针对近年来发展的激光冲击强化技术,采用1级谐振8级放大的系统结构和模块化设计方法,研制出了激光冲击强化用短脉宽、大能量的Nd:YAG脉冲激光器,并对激光器技术指标进行了测试分析。在预热20 min后、环境温度变化小于2 ℃的情况下,单脉冲最大输出能量高达25 J,能量不稳定度小于3%,脉宽16~20 ns可调,脉宽不稳定度小于1 ns,光束发散角小于等于2.5 mrad,重复频率达5 Hz。对TC4钛合金进行激光冲击强化实验,大幅度提高了TC4钛合金试件表面的残余压应力。结果表明,研制的激光器各项性能良好。  相似文献

针对不锈钢焊接接头存在残余应力且分布不均匀、容易发生应力腐蚀的问题,采用激光冲击强化对其进行处理,探究激光功率密度和冲击次数对表面残余应力状态的优化作用,并通过应力腐蚀试验验证优化效果。结果表明:随着功率密度增加,表面残余应力明显下降,但下降幅度逐渐减小,功率密度4.24GW/cm2与2.83GW/cm2冲击产生的残余应力相差不大,熔合区还存在残余拉应力,说明高功率密度不足以消除表面残余拉应力;随着冲击次数增加,残余拉应力显著降低,2.83GW/cm2冲击3次之后,残余拉应力完全消除,局部最高应力梯度从54.7 MPa/mm下降到11.7 MPa/mm,获得了高数值、分布均匀的残余压应力层。激光冲击强化后,焊接试样的应力腐蚀断裂时间提高了33.48%,激光冲击强化产生的残余压应力是其应力腐蚀抗性提高的重要原因。  相似文献

利用新型聚偏1.1-二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电传感器,实现了对激光引发的冲击波压力的实时测量,得到激光引发的冲击波峰压在铝中成指数型的衰减规律;观测了不同约束层材料在铝靶表面产生的激光冲击波,研究了不同约束层对冲击效果的影响;最后用激光冲击强化装置对7050-T7451航空铝合金结构材料进行了冲击强化处理,对试件激光冲击区存在的残余压应力及位错密度进行了测量。结果显示经激光冲击处理的试件表面具有极高的残余压应力,可达-200MPa以上。激光冲击处理后铝合金的位错密度得到显著的提高,疲劳寿命提高到175%~428%。这些重要结果对激光冲击改性处理技术的实际应用具有指导性作用。  相似文献

研究了激光冲击强化对回转半径为350mm大耕深旋耕刀残余应力的影响,利用ANSYS对旋耕刀进行理论应力分析,发现应力集中在刀柄外弯角处,同时进行了激光冲击强化模拟,得到理论残余应力引入值。利用X射线衍射法对激光冲击强化前后旋耕刀表面进行了残余应力测试。结果表明,ANSYS模拟激光冲击强化引入的残余应力值与试验实测的结果吻合得较好,相比未经处理的旋耕刀,激光冲击强化后刀具表面残余应力明显增大,最大残余压应力达412.25 MPa,增幅达166%,残余压应力的引入可消除旋耕刀工作的应力集中,提高了刀具使用寿命。研究结果为进一步提高和优化大耕深旋耕刀制造工艺提供了新的参考依据。  相似文献

利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了单个圆形高斯光斑的激光冲击强化数值模拟,分析材料表面光斑中心区域形成的"残余应力洞"现象,并通过分析材料的动态力学响应特征揭示了"残余应力洞"的形成机制。结果表明:在冲击波加载时,光斑边界处会产生很强的剪切应力,形成向四周传播的表面稀疏波和向材料内部传播的剪切波。当稀疏波同时传播到光斑中心,发生相遇、汇聚,使材料产生急剧的上下位移过程,造成冲击波加载塑性变形后的二次塑性变形。二次塑性变形中形成了较大的剪切塑性应变,并降低了冲击波加载阶段产生的轴向和径向塑性应变,使残余压应力降低,从而形成"残余应力洞"。  相似文献

采用YLSS-M60U型高能Nd:YAG激光器,对发动机高压涡轮叶片材料K403/K3铸造高温合金试片进行激光冲击强化处理,强化工艺参数为:激光能量3 J,光斑直径2.6 mm,脉宽20 ns,波长1064 nm,吸收保护层为铝箔,约束层为水,搭接率50%,冲击3次。强化后,在420 MPa应力水平下进行了室温高周振动疲劳测试,并进行了扫描电镜观察和X射线衍射仪物相分析。研究结果表明:激光冲击强化后,试片疲劳寿命是原始状态试片寿命的2.4倍,激光冲击强化的强冲击波作用使金属发生高应变率塑性变形,以及随之产生的较大较深残余压应力,是金属疲劳性能提高的主要原因。  相似文献

采用高功率激光器多次冲击2024铝合金,用X射线衍射技术分析了冲击区域的残余应力,研究了冲击残余应力状态分布规律,并用其评价激光冲击强化效果。研究表明,随着冲击次数增加,塑变量及塑性应变梯度逐渐减小,测点是双向压应力状态,而4次冲击时,塑性应变梯度增大,光斑中心是单向压应力状态,其他点是双向压应力状态。当激光功率密度为2.8 GW/cm2时,3次冲击强化效果最佳,材料是二向压应力状态,残余最大主应力及应力强度的均值最大,方差最小,分布基本均匀,塑性应变梯度较小。  相似文献

This study presents a portable laser machining system that consists of a fiber-optic diode laser source with a wavelength of 808 nm, optic/opto-mechanical components, a laser scanning module, and a laser energy control module. The laser beam quality was measured at different operation frequencies during system evaluation. The experimental results of beam profile evaluation indicate that the enlarged collimated beam was the TEM00 mode with a roundness of approximately of 96%. The output laser power level increased as the pulse frequency increased during laser power evaluation. To control the rotating angle of the galvanometric scanning system, the deflective angle was adjusted using a 0.192 voltage to obtain a deflective value of 1mm and the maximum scan field of 100 × 100mm2. The laser source operated at different frequencies, with pulse widths ranging from 530 to 48 μs. Finally, the proposed machine can also be used for black thick paper laser writing applications.  相似文献

The acoustic monitoring method of laser peening has aroused a great deal of interest for realizing the non-destructive detection and real-time monitoring. Considering the special characteristics of the acoustic signal generated in the laser peening, we have explored a new signal processing method for feature extraction, which is based on the intrinsic relationship between the adjacent data in the signal series. During the implementation, we measure the cosine similarity of neighboring subsequences for presenting that interrelation. After investigating the variation of the cosine similarity in the series, evident features could be observed visually, and useful characteristic value could be extracted to assist in identifying the working state. As a result, the effectiveness of the new method is well verified and its application potential is worthy of expectation.  相似文献

A physics-based model has been developed for laser shock peening (LSP) with femtosecond (fs) laser pulses (fs-LSP), which has never been reported in literature to the authors’ best knowledge. The model is tested by comparing simulations with measured plume/shock wave front transient propagations and the LSP-induced hardness enhancement layer thickness. Reasonably good agreements have been obtained. The model shows that fs-LSP can produce much higher pressure than LSP with nanosecond (ns) laser pulses (ns-LSP), and it can also generate very large compressive residual stress in the workpiece near-surface layer with a thickness up to ∼100 μm. The developed model provides a powerful guiding tool for the fundamental study and the practical applications of fs-LSP. This study, together with the recently reported work by Nakano et al. [Journal of Laser Micro/Nanoengineering 4(1) (2009) 35-38], has confirmed the feasibility of fs-LSP on both theoretical and experimental sides.  相似文献

We have developed intense vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) radiation sources for advanced material processing, such as photochemical surface reactions and precise processing on a nanometer scale. We have constructed a new VUV laser system to generate sub-picosecond pulses at the wavelength of 126 nm. A seed VUV pulse was generated in Xe as the 7th harmonic of a 882-nm Ti:sapphire laser. The optimum conversion was achieved at the pressure of 1.2 Torr. The seed pulse will be amplified by the Ar2*\mathrm{Ar}_{2}^{*} media generated by an optical-field-induced ionization Ar plasma produced by the Ti:sapphire laser. We have obtained a gain coefficient of g=0.16 cm−1. Our developing system will provide VUV ultra-short pulses with sub-μJ energy at a repetition rate of 1 kHz.  相似文献

A multi-wavelength microsphere laser system, using a chirped fibre Bragg grating and a microsphere resonator as wavelength-selective elements and a high dopant erbium doped fibre as the gain material, has been successfully demonstrated. The multi-wavelength generation of the laser system arises from both the microsphere whispering gallery mode selection and from the additional Raman scattering inside the microsphere cavity when the erbium laser is operating at resonance with the whispering gallery modes. Through an appropriate design and fabrication of a microsphere and of a fibre taper, a selective multi-wavelength fibre laser has been realized when the pump power is above threshold required. The laser output lines created have shown much narrower linewidths than those from conventional fibre lasers and these characteristics are particularly suitable for the range of sensor applications envisaged in the work.  相似文献
