From the roots of Aconitum septentrionale Koelle we have isolated the new nor- and bisnorditerpenoid alkaloids septerine (1) and septefine (2), each containing a N-methylanthraniloyl fragment. Their structures have been established from IR-, mass-, and PMR-spectral results. The phospholipase D fromAconitum arcuatum has been studied. The optimum pH values have been determined: 6.3 for the hydrolase activity and 8.0 for the transferase activity. Calcium ions activate the phospholipase D: the hydrolase activity most strongly at 8 and 30 µmole and the transferase activity at 30 µmole. The hydrolase activity of the phospholipase D is not activated by low concentrations of sodium dodecyl sulfate, while the transferase activity is activated to a considerable degree. The results obtained are compared with those on the activation of cabbage phospholipase D. 相似文献

Extracts of Aconitum septentrionale Koelle roots obtained using chloroform, isopropanol, and ethanol were purified using chloroform and basic γ-Al2O3. Ballast materials were selectively adsorbed by γ-Al2O3, increasing the mass fraction of lappaconitine in the extract. The ethanol extract was purified most. The degree of lappaconitine
extraction by chloroform was unaffected by the presence of γ-Al2O3. However, the mass fraction in the extract and lappaconitine extraction from Aconitum septentrionale were increased more than twice.

The presence of acetates of triterpene alcohols and of free triterpenols has been established by physicochemical methods of analysis in the neutral lipids of kenaf. The free, bound, and strongly bound lipids of the crushed seeds, pulp, husks, and meal have been characterized. It has been shown that the bound and strongly-bound lipids differ from the free lipids by a higher level of saturated acids.
