Reaction of a substituted 2-aminothienothiopyran with methyl(phenyl) isothiocyanate, intramolecular cyclization of the obtained N'-methyl(phenyl) thioureido derivatives, and work up of the cyclization products with hydrazine hydrate gave 2-hydrazinodihydrothiopyranothienopyrimidines. Treatment of the latter with pyruvic acid gave the novel 10H-thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines.  相似文献

以4-哌啶酮为原料,经过胺基保护、缩合、环合、脱保护等步骤,设计合成了一系列新型的5,6,7,8-四氢咪唑并[2',1':2-3]噻吩并[5,4-c]哌啶类化合物。通过核磁共振波谱仪(~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR)、质谱(MS)和元素分析确证了其结构。对其体外活性研究发现,该类化合物对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7具有一定的抑制活性,其中化合物5a的抑制活性最为显著,半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))值达到了8.6μmol/L。为此类化合物的抗肿瘤活性研究提供了参考。  相似文献

Derivatives of a new heterocyclic system - benz[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrido[3',2';4,5]thieno[2,3-e]pyrimidine have been obtained by successive reactions in three stages - alkylation of 3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones with 2-chloromethylbenzylimidazole to give 2-benzimidazolylmethylthio-3-cyanopyridines, closing the thiophene ring in the latter to form 3-amino-2-(benzimidazolyl-2)thieno[2,3-b]pyridines, and cyclization of the pyrimidine ring by acylation with carboxylic acid anhydrides or chlorides.  相似文献

A novel compound 4,8,10-trimethyl-2-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol)-pyrido-[2',3':3,4]-pyrazol-[1,5-5-a]-pyrimidine (C17H18N6) has been synthesized from 2,6-dichloro-4-methylnico-tinonitrile, hydrazine and acetylacetone by substitution and cyelolization. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR, and single-crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.0338(9), b = 28.618(3), c = 7.2688(8) (A),β = 111.051(2)°, V= 1559.6(3) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc=1.305 g/cm3,μ = 0.083 mm-1, Mr = 306.37, F(000) = 648, S = 0.971, the final R = 0.0795 and wR =0.1746 for 1457 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The results demonstrate that the pyridine, pyrazole and pyrimidine rings are nearly eoplanar, which is evident from the dihedral angles among the four rings in the range of 0.13~4.15°. The face-to-face π-π stacking interactions among pyridine,pyrazol and pyrimidine rings result in a supramolecular crystal, in which they seem to be effective in stabilizing the structure. Meanwhile, the fluorescence properties of the title compound were discussed, which showed very strong fluorescence. The calculated results (selected bond lengths,bond angles and torsion angles) are all typical and agree well with the experimental results, which demonstrates that B3LYP/6-31+G* is suitable for the title compound.  相似文献

设计并合成了5种呋喃并[3’,4’:5,6]吡啶并[2,3-c]吡唑受体分子, 利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了其与F-, Cl-, Br-, AcO-, 等阴离子的作用. 结果表明该类受体分子与阴离子形成氢键配合物, 导致呋喃并吡啶并吡唑受体的光谱发生变化. 测定了配合物的结合比和稳定常数, 发现受体化合物对F-, AcO-离子具有良好的选择性, 对其它多种阴离子无影响. Job曲线表明受体分子与阴离子间形成1∶1型的配合物.  相似文献

We synthesized derivatives of a novel heterocyclic system, isoxazolo[3',4':4,5]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine by sequential conversions in three steps: isomerization of 2-(2-R-ethylthio-2-oxo)-3-pyridyl cyanides obtained by alkylation from substituted 3-cyano-2(1H)-pyridinethiones by -halomethyl ketones in alkaline medium, to form 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridines; diazotization of the amino group followed by nucleophilic substitution of the diazonium group by an azido group, bypassing the step of isolating the diazonium salts; and thermolysis of the azides formed.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrido[3',2':4,5] thieno[2,3-e][1,6] naphthyridine-8-one derivatives has been developed using a Pictet-Spengler reaction between 4-(3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from the alkylation of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones with 3-cyanopyridine-2-thione followed by a Thorpe-Ziegler isomerization, and aromatic aldehydes under p-TsOH as catalysis in good yields.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrimido[4',5':5,4]thieno[2,3e]-[1,6]naphthyridine-8-one derivatives via Pictet–Spengler cyclization is reported. The reaction of 4-(3-aminopyrimido[4,5-d]thieno-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from Thorpe–Ziegler isomerization of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones and 5-cyano-1,6-dihydro-4-methyl-2-phenyl-6-thioxopyrimidine,with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of BF_3·OEt_2 gives pyrimidothieno[1,6]naphthyridines in good yields.  相似文献
