N-Arylmethylene and N-benzhydrylideneamines react with fluorocarbene yielding fluoro-substituted azomethine ylides that undergo 1,3-π-cyclization into aziridines. Generation of fluoroylides in the presence of dipolarophiles (dimethyl maleate or dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate) led to the reaction of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition resulting in substituted 2-pyrrolines or pyrroles. 2-Fluoroaziridines, products of N-alkyl-N-benzhydrylideneamines 1,3-π-cyclization, in the presence of acid catalysts suffer isomerization into α-fluoroimines and 1,3-disubstituted indoles.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of the oxidation of N-arylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides at the double bond with peroxyacetic acid generated in situ in the presence of sulfuric acid and with an anhydrous dioxane solution of peroxyacetic acid was studied. In both cases, the reaction was stereospecific, regardless of the substituent in the N-aryl group and configuration of the imide ring, but the reaction direction depended on the presence of water in the system. In the first case, the corresponding trans-5,6-dihydroxy derivatives were formed, while in the second, exo-5,6-epoxy derivatives. The oxidation of N-arylbicyclo[2.2.1]-hept-5-ene-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides with a solution of potassium permanganate in aqueous acetone gave the corresponding N-aryl-cis-5,6-dihydroxybicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides. The exo,cis,exo and exo,cis,endo configurations of the synthesized compounds were determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Nitration of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one gave its 5-nitro derivative which was subjected to alkylation with dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate, and benzyl(dimethyl)phenylammonium chloride. The resulting 1,3-dimethyl-, 1,3-diethyl-, and 1,3-dibenzyl-5-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones were reduced to the corresponding 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, and the latter reacted with itaconic acid to produce 1-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids. 1-(2-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained by analogous reaction with 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]-pyridin-2-one.  相似文献

2-Fluoro-4,5-dihydropyrrole-3,4-dicarboxylic acid derivatives were obtained by reaction of difluorocarbene with N-substituted ketone imines in the presence of fumaronitrile, maleonitrile, or dimethyl maleate. The reaction involves intermediate formation of azomethine ylides and their subsequent cycloaddition at the double bond. 11H-Dibenz[b,e]azepine and 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines react with difluorocarbene in the presence of fumaronitrile to give fluoro-substituted dibenzo[c,f]pyrrolo[1,2-a]azepine and pyrrolo[2,1-a]-isoquinoline derivatives. Treatment of 2-fluoro-4,5-dihydropyrrole-3,4-dicarbonitrile with amines and alkoxides affords the corresponding 2-amino- and 2-alkoxy derivatives, while its reactions with hydrazine hydrate and benzimidamide lead to formation of substituted pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyrazole and pyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyrimidine derivatives.  相似文献

Condensation of phthalimide and 4-tert-butylphthalimide with zinc(II) acetate gave 3-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-ylidenemethyl)-1H-isoindol-1-one and 5-tert-butyl-3-(5-tert-butyl-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-ylidenemethyl)-1H-isoindol-1-one, respectively. Their reactions with 4-phenoxyphthalimide and quinoxaline-2,3-dicarboximide in the presence of Zn(OAc)2 led to the formation of zinc complexes of cis-4,4′-diphenoxytetrabenzoporphyrin and cis-di(4-tert-butylbenzo)diquinoxalinoporphyrin. The complexes were converted into the free bases by treatment with sulfuric acid. Spectral properties of the obtained porphyrin derivatives were studied.  相似文献

A convenient procedure has been developed for the synthesis of cis-and trans-isomeric 1-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-1H-pyrazoles by reaction of the corresponding pyrazoles with β-methylacrolein diethyl acetal and subsequent 1,4-cleavage of the nucleophilic substitution products. The behavior of the title compounds in Diels-Alder reactions with maleic anhydride has been studied. According to the 1H NMR data, 1-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-1H-pyrazole is a mixture of cis and trans isomers. Butadienylpyrazoles having methyl groups in the pyrazole ring do not react with maleic anhydride.  相似文献

R,R-2,3-butanediol (R,R-2,3-BD) was produced by Paenibacillus polymyxa ZJ-9, which was capable of utilizing inulin without previous hydrolysis. The Jerusalem artichoke pomace (JAP) derived from the conversion of Jerusalem artichoke powder into inulin extract, which was usually used for biorefinery by submerged fermentation (SMF), was utilized in solid state fermentation (SSF) to produce R,R-2,3-BD. In this study, the fermentation parameters of SSF were optimized and determined in flasks. A novel bioreactor was designed and assembled for the laboratory scale-up of SSF, with a maximum yield of R,R-2,3-BD (67.90 g/kg (JAP)). This result is a 36.3% improvement compared with the flasks. Based on the same bath of Jerusalem artichoke powder, the total output of R,R-2,3-BD increased by 38.8% for the SSF of JAP combined with the SMF of inulin extraction. Overall, the utilization of JAP for R,R-2,3-BD production was beneficial to the comprehensive utilization of Jerusalem artichoke tuber.  相似文献

Herein, we demonstrate the synthesis of a well-defined diblock copolymer consisting of isotactic polystyrene (iPS) and linear polyethylene, isotactic polystyrene-block-polyethylene (iPS-b-PE), by the combination of sequential monomer addition and hydrogenation. Isospecific living polymerization of styrene and living trans-1,4-polymerization of 1,3-butadiene were catalyzed by 1,4-dithiabutandiyl-2,2′-bis(6-cumenyl-4-methylphenoxy) titanium dichloride (complex 1) activated by triisobutyl aluminum modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) at room temperature to provide highly isotactic polystyrene (iPS) and 1,4-trans-polybutadiene (1,4-trans-PBD) with narrow molecular weight distribution. Furthermore, the iPS-b-1,4-trans-PBD was synthesized via sequential monomer addition in the presence of complex 1 and MMAO. The hydrogenation of the 1,4-trans-PBD block was promoted by RuCl2(PPh3)3 used as a catalyst to produce iPS-b-PE.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-methyl-1H-imidazole, 1H-benzimidazole, 4H-1,2,4-triazole, and 1H-benzotriazole with 1-(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-2-iodoethan-1-one in the absence of a base gave the corresponding N-mono- and N,N′-disubstituted derivatives. 4H-1,2,4-Triazole-3-thiol reacted with 1-(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-2-iodoethan-1- one to afford 1-([1,3]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazol-5-yl)-1H-benzotriazolium triiodide.  相似文献

Block copolymers poly(endo-N-3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)biphenyl-norbornene-pyrrolidine)-block-poly(exo-N-(cinnamoyloxyethyl)-7-oxanorborn-5-ene-2,3-dicarboximide) (endo-PTNP-b-exo-PCONBI) and poly(exo-N-3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)biphenyl-norbornene-pyrrolidine)-block-poly(exo-N-(cinnamoyloxyethyl)-7-oxanorborn-5-ene-2,3-dicarboximide) (exo-PTNP-b-exo-PCONBI) were synthesized by ring-opening metathesis polymerization. The endo- or exo-PTNP served as the high dielectric functional chain, and exo-PCONBI acted as the crosslinking segment. The endo-PTNP-b-exo-PCONBI, in which endo-PTNP has a high content of trans double bond and adopts isotactic configuration, shows a dielectric constant (ε) of 15.5, whereas exo-PTNP-b-exo-PCONBI, in which exo-PTNP has 67% trans double bonds and atactic microstructure, displays relatively low ε of 7.1. The cinnamate groups in exo-PCONBI were crosslinked to form three-dimensional network by cycloaddition reaction under UV irradiation. Exposed to UV-light for 10 min, the cinnamate group in polymer films has a crosslinking conversion of 36%, as determined by UV-Vis absorption measurements. By photocrosslinking, the polymer film has an increased ε of 16.6, a dielectric loss of 0.03, an elevated glass-transition temperature of 137 °C, and an enhanced decomposition temperature of 405 °C, compared to those of polymer films without irradiation.  相似文献

Treatment of 5-amino-1,3-dialkyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with sodium nitrite in aqueous HCl gave 1,3-dialkyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine-2,5(3H,4H)-diones which were nitrated with potassium nitrate in sulfuric acid to 6-nitro derivatives, and the latter underwent recyclization into 4-amino-1,3-dialkyl-5-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-ones by the action of hydrazine hydrate.  相似文献

Reactions of phthalimide with capric and stearic acids gave 1-[1-(1-oxo-1H-isoindol-3-yl)nonylidene]-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-3-one and 1-[1-oxo-1H-isoindol-3-yl)heptadecylidene]-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-3-one, respectively. The latter were heated with zinc(II) acetate to obtain zinc complexes of 5,15-dioctyl-and 5,15-dihexadecyltetrabenzoporphyrins. The same complexes were synthesized by reaction of 1-(1-oxo-1H-isoindol-3-ylmethylidene)-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-3-one with capric or stearic acid in the presence of zinc(II) oxide. The corresponding free porphyrin ligands were obtained by treatment of the metal complexes with sulfuric acid.  相似文献

The reduction of polybrominated o- and p-nitrophenols with granular tin in concentrated aqueous HCl gave polybrominated aminophenols which were diazotized with sodium nitrite in concentrated sulfuric acid at 0°C to obtain polybrominated o- and p-quinone diazides. Their thermolysis with elimination of nitrogen generated ketocarbenes which reacted with acetylacetone to form insertion products at the activated methylene group. Ketocarbenes generated from o-quinone diazides reacted with typical dipolarophiles such as acetonitrile, benzonitrile, styrene, and phenylacetylene to afford the corresponding [3 + 2]-cycloaddition products.  相似文献

Nonadditive effects of substituents X and Y are manifested in reactions of symmetrically X-substituted trans-2,3-diaryloxiranes with Y-substituted arenesulfonic acids. The isoparametric point is reached experimentally: close to the point τ X IP = 4.73 on substituent Х the rate of the oxirane ring opening of trans-2,3-bis(3-bromo-5-nitrophenyl)oxirane (τX = 4.38) practically does not depend on substituent Y (ρ Y X = 0.10±0.05). The results of cross correlation analysis of the kinetic data are applied to interpretation of the mechanism of the studied reactions.  相似文献

While developing methods of synthesis of sulfolanes fused through the C3–C4 bond to oxazolidin-2- one and morpholin-2-one fragments, the reactivity of cis- and trans-isomeric amino alcohols of the sulfolane series toward a number of cyclizing agents was studied. The cis isomers reacted with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and triphosgene to afford the corresponding morpholin-2-ones and oxazolidin-2-ones, whereas the trans isomers gave rise to open-chain aminofumarates and urea derivatives, respectively. The reactions of both cis- and trans-amino alcohols with oxalic acid derivatives (diethyl oxalate, oxalyl chloride) led to the formation of exclusively acyclic mono- and/or diamides.  相似文献

A couple of novel electrochromic materials poly(2,3,4,5-tetrakis(2,3-hydrothieno[3,4-b]dixin-5-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrrole) (P(t-EDOT-mPy)) and poly(5,5′,5′′,5′′′-(thiophene-2,3,4,5-tetrayl)tetrakis(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxine)) (P(t-EDOT-Th)) are electrodeposited via multi-position polymerization of their tetra-EDOT substituted monomers t-EDOT-mPy and t-EDOT-Th, respectively. Compared with the linear 2D structured poly(thiophene) (E g=2.2 eV) and poly(2,5-bis(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxin-5-yl)thiophene) (E g=1.7 eV), P(t-EDOT-Th) (E g=1.62 eV) has the lowest band gap. Hence, we speculate that the band gaps of the two polymers, having 3D structures, are decreased in contrast to non-substituted polymers or bi-EDOT substituted polymers, thiophene and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole. The results indicated that P(t-EDOT-Th) thin films are more stable and show higher transmittance amid two polymers, which may find their utilization in organic optoelectronics.  相似文献
