and sigma-bonded to the other Pd through the phosphorus atom, resulting in a six-membered ring. Treatment of Pd(PPh3)4 with [W(CO)5[PPh2[CS2(CH2)nCN]]] (n = 1, 8a; n = 2, 8b) in CH2Cl2 affords syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-[CS2(CH2)nCN]PPh2]W(CO)5] (n = 1, 9a; n = 2, 9b). Similar configurational products syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2R)PPh2]W(CO)5] (R = C2H5, C3H5, C2H4OH, C3H6CN, 11a-d) are synthesized by the reaction of Pd(PPh3)4 with [W(CO)5[PPh2(CS2R)]] (R = C2H5, C3H5, C2H4OH, C3H6CN, 10a-d). Although complexes 11a-d have the same configuration as 9a,b, the SR group is oriented away from Pd in the former and near Pd in the latter. In these complexes, the diphenyl(dithioalkoxycarbonyl)phosphine ligand is bound to the two metals through the C=S pi-bonding and to phosphorus through the sigma-bonding. All of the complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods, and the structures of complexes 3, 6, 9a, and 11d are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 3, 9, and 11d crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 with Z = 2, whereas 6 belongs to the monoclinic space group P2/c with Z = 4. The cell dimensions are as follows: for 3, a = 10.920(3) A, b = 14.707(5) A, c = 16.654(5) A, alpha = 99.98(3) degrees, beta = 93.75(3) degrees, gamma = 99.44(3) degrees; for 6, a = 15.106(3) A, b = 9.848(3) A, c = 20.528(4) A, beta = 104.85(2) degrees; for 9a, a = 11.125(3) A, b = 14.089(4) A, c = 17.947(7) A, alpha = 80.13(3) degrees, beta = 80.39(3) degrees, gamma = 89.76(2) degrees; for 11d, a = 11.692(3) A, b = 13.602(9) A, c = 18.471(10) A, alpha = 81.29(5) degrees, beta = 80.88(3) degrees, gamma = 88.82(1) degrees. 相似文献

The insertion of H2C=CHX (X = OR; R = Me, Et, nPr, (i)Pr, CH=CH2, Ph) into (tBu3SiO)3TaH2 (1) afforded (tBu3SiO)3HTaCH2CH2X (2-CH2CH2X), which beta-X-eliminated to give ethylene and (tBu3SiO)3HTaX (3-X). beta-X-elimination rates were inversely proportional to the size of R. An X-ray crystallographic study of (tBu3SiO)3HTaCH2CH2O(t)Bu (2-CH2CH2O(t)Bu) revealed a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure with an equatorial plane containing the hydride and a -CH2CH2O(t)Bu ligand with a staggered disposition. erythro- and threo-(tBu3SiO)3HTaCHDCHDOEt (2-CHDCHDOEt) are staggered in solution, according to (1)H NMR spectroscopic studies, and eliminated cis- and trans-HDC=CHD, respectively, helping verify the four-centered transition state for beta-OEt-elimination. When X = F, Cl, or Br, 2-CH2CH2X was not observed en route to 3-X, signifying that olefin insertion was rate-determining. Insertion rates suggested that substantial positive charge on the substituted carbon was incurred. The reactivity of other H2C=CHX with 1, and a discussion of the observations and their ramifications on the incorporation of functionalized monomers in Ziegler-Natta copolymerizations, are presented. 相似文献
