In this paper, two kinds of synchronization schemes for a new hyperchaotic system are presented. Firstly, on the basis of stability criterion of linear system, synchronization is achieved with the help of the active control theory. Secondly, a nonlinear controller is designed according to Lyapunov stability theory to assure that synchronization can be achieved. Furthermore, an adaptive control approach for synchronization of uncertain hyperchaotic systems is proposed. Finally numerical simulations are provided to show the effectiveness and feasibility of the developed methods.  相似文献

Recently, Yang, Zhang, and Chen (2009) have proposed a novel hyperchaotic system. This paper studies the projective and lag synchronization of this novel hyperchaotic system using an impulsive control technique. Some sufficient conditions of projective and lag synchronization of such new system are derived from strict mathematical theories. Two different methods, the passive control method and the impulsive control method, are used to control the synchronization of the four-dimensional chaotic system. This paper addresses the synchronization problem of two Lü hyperchaotic dynamical systems in the presence of unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two identical Lü hyperchaotic systems with unknown system parameters asymptotically synchronized. This work presents hyperchaos synchronization of two identical hyperchaotic Lü systems. In this study three methods are applied to achieve hyperchaos synchronization. The sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two identical hyperchaotic Lü systems are derived by using Lyapunov stability theory. This paper addresses problems of control and synchronization for a new modified hyperchaotic Lü system with uncertain parameters. This new modified uncertain hyperchaotic Lü system is stabilized to its unique unstable equilibrium by using adaptive control. Furthermore, an adaptive control law and a parameter estimation update law are derived to synchronize two identical modified hyperchaotic Lü systems with uncertain parameters. The sign of unknown input coefficients is assumed to be known in most papers about the input uncertainties. In this paper, a Nussbaum gain method is adopted to cope with the situation that both the sign and the value of input are unknown. And the unknown parameters can be estimated under the situation of unknown sign of control. The synchronization is achieved for a class of hyperchaotic systems with unknown parameters and input uncertainties by adopting of the Nussbaum gain method and the global terminal adaptive method. And the conclusions are made as follows: First, the proposed method is effective in the situation that the sign of input is unknown. Second, the estimation of unknown parameters can be achieved only when the number of unknown parameters satisfied some condition and no uncertainty exist in the input of systems. Third, the unknown parameters cannot be estimated correctly with common adaptive method when there are input uncertainties in the system. But the Nussbaum gain method can get good result in the estimation of unknown parameters. At last, numerical simulations are done to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper presents a new fractional-order hyperchaotic system. The chaotic behaviors of this system in phase portraits are analyzed by the fractional calculus theory and computer simulations. Numerical results have revealed that hyperchaos does exist in the new fractional-order four-dimensional system with order less than 4 and the lowest order to have hyperchaos in this system is 3.664. The existence of two positive Lyapunov exponents further verifies our results. Furthermore, a novel modified generalized projective synchronization (MGPS) for the fractional-order chaotic systems is proposed based on the stability theory of the fractional-order system, where the states of the drive and response systems are asymptotically synchronized up to a desired scaling matrix. The unpredictability of the scaling factors in projective synchronization can additionally enhance the security of communication. Thus MGPS of the new fractional-order hyperchaotic system is applied to secure communication. Computer simulations are done to verify the proposed methods and the numerical results show that the obtained theoretic results are feasible and efficient.  相似文献

Currently, chaotic systems and chaos‐based applications are commonly used in the engineering fields. One of the main structures used in these applications is chaotic control and synchronization. In this paper, the dynamical behaviors of a new hyperchaotic system are considered. Based on Lyapunov Theorem with differential and integral inequalities, the global exponential attractive sets and positively invariant sets are obtained. Furthermore, the rate of the trajectories is also obtained. The global exponential attractive sets of the system obtained in this paper also offer theoretical support to study chaotic control, chaotic synchronization for this system. In this paper, the generalized projective synchronization of a class of hyperchaotic systems is studied. On the basis of the state observer, it is not necessary to calculate the Lyapunov exponents, which makes this scheme simpler. This paper analyzes the synchronization of two fractional Lorenz systems in two cases: the first one considering fractional Lorenz systems with unknown parameters, and the second one considering known upper bounds on some of the fractional Lorenz systems parameters. The proposed control strategies use a reduced number of control signals and control parameters, employing mild assumptions. The stability of the synchronization errors is analytically demonstrated in all cases, and the convergence to zero of the synchronization errors is analytically proved in the case when the upper bounds on some system parameters are assumed to be known. Simulation studies are presented, which allows verifying the effectiveness of the proposed control strategies.  相似文献

In this article, we investigate globally exponentially attractive sets and chaos synchronization for a hyperchaotic system, namely, Lorenz–Stenflo system. For this system, two ellipsoidal globally exponentially attractive sets are derived based on generalized Lyapunov function theory and the extremum principle of function. Furthermore, we propose linear feedback control with a one, two, three, and four inputs to realize globally exponential synchronization of two four‐dimesional hyperchaotic systems using inequality techniques. This paper presents some simple feedback control laws to study global stabilization and global synchronization for a special chaotic system described in the generalized Lorenz canonical form (GLCF) when τ = −1 (which, for convenience, we call Shimizu–Morioka system, or simply SM system). For an arbitrarily given equilibrium point, a simple feedback controller is designed to globally, exponentially stabilize the system, and reach globally exponent synchronization for two such systems. Based on the system’s coefficients and the structure of the system, simple feedback control laws and corresponding Lyapunov functions are constructed. Because all conditions are obtained explicitly in terms of algebraic expressions, they are easy to be implemented and applied to real problems. Numerical simulation results are presented to verify the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

The Lorenz system perturbed by noise and its invariant measure whose density obeys the stationary Fokker-Planck equation are analyzed numerically. A linear functional of the invariant measure is considered, and its variation caused by a variation in the right-hand side of the Lorenz system is calculated. A small (in modulus) external perturbation is calculated under which the strange attractor of the Lorenz system degenerates into a stable fixed point.  相似文献

This article investigates the adaptive impulsive synchronization of delayed chaotic system with full unknown parameters. Aiming at this problem, we propose a new adaptive strategy, in which both the adaptive–impulsive controller and the parameters adaptive laws are designed via the discrete‐time signals from the drive system. The corresponding theoretical proof is given to guarantee the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Moreover, the concrete adaptive strategies are achieved for delayed Hopfield neural network, optical Ikeda system and the well‐known delayed Lü chaotic system. As expected, numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. This method has potential applications in parameters estimation, secure communication, and cryptanalysis when only discrete signals are transmitted in communication channel. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, the adaptive chaos synchronization technique is implemented by an electronic circuit and applied to the hyperchaotic system proposed by Chen et al. We consider the more realistic and practical case where all the parameters of the master system are unknowns. We propose and implement an electronic circuit that performs the estimation of the unknown parameters and the updating of the parameters of the slave system automatically, and hence it achieves the synchronization. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to implement a circuit that estimates the values of the unknown parameters of chaotic system and achieves synchronization. The proposed circuit has a variety of suitable real applications related to chaos encryption and cryptography. The outputs of the implemented circuits and numerical simulation results are shown to view the performance of the synchronized system and the proposed circuit.  相似文献

This paper deals with the adaptive synchronization of two identical hyperchaotic master and slave systems. The master system and the slave system each consists of two subsystems: a hyperchaotic Chen subsystem and a unified chaotic subsystem. The asymptotic convergence of the errors between the states of the master system and the states of the slave system is proven using Lyapunov theory. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the ability of the control law to synchronize the master and slave systems. Moreover, the proposed control scheme is applied to encrypt and decrypt discrete signals such as digital images where computer simulation results are provided to show that the proposed control law works well.  相似文献

In this paper, feedback control based on discrete-time state observations is used to study the inner synchronization of stochastic impulsive coupled systems (SICSs). Therein, the coupling strength of SICSs is state-dependent switching and time-varying under each switching. Besides, by means of average impulsive interval approach, the Lyapunov method and the graph theory, a synchronization criterion of SICSs is presented. As an application, stochastic impulsive coupled Chua’s circuits with state-dependent switching coupling strength are investigated for the first time and some sufficient conditions are given. Finally, in order to illustrate the effectiveness of our main results, some numerical simulations are presented.  相似文献
