In accordance with the principle of using sufficiently the delayed information, and by making use of the nonlinear multisplitting and the nonlinear relaxation techniques, we present in this paper a class of asynchronous parallel nonlinear multisplitting accelerated overrelaxation (AOR) methods for solving the large sparse nonlinear complementarity problems on the high-speed MIMD multiprocessor systems. These new methods, in particular, include the so-called asynchronous parallel nonlinear multisplitting AOR-Newton method, the asynchronous parallel nonlinear multisplitting AOR-chord method and the asynchronous parallel nonlinear multisplitting AOR-Steffensen method. Under suitable constraints on the nonlinear multisplitting and the relaxation parameters, we establish the local convergence theory of this class of new methods when the Jacobi matrix of the involved nonlinear mapping at the solution point of the nonlinear complementarity problem is an H-matrix.  相似文献

First of all, by using Bernoulli equations, we develop some technical lemmas. Then, we establish the explicit traveling wave solutions of five kinds of nonlinear evolution equations: nonlinear convection diffusion equations (including Burgers equations), nonlinear dispersive wave equations (including Korteweg-de Vries equations), nonlinear dissipative dispersive wave equations (including Ginzburg-Landau equation, Korteweg-de Vries-Burgers equation and Benjamin-Bona-Mahony-Burgers equation), nonlinear hyperbolic equations (including Sine-Gordon equation) and nonlinear reaction diffusion equations (including Belousov-Zhabotinskii system of reaction diffusion equations).  相似文献

The equations of motion for tapered Timoshenko beams are established in which the effects of nonlinear transverse deformation, nonlinear curvature as well as nonlinear axial deformation are taken into account. This paper presents a nonlinear electro-dynamic analysis for a size dependent micro-beam made of materials with nonlinear elasticity by employing the modified couple stress theory based on Euler–Bernoulli beam model. By employing Hamilton's principle, the nonlinear partial differential governing equation is derived then solved by using Galerkin method in the space domain and backward differential method in the time domain to obtain the nonlinear electro-dynamic response and phase portrait of the micro-beam. A parametric study is conducted, with a particular focus on the influences of nonlinear elasticity and size-dependency of the micro-beam on its nonlinear dynamic behavior. Numerical results show that a micro-beam exhibiting nonlinear elastic stress–strain relationship has reduced effective stiffness while the size effect has the opposite effect.  相似文献

The hyperbolic function method for nonlinear wave equations is presented. In support of a computer algebra system, many exact solitary wave solutions of a class of nonlinear wave equations are obtained via the method. The method is based on the fact that the solitary wave solutions are essentially of a localized nature. Writing the solitary wave solutions of a nonlinear wave equation as the polynomials of hyperbolic functions, the nonlinear wave equation can be changed into a nonlinear system of algebraic equations. The system can be solved via Wu Elimination or Gr?bner base method. The exact solitary wave solutions of the nonlinear wave equation are obtained including many new exact solitary wave solutions.  相似文献

研究对非平行边界层稳定性有重要影响的非线性演化问题,导出与其相应的抛物化稳定性方程组,发展了求解有限振幅T-S波的非线性演化的高效数值方法。这一数值方法包括预估-校正迭代求解各模态非线性方程并避免模态间的耦合,采用高阶紧致差分格式,满足正规化条件,确定不同模态非线性项表和数值稳定地作空间推进。通过给出T-S波不同的初始幅值,研究其非线性演化。算例与全Navier-Stokes方程的直接数值模拟(DNS)的结果作了比较。  相似文献

Recently, Liao introduced a new method for finding analytical solutions to nonlinear differential equations. In this paper, we extend this idea to nonlinear systems. This paper aims to study the stability for primary frequency regulation of hydro-turbine governing system with surge tank. Firstly, a novel nonlinear mathematical model of hydro-turbine governing system considering the nonlinear characteristic of penstock head loss is introduced. The nonlinear state equations under opening control mode and power control mode are derived. Then, the nonlinear dynamic performance of nonlinear hydro-turbine governing system is investigated based on the stable domain for primary frequency regulation. New feature of the nonlinear hydro-turbine governing system caused by the nonlinear characteristic of penstock head loss is described by comparing with a linear model, and the effect mechanism of nonlinear characteristic of penstock head loss is revealed. Finally, the concept of critical stable sectional area of surge tank for primary frequency regulation is proposed and the analytical solution is derived. The combined tuning and optimization method of governor parameters and sectional area of surge tank is proposed. The results indicate that for the primary frequency regulation under opening control mode and power control mode, the nonlinear hydro-turbine governing system is absolutely stable and conditionally stable, respectively. The stability of the nonlinear hydro-turbine governing system and linear hydro-turbine governing system is the same under opening control model and different under power control model. The nonlinear characteristic of penstock head loss mainly affects the initial stage of dynamic response process of power output, and then changes the stability of the nonlinear system. The critical stable sectional area of surge tank makes the system reach critical stable state. The governor parameters and critical stable sectional area of surge tank jointly determine the distributions of stability states.  相似文献

The strong nonlinear behavior usually exists in rotor systems supported by oil-film journal bearings. In this paper, the partial derivative method is extended to the second-order approximate extent to predict the nonlinear dynamic stiffness and damping coefficients of finite-long journal bearings. And the nonlinear oil-film forces approximately represented by dynamic coefficients are used to analyze nonlinear dynamic performance of a symmetrical flexible rotor-bearing system via the journal orbit, phase portrait and Poincaré map. The effects of mass eccentricity on dynamic behaviors of rotor system are mainly investigated. Moreover, the computational method of nonlinear dynamic coefficients of infinite-short bearing is presented. The nonlinear oil-film forces model of finite-long bearing is validated by comparing the numerical results with those obtained by an infinite-short bearing-rotor system model. The results show that the representation method of nonlinear oil-film forces by dynamic coefficients has universal applicability and allows one easily to conduct the nonlinear dynamic analysis of rotor systems.  相似文献

Memristor-based chaotic systems have complex dynamical behaviors, which are characterized as nonlinear and hysteresis characteristics. Modeling and identification of their nonlinear model is an important premise for analyzing the dynamical behavior of the memristor-based chaotic systems. This paper presents a novel nonlinear Wiener adaptive filtering identification approach to the memristor-based chaotic systems. The linear part of Wiener model consists of the linear transversal adaptive filters, the nonlinear part consists of nonlinear adaptive filters based on the backslash operator for the hysteresis characteristics of the memristor. The weight update algorithms for the linear and nonlinear adaptive filters are derived. Final computer simulation results show the effectiveness as well as fast convergence characteristics. Comparing with the adaptive nonlinear polynomial filters, the proposed nonlinear adaptive filters have less identification error.  相似文献

We consider problems for the nonlinear Boltzmann equation in the framework of two models: a new nonlinear model and the Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook model. The corresponding transformations reduce these problems to nonlinear systems of integral equations. In the framework of the new nonlinear model, we prove the existence of a positive bounded solution of the nonlinear system of integral equations and present examples of functions describing the nonlinearity in this model. The obtained form of the Boltzmann equation in the framework of the Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook model allows analyzing the problem and indicates a method for solving it. We show that there is a qualitative difference between the solutions in the linear and nonlinear cases: the temperature is a bounded function in the nonlinear case, while it increases linearly at infinity in the linear approximation. We establish that in the framework of the new nonlinear model, equations describing the distributions of temperature, concentration, and mean-mass velocity are mutually consistent, which cannot be asserted in the case of the Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook model.  相似文献

In this paper, the approximate solutions for two different type of two-dimensional nonlinear integral equations: two-dimensional nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integral equations and the nonlinear mixed Volterra-Fredholm integral equations are obtained using the Laguerre wavelet method. To do this, these two-dimensional nonlinear integral equations are transformed into a system of nonlinear algebraic equations in matrix form. By solving these systems, unknown coefficients are obtained. Also, some theorems are proved for convergence analysis.Some numerical examples are presented and results are compared with the analytical solution to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

We introduce a nonlinear perturbation technique to third order, to study the stability between two cylindrical inviscid fluids, subjected to an axial electric field. The study takes into account the relaxation of electrical charges at the interface between the two fluids. At first order, a linear dispersion relation is obtained. Analytical and numerical results for the overstability and incipient instability conditions are given. For perfect dielectric fluids, the electric field has a stabilizing influence, while for leaky dielectric fluids, the electric field can have either a stabilizing or a destabilizing influence depending on the conductivity and permittivity ratios of the two fluids. At higher order, a nonlinear dispersion relation (nonlinear Ginzburg–Landau equation) is derived, describing the evolution of wave packets of the problem. For leaky dielectric fluids near the marginal state, a nonlinear diffusion equation (nonlinear incipient instability) is obtained. For perfect dielectric fluids, two cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equations are obtained. One of these equations to determine a nonlinear cutoff electric field separating stable and unstable disturbance, whereas the other is used to analyze the stability of the system. It is found that the nonlinear stability criterion depending on the ratio of permittivity, Such effects can only be explained successfully in the nonlinear sense, as the linear analysis unsuccessful to inform about them.  相似文献

In the present paper, we consider a general family of two‐dimensional wave equations, which represents a great variety of linear and nonlinear equations within the framework of the transformations of equivalence groups. We have investigated the existence problem of point transformations that lead mappings between linear and nonlinear members of particular families and determined the structure of the nonlinear terms of linearizable equations. We have also given examples about some equivalence transformations between linear and nonlinear equations and obtained exact solutions of nonlinear equations via the linear ones.  相似文献

We develop and analyze a simple SIV epidemic model including susceptible, infected and imperfectly vaccinated classes, with a nonlinear incidence rate. We investigate the interaction of the nonlinear incidence and partial immunity. Our main results show that nonlinear incidence rate could induce the forward bifurcation with hysteresis except for the backward bifurcation. The plausible effects of vaccination program have been demonstrated by two models with nonlinear incidence rate. Vaccination program may contribute to disease spread, depending on which transmission term involves nonlinear incidence rate.  相似文献
